Harassment and threatening
And
Misusing my cheque without intimation

Threatening from collection executives
His name is raj, he usually speaking to get my pending emis.
I have only 2 emis pending, i have cleared the emis for past two months.

He threatening me for getting the 2 emi continuously.
1st of august, he put the cheque for 14040 rupees and debited from my account without my knowledge.. This is very atrocious and it looks local financial not a organized and reuputed bank. 14040 rupees debited from my account.

Today (2nd aug 2018) one more executive called me and threaten me for emi.. Both of the executive doesn't know about how to speak and misbehave like rowdies.. I wanted to escalate this issue to his supervisor/manager.

Two emi pending: 4680*2=9360

He supposed to inform me and put the cheque, but he put the without my knowledge or any notice.

He put the cheque of 14040 rupees

How come he put the cheque with 3 emis.

Why these executives are doing harassment me.. He harassment my family members as well..

I wanted to cancel my ecs.

I have already raised about this harassment.. No one called me.

This is how hdfc behaving..

Do you have any terms and conditions for harassment and put the cheque without intimating.

Like this, i lost more than 9 thousand rupees because of this.

    I am a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in the month of july 2 times amb charges are debited. This is very annoying and that to without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. I am requesting you to refund the amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Request you to kindly get it resolved.

      I am the regular customer of hdfc bank from last 8 years also i am holding credit card of the same. From may 18 i am jobless so we are unable to maintain credit card balance. But i am ensure to bank official over phone from august 18 we r getting regular payment. After this communication we can seen negative balance on my account of credit card outstanding.

        I am hdfc customer since 2012 and i have been using hdfc credit card since 2015. However, in last month credit card statement, i have observed discrepancies as listed below

        13/07/2018 offus emi, prin nb:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980713010977154) 1, 224.07
        13/07/2018 consolidated fcy markup fee (Ref# vt181830069012450000103) 13.74

        2) further, the total of statement as line by line spending sums to rs. 14718.18 and due amout mentioned is rs. 15405.00.

        I want details of the charges applied and differential amount from due amount return in my account. I may go to consumer forum if my complaint is not dealt with due diligence.

          I have placed a request for hdfc credit card and the hdfc agents came and collected my documents from office on 18th july 2018 now it's been 15 days and 7 days since my office and residential address verification was done, still status is showing in process, when will i be getting my card, please process fast!

There are no notifications form your side to me payment by card swaipe time. So i don't know that's limit is crossing, this time my card perfectly swaipe. But your office charges fine to me crossing the over limit. So, irequest you to reverse my over limit charges. I except for your positive response.

            Dear Customer,

            We observe from our records that, your card usage has exceeded the credit limit assigned to your credit card account and hence over limit fee was levied to your card. To explain it further, when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over-limit fee of 2.5% of the amount exceeded the limit subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 plus GST would get levied. Being sensitized, we have reversed over limit fee of Rs.500.00 billed to your card account and this credit will reflect in your August 2018 statement, however, GST billed to your card account will remain payable by you.

            This is not fair, hdfc side se intimate Karna jaruri tha Custumber ko yadi mera over fee Wala amount remove nhi kiya gaya to mei in future mei kabhi b hdfc ke saat connect nhi houga or ab ko suggest karunga ki hdfc ka credit card use na kare

              Imps transaction details :

              Rrn reference number:[protected]
              User reference number:[protected]
              Amount: rs 25250
              Money was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account. When i checked the transaction status it's saying processor down.
              Neither money is credited back to my account nor credited to beneficiary.

              Please help me getting my money back

Amount debited from my HDFC Bank Account but not credited after more than 24 hours to the other account. Status shows processor down. How to get the amount back?                       I applied for hdfc credit card. All necessary documents submitted. Residential and office verfication were done. I got confirmation call, otp verification, email verification were done. While tracking it is showing in process. Kindly let me know how many days it will take for approval. What is next process. I applied on july 4th.
                      As i have checked my status it is continuously showing in progress and still i have not received my credit card. Please resolve this problem at soon as possible.

                        Hdfc bank promised to give cashback of rs 10000/- within 90days on iphone x on hdfc debit card loan and in the bill receipt also it's clearly mentioned the same.

                        Now it's been more than 120 days. I have not yet received the cashback and hdfc support team is not responding to my query at all. Customer care executive is asking me to call bank branch and talk, same with branch executive asking me to call customer care

                        No resolution is being provided by bank.

                          I made 3 transaction on 1aug, 2018. All of them are showing status "processor down"'. Money deducted is neither credit to beneficiary account nor came back to my account. If you can not make transaction immediately, then what is the meaning of imps? Either money should be credited to beneficiary account immediately or should be refunded within few hours. I know the policy that if imps transaction fails, money will be refunded in 5 working days. But people make imps transaction only if there is any emergency. Waiting for 5 days is unacceptable condition.

                              Hi this ejas shaik i have opened salary account in hdfc bank jayanagar 4th block branch near ashoka pillar in 2016.
                              Later on i left the job due to some health problems. Then they converted into savings account with out informing me and they charged me 2500 for non maintaining minimum balance. Later on i joined a company the account was converted into salary account then again i left the job. Then they again converted my account into savings account right now they are telling me that pay 8000 to close the account. Every month they are deducting 600 rs from my account. We are from middle class family 8000 huge amount for me. That my family feed in a month.

                                I already wasted 10-15 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.

                                  I have submitted my house agreement copy to hdfc bank even after the rejection of loan, the processing fees was deducted from my hdfc bank account. Also my property agreement copy is not received till date and neither the processing fees refunded.

                                  In spite of several telephonic and mail communication the bank representative and branch manager are not responding properly.

                                  As an existing customer of hdfc bank for more than 5 years still it has been a very bad experience from home loan department of hdfc bank.
                                  According to me if the home loan is not processed then the processing fees should not be deducted and the customer should get the property documents back.

                                  I would like to highlight this issue faced by me and other home loan customers.

                                    Today morning i transfered 30000 from my hdfc app to my wife's sbi account via imps. Amount debited from my hdfc bank account but not credited after more than 12 hours to my wife sbi account. Status shows processor down. How to get refund? Please help me out. As it was utmost important for me, i feel harassed and helpless. Will bank repay me the amount with interest?

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3861 without my concern on date:17/07/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
