I didn't do any transaction with rs. 70586. Kindly check this fraud transaction.

    Description :- i tried to liquidate fd through netbanking.
    But getting error "we are unable to process your request".
    This fd was booked online.

    I want to liquidate the fd for some personal reason.
    Please look into this why i am getting this error. Let me know if there is any other way to liquidate the fd.

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. My credit card number ending with xxxx0132 the bank has joined me with one assist membership without my concern. And also debited some monthly charges from my credit card so i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership please.

        I had placed request for card swiping machine for one of my upcoming fair in indiranagar. I'm into textile business mainly deal with wedding silk sarees. I had given all the papers as requested by bank, and ur ppl promised to give the machine 28 first half in any worst situation, but in the end they failed to give the machine and fulfill their words. Bcoz of this i had to loose big business. All this happened bcoz o[censored]r negligence. I want to you settle for the loss way i incurred.

          This is reference in my account which has opened my wife name mrs. Kanchan sharma in your bank maya puri -1 branch.
          Account number -[protected].
          I would like to inform you that my account opening date in your bank 14.06.2018 with amount of 84000/-inr, executive name mr. Hanif cont. No - [protected].
          When i went in bank met with mr. Hanif they explain me regarding woman account. I was agreed any all the formalities was done but unfortunately some issues was there, those issue were closed.
          My concern is this, when my account was opened no one informed me regarding any deduction, neither mr. Hanif nor any other staff. I also got call from mayapuri branch lady call me regarding inquiry opening account in our bank and kit has been received or not. She also not informed me regarding any deduction.
          I want to know all of you that have you provide him or her trainings or counselling regarding all features and benefits as well as all deductions with transparency.
          Sorry to say but there are many lacings in your system. How are take responsibility that, all the necessary information has been given to customers or not.
          I deposited 84000/-inr in your bank, as of now my account balance is 82, 883.30/- inr including my withdraw amount of 1000/- inr.
          1st deduction -236 on 12.07.18 (Debit card insurance)
          2nd deduction - 17.70 on 20.07.18 (Inst - alert chg inc gst apr-jun2018)

          Dear sir’s please tell me, had you informed to any customer regarding the this deductions at the time of new account opening??? Are your staff is not capable to any clarifications to customer??? Why not your staff transparency delivered to customers???
          2nd things my account opening date is 14.06.18, how you can charges to me for 3 months (Months april –may-june). If your bank can not leave then how can you charge more than me.
          I wants all clarifications asap. Deductions screenshot is attached.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

              I get a call from hdfc bank 50 times a day telling me to pay my credit card bill the monthly instalment of the same is more than 20000 rs every month which is extremely high and there is no justification to why i have to pay this amount. This money is not deducted from my residual amount rather is just monthy interest that is way to high. These representatives harass us over phone and call my sick grandfather talking # about me. They harass him too saying that your relative takes loan from our bank and does not repay it. It is difficut to arrange 20ooo-30000 rs per month just for waste. This money doeas not even add up to anything. I am highly disturbed by this and i am going to take this matter to the court and sue the company. They have been mentally disturbing us for a long time now. These representative are mannerless. The say that they are doing their work but they are just kept taking ill to people nd harassing them. They also blackmail us that they would reach our home. I am highly disappointed by their functioning and it is a matter of shame for the bank.

                I have seen the following charges in my hdfc account.

                1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

                2. Inst-alert chg inc gst apr-jun2018 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging

                They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

                I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...

                    There is a credit card collection agent harassing us with abusive words we had informed him that the card holder is not home and the payment will be made next week but this guy name ashok from fedility consultancy is abusive and harrassed and standing in front of the house and shouting we have cctv futage for it. I want to take legal action against the harassment. I'm adding that person pic while standing in front of the house when i informed him that i'm going to take action.

