I have received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 31/07/18 without my permission. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap.

I just want to know that how bank can deduct the amount of 1399rs from my bank account without my permission for my credit card.

I have already paid 1500rs for credit card activation fees to bank last year but now again bank has deducted 1399rs from my main account.

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1800/- from my credit card number ending with 7328 without my concern on last 2 years, i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1800/-

        The debt collector calls up and derogrates the consumer thats me first of all and then say let it be i will talk to your mother. My mother is not a party to the credit card payment and the same has been going on since 2017 inspite of regular emails to bank office they say its correct and nothing abnormal is found when they call my relatives they disclose the debt completely and are harassing them. The collector is so rude. When recordings are sent to the bank they say we need a specific format and say we can not examin this without you sebding recordings like they dont have the recordings of the call and also they dont provide the recordings. Bank has caused me not to visit any of my relatives because of this kind of disclosure which has hampred my relationship and repution in the family and also has caused undue harrasement.

          I contact the jio customer care they told me that they haven't received the payment so unable to issue refund confirmation. Following information have been provided please refer and solve the problem:

              Hi team,
              I have seen the following charges in my hdfc salary account.

              1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

              2. Inst-alert chg inc gst jul-apr 2018 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging

              They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

              I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...

Debit/Credit Card Transaction alerts sent as per regulatory guidelines and NetBanking transaction alerts do not form part of InstaAlert Service. Customers who are not registered for InstaAlert service will continue to get these alerts free of charge. All fees and charges mentioned above will attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) @18%.                 I want hdfc bank to change its slogan from "bank aapki mutthi mein" to "bank aapkye sim card mein" for it is useless to me without a mobile number.

                I have an nre a/c with a vodafone postpaid number registered with the account. Although i have no other use for it, i had to deposit rs1500/- for ir services just to receive sms otps.

                I have also an email registered with the bank account, but the "truly digital" bank simply won't trust it, thus forcing me to rely on vodafone to use my bank account.

                What a shame and a crappy system?

                  My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and did not use the account for 1.5 year now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) or even they gave me any letter on intimation or approach me regarding this and now i received a message from hdfc regarding balance check and when i checked the balance it showing -8000

                  According to new rbi guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
                  Where should i approach now. Please help cause i am not able to pay the fine

                            Hi.

                            I am a client of hdfc from 6 years. I am using hdfc credit card num0309 from past 3 years. Always paying the dues on time. Last month I had some pending dues about 12000 I could not pay. As I was in well from long. I had not got my salary last month. Credit card department called me many time. I told them I ll pay once my salary will be credited. But the lady who was calling me from morning 7.oclock till late night and sending me massages .tgat she will send executive at my office and my home. I told her listen I ll pay by my sbi card as I don't Have cash and balance in my account. She shouted at me. Used bad language .she harass me at a level that I got panic attack .she was continually taking my one of frnds name. Who is add in my neft details.. She said tell him to pay your credit card. She checked his account balance also. And said. I ll call to your friends and family and abuse them.
                            Just wanted to say is this the service you guys provide to your clients. That he or she got a panic attack .doc advice me to rest about 20 days. I m not be able to go my work. Cause of that lady.. What can I do now. Suggest me. Want to get rid from this credit card don't want this bad service at all which falls me sick and mentally pressure on me. Req you to Plzz settle my credit card. I don't have much amount to pay. See Wotever you guys can help.

                                  I have ordered earphones through flipkart and i paid rs.8094 using hdfc netbank. My order got cancelled and they initiated refund also, they have mentioned that refund has issued to your bank. But i did not get it yet. If the refund not credited in my account on or before july 24th, 2018, they asked to discuss with bank. I have attached screenshots for your reference.

                                    Bought a pixel 2 phone in flipkart sale on may 13.
                                    As per the offers, hdfc back gave an additional cashback of 8000 for the transaction via credit card.
                                    When i bought the order, the offer was applied and was informed by flipkart that i would get the cashback within 60 days.

                                      I have applied for a personal in hdfc bank. It has been two weeks. The uap number is 11014359. Despite submitting every document they have asked still i have not received the loan. Above all, every day they are assuring me i will be getting the loan today. I am a west bengal government employee (High school teacher) and they have taken three signed cheques with blank space in the amount section. I am afraid of being duped by this private bank.

                                      I got an SMS from HDFC BANK wrote that ACH Debit mandate registered for Rs. 50000 /- in AC no ***********94928 for 5 paisa with UMRN NO.***************. What is this about? I have invested in 5paisa.com but i dont know what this message means and i am getting it for the 3rd time, Please take action immediately.

                                        "mandate reference no.* issued to icici bank limited with value rs.70292 amount and frequency mnth is received today for processing in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.
                                        Can you please confirm that amount will debit from my account or not? Or this is only informal msg
