My name is Jigisha Mehta and have an account with HDFC for almost 12 to 13 years now.

On 26th July morning 5:29 am I received an SMS that INR 8, 700 has been debited from my account against chq paid - MICR CTS-Mumbai.

This is in incorrect debit from my account and would request for a refund of the amount.

I have been trying to call on the customer care number[protected]...

I had applied for a credit card in 14/07/2018 and credit card sent by you through blue dart courier (Waybill no : [protected]) at home address (H no 270, gali-6, block-a, kaushik enclav, burari, near hopital ground, new delhi 110084). But unfortunately the blue dart currier has not delivered the credit card to me at the address as mentioned before....

repayment schedule of personal loan

This is syed sharifuddin sameer having loan in hdfc bank on laptop. I forgot to pay installment due to some personal issues. Some hdfc agent called me regarding this late due amount okay i worth it it’s my fault to pay.

tag not received after payment

I have hdfc fastag using it from 2017. I have requested for card re-issue on 28 may 2018. Made online payment of rs.200 on 3rd july 2018 to sahaj e-village. Payment reference number is[protected]. I have mailed all those details as a reply to that mail. I have not got the card yet and i am calling the customer care since then for help. Even mailed to helpdesk many times but all in vein. not able to subscribe to hdfc amc ipo

imposing negative charges in salary (savings) account

I was working in tech mahindra and the salary account for me was in hdfc bank. (Savings account).

I have started the account in 2014 when i joined the company, and left the job in 2017. Hence from the time i left the job no salary was credited and few months later, my account was inactive.

I have never maintained a minimum balance in the account as it was not mandatory and was specified as a '0' balance account....

The very same day i have received a text message informing me me that my credit card application number has been approved and the card will reach to me in 3 working days. I purchased pixel 2xl in mumbai on 1st april using debit card emi for 10k cashback.

It has been almost 4 months and cashback is not credited.

It took 1 week for bank to respond to my mail and now bank is asking for charge slip which is washed out. What do i do now? Why do i provide all these documents? Hdfc does not maintain any records? Is this how our accounts are maintained?

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-...

I was working in etisalat and left the company after 6 months, so my salary account should be closed but it was converted to savings account and you people charged me negative balance this is my registered no. [protected].
I want to use this account so kindly waver my account so that i can use my card.

credit card refund

I have made a payment in may 2018 actual amount suppose to be paid was Rs 12000/- something but by mistake I have made payment of Rs 120000/-

I was travelling at that time since I m back in June I started to call up bank official helpline [protected]

I always hold for 15 / 20 mins the. Calls get disconnected but I neve get call back

Then finally a lucky day came and finally I had word with bank...
