Dear concern

my name is hazoor singh, i have taken two wheeler loan from hdfc bank a few years back which was cleared and noc was given by hdfc bank, inspiteof that my name is reflecting in sibal, i had talked to hdfc bank authorities but they replied that they have no objection and i should talked to sibal authorities but inspite of talking with sibal authorities, no one either from sibal or from hdfc bank is taking responsibility, as i pesonal loan but due to sibal problem i am not able to buy it. kindly help me and do the justice.

      Hdfc Credit card team didn't care about loyal customers. I am using my credit card from past 10 month & paid every bill on time but there are no limit increase offer from bank, others like sbi & amex offers limit increase just after 6 months o[censored]ses with regular payments.
      Service not up to the marks so planning to close the card.

        My name is naveena, & I am using hdfc bank credit card since last 2 years.
        I always pays my bill on time, but last month payment was not done by me on time as I was out of country.
        I was late due to some genuine reasons but they charged 1800 rs. extra for just 2-3 days late payment..
        I called to hdfc customer care several time & requested for the waiver but they rejected all my request three times. they don't even try to understand customer problem & their executive language is also very harsh.
        This is the worst services I have ever got from a private bank.
        hdfc bank & its services are too poor & so embarrassing, they never cooperate with their customer.
        I highly recommend not tp use this bank & its services. so bad & cheap.

          It's been 3 years since i am getting calls from hdfc and it's agencies on personal loans and debit cards even though i have repeatedly telling that i don't have any requirement. If any requirement then there are many ways to reach the bank for availing a loan but not by forcing people to take loan or port loan for their benefits. I am seriously offended by this activity. Everyday calls on this is seriously irritating when one is in serious meetings and work.

            Hdfc ergo general insurance — deduction of my balance from my credit card without any confirmation.. Still not got any refund of the policy

            Cancellation of hdfc ergo policy
            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 0000 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this policy any more. Policy issued me dated 18/07/2018 and have applied online cancellation for the policy on 01/08/2018 within 15days of policy issued to me so cancel the policy and refund the debited amount.

              I applied for a hdfc fastag on 9th october 2017 by paying rs.300. I got a message that the account is created on 17th october 2017. On the next day (18th october), i recharged it with rs.500. The tag was activated on 25th october 2017 even before i receive the tag. Got to know from the customer care that the fastag will be delivered to address i mentioned, but i have not got the tag even after 30 days. I raised a request to cancel the tag and refund the amount of rs.800. This request is not yet completed. I have sent many mails to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in and v. R. [protected]@sahaj.co.in but still waiting for their reply for 1 year. I have also called up to customer care more than 25 times but no good response.

              I didn't get any reply from the mail id you mentioned. I have sent them more than 10 mails. Your customer care says that no such tag or account exists. Do you want me to send the proofs of my account in this site.
              I have paid Rs.800 to the Walletid :17000000019071. Please arrange a refund as i have not even received the tag.

                I humera khot had received call from manish agrawal on 5th july from his mobile no [protected] that he is from hfdc bank hr and since i had complaint against the agent shine.com raashi then i got in touch with mr rajjev and raaj now since i had complained against them after 1 year mt manish agrawal called me for refund or job opportunity in hdfc i paid him 19900 for gst after paying agent 258000 still i paid him trusted on 12th july he was supposed to call me for job then he told due to technical issue he could not call then he was not available for more than 8 days and on 23rd july he received my phone told me sorry then he told me that its more than 1 year my profile has been cancelled and he has given my file for refund of my amount in accounts department then mr vishwanath kulkarni contacted me through his number saying that i need to pay first 10500 for cancellation of profile some how i managed to pay since i am not working for than 1 year then he told after 1 week bank wants deposit of 15000 for refund i managed that also by borrowing from some one else yesterday i have done the payt today they were upposed to refund my amount mr rohan singh mr vishwanath assisstant told andd today their mobile is switched off please refund my money back

                  I have submitted my kyc form twice, with copies of aadhar card, pan and electricity bill to hdfc bank, chembur branch, almost 2 months ago.
                  I am told by your customer care service that kyc has been received & updated.

                  But i receive message every week stating that my hdfcsec account is temporally suspend due to non submission of kyc and requesting me to submit the same as soon as possible.

                  I there any problem with the details i have submitted?

                  I have submitted my KYC form twice, with copies of Aadhar Card, PAN and Electricity bill to HDFC Bank, Chembur Branch, almost 2 months ago.

                  But I receive message every week stating that my HDFCSec Account is temporally suspend due to non submission of KYC and requesting me to submit the same as soon as possible.

                    I am customer saksham shop nerul navi mumbai.

