I have ordered earphones through flipkart and i paid rs.8094 using hdfc netbank. My order got cancelled and they initiated refund also, they have mentioned that refund has issued to your bank. But i did not get it yet. If the refund not credited in my account on or before july 24th, 2018, they asked to discuss with bank. I have attached screenshots for your reference.

    Bought a pixel 2 phone in flipkart sale on may 13.
    As per the offers, hdfc back gave an additional cashback of 8000 for the transaction via credit card.
    When i bought the order, the offer was applied and was informed by flipkart that i would get the cashback within 60 days.

    I have not received the cash back yet. Its been more than 75 days.

    I paid my home loan amount on 11 jul 18 and date given by the bank to collect property paper on 26 jul but bank not provide my paper s till date kindly inform me for the delay and why the paper yet not given to customer

      I have applied for a personal in hdfc bank. It has been two weeks. The uap number is 11014359. Despite submitting every document they have asked still i have not received the loan. Above all, every day they are assuring me i will be getting the loan today. I am a west bengal government employee (High school teacher) and they have taken three signed cheques with blank space in the amount section. I am afraid of being duped by this private bank.

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company 1 year ago. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). Lots of my money deducted from my account because of this reason. I'm job less and i'm still studying. I am student.

          They have no right to do whatever they want without informing the customer.
          How? I'm gonna pay my hard earn money to them without any mistake.

            Hi i bought sampoorn samrithi plan in 2012 and later found out that i have been given wrong information by the agent. Therefore, i stopped paying the premium. I paid them the first premium which is rs 100000 and then i contacted hdfc so many times to give me my money back as there is nothing mention on the policy about what happened if i dont want to continue.
            I allready did a complain in their head office and they haven' t shown any seriousness regarding this matter. Its really very sad for such a big company to be involved in this kind of scam.
            This happend with so many people. Their agents are selling these insurence policies at the name of fixed deposits.
            Thats what the agent told me that we are offering you the fixed deposit and after the end of 5 years, you are going to get 674000rs as a total sum assured. And its not the story of one agent. Most of their agents are involved in such kind of wrongdoings. It clearly shows that they were encourged by the company to sell as much policies they can at any cost.
            I live in australia now as an australian citizen. And according to ausyralian law, its a very serious crime and the persons involved in such kind of activities may even get a prison term if caught.

            I have received calls from So called termination dept of HDFC that I have a HDFC lapsed policy. If I pay another premium of 50000 I can get back money . I don't remember any such policy nor do I have the bond. I can give you numbers of the people calling me and the so called policy number.
            Pl advice.

              I had applied for credit card 2 months back but your team has stopped giving any communication after collecting the documents and not answering the call also. I got a sms with application ref no and a message of approval. Tracking link on the website is showing "in process" for the last 6 weeks. Was told that i'll get the card in 10 days after i apply, but it is still in process even after 2 months.

              Really u had a worst service..

                Hi,

                I am completely fed up HDFC sales chennai team, No one either responds to call or email.

                Kalaiselvan - [protected] ([protected]@hdfcsales.com) was the contact person for HDFC home loans, gave a processing fee 11, 918 for loan account no[protected] on 16 may 2018. But that amount was credited from HDFC bank account and Lost by Accounts manager - Aarthi (aarthi.[protected]@hdfc.com).

                According to Aarthi the cheque got bounced, buy she was some reason can't return my bounced cheque. they made me run to pillar to post to get unnecessary letters from HDFC bank.

                And Aarthi and Kalaiselvan as me pay the processing fee again to release my cheque. and N . Azhagunilavan ([protected] - [protected]@hdfcsales.com), Deputy Manager - Mortgage and Sales was also aware of it.

                Now HDFC sales personal neither Kalaiselvan or Azhagunilavan want to respond to my call or my emails.

                Till now i don't what went wrong and all from HDFC sales team is hiding behind curtains.

                    This is to inform you that, i am having a salary account with your hdfc bank since 2013. This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transaction from my salary account, in the morning when i was sleeping at my home, i got the two messages that an amount of 10000 and 2500 has been debited from my account at 08:11:25 a:m & 08:11:55 a:m, which have withdrawal from old mahavir nagar at the same time. I want to know that how it can be possible that someone can withdrawal the amount from account without carrying my debit card. For your knowledge i want to tell you that neither i have given my debit card to my any family member or nor to any know person. If required any further information my side, kindly give a revert or directly reach at below number. My intention is not to blame anyone but you guys can understand that this such amount is very huge for that person who is earning 25k in a month. It is requested you to kindly take an immediate action in this matter. Quick response will be highly appreciable. Awaiting for your quick response.

                      I am being asked for an otp after entering my netbanking customer id and password during login. I don't receiving the otp even when i gave enough time (Like several hours) and therefore unable to login to my account.

                      I usually don't get asked for an otp to login. Only for certain other transactions after login or reset password.

                                I had placed request for card swiping machine for one of my upcoming fair in indiranagar. I'm into textile business mainly deal with wedding silk sarees. I had given all the papers as requested by bank, and ur ppl promised to give the machine 28 first half in any worst situation, but in the end they failed to give the machine and fulfill their words.                                   My concern is this, when my account was opened no one informed me regarding any deduction, neither mr. Hanif nor any other staff. I also got call from mayapuri branch lady call me regarding inquiry opening account in our bank and kit has been received or not. She also not informed me regarding any deduction.
                                  I want to know all of you that have you provide him or her trainings or counselling regarding all features and benefits as well as all deductions with transparency.
                                  Sorry to say but there are many lacings in your system. How are take responsibility that, all the necessary information has been given to customers or not.
                                  I deposited 84000/-inr in your bank, as of now my account balance is 82, 883.30/- inr including my withdraw amount of 1000/- inr.
                                  1st deduction -236 on 12.07.18 (Debit card insurance)
                                  2nd deduction - 17.70 on 20.07.18 (Inst - alert chg inc gst apr-jun2018)

                                  Dear sir’s please tell me, had you informed to any customer regarding the this deductions at the time of new account opening??? Are your staff is not capable to any clarifications to customer??? Why not your staff transparency delivered to customers???
                                  2nd things my account opening date is 14.06.18, how you can charges to me for 3 months (Months april –may-june). If your bank can not leave then how can you charge more than me.
                                  I wants all clarifications asap. Deductions screenshot is attached.

                                    Cancellation of one assist membership
                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1298/- from my credit card number ending with 8810 without my concern on date:27/07/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                      I get a call from hdfc bank 50 times a day telling me to pay my credit card bill the monthly instalment of the same is more than 20000 rs every month which is extremely high and there is no justification to why i have to pay this amount. This money is not deducted from my residual amount rather is just monthy interest that is way to high. These representatives harass us over phone and call my sick grandfather talking # about me. They harass him too saying that your relative takes loan from our bank and does not repay it. It is difficut to arrange 20ooo-30000 rs per month just for waste. This money doeas not even add up to anything. I am highly disturbed by this and i am going to take this matter to the court and sue the company. They have been mentally disturbing us for a long time now. These representative are mannerless. The say that they are doing their work but they are just kept taking ill to people nd harassing them. They also blackmail us that they would reach our home. I am highly disappointed by their functioning and it is a matter of shame for the bank.

                                        I have seen the following charges in my hdfc account.

                                        1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

                                        2. Inst-alert chg inc gst apr-jun2018 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging

                                        They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

                                        I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...
