Dear senior officials,
This is reference in my account which has opened my wife name mrs. Kanchan sharma in your bank maya puri -1 branch.

I would like to inform you that my account opening date in your bank 14.06.2018 with amount of 84000/-inr, executive name mr. Hanif cont. No - [protected].
When i went in bank met with mr. Hanif they explain me regarding woman account. I was agreed any all the formalities was done but unfortunately some issues was there, those issue were closed.
My concern is this, when my account was opened no one informed me regarding any deduction, neither mr. Hanif nor any other staff. I also got call from mayapuri branch lady call me regarding inquiry opening account in our bank and kit has been received or not. She also not informed me regarding any deduction.
I want to know all of you that have you provide him or her trainings or counselling regarding all features and benefits as well as all deductions with transparency.
Sorry to say but there are many lacings in your system. How are take responsibility that, all the necessary information has been given to customers or not.
I deposited 84000/-inr in your bank, as of now my account balance is 82, 883.30/- inr including my withdraw amount of 1000/- inr.
1st deduction -236 on 12.07.18 (Debit card insurance)
2nd deduction - 17.70 on 20.07.18 (Inst - alert chg inc gst apr-jun2018)
Dear sir’s please tell me, had you informed to any customer regarding the this deductions at the time of new account opening??? Are your staff is not capable to any clarifications to customer??? Why not your staff transparency delivered to customers???
2nd things my account opening date is 14.06.18, how you can charges to me for 3 months (Months april –may-june). If your bank can not leave then how can you charge more than me.
I wants all clarifications asap. Deductions screenshot is attached.
