I am a HDFC bank debit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my debit card number ending with 2530 without my concern on date:09/08/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

    Today I recieved a message from HDFC Bank Stating I have given BSE limited a mandate of 200000 which will be processed today.

    I have not done any such mandate or transaction and I am clueless about it. How can Bank officialy send me such message when I have not done any such taransaction.

    Please resolve this issue as it is a big amount for me.

      My wife applied for home loan.Name - Pradnya Yogeshwar Chindarkar.we bought flat in ulwe.Venus skyline tower name.Builder company name Venus Sublimes. applied for home loan in chembur branch & the executive person name Sabaji kanse they done my verification all require documents i submmited in bank through sabaji kanse and they told me no issues in builder papers and property, also they done the verification in builder office vashi infotech park venus sublimes office the verification done by janhvi madam.she sitting in vashi hdfc home loan branch.she also told us no problem in papers .also they took Rs.8700 processing fees.and told us no issues in property and ur loan will be sansaction in 8 days.they done my approved loan 15laks and gave me file number[protected].after some more days they not giving APF number to builder (venus Sublimes)for all procedure they took 1.5 month.after few days i asked to Executive person sabaji kanse why from ur end APF number not giving to builder.after they said the some issues in our legal team with builder.but they not exact shaying what is issue.but that reason we faced also janvi madam saying we are not giving you processing fees refund.So why they approved our loan and why they said no issues in property.if no issues in papers then why they not provided APF number to builder.we want our processing fees refund otherwise we r doing in consumer complaint

        I deposits 100000 in dahanu branch
        Then bank deducted 442.50 rupees in my account
        But it is charge only 150 rupees and I try calling hdfc customer care but they don't give me any response
        So plz ask me what's is issu
        And my other complent is hdfc bank I send a lot of massage and mail I send me only alert, top, and debit-creadit massage .Bank don't send me chahe cutting massages

          I don't receive any cal or mail regarding my credit card issue... My friends told me hdfc was good that only iam opened salary account in hdfc...but your representative not responding to my queries.. They called me but after I received the call call was disconnected... This happened lot of times..

            Actually hmne two wheeler hdfc bank se finance karwaye. Jiska emi ja rha tha regular. Ek month ka financial problems k karan due ho gaya. Koi collection executive mere ghar par aaya. Mera beta bola ki papa ghar pe nhi hai. Usne bhut ulta shidha bolne laga. Fir ek do din bad dusra agent mere ghar par aaya. hmne pucha ki ishe phale kon aaya tha to usne bola ki nagina singh sir aaye the wohi case dekhte hai purnia ka. Hmne bola unpe complaint karne ja rhe. Usne bhut rudely bola tik hai kar dejiye.hm bole tm apna id card dekho to usne nhi dekhaya bola ki ghar par rha gaya.hmne bola ki id card le k aaoge to payment dege.               I'm writing this with deep concern and grievance. I've an salary account with your bank and didn't use any services. Before some days one massage came in my registered mob. No. ([protected]) your account maintainence charge deduction in your account but i didn't take any maintanence service. This is my salary account and my financial condition is not good. 2 times more than 1000 amount was deduct in my account. I call customer care number but very bad services of customer care 20-20 min ivr speak but not connected the bank imployees.
              I don't understand that irresponsible behavior from a reputed bank like yours.
              So i request you to please return my all deducted amount from my hdfc bank account number :[protected]. I've moved from gurgaon so it won't to be easy for me to contact home branch.
              Please help me and return my all amount. Your assistance in this regards will be highly appreciated.

                Company had opened a salary account for my monthly salary in december 2016 and bank's executive ensured me that its '0' balance account.
                In july 2017, i had left the company and my bank balance was 0... Now from jan2018 onwards i am recieving the messages that my account has been charged for rs.600/- paer month for not maintaining the minimum balance.

                I still dont have job and driving a taxi for earning bread and butter for my family... Please support what to do???

                Already informed hdfc bank to close my account through email (Hdfc net banking portal) last month.

                    Sir/madam,
                    I am one of your customers, i hold savings account in your bank. Along with savings account, i also own a platinum credit card and my personal loan from hdfc is also running.
                    I am writing this letter to you because i am really very very annoyed with the bank. My credit card is blocked from last 2-2.5 yrs and i have not used it till then. Around 2 yrs back my account was ceased because of non-payment of credit card and then i was promised by bank to make a payment as settlement of credit card and then my credit card will be closed. I made a payment of rs 22000 (Appx) but my credit card was not settled. Now from last 2 yrs i was paying minimum payment every month and i stopped making minimum payment from last few months and is requesting bank every single day for settlement from last 8-9 months. I receive calls from bank every day for payment of credit card and on every call i am promised for settlement and call back but i never receive call back from bank for settlement. 8-9 months ago i again requested for settlement of my credit card amount that time total outstanding was around 20000 which is now again increased to 45000+... What is my fault here??? I am requesting bank for settlement for so long and no body is helping me and are charging me every day. My account is again ceased and i am not able to pay instalment for my personal loan. Who is responsible for my cibil record??? I am completely # up now from hdfc bank.
                    On 6th august 2018, i deposited 13000 in my account for instalment of my pl but on 7th august morning rather that deducting my instalment in morning my account was ceased by bank on 7th noon... This effected my record of instalments...

                    May i request any senior and responsible person from hdfc bank to help me out and solve my case... I have certain responsibilities on me and i can't keep on paying for the card which os blocked for last 3 years.

                    Still there is no solution from your side .
                    I made two transactions at flipkart using two HDFC netsafe card.Both of them were cancelled but the amount has not been refunded.It has been more than 40 days since the transaction.

                      Hi,

                      I can see that amb charges got debited 2 times from my account on 6th august. (Amb chrg incl gst for jun2018-mir[protected] & amb chrg incl gst for jun2018-mir[protected]. This is really frustrating as i was not even notified about it, more over why it was deducted 2 times for the june month.

                      Can some one please address me on this urgently or i am going to close this account.
                      Never expected this type of service from hdfc bank.

                          I have requested for joint holder addition in 19th jul 2018. Till date, i am following up with the customer care, i did not get any response from them. Even, for name sake only, they assigned a personal assitance to my account. He is totally waste fellow. Worst customer service in the world. Very poor care to the customer. By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. For eg: ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc. You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form. This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by the sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, please fund the account to the extent of the over-dues together with interest, before submission of an application for closure. In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter at the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account. We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes. In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier. We also request you to destroy or surrender the cheque book and Debit Card at the time of account closure. We look forward to opportunities to serve you in the future.

                                  Regarding exceed charges of my credit card ([protected]) hdfc bank moneyback platinum credit card)
                                  Dear sir/mem,
                                  For your information, we using hdfc credit card ([protected]). But unfortunately in april 2018 we went to home town and spend long time in home town approx 3 month.in between we lost the card and in july 2018 we back in delhi and block the card by hdfc customer care. But after some time hdfc customer care executive call me, why not pay your pending bill and we ask the total 2140/- and she tell me very roughly, unmannerly, so we socked and after long discussion she tell me amount payable approx 2140/-
                                  But only in march 18, we use credit card for approx 320/- only, how is possible 2140/- hdfc customer executive's language not good. We want settle the amount and canceled credit card. Because we will not able to do pay lot of pantry.

                                    I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                                    1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                                    2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                                      My account is dormant status from last two years, i want open new account in hdfc, bavdhan pune branch hdfc executive suggest me continue with account it will be active and you can use it without any charges, i have reactivated it in august. And then after also deposited amount in this account.

                                      Still they have changed me
