I had applied for a loan in hdfc file no[protected], dated 25 april but they did not approved, reason they are giving non eligible, on 6 july 2018, mean while they regular demanded all related paper till 4 july 2018.
Now they are saying we will deduct some amount of processing fees. Whereas there is no commitment of regarding deduction of amount.
We have file refund amount on 18 july 2018, but they are misbehaving and not refunding an amount.

I didn't get any reply from the mail id you mentioned. I have sent them more than 10 mails. Your customer care says that no such tag or account exists. Do you want me to send the proofs of my account in this site.
I have paid Rs.800 to the Walletid :17000000019071. Please arrange a refund as i have not even received the tag.
