I want to inform you that I was canceled 3 tickets of IRCTC but I have received only two tickets return fund. And one ticket return not got yet.. As per IRCTC they transfer the amount in my account but it is not deposited by bank.

    Respected...
    I m using regalia credit card... And so far having satisfied with my experience with it..i m always regular with my credit Card payment.. But.. Couple of months back.. I mark for a auto payment mode.. Somehow it wasn't done.. Resulting in delay payment for two days...and I have charged of 750 rupees by bank... And even for this month also... As I was stuck in my company for emergency reasons...and also Hdfc phone banking app not responding... Failed to make my payments on time...late by one or two day...
    Such amount that charged by bank...is big to me... So i request for a back my late payment charge and looking in a matter for this month payment also...

      My credit card bill amount is not satisfactory. It is not acceptable from hdfc bank. Earlier due to it's bad reputation to me regarding purchase, practically stopped by me. But unfortunately i have used this card. It is totally injustice and i am asking for high rate of investigation from you.         Our durable loan a/c no - [protected] from hdfc bank, recieved call from number [protected] by any hdfc employee madam talk with us as very misbehave & rudly & when we inform her that this is not right to talk in this language, she again threat us very badly & told that sending a person in your home that teach you talking language. Same this madam already had done misbehave with us before 2 times from same this number.

        Call recieved from [protected] at our number [protected] on dt. 5 august sunday time 11.50 morning by madam employee but not informed her name.

        Request to solve or suggest us for further action of any police complaint etc.

          In the month of jan, pattukottai sarofoji senior sales officer collected voter id, aadhar card, pancard and cheque of rs5500 for processing loan. He didn't process the loan till now. Now he is asking bribe of rs 1000 to return our cheque and documents. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

            Effective july 01, 2017, hdfc bank has stopped giving reward points to its credit card customers for transactions done through e-wallets like paytm & mobikwik. At the same time, these points are given for transactions done through their own payzapp wallet. I have a mail from the bank confirming this.

            This policy is discriminatory aimed at providing advantage to the bank's owned wallet. Hence, it should immediately changed to treat all e-wallets equally.

              I applied personal loan from paisa bazar dot com, after that i receive many banks calls regarding same in this list i also receive call from hdfc bank executive and share kyc with him on behalf of bank but all kyc's are blank i do not sign any documents like : kyc's, loan form, loan agreements form etc.
              But after few days loan amount disburse on my account.
              For the loan detail i call to executive how the loan disburse in my account when i do not sign any application for forms, he told me that you have a account in bank so bank do not need your signature.
              When i call to customer care they me that we have signed copy of loan agreement. But i am not signing any documents.

                    I have made total two payments for my hdfc credit card through paytm. One is 2000 rs and other one is for 200 rs. It is successful from paytm but hdfc is claming that it has not been received. It was an imps transaction so why it's still not updated in my account. Paytm and hdfc both are blaming each other. Either i want my money back or update the money in my account asap.

                        I had applied for a loan in hdfc file no[protected], dated 25 april but they did not approved, reason they are giving non eligible, on 6 july 2018, mean while they regular demanded all related paper till 4 july 2018.
                        Now they are saying we will deduct some amount of processing fees. Whereas there is no commitment of regarding deduction of amount.
                        We have file refund amount on 18 july 2018, but they are misbehaving and not refunding an amount.

                          This is in regard to my account no [protected] which is with your bank at branch Kollam, Kerala. I’m unable to do any kind of debit transactions on my mentioned account, when contacted the Phone banking I was suggested to visit the nearest branch at Kollam, and on visiting the branch, the associates were unable to assist and mentioned that there is a No Debit applied on my account and when asked for the reason I was given a wearied answer that there is no reason mentioned by the person who has blocked the account.

                            Hdfc bank letter dated 04/07/2018 subject debit card loan number [protected] as per hdfc bank my loan number [protected] amount 12357 tenure 6 months emi 2157 bank shows transaction made by flipkart on 02/07/18. As per flipkart there is no transaction made by flipkart on that date. With my concern i have not made any transaction with this amount in near past. I have recorded voice of flipkart and hdfc both are contradict to each other

                              I worked in an it company, there hdfc bank employees came and offered us the service charges free credit card at 0 service charges. I applied for that and got a hdfc credit card but last year 590rs was deducted from my credit card as of service charges, then i talked with customer support that my credit card is 0rs service charge then they refund back. But now again they charged me 590rs. As service charge on service charge free credit card. This is rediculous behavior of hdfc bank. I would suggest everyone to nit use hdfc cards. Please look into my complaint, i also registered complaint for the same in hdfc bank.

                                    Hdfc Credit card team didn't care about loyal customers. I am using my credit card from past 10 month & paid every bill on time but there are no limit increase offer from bank, others like sbi & amex offers limit increase just after 6 months o[censored]ses with regular payments.

                                      My name is naveena, & I am using hdfc bank credit card since last 2 years.
                                      I always pays my bill on time, but last month payment was not done by me on time as I was out of country.
                                      I was late due to some genuine reasons but they charged 1800 rs. extra for just 2-3 days late payment..
                                      I called to hdfc customer care several time & requested for the waiver but they rejected all my request three times. they don't even try to understand customer problem & their executive language is also very harsh.
                                      This is the worst services I have ever got from a private bank.
                                      hdfc bank & its services are too poor & so embarrassing, they never cooperate with their customer.
                                      I highly recommend not tp use this bank & its services. so bad & cheap.

                                        It's been 3 years since i am getting calls from hdfc and it's agencies on personal loans and debit cards even though i have repeatedly telling that i don't have any requirement. If any requirement then there are many ways to reach the bank for availing a loan but not by forcing people to take loan or port loan for their benefits. I am seriously offended by this activity. Everyday calls on this is seriously irritating when one is in serious meetings and work.
