I have requested for joint holder addition in 19th jul 2018. Till date, i am following up with the customer care, i did not get any response from them. Even, for name sake only, they assigned a personal assitance to my account. He is totally waste fellow. Worst customer service in the world. Very poor care to the customer. It is now more than 20 days, they are not able to add one joint holder. My contact : [protected] - complint number : hbl=[protected].
Worst service team. Waste of time, waste of energy. I just for other people, please do not prefer to open account in hdfc bank pvt. You will also end up with worst customer support.
