I am a hdfc account holder and using my debit card for withdrawing an amount of 10000 from a sbi bank atm. After providing my pin i m just waiting for cash but cash not dispensed and a message of transection time out shown on screen and money debited from my account.

    This is nisha hansda. I am hdfc credit card holder. I don't have any saving account in hdfc bank, once i had received a call hdfc life (Dated:12.07.2018) offered me life policy, i am agreed to take a proposal, but after few minutes i have decided to withdraw the life policy application, (Proposal no. 20591240, application no.[protected], so i had talked with hdfc life executive rajesh kumar (#[protected]) to cancel my proposal, he told me to give a mail to cancel this proposal (Mail sent to: rajesh. [protected]@hdfclife.in & [protected]@hdfclife.com), as per instruction i had sent them a mail on 12.08.2018, where i had clearly mentioned not to debit my credit card & cancel my proposal but they have debited rs.20900/- my credit card on 13.08.2018 even after receiving my mail, after vigorous followup on 07.08.2018 i got a mail from hdfc life customer care that they have returned/credited (Rs.20900/-) my cancelled policy on that account from which mode i have paid, policy payment mode was auto debit from my credit card * * * 9463. Hence i checked my credit card statement, where i found that the amount did not credit till date 14.08.2018. When i sent a mail to hdfc credit card (Hbl=[protected] they have confirmed me through the mail they didn't find such amount. And when i contact with hdfc life (Hdfcsl=[protected]' proposal no.[protected] they have given me such payment refund details: payment no. 9206910 on 07.08.2018 arn no.[protected].

    Apart from all that, the amount was still pending to adjusted in my account. Where is my fault hdfc kindly resolved this query.

HBL=[protected] confirmed through a mail that they have not received this amount. &they suggest to contact with service hdfclife Kindly check where is this amount & pending level.

    I had visited your hdfc branch to get statement of 07.08.2018-till date transaction, but they are not able to provide me specific date statement. I don't have any saving account in hdfc bank, so i am also not able to send you any pdf copy of aug18 statement before Billing date. And for your knowledge my Billing date is 18 aug 2018, so i had alredy submitted netbankin details of entry to hdfc life services through query no. HDFCSL=[protected] & HDFCSL=[protected], I am not able to submit aug2018 statement, coz my bill date is 18.08.2018, before that statement generation is not possible, i alredy talked to customer care services helpline too, they also told me before 18.08.2018 its not poosible, and i am truly worried about that before billing date if this amount of Rs.20900/- is not adjusted in my statement, (which is alredy refunded), it could be a chargeable for me, without any mistake done by my side. My request to hdfc life to contact to hdfc credit for further detals. Where is the problem

    I am in a regular touch with credit card service care & hdfc life in mail, but no one resolved my query. Hdfc credit card confirmed by mail on 14.08.2018 they are not getting amount & hdfc life confirming in mail they have sent the aforesaid amount.

    My query is still not resolved, hdfc credit card sent me hdfc life & hdfc life sent me hdfc credit card deptt. What i do.. i am frustrated with hdfc this attitude, my last experience with hdfc was good but at present hdfc disappointed me.

        While making payment for train booking through IRCTC, from my

        Amount of Rs. 5681/- Is got debited from my above said HDFC Bank account, but same is not credited to IRCTC for train booking and my train booking also got failed.

        I mailed as well as call to HDFC customer care 20 to 30 times, but fail to get in touch with customer care, customer care is not at all of any use. I am not getting any clarity about my payment status. So please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            I am cc holder since last 4-5 years, and recenty paid my oustanding of rs 1, 53, 329, however after clearing my outstanding still i have got the boll for rs 1420. How is it possible. I requested them to waive off the charges and after paying off 153329 they can not even waive off 1420... Such a great service. Amd now for rs 1420, i am getting calls wherein my limit is 2, 53000. Isn't that amazing.

              I joined my services in one of the privte sector banks jawhar branch. Branch code 2865 as a (Bso) branch sales officer on 01.12.2014 and subsequently based on my performance i was promoted to pb (Personal banker) in jan 2018. On my promotion i was transferred to a different section as per transfer policy of the bank, which i accepted gracefully and joined there on roll. Since my joining at my new job roll as a personal banker i was being constantly mentally harassed by my personal autroser (Pba) rohit ahire, empoley code - r10957. For processing the credit proposals without following laid down procedures and guidelines of the bank. I complained against this to the branch through letter on 02.07.2018 and meet and discuss for branch manger it on 06.08.2018 but no actions were taken against this, on the other hand i started getting threats to transfer me to an interior branch, which caused me even more mental harassment.
              Meanwhile my parents who are fully dependent on me also developed some serious medical problems, so i had to submit my reversal request on the medical ground of my self which was declined by the central office stating the reason as reversal cannot be accepted on medical ground of self. So i was left with no other option but to submit my resignation under such conditions on 02.07.2018 and to leave for my self town to take care of my fully dependent ailing self. Since then i am on leave without pay and waiting for the management’s response in this regard but till date i have not received any communication from the management except a letter from my regional office mentioning that even my resignation cannot be accepted stating the reason as my resignation does not hold merit for recommendation to the higher authority due to non-serving of active service period of three months in the bank. I have been seeking guidance in this regard from the management since that time, but nothing has happened till date. I am now not only mentally harassed but also financially exhaust causing me nightmares and a lot

                This is priya. I have loan in bank account hdfc, paid loan amount on time. Infact it gets auto deducted everytime.