                    Yesterday saksham shop deibted excess amount from pos machine (Hdfc debit card).

                    The transaction amount was around 1007 but shopper swiped ₹10, 007 amount. And amount was debited from the my account.

                    Shopper (Saksham shop) has claimed that he has done void sales. However, my hdfc bank account yet to reflect the refund. It was said to us within few minutes the money will get refunded. Its second day yet we haven't got money back.

                    Please look into the matter.

                      I took pension plan policy in 2103 (Mis guided by my agent that when i need i can take the money back with fund value of that time). When i came to know that policy is pension type and i asked the agent to cancel. Abut was told that the cheque submitted and i can't do. I discontinued from next year and wanted to surrender but again i was told that i have to wait for 5 years. Now in june when insurrenderd i was assured that i will get the full amount of 133877 against my one investment of one lakh. But i got only one third amount and even after my repeatedly requesting they are not giving my money and asking me to go for annuity plan only

                        My account has been blocked due to no bill payment done for the credit card for the last months. I've been trying to reach the customer care team, but always get to hear "our agents are busy, please try again later. I cannot access the money or make the min amount due payment.

                        There is no way to even get in touch and inform them to auto debit a certain amount so that the account gets released.

                        Is this what hdfc vouches for the customer service?

                          Complaint details : i used 43000 from my credit card my card limit is 45000. I payed some minimum due amount but i missed some dues due to some financial problems. How ever they deducted amount many times through my salary account. Till now i payed more than 90000rs for my credit card bill instead 43000 rs. Un billed credit card statement is showing 28000 rs. Yesterday i got my salary rs 16400 but the amount is blocked and it is showing negative 10000 even i paid more than 90000rs and also it decreased my credit score many times. I already paid more then 90000rs instead 43000 it is effecting my life. Please help me on this.

                            Harassment and threatening

                            Misusing my cheque without intimation

                            Threatening from collection executives
                            His name is raj, he usually speaking to get my pending emis.
                            I have only 2 emis pending, i have cleared the emis for past two months.

                            He threatening me for getting the 2 emi continuously.
                            1st of august, he put the cheque for 14040 rupees and debited from my account without my knowledge.. This is very atrocious and it looks local financial not a organized and reuputed bank. 14040 rupees debited from my account.

                            Today (2nd aug 2018) one more executive called me and threaten me for emi.. Both of the executive doesn't know about how to speak and misbehave like rowdies.. I wanted to escalate this issue to his supervisor/manager.

                            Two emi pending: 4680*2=9360

                            He supposed to inform me and put the cheque, but he put the without my knowledge or any notice.

                            He put the cheque of 14040 rupees

                            How come he put the cheque with 3 emis.

                            Why these executives are doing harassment me.. He harassment my family members as well..

                            I wanted to cancel my ecs.

                            I have already raised about this harassment.. No one called me.

                            This is how hdfc behaving..

                            Do you have any terms and conditions for harassment and put the cheque without intimating.

                            Like this, i lost more than 9 thousand rupees because of this.

                              I am a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in the month of july 2 times amb charges are debited. This is very annoying and that to without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. I am requesting you to refund the amount to my account.                                     I have placed a request for hdfc credit card and the hdfc agents came and collected my documents from office on 18th july 2018 now it's been 15 days and 7 days since my office and residential address verification was done, still status is showing in process, when will i be getting my card, please process fast!

There are no notifications form your side to me payment by card swaipe time. So i don't know that's limit is crossing, this time my card perfectly swaipe. But your office charges fine to me crossing the over limit. So, irequest you to reverse my over limit charges. I except for your positive response.

                                      Dear Customer,

                                      We observe from our records that, your card usage has exceeded the credit limit assigned to your credit card account and hence over limit fee was levied to your card. To explain it further, when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over-limit fee of 2.5% of the amount exceeded the limit subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 plus GST would get levied. Being sensitized, we have reversed over limit fee of Rs.500.00 billed to your card account and this credit will reflect in your August 2018 statement, however, GST billed to your card account will remain payable by you.

                                      This is not fair, hdfc side se intimate Karna jaruri tha Custumber ko yadi mera over fee Wala amount remove nhi kiya gaya to mei in future mei kabhi b hdfc ke saat connect nhi houga or ab ko suggest karunga ki hdfc ka credit card use na kare

                                        Imps transaction details :

                                        Rrn reference number:[protected]
                                        User reference number:[protected]
                                        Amount: rs 25250
                                        Money was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account. When i checked the transaction status it's saying processor down.
                                        Neither money is credited back to my account nor credited to beneficiary.

                                        Please help me getting my money back
