I want hdfc bank to change its slogan from "bank aapki mutthi mein" to "bank aapkye sim card mein" for it is useless to me without a mobile number.

I have an nre a/c with a vodafone postpaid number registered with the account. Although i have no other use for it, i had to deposit rs1500/- for ir services just to receive sms otps.

I have also an email registered with the bank account, but the "truly digital" bank simply won't trust it, thus forcing me to rely on vodafone to use my bank account.

What a shame and a crappy system?

    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and did not use the account for 1.5 year now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) or even they gave me any letter on intimation or approach me regarding this and now i received a message from hdfc regarding balance check and when i checked the balance it showing -8000

    According to new rbi guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
    Where should i approach now. Please help cause i am not able to pay the fine

              Hi.

              I am a client of hdfc from 6 years. I am using hdfc credit card num0309 from past 3 years. Always paying the dues on time. Last month I had some pending dues about 12000 I could not pay. As I was in well from long. I had not got my salary last month. Credit card department called me many time. I told them I ll pay once my salary will be credited. But the lady who was calling me from morning 7.oclock till late night and sending me massages .tgat she will send executive at my office and my home. I told her listen I ll pay by my sbi card as I don't Have cash and balance in my account. She shouted at me. Used bad language .she harass me at a level that I got panic attack .she was continually taking my one of frnds name. Who is add in my neft details.. She said tell him to pay your credit card. She checked his account balance also. And said. I ll call to your friends and family and abuse them.
              Just wanted to say is this the service you guys provide to your clients. That he or she got a panic attack .doc advice me to rest about 20 days. I m not be able to go my work. Cause of that lady.. What can I do now. Suggest me. Want to get rid from this credit card don't want this bad service at all which falls me sick and mentally pressure on me. Req you to Plzz settle my credit card. I don't have much amount to pay. See Wotever you guys can help.

                    I have ordered earphones through flipkart and i paid rs.8094 using hdfc netbank. My order got cancelled and they initiated refund also, they have mentioned that refund has issued to your bank. But i did not get it yet. Despite submitting every document they have asked still i have not received the loan. Above all, every day they are assuring me i will be getting the loan today.                             They have no right to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                              Hi i bought sampoorn samrithi plan in 2012 and later found out that i have been given wrong information by the agent. Therefore, i stopped paying the premium. I paid them the first premium which is rs 100000 and then i contacted hdfc so many times to give me my money back as there is nothing mention on the policy about what happened if i dont want to continue.
                              I allready did a complain in their head office and they haven' t shown any seriousness regarding this matter. Its really very sad for such a big company to be involved in this kind of scam.
                              This happend with so many people. Their agents are selling these insurence policies at the name of fixed deposits.
                              Thats what the agent told me that we are offering you the fixed deposit and after the end of 5 years, you are going to get 674000rs as a total sum assured. And its not the story of one agent. Most of their agents are involved in such kind of wrongdoings. It clearly shows that they were encourged by the company to sell as much policies they can at any cost.
                              I live in australia now as an australian citizen. And according to ausyralian law, its a very serious crime and the persons involved in such kind of activities may even get a prison term if caught.

                              I have received calls from So called termination dept of HDFC that I have a HDFC lapsed policy. If I pay another premium of 50000 I can get back money . I don't remember any such policy nor do I have the bond. I can give you numbers of the people calling me and the so called policy number.

                                I had applied for credit card 2 months back but your team has stopped giving any communication after collecting the documents and not answering the call also. I got a sms with application ref no and a message of approval. Tracking link on the website is showing "in process" for the last 6 weeks.                                   I am completely fed up HDFC sales chennai team, No one either responds to call or email.

                                  Kalaiselvan - [protected] ([protected]@hdfcsales.com) was the contact person for HDFC home loans, gave a processing fee 11, 918 for loan account no[protected] on 16 may 2018. But that amount was credited from HDFC bank account and Lost by Accounts manager - Aarthi (aarthi.[protected]@hdfc.com).

                                  According to Aarthi the cheque got bounced, buy she was some reason can't return my bounced cheque. they made me run to pillar to post to get unnecessary letters from HDFC bank.

                                  And Aarthi and Kalaiselvan as me pay the processing fee again to release my cheque. and N . Azhagunilavan ([protected] - [protected]@hdfcsales.com), Deputy Manager - Mortgage and Sales was also aware of it.

                                  Now HDFC sales personal neither Kalaiselvan or Azhagunilavan want to respond to my call or my emails.

                                  Till now i don't what went wrong and all from HDFC sales team is hiding behind curtains.

                                    Hello I am the residents of Riyadh Saudi Arabia hear I am working so I plan to save my money in bank account so I request for NRI account.
                                    All documents and deposit done 16 July but till now my account in action I want to use urgent basis for my account but still I am waiting.
                                    Bank customer service telling we are already forwarded your remittance details to the concerned team in order to activate your account 14 day's completed but my account still in active I need to use my account urgent basis.
                                    Please I need your support because of I unable to visit bank.

                                      This is to inform you that, i am having a salary account with your hdfc bank since 2013. This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transaction from my salary account, in the morning when i was sleeping at my home, i got the two messages that an amount of 10000 and 2500 has been debited from my account at 08:11:25 a:m & 08:11:55 a:m, which have withdrawal from old mahavir nagar at the same time. I want to know that how it can be possible that someone can withdrawal the amount from account without carrying my debit card. For your knowledge i want to tell you that neither i have given my debit card to my any family member or nor to any know person. If required any further information my side, kindly give a revert or directly reach at below number. My intention is not to blame anyone but you guys can understand that this such amount is very huge for that person who is earning 25k in a month. It is requested you to kindly take an immediate action in this matter. Quick response will be highly appreciable. Awaiting for your quick response.

                                        I am being asked for an otp after entering my netbanking customer id and password during login. I don't receiving the otp even when i gave enough time (Like several hours) and therefore unable to login to my account.

                                        I usually don't get asked for an otp to login. Only for certain other transactions after login or reset password.

                                        My international number is registered and i usually receive other sms from hdfc. Kindly help.
