This is nikhil from Punjab, India and i had applied a Snapdeal HDFC Credit card (Application Number 18H[protected]NO) i have received all verification's done on my home and My office as well and i have always maintained my CIBIL score which is 796 (Latest). After getting lots of calls and verification i tried to check my application status on HDFC link and today i saw it says "disapproved" And reason was "DISAPPROVED" REASON - DISAPPROVAL OF THE CREDIT CARD APPLICATION DOES NOT REFLECT IN ANYWAY ON YOUR CREDIT STANDING OR YOUR FINANCIAL STABILITY . I have 117000 credit limit provided by Bajaj Finserv and 1 Personal loan "Unsecured" which is already sectioned on my same address and Score, My point is if i have everything excellent and why my credit card is disapproved, i have provided and filled my ITR Which is filled INR 300000. That thing is totally hurt my in many ways and punched my self esteem and dignity, Customer care don't know any reason and i am ready to take an legal action on HDFC bank cause they offend me, I have no bad history of Due, Everything i paying is excellent (cibil 796). I want an explanation in written from hdfc bank the proper reason or approve my credit card.
