Sub: - need to wave off and close account

Dear sir,

Hope you are doing well.!

this is not my first complaint regarding hdfc sir . I complained when my negative balance was around ( -2600) in these same consumer complaint forum,

I would like to inform you that it’s more than 1 year since I left allsec technologies pvt. Ltd. Company. I’m no longer associate with the company or your hdfc salary account. And i am not happy or satisfied in charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.

I am no longer using any of your hdfc services. I do not need this account due to personal inconvenience.
It is showing negative balance (-7617.04 rs.) due to your non maintenance charges still deducting money from this account a/c on monthly basis.

So i request you to kindly close my hdfc salary account a/cand do the wave off also because it’s no longer required since i left the company and i don’t want to continue with your services.
I have moved to my hometown so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch for future.

I am requesting you to please consider this mail for closure of hdfc salary account a/c no - [protected]

Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated (I am requesting you to please waive off the penalty).

      Hello sir/madam

      My name is sandeep vm. I joined a company in the year 2012 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job and its more than 3 years no salary is being credited to that account.

      I am no longer using any of your hdfc services. I do not need this account due to personal inconvenience.
      It is showing negative balance (-704.55 rs.) due to non maintenance charges still deducting money from this account a/c no: [protected].

      So i request you to kindly close my hdfc salary account a/c no: [protected] and do the waive off also because it’s no longer required since i left the company and i don’t want to continue with your services.
      I have moved to my hometown so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch for future.

      I am requesting you to please consider this as a final intimation closure of hdfc salary account a/c no: [protected].

        Hello Team,

        I have a Salary Account and It's been converted to Savings account without any intimation then I get to see the surprise of deduction of Rs 531.

        This Charge code was showing as "AMB CHRG INCL GST". I have no idea what is this for. When I do some research and I get to know that it was charged for not maintaining the balance then I start to think I have Salary Account.

        There were no emails or sms alerts for the deduction even. This is so ridiculous that HDFC Started taking their loyal Customers for granted.

        HDFC, Remember it's My money and keeping it with you. It's your duty to keep me posted about the activities of Transactions. This is so pathetic that the money was charged as if its your money.

        You need to communicate seriously. The amount that I kept ready was for my Insurance Premium. I am not sure how many people would have kept their Money for their own use and only they know the importance of that little money.

        This is unauthorised charge and You pay the penalty for not keeping me posted cuz I am the BOSS here as its my money. I want my money back and The account to be closed. There are many banks who are giving better services to their clients.

          I purchased one product from amazon and paid through my HDFC debit card. Upon cancellation, amazon india initiated the refund of amount 709 inr and provided the transaction id but it was not credited to my hdfc bank card/ac. I followed up with hdfc customer care. But no result. The amount is yet to received and I am having no response from hdfc bank. it is being pendind from 29th july now.

            Such a headache options having in hdfc netbanking. There is no cancel option for any product. Then what is the use of having net banking.? I just verified how does smart emi works. After some times smart emi activated immediately and processing fee rs 100 debited from credit card ending 5822. Already i registered a compliant for one assist mfee cancellation. Rs 1299 +100 total rs 1399 debited from credit card. Such a worst service from hdfc bank. How to cancel smart emi.? You guys are very fast for activate or selling any product but you will act like tortoise when it comes deactivate process. Customer id# 58995561

I don't understand why there is a delay in refunding my failed transaction money, even though i have submitted documents, visited the home branch and raised a complaint.                   A few days back i got a call from hdfc customer service and they offered me a credit card for free mentioning that i'm their preferred customer. I confirmed the executive if i will be charged anything for it and she said it's free for lifetime and i won't be charged anything for this card.

                  I received the card at my address and i haven't even activated the card yet, it's been more than 3 months and i haven't used it. Now, i'm getting messages that you're going to be charged rs.590 for your credit card and i have no idea what these charges are for, i already confirmed that if i'm going to get charged for the card, i don't need it as i won't be using it.

                  I request you to kindly wave off any charges for this credit card from my account or just block it. This is nothing new as i can see all around the internet you hdfc guys issue credit cards for free and charge the customers for no reason!

                  My last 4 digits of credit card is 6004 registered under name shyam pareek.

                        Rs 177+354 has been taken from my account with out any notice.

                        As far as i know hdfc min balance is rs.5000.00 and i was maintaining this account by keeping this much amount for many years now. So i don't think any explanation would justify this issue.

                        I would need the amount back asap. If this amount refunded back then i will start maintaining above rs.10, 000.00.

                          I'm shocked to know that i have been charged about rs. 1676.88 month of july in the name of finance charges, as i missed due date to pay bills, actually i was confused about the due date because customer support and notification message told me two different dates.
                          This is really a valuable amount for me and i'm not financially strong now a days.
                          Please reverse these charges, i'll take care of it in future and will never miss dates to pay credit card bill.

                            I used to pay hdfc and other cc bills through imps every time. This time i paid 30000 and 13000 through imps. But still it is not showing in the credit card. My bill last date is tomorrow 8th august.

                            What is this. How much you people will take to reflect this time. Every time it will effect instantly in credit card. What happens this time? Very disappointing experience. Will going to close cc after this bill.

                                I got msg from hdfc bank like "dear customer, your bank has returned the aug-18 emi of rs. 10069 thru ecs debit for loan no 57983675 reason ecs mandate not processed.                                   Cancellation of one assist membership
                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2499/- from my credit card number ending with 6377 without my concern on date:25/07/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2499/-

                                    Hi,

                                    I applied for a Personal Loan of 1 Lakh rupee for 1 year EMI in HDFC Bank through Bankbazaar.com

                                    I've submitted all the necessary documents and also got a confirmation mail from the bank that my loan is approved. But I've not yet got the loan amount in my account.

                                    The executives who took documents and gave guidance on all the application forms stopped attending my calls and replying for messages.

                                    As per the HDFC bank website status, my loan is Approved. My PL Ref. NO. is 59677790

                                    When I called the Chennai HDFC helpline, I was told by the executive that due to some internal issue my transaction was stopped and I need to contact Sales manager and talk about this.

                                    I called that person and no response till date.

                                    I want to know the status of my PL. Please intimate me if it is cancelled. Don't delay like this and cause frustration to the customers.

                                    Now what am I supposed to do and whom should I contact to know about the status of my PL?

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I had applied for the money back credit card however i received the freedom credit card. I did not activated this card. also i requested the customer care to initiate the request to cancel this card however still i am getting the otp for activation of the freedom card.

                                      Now i freshly applied for the money back credit card but it kept on hold due to my previous freedom card. So request you to kindly cancle my freedom card and proceed for money back card.
