I had HDFC credit card, due to some reason i opted for settlement option with HDFC bank and paid the amount and finished the EMI amount, now the waver amount has been doubled,
i went to bank to make the payment and close the card, but they are saying that they are not able to make the payment because system shows zero outstanding amount. Customer care says ousting amount has to be paid, but I don’t how to pay. Banks are not accepting payment, customer care not providing solution.

Updated by Nithin645 i Wanted to close my credit card
So I paid the full and final amount (33, 108) on 27th July 2018, The amount got deducted from my bank account 1-1-2018 . But i didn't get any acknowledgement from HDFC bank, , Nobody providing proper answer to me.
Always telling it is not reflected in their system .