                But from last two months, i am seeing that unnecessarily emi rtn is charged of around rs.236 0n 13th of august and rs.433.51 on 9th of july. There is no way to contact customer support hassle free. I am just loosing trust on hdfc as they said that all rs.4853 will be deducted every month for emi but now twice or thrice hdfc is deducting money from my account which is more than which was promised.

                After all the deductions, i am not even getting a single message of debit of amount however, before the payment of loan amount, each and every day messages are being sent.

                I have plans to take these issues to media houses now. Hopefully we will get our hard earned money back from these financial terrorists called hdfc bank.

                      Hello sir,

                      This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.
                      Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings account on 13 aug 2018 under the name of depository charges. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account. Nd after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

                      Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.3232716

                      The charges levied to your account on August 13, 2018, pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a.                         Hi,
                        One of your representative called me and told me that i am eligible for regalia card. After understanding the benefit i opted for it. When i received the card i saw it was "regalia first" credit card.

                        I called up hdfc team regarding this discrepancy and asked them to close the card. The ticket number is : hbl=[protected]. But to my surprise you will people are asking me to come to your office and give a written complain or courier it.

                        The thing is it is not my mistake why should i waste my time in such hassle. Also after a year a bill was sent as a renew charges which again to my surprise i was told that the card is completely free for lifetime.

                        I have been in long relationship with the bank and also a privilege customer. Kindly help me into this else i will forsure close all my accounts with hdfc

                          I paid 500 for a fastag on 24 march, 2018 (Application number hfr041013). I haven't recieved my fastag till now which was promised in 7-8 working days.
                          Wallet got created but i haven't got the tag yet to affix on my car. And i have called on the number a hundred times but it always is busy. I want my fastag or the money back as soon as possible. This is no kind of behavior expected from such a big organisation...

                          When I called your customer care, they didn’t provide the mail ID. Instead they simply told backhand team will look into it and yes the same thing was told thrice by your customer care. Please check the call record for your reference. When I asked them on the ticket number for backhand team, your customer care executive was unable to give any ticket number to track.I am damn sure, this must be a time pass for you people. Have paid for fastag, account got created but no tag to use in toll plazas. Wow HDFC, what a job, cheers. My biggest blunder was to create a fastag account with you. It’s better you should close the account and return my deposit amount and yes if you really want to resolve queries of customer, then call me on my mobile, u can get my mobile number from my application number.
                          I have paid for fastag on 5th august 2018. The mail promised me to do the needful in 5 days. But yet i have not received any communication.

                              I don't have credit card but u hdfc is charging 2950rs this is 3rd time why do you charge my hard earned money please pay back as soon as possible, i have complained many times, u people said my money will be paid back but never i received but in spite ur are charging me 2950 please pay back my money as soon as possible, i went to the bank and also talked to relationships manger they said it is resolved but they kept charging, i think bank can easily get rich if they keep do this.

                                  i am a salaried govt. Employee. I need a loan. Accordingly i have done the legal formalities with the bank personal through online. They assured me to give a loan for purchasing a plot. As per their instructions i have collected the documents need for the loan. But now a days they did not send any bank officials to me, as they promised to do so. When i personally visit our local bank, the bank official refused to give me loan, saying that there is no facility to giving this kind of loan by hdfc bank, agartala, tripura. The mobile no. Of the bank official is [protected]/[protected]. Who assured me about sanction of the loan. The correspondence of e-mail and sms are attached herewith. Thanks

                                      I am Rahul Kumar, actually I was Registered a complaint was 9th August regarding for the same, and HDFC Bank Representative has called me and told my money will be reimburse withing 24-72 Hours bt still my money note reimbursed and now again they deduct my balance again...it is false commitment from them and this time it's cant tolerate by me so now i would like to decided that i will close my account from HDFC Bank...

Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates. As a service gesture, we have reversed charges in your account on August 13, 2018. However, AMB non-maintenance charges will be applicable for months where you have not maintained the required Average Monthly Balance.                                         I have taken hdfc life insurance from coverfox. This is alcually a ulip plan. Now they have not informed me about auto debit thing. So i asked hdfc life to help me in proving form for auto debit. I have sent form along with cancelled cheque. Also i have asked them about the charges if any. They have not informed me and deducted amount from my savings account. They are cheating customers.
