I had taken personal loan from hdfc bank 3 months ago emi for 1st month was deducted from 2nd month it didn’t deduct due too ecs rejection, rejection was due to signature mismatch. Wherein i was never contacted for the sign for any nach form, till date there is no solution from end with so many complaints done through there customercare and there is a negative cibil against my account. My contact details mentioned in nach form is also incorrect. Kindly investigate and do the needful

    I have applied for home loan on last year feb 2017 and debited 8740 rs for processing fees on 14th feb 2017 via cheque. They promised they would exempt the processing fees whether loan processed or not but after that loan not processed and i am still waiting for refund of processing fees. I have waited almost 1 year and 5 months. No one responding from the bank.

    This month, bank paid back 5200 rs only what about the remaining money?

    This is not fair and if a customer has to pay any pendings they are forced to pay with the penalty. But this applicant is waiting for such a long time so now bank has to pay him with the interest.

              Hi. I have a salary account with hdfc for last 12 years. Last thursday i tried to withdraw amount from my account but it was saying insufficient funds. I was shocked to see this msg as i am already running short with month end and when i checked my balance on netbanking, it shows only 237 rs where as actual balance was. Around 5k.

              Don't your bank have any rules or regulations. Is it not under rbi guidelines that you have to follow. On top of that when i called customer care, the lady exei was so rude and unprofessional that without resolving my query she disconnected the call. I dnt have a single penny now and feeling so awkward in this situation which has never happened. Inspire of doing kyc now i came to know details are not updated.

              Another important thing to be noted as i mentioned earlier is that noessages no information has been sent. No phone calls or discussed anything. When i tried to explain this to the executive she was shouting on me and not listening anything. Is this the customer service that hdfc gives to customer and we get all non sense calls that too you have been given a banking officer good knows for what reason then.

              The card was called and informed to be cancelled. If you bank are leying unnecessary charges and are calling as per your convenience and not with me he aim to resolve the issue i am sure and no wonder people must be paying their hard earned money unnecessarily to you guys because you are interested in taking huge amount from customer which are not even ethical.

              Can some one please tell me the process for your recovery as in how many years your guys would call that to every time different executive, then explain the situation again, what happened, then he/she will say i will check and call back and then they will disappear.

              I have my commitment s and i would like to know about thus so unethical process of so called reputed bank.

              Kindly get this sorted asap as i don't want this to effect my other commitments.

              I am expecting to get this closed at the earliest with the right and ethical solution with better customer service.

              I am regretting and wondering if a 12 yr customer can get this kind of behavior what a new customer will get. I will make sure not to recommed hdfc to any one and i will also close all possible things with hdfc. Pathetic customer service and hello lot of nusiance i am facing.

              Hope this will be addressed immediately.

                  Hi one assist team,

                  I received an sms from hdfc bank that i have been registered to one assist plan on 22/07/18 (My credit card 4893 * *0929).
                  I have already sent an sms "stop oa" immediately to the mobile number [protected] to stop the membership.
                  Please take the necessary action asap and cancel my membership from one assist, and refund if money is deducted, otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                  From next time don't register me in any membership without my permission.

                    I have an existing account with hdfc. Account no. Is [protected]. My husband deposited 1500 rs on 13.07.2018. I did not get the money. My husband's account details shows that the amount has been debited. He contacted his bank and his bank said that the payment was cancelled by hdfc.                           I got SMS saying "There was manual debit of 295 Rupees in my account", which I dont understand why this amount has been deducted from account even though I have not visited any Toll plaza recently, I have been calling HDFC Fastag customer care[protected], but they just disconnects my call after hearing complaint without any reason. I have been trying from past 1 week, called around 40 times. Everytime I call customer support people does the same. I guess HDFC FasTag people just takes money without any reason, and abscond to answer the reason. I just stopped
                          I go to hisar dt 09/07/2018. When i cross the toll gate .i pay manually for multiple entry . After some time i received massage for debit in my hdfc fastag account . after some days i reais a complaint on fastag.hdfcbank.com .But i not received any complaint no . very bad service .contact us no is useless .

                            Hello,

                            I purchased jewellery on 22 april 2018 from tanishq worth rupees 50000/-.
                            As per the hdfc 5% cashback offer, i should got the cashback within 90 days. Today already 90 days over but still didn't get cashback.

                            May i know how to reach out to hdfc to get this issue resolved. Do we need to call them. I can even provide the bank statement transaction details but need to understand how this forum is going to take forward my request.

                              These two Transactions had failed but amount debited from my bank account, and whem i ask to irctc they telling me to ask from your bank for this payment, and when i ask from bank they are telling that your payment was successfully transferred to IRCTC merchant, now i don't know what to do, because HDFC bank and IRCTC not doing anything and they dont giving me proper response, so please do something ASAP and refund my amount.

                                I had activated online mutual fund investment facility of HDFC Bank through my NRO bank account at Fort Branch somewhere in 2006. I liquidated all my investmets duering 2010 . The bank deactivated my online mutual fund account without any intimation to me. However, they kept debiting ISAQMC-ST-EC Charges to my saving bank account even when this service was blocked by them. Today when I visited Kamani Branch I was told to fill up a form to close the online mutual fund account for discontinuing the charges. I have done it today. Now I claim refund of all the ISAQMC-ST-EC Charges debited so far even when the bank blocked access to online mutual fund investment account for the reasons best known to them.

                                    This is Sadeepa Kumari .C ([protected], [protected]) received HDFC Credit card almost 7 years back and they put an HDFC ERGO insurance with or without my knowledge (don't know how they got approval from me, stating that I approved over phone). They sent a statement for almost Rs.12000 And when I refuse to pay, they just leaved it. Now after 7 years they deducted Rs.3300 from my HDFC net banking account without my knowledge.

                                    This is highly irritating and when I asked them there is no proper response and also their customer service is very poor, talking in a rude manner. Sorry to say that I decided to come out of HDFC if the amount is not reversed to me.

                                    Got a call from HDFC and again no proper response. They said "amount not refundable and if you don't want the account, you can close it by visiting the branch". Very poor service, thanks for everything. Bye bye HDFC.

                                      75 Shares of Adani Port from my account are not appearing.which were not traded or not transacted in any other manner by Me. which were held by me from the date of initial allotment.

                                        I have regalia HDFC credit card which was told this will be life time free credit Card.Till date i have not done any transaction using this card.I was not checking bill for this credit card because i was sure i dont need to pay anything because of life time free credit card and i have not done any transaction.Last month June i opened my Statement of this card and it was showing 656 rs pending .I called customer care why i got this bill without any transaction.She said madam smart payment activated in your mobile, So you should get every month 100 rs.But i never receive 100 recharge in my mobile .I told her same thing and requested for cancellation of smart pay.After some time i got mail for cancellation.She asked me to clear the payment we will send back that amount to you for this mistake.I have clear payment of 656 on 18th june .Again today (21st July) i got 1094 rs Bill .I called customer care today she is telling this is late fee .May i know if i have cleared all payment and i have cancelled Smart pay .Why again i am getting 1094 rs bill.Please refund my amount total 1094+656 =1750 without delay and cancel my credit card.HDFC is cheating with customer .This is really very bad experience with this bank.We are going to close 6 accounts and 4 credit card of my family .
