I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6617 without my concern on date:15/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

    Dear sir,

    I had applied for insurance policy application no,.[protected]for my daughter simran bhatia on 31 jul 2018. The premium of rs. 52250 was paid on line through debit card on 31 jul 2018. Now i do not want to take this policy.

    Kindly revert the amount in my account if taken.

      I got call from [protected] .
      This person introduce herself Divya sharma from Delhi head branch of HDFC Life Insurance company.she told me about interest free loan against hdfc life jeevan samruddhi Policy plan.she told me she is senior manager of HDFC life Insurance/loan dept.She also told me about and convinced me fully on it.

      By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 30000 Then HDFC will give Rs 300000 for 10 years wiTh 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to HDFC life .
      first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. But be aware of such type of calls

      With the help of this forum, I would like to tell all people to not faith on such type of calls /offers.
      These People are third party vendor working for these banks and getting commission on each sell of products.
      Please be aware of such type of calls. .

        Dear Oneassist Team,
        I have received credit card from the HDFC agent saying card is totally free and I took the same and till now I didn’t generate the pin number in that card . I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of Rs1399 from my credit card & in EMI with another RS 100 EMI conversion fee deducted.
        As per my knowledge Mobile payment Rs 100 only I used . When I Contact customer care with cancellation request. They’re answering the plan almost cross 42 days so we will refund only the 50 % amount . This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without my knowledge.
        Kindly refund the full amount 1537.98 to my credit card and cancel the one assist plan

            Hi I'm the credit card holder of hdfc. I'm have subscribed to the one assist membership last year .I'm not interested to continue in this membership further. So I have called the one assist customer care and discussed regarding this cancellation.they have called me 4 times to brain wash me but they didn't deactivate. My renewal date is on 08/03/2018.im worried of auto debit of 1899 from my card.I have informed many times but they have not deactivated. Kindly requesting u to cancel the membership before the renewal period.i will be taking an legal action if any amount is going to debit from my card on one assist

              I have aswaping machine of hdfc. T.I.D. No.48021200.I orderd rolls for machine many time but no responce from bank. And the phone no. Of service center- [protected] is not working. We purchase rolls from market but how many time we prchase rolls from market.i am from ahmednagar our account in hdfc bank in the name of "riya for women" and our branch in pune also with same name and same problem is there. very bad services by hdfc bank always.i suggest everyone to not to open account in hdfc bank.

                HDFC Bank should be ashamed of itself. How can you trust such a bank which doesnt credit cashbacks on their payzapp app even after emailing them? transaction id 26515284 dated 02.07.2018.
                On the 15th of July I emailed payzapp support and received confirmation that the transaction is eligible and i would receive cashback within the stipulated time of 30 days. Today is the 31st day and there is absolutely no sign of any cashback. HDFC Bank is simply the worst bank to bank with as far as their systems and resolution and customer care is concerned. Even this complaint will not be resolved i am sure.

                Well my mistake. It seems HDFC Payzapp cashbacks are credited within 30 working days. In this age of 24/7 banking, HDFC Bank still resorts to the subterfuge of WORKING days. I guess they must be the only bank that processes cashbacks manually. No other reason to count working days I suppose.

                  Today i got the message from hdfc bank that mandate reference no. Hdfc[protected] is issued to sharekhan ltd. With value rupees 10000, and frequency adho is received.

                  i have account of mutual fund sip with share khan and i opened dmat account recently, but i did not raise any mandate.
                  I went to bank but they said that i must talk to sharekhan customer care but they are also responig same.

                    01-aug-2018 i did an imps transfer from my hdfc saving account to sbi.
                    The amount has been debited but not credited to the beneficiary account.
                    Its been more than time and still the amount is nowhere to be traced in the hdfc application for mobile banking the status of the transaction shows as processor down.

                    I would request the bank to look into this matter and resolve this issue.

                    Hdfc being such a reputed bank comitting these types of silly mistakes is highly unacceptable.

                    Loosing trust on hdfc banking system ;- (

                        I have applied for credit card at hdfc band and my reference no is [protected]em
                        And my application is disapproved by the bank without giving me any reason as it does not fullfill the internal criteria of bank... So i go to one of the hdfc bank branch at laitmukrah shillong where i talk one of the bank employee named sarfaraj alam he told me ki your civil score may be poor.
                        I told him it is not possible as i am not involved in any kind of loan or credit card in the past not even i am a guarantor to anyone.
                        Then he told me that there is no way to know ki why hdfc disapproved your credit card application. He also tell me to apply in state bank of india for credit card...
                        I am central govt employee and my colleagues got credit card from hdfc and i opened bank account in hdfc for credit card and they are telling me go to sbi for credit card...

                          I had received a call to apply for credit card. Provided all details as per process.
                          Did not receive the credit card so called the third party vendor to enquire.
                          Third party vendor called back and had his colleague "nerul" on conference.

                          It is unfortunate the way nerul spoke to me and how unprofessional his conduct was.

                          Called nerul again to enquire about his company and i was told "that please go ahead and complaint, i have recorded our entire conversation."

                          It is saddening that an organization as big as hdfc is dealing with such lowly vendors who are not even trained to speak to their customers with proper mannerisms.

                          Requesting hdfc to look into this.

                                  The debt collector calls up and derogrates the consumer thats me first of all and then say let it be i will talk to your mother. My mother is not a party to the credit card payment and the same has been going on since 2017 inspite of regular emails to bank office they say its correct and nothing abnormal is found when they call my relatives they disclose the debt completely and are harassing them. The collector is so rude. When recordings are sent to the bank they say we need a specific format and say we can not examin this without you sebding recordings like they dont have the recordings of the call and also they dont provide the recordings. Bank has caused me not to visit any of my relatives because of this kind of disclosure which has hampred my relationship and repution in the family and also has caused undue harrasement.

                                    I contact the jio customer care they told me that they haven't received the payment so unable to issue refund confirmation. Following information have been provided please refer and solve the problem:

                                      My salary account was created in my company, i have changed the company, now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account.

                                        Hi team,
                                        I have seen the following charges in my hdfc salary account.

                                        1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

                                        2. Inst-alert chg inc gst jul-apr 2018 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging

                                        They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

                                        I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...

                                        Effective 1st April 2013, the customer's registered for Insta Alerts service with 'SMS' facility, would be charged as follows: Salary/Savings Account: Rs. 15/- per quarter Current Account: Rs. 25/- per quarter Additional Information: Customer's who are registered only for 'Email' alerts facility for receiving InstaAlerts will not be charged. Debit/Credit Card Transaction alerts sent as per regulatory guidelines and NetBanking transaction alerts do not form part of InstaAlert Service. Customers who are not registered for InstaAlert service will continue to get these alerts free of charge. All fees and charges mentioned above will attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) @18%.
