My name is rahul kumar. I'm a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in the month of august 2 times amb charges are debited - on 07 august 2018 on the same day two times rs 354.00 & 354.00 was deducted. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. So i am requesting you to refund all this amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure & i will do compliant against this to rbi or consumer forum. Really fed-up with this bank request you to kindly get it resolved.

      Rs 177+354 has been taken from my account with out any notice.

      As far as i know hdfc min balance is rs.5000.00 and i was maintaining this account by keeping this much amount for many years now. So i don't think any explanation would justify this issue.

      I would need the amount back asap. If this amount refunded back then i will start maintaining above rs.10, 000.00.

        Hello sir, i'm asim khan and my ac no. Is [protected] and credit card no-[protected]
        I'm shocked to know that i have been charged about rs. 1676.88 month of july in the name of finance charges, as i missed due date to pay bills, actually i was confused about the due date because customer support and notification message told me two different dates.
        This is really a valuable amount for me and i'm not financially strong now a days.
        Please reverse these charges, i'll take care of it in future and will never miss dates to pay credit card bill.

          I used to pay hdfc and other cc bills through imps every time. This time i paid 30000 and 13000 through imps. But still it is not showing in the credit card. My bill last date is tomorrow 8th august.

          What is this. How much you people will take to reflect this time. Every time it will effect instantly in credit card. What happens this time? Very disappointing experience. Will going to close cc after this bill.

              I got msg from hdfc bank like "dear customer, your bank has returned the aug-18 emi of rs. 10069 thru ecs debit for loan no 57983675 reason ecs mandate not processed. Please visit your bank branch urgently for registering the ecs mandate." but i already did ach mandate as requested by dfc bank but still i dont know why now hdfc bank send msg like this.

                  Hi,

                  I applied for a Personal Loan of 1 Lakh rupee for 1 year EMI in HDFC Bank through Bankbazaar.com

                  I've submitted all the necessary documents and also got a confirmation mail from the bank that my loan is approved. But I've not yet got the loan amount in my account.

                  The executives who took documents and gave guidance on all the application forms stopped attending my calls and replying for messages.

                  As per the HDFC bank website status, my loan is Approved. My PL Ref. NO. is 59677790

                  When I called the Chennai HDFC helpline, I was told by the executive that due to some internal issue my transaction was stopped and I need to contact Sales manager and talk about this.

                  I called that person and no response till date.

                  I want to know the status of my PL. Please intimate me if it is cancelled. Don't delay like this and cause frustration to the customers.

                  Now what am I supposed to do and whom should I contact to know about the status of my PL?

                    Hi Team,

                    I had applied for the money back credit card however i received the freedom credit card. I did not activated this card. also i requested the customer care to initiate the request to cancel this card however still i am getting the otp for activation of the freedom card.

                    Now i freshly applied for the money back credit card but it kept on hold due to my previous freedom card. So request you to kindly cancle my freedom card and proceed for money back card.

                      I kiran sethi, a/c no.[protected], in this account my minimum limit was 10, 000/- but in the month of april, 2018 with my permission bank executives access my limit from 10k to 25k. And start deducting rs.708/- i complaint in the bank to mr. Kaushal-[protected] naraina industrial branch, also fillup the form to decrease my limit after that they are deducting rs.708/- till july, 18. Please revert my amount as it is illegal.

                      And i went in hdfc naraina indl branch to close my daughter account (A/c no.[protected]) but ms. Kavita-[protected] gave me wrong information that my daughters account limit is 5k. I put amt more than 5k. But today i saw that rs.708/- deducted from this account also. When i speaks to mr. Kaushal he informed that minimum limit is 10k. Please sortout this matter also.