                        I have a hdfc credit card, and i have been requested for my payment history several times towards the bank. I never got my payment history.in online also i could not to check the payment history. Hdfc bank staffs are called me many times for payment. Every single time i ask them for my payment history but till now they didn't give. Now they started to call my parents and neighbours just to insult me. When i ask about this the bank staffs are so rude and talk vulgarly to me. Please take action against this.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am a regular loan repayer.. Since i'm in my maternity break i was unable to make a payment for july 2018. But the collection executive mr. Nagraj is harassing me every single day. I being pregnant it has been causing a lot of stress and mental torture. Even though i have mailed hdfc bank for a month time to repay and also got a permission for the same. He is insisting on me making my payment or he will drag me to the police station. I have asked him to please send me a legal copy for the same which he doesn't have.. He is abusing me and also someone else is calling my friends, family members and torturing them to repay. I have never defaulted my payments. Just for one payment he is torturing me to the core. I need a resolution immediately.. And i don't want such people to ruin my peace. Fyi m not a regular defaulter. I just missed one payment since my salary has been stuck due to maternity leave. Please consider my request and look into this matter.

                            I have lost my hdfc food card and re-issued new food card.
                            By mistake, i failed to update new food card details in my salary definition so that my money is transferred to lost food card

                            Kindly, can you please transfer the balance amount of my lost food card into new hdfc food card ([protected])

                            Even dropped mail to 'prepaidcards. [protected]@hdfcbank.com' but no response and also tried to call - call centre number given in foodplus card.. Prepaid card options given is only for forex cards and no options for foodcard. I also contacted velachery main road hdfc branch but he said they will not deal anything related to foodcard

                              I am troubling a lot to get though my charges remove from my bank account but hdfc bank is not helping me in rectifying.. They are not even closing the account or refunding my deducting charges which i was promised.
                              That is only my bread and butter and bank is consuming my money like this means... Where is the justice.
                              My bank branch is in karthik nagar and nobody is taking care of my issue.. Deepika (Karthik nagar branch employees) assured me that i will get my refund and now she is not responding now and they are keep on charging the maintenance fee though i submit to close the and remove the charges and refund me. Please help me and refund my money.

                                I have a salary account in hdfc bank, acc no -[protected]. Bank has issued me a credit card which i would like to get closed. So i visited hdfc bahadurgarh branch on 23 july 2018 to apply for closure of my credit card. They asked me to write an application and submit it which i did. However even after 7 days i have not received any notification from the bank for the same. I tried contacting cusatomer support but seems like they do not entertain such cases. I request you to look into the matter and please proceed for closure of my credir card.

                                  This is to divert your kind attention on the above mentioned subject. I have some outstanding which i am not able to pay. I told my problem to the bank and executive so many times.

                                  One executive gaurav ([protected]) who is coming at my place for the past two months, and threaten all females so badly. I sold my jewlery in the month of june and gave him the payment. Again he came on 27th july at 10am and stood till 5pm along with vivek. They all kept on ringing my bell and shouted. Then they went to the landlord and dislosed the amount and all to them.

                                  Shame on your # who torture people like this, and threaten. I am lodging an fir against them and writing in nhrc.

                                  We all family people will suicide if you will not stop threatening. We don;t have money to survive you #, and you are threatening like this.

                                    I am a small town farmer.
                                    My complain is about pradhan mantri fasal bima yojana.
                                    I not get my valid bima money of year 2015 and 2017 kharif soyabeen, which is not given by hdfc bank to me because of their mistake.

                                      I had open salary account on 10 july. I had already submit my all doucument to hdfc representive. But still now my profile detail like my name, address, mobile number not updated. Two time i visit the branch. They told me it will be updated soon. My account no is [protected], cutomer id[protected]. Branch name - hdfc airport branch. My mobile number is [protected]. This is really disappoint me. Do some thing as soon as possible.

                                        This is regarding hdfc credit card bill.i have clear all my bill amount was 14800/ in month of November 2017.than i got next month statement amount of 1500/ when i call to customer care they said late fees you have not paid bill on time so you have to pay the late fees.i fallow up to customer care many time for the same but they give another no of credit card collection team that no never connected.than i have raised a complaint against the bill than i got call from credit card team that i have to pay all the due amount that is 6000 almost also the costumer care representative name Amar from delhi office was very rude.i am in deep stress because of this how come on late fees they are adding amount on me.This kind of irresponsible attitude of customer care and their superiors in credit cards division branch has left me feeling mentally harassed .they are continuously incresing my amount payble from Rs 1500 to Rs 6000/since dec 2017 till date and this is despite that my card acct has been blocked. what am i supposed to do. iam planning to take legal action for mental and financial harrassment against the bank.
