Company had opened a salary account for my monthly salary in december 2016 and bank's executive ensured me that its '0' balance account.
In july 2017, i had left the company and my bank balance was 0... Now from jan2018 onwards i am recieving the messages that my account has been charged for rs.600/- paer month for not maintaining the minimum balance.

I still dont have job and driving a taxi for earning bread and butter for my family... Please support what to do???

Already informed hdfc bank to close my account through email (Hdfc net banking portal) last month.

      Sir/madam,
      I am one of your customers, i hold savings account in your bank. Along with savings account, i also own a platinum credit card and my personal loan from hdfc is also running.
      I am writing this letter to you because i am really very very annoyed with the bank. My credit card is blocked from last 2-2.5 yrs and i have not used it till then. Around 2 yrs back my account was ceased because of non-payment of credit card and then i was promised by bank to make a payment as settlement of credit card and then my credit card will be closed. I made a payment of rs 22000 (Appx) but my credit card was not settled. Now from last 2 yrs i was paying minimum payment every month and i stopped making minimum payment from last few months and is requesting bank every single day for settlement from last 8-9 months. I receive calls from bank every day for payment of credit card and on every call i am promised for settlement and call back but i never receive call back from bank for settlement. 8-9 months ago i again requested for settlement of my credit card amount that time total outstanding was around 20000 which is now again increased to 45000+... What is my fault here??? I am requesting bank for settlement for so long and no body is helping me and are charging me every day. My account is again ceased and i am not able to pay instalment for my personal loan. Who is responsible for my cibil record??? I am completely # up now from hdfc bank.
      On 6th august 2018, i deposited 13000 in my account for instalment of my pl but on 7th august morning rather that deducting my instalment in morning my account was ceased by bank on 7th noon... This effected my record of instalments...

      May i request any senior and responsible person from hdfc bank to help me out and solve my case... I have certain responsibilities on me and i can't keep on paying for the card which os blocked for last 3 years.

      Still there is no solution from your side .
      I made two transactions at flipkart using two HDFC netsafe card.Both of them were cancelled but the amount has not been refunded.It has been more than 40 days since the transaction.

        Hi,

        I can see that amb charges got debited 2 times from my account on 6th august. (Amb chrg incl gst for jun2018-mir[protected] & amb chrg incl gst for jun2018-mir[protected]. This is really frustrating as i was not even notified about it, more over why it was deducted 2 times for the june month.

        Can some one please address me on this urgently or i am going to close this account.
        Never expected this type of service from hdfc bank.

           the transaction amount incurred/authorized by me is for rs._ 6999_ but i was billed for rs._6999_. (Attach copy of authorized chargeslip)
          Others (In the account summary unbilled amount showing late fee 500 and igst 97, i used to pay the bill amount before the due date unnecessary bill amount it is hurting me kindly do reverce reference number [protected], [protected] dated on 23/07/2018, [protected] dated on 03/08/2018)

          My card has been blocked because of off payment mode

            I have requested for joint holder addition in 19th jul 2018. Till date, i am following up with the customer care, i did not get any response from them. Even, for name sake only, they assigned a personal assitance to my account. He is totally waste fellow. Worst customer service in the world. Very poor care to the customer. It is now more than 20 days, they are not able to add one joint holder. My contact : [protected] - complint number : hbl=[protected].

            Worst service team. Waste of time, waste of energy. I just for other people, please do not prefer to open account in hdfc bank pvt. You will also end up with worst customer support.

                credit card status showing in process. how many days will take time for approval and dispatch of the credit card

                I have applied for hdfc credit card on 26th june, 2018. After 20 days i received a call from hdfc member saying my credit card has been approved and it will get dispatch to my mentioned address very soon. It has been 40 days from the date of the application but still i didn't received the card. Still the credit card status is showing in process. Please do the needful....

                  Regarding exceed charges of my credit card ([protected]) hdfc bank moneyback platinum credit card)
                  Dear sir/mem,
                  For your information, we using hdfc credit card ([protected]). But unfortunately in april 2018 we went to home town and spend long time in home town approx 3 month.in between we lost the card and in july 2018 we back in delhi and block the card by hdfc customer care. But after some time hdfc customer care executive call me, why not pay your pending bill and we ask the total 2140/- and she tell me very roughly, unmannerly, so we socked and after long discussion she tell me amount payable approx 2140/-
                  But only in march 18, we use credit card for approx 320/- only, how is possible 2140/- hdfc customer executive's language not good. We want settle the amount and canceled credit card. Because we will not able to do pay lot of pantry.

                    I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                    1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                    2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                      My account is dormant status from last two years, i want open new account in hdfc, bavdhan pune branch hdfc executive suggest me continue with account it will be active and you can use it without any charges, i have reactivated it in august. And then after also deposited amount in this account.

                          Sub: - need to wave off and close account

                          Hope you are doing well.!

                          this is not my first complaint regarding hdfc sir . I complained when my negative balance was around ( -2600) in these same consumer complaint forum,

                          I would like to inform you that it’s more than 1 year since I left allsec technologies pvt. Ltd. Company. I’m no longer associate with the company or your hdfc salary account. And i am not happy or satisfied in charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.

                          I have moved to my hometown so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch for future.

                              I am no longer using any of your hdfc services. I do not need this account due to personal inconvenience.

                              So i request you to kindly close my hdfc salary account a/c no: [protected] and do the waive off also because it’s no longer required since i left the company and i don’t want to continue with your services.

                                unauthorized charges of rs. 531 from hdfc account

                                Hello Team,

                                I have a Salary Account and It's been converted to Savings account without any intimation then I get to see the surprise of deduction of Rs 531.

                                This Charge code was showing as "AMB CHRG INCL GST". I have no idea what is this for. When I do some research and I get to know that it was charged for not maintaining the balance then I start to think I have Salary Account.

                                I purchased one product from amazon and paid through my HDFC debit card. Upon cancellation, amazon india initiated the refund of amount 709 inr and provided the transaction id but it was not credited to my hdfc bank card/ac. I followed up with hdfc customer care. But no result. The amount is yet to received and I am having no response from hdfc bank. it is being pendind from 29th july now.

                                  Such a headache options having in hdfc netbanking. There is no cancel option for any product. Then what is the use of having net banking.? I just verified how does smart emi works. After some times smart emi activated immediately and processing fee rs 100 debited from credit card ending 5822. Already i registered a compliant for one assist mfee cancellation. Rs 1299 +100 total rs 1399 debited from credit card. Such a worst service from hdfc bank. How to cancel smart emi.? You guys are very fast for activate or selling any product but you will act like tortoise when it comes deactivate process. Customer id# 58995561