                        I have purchased a laptop lenovo ideapad core i7 7th gen using hdfc debit card emi and i get double emi of rs 5288.96. Its been 8 months cutting double emi amount of 5288.96. I have contacted the hdfc bank, but they dont help me anyway and they dont refund my money also. Double emi is still cutting. I'm really frustrated please help me regarding this. i have posted this complaint before at this same place and its now marked as solved as it still not solved, seems like injustice is everywhere, please solve my issue, its been more than 10 months emi cutting out, my life is getting trouble because of hdfc bank

                            I want an urgent call back from customer care .
                            It's a shame how a brand as big as HDFC dupes customers in collaboration with fraudsters like Home Centre.
                            Like your case, HDFC Bank isn't giving me a cashback of 10% that was applicable on purchases of furniture made via Homecentre App during their promo period in August 2018.

                            I made a big ticket purchase with my HDFC Bank Card for the 10% cash back but executives at HDFC Bank are only pretending to not understand what offer I am talking about for months.

                            I know HomeCentre dupes people in many ways, but I had no idea HDFC Bank is also a partner in those fake offers and fraudulent practices. Advertising an offer and then denying a customer the promised benefit under it is an outright case of deceiving, misleading, and duping customers that HDFC Bank is resorting to.

                              I'm running thru n fro since 2 months for reversal of wrongly-fully or i can say misleading information by hdfc bank credit card employee satyendra vishwkarma.
                              For target completion they are fooling customers with lucrative benefits and facilities which actually we dont get. They have forced me to take card saying its free card life time with loads of benefits.
                              I was preferred customer (Now classic) at time of applying card thru online portal which was pre-approved premier card which is hdfc regalia.
                              I was been told by hdfc employee that i will get 6 complimentary int lounge access also 2 domestic lounge access in a year. He even told me ill get taj epicure membership which i didnt got till date, i dont have problem with that.
                              I have problem with charges levied after wrong commitments from hdfc employee.
                              I had used 2 domestic complimentary at mumbai n goa international airport as per info given to me.

                              They have charged me for both transaction rs. 4417/- for which one they have reversed minus gst charges.. Now they are not ready to reverse the second one.

                              For 2 months i have been writing to senior management about misleading info and now they are raising their hands giving answer as gesture we have reversed one other would be chargeable.

                              I want to ask md of hdfc bank to whom i wrote email earlier about the same but didnt got reply.
                              Is it my fault if for target their employees are forcing us to take their products and giving misleading and absolutely non-sense facilities.

                              I dont mind if the closed my card but i want back my remaining rs.[protected].20+gst 338.26 + previous gst 339 = 2556)

                              just knows to loot customers with spongy schemes
                              Your trx is debited to HDFC Bank CREDIT Card for Rs. 5549.00 in GURGAON at COMMUNIT1432587 on[protected]:11:00:39.This is not an authenticated trx as per RBI Mandate effective 1 May 12.
                              Application no :cc36414450 is rejected. hdfc is my salary account i want to change my account also .i want reason why my application is disapproved.in case your not provide exact reason i will change my hdfc salary account

Now since few months now i really am in trouble. Plz plz plz help me out. There are people i have to add and send money to. They think i am delaying on purpose. I removed many added ones to add new ones but no help. Please help me.

                                My New credit Card delivered for my old office address and i m not able to get my card from there for various reason. Please block that old card end with 5203 and send me New card to my residence address which i 've provide in the document.

                                Please cancel my one assist membership as the amount of Rs.1399 was debited from my credit card ending with 5145 without my concern on July 26th 2018.

                                  My salary account (In hdfc bank - baloda bazar branch) was created in oct 2017, in apr 2017 i moved to other location and submit a/c closer application to the branch but my a/c are still alive
                                  . Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account without informing me, and balance shown -3059
                                  I request you to please take action against this bank.

                                    I have seen the following charges in my hdfc salary account.

                                    1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

                                    2. Inst-alert chg inc gst apr-jun2018 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging. This has been done for many quarters now

                                    They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

                                    I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...

                                      I have applied for hdfc credit card with application ref no. 18g[protected]pb but status shown as a format of letter is sent to you as attachment but i didnt get any letter. What to do now.? Its already 25 days for the application. If my card is disapproved kindly send my documents back in original as i have given for the card. There is no supportive customer care whom to call and enquire.
