Hi,

My name is Jigisha Mehta and have an account with HDFC for almost 12 to 13 years now.

On 26th July morning 5:29 am I received an SMS that INR 8, 700 has been debited from my account against chq paid - MICR CTS-Mumbai.

This is in incorrect debit from my account and would request for a refund of the amount.

I have been trying to call on the customer care number[protected] since morning today, but have been in queue for 20 - 25 mins, twice and then disconnected.

Please provide a refund in my account as soon as possible.

I am reachable on +91 [protected].

Look forward to a quick reply.

    Hdfc credit card application no - [protected]

    I had applied for a credit card in 14/07/2018 and credit card sent by you through blue dart courier (Waybill no : [protected]) at home address (H no 270, gali-6, block-a, kaushik enclav, burari, near hopital ground, new delhi 110084). But unfortunately the blue dart currier has not delivered the credit card to me at the address as mentioned before. There was construction at the house at that address and nobody was present there to collect the courier packet. Thereafter due to non-delivery of courier, the credit card was returned back to the sender’s address of the bank. On 21/07/2018 i went to the hdfc bank to change the old address (H no-270, gali-6, block-a, kaushik enclav, burari, near hopital ground, new delhi 110084) and application was submitted to the bank drobox (Roop nagar, new delhi).in that application new address (2e, kamla nagar, near geeta bhawan, new delhi, 110007) was mentioned. You are now requested to inform me: if you have received the application for change and let me know when i will get the credit card to my new address?

      I have disputing the some transaction on dated[protected] from Flipkart for Rs. 14446/- ( to purchase Mobile phone) but due to same technical problem the order got cancelled and mail from flipcart has also been received by me, the same is forwarded herewith HDFC Bank for information . The Mobile was not received by me and as per option EMI My self Jayant baviskar, Register Mobile No [protected] on hdfc bank and Credit card No. [protected]. In this regard Flipkart or HDFC bank also not resolve my problem.. after 06 Months my problem is not solve and HDFC representative contentious call and force to pay my due payment .

            Hai sir/madam
            This is syed sharifuddin sameer having loan in hdfc bank on laptop. I forgot to pay installment due to some personal issues. Some hdfc agent called me regarding this late due amount okay i worth it it’s my fault to pay.
            But the agents from hdfc were talking very badly is that the way to talk to customer. Does we don’t have any respect. Two people spoken to me like this. Rude behavior from the agent is that way people talk to customer i need explanation to this at any case they are from hyderabad.

            I got two calls both are ladies from same location one call on the date 26th july 2018 evening i don’t know name but i have contact number [protected] and one call on 27th july 2018 morning i know her name she is janshi she called me from this number [protected].

            I tried to contact customer care department but they are not responding i have attached screenshot of the my call list that is a proof i tried to contact hdfc customer care...

              I have hdfc fastag using it from 2017. I have requested for card re-issue on 28 may 2018. Made online payment of rs.200 on 3rd july 2018 to sahaj e-village. Payment reference number is[protected]. I have mailed all those details as a reply to that mail. I have not got the card yet and i am calling the customer care since then for help. Even mailed to helpdesk many times but all in vein. I have even mailed to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in hope i ve my issue solved

                I am trying since 3 days. I end up at the last page which shows up repearedly. My demat firm/agent is motilal oswal securities ltd (Mosl) who is a member of cdsl.
                After entering cdsl, mosl and its id [protected]., i am not able to enter my own dp id number. This is the reason why i am unable to subscribe when i am entering my id in the relevant box, the box is not accepting and is blank.
                Because of this glitch i am not able to subscribe to hdfc amc ipo. If you clarify immediately at least i can apply today. My mobile number [protected].

                    Hi hdfc team,

                    So recently, i joined a new company and as per the company policy they opened an salary

                    Account on hdfc. The sales person persisted me to get the credit card so i applied for hdfc

                    Credit card & submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

                    I was confident of getting my card application approved. After a day or two received

                    Multiple sms regarding credit card processing, one of those sms was this :
                    "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]n1 is approved in

                    Principle subject to internal checks"

                    But few days later i received mail from bank that they are incapable to process my

                    Application without specifying any reason. Following is the mail:

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]n1
                    Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

                    "we wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's

                    Internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria

                    And/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit

                    Processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and

                    Document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your

                    Application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

                    Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not

                    Reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability."

                    What a # response to my application..! If someone is reading this message from hdfc

                    Credit risk team, have the guts to send me the specific reason for rejection.

                    It is really disappointing that after collecting all the docs and verifications still not

                    Giving the reason. This also makes feel insecure about our document to be miss used like

                    Pan card, aadhar card, bank statements, pay slips as all these are private properties.

                    So hoping to get some solution.

                      Hdfc bank promised to give rs 10000/- cashback for iphone x on debit card loan within 90days

                      I have also paid all the emi, i have also visited store and meet the hdfc finance guys but no one is helping on that issue,
                      From last 3 month they are just saying in another 5 working days you will get your cash back.
                      I am feeling i got cheated by hdfc and reliance digital store

                      In the bill also it's clearly mentioned the same. Now it's been around 6months but i have not yet received the cashback,

                      Each time i call them they ask for 5days of time with a new complaint number but after 5days there will be of no solution to my complaint.

                      Now i feel like getting cheated from hdfc on this aspect. I have not idea how to complain on this aspect so, i am raising a concern here.

                        I was working in tech mahindra and the salary account for me was in hdfc bank. (Savings account).

                        I have started the account in 2014 when i joined the company, and left the job in 2017. Hence from the time i left the job no salary was credited and few months later, my account was inactive.

                        I have never maintained a minimum balance in the account as it was not mandatory and was specified as a '0' balance account.
                        Now the bank has imposed a negative balance of -5005.64/- in my account as a part of non maintenance of minimum balance or inactive account.

                        According to below rbi circular, i was not informed about imposing negative balance so that i couldn't close my account.

                        Department of banking regulation

                        Levy of penal charges on non-maintenance of minimum balances in savings bank accounts all scheduled commercial banks (Excluding rrbs)

Subsequently, with effect from April 1, 2015, it had asked banks not to take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention and to give an advance notice to the customer before deducting charges from their bank balance. It had asked banks to send notice either by SMS, email or a letter. "

                        And Please let me know that if,
                        the Bank reserves the right to change the status of Salary Account to Savings Regular Account without any intimation to the account holder/me and the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the HDFC Bank Savings Regular Account

                        How the customer get to know about account status before going negative?

                            I purchased pixel 2xl in mumbai on 1st april using debit card emi for 10k cashback.

                            It has been almost 4 months and cashback is not credited.

                            It took 1 week for bank to respond to my mail and now bank is asking for charge slip which is washed out. What do i do now? Why do i provide all these documents? Hdfc does not maintain any records? Is this how our accounts are maintained?

                              Cancellation of one assist membership

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8422 without my concern on date: 06/07/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
                              HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                My self tanush I have an salary account in HDFC BANK now they have deducted 884rs amount and I don't have any kind of communication from the bank...now I need this amount to be refunded or else this issue will be updated in all kinds of media

                                  I was working in etisalat and left the company after 6 months, so my salary account should be closed but it was converted to savings account and you people charged me negative balance this is my registered no. [protected].
                                  I want to use this account so kindly waver my account so that i can use my card.
                                  I want to do shopping but this negative amount is a big trouble from hdfc side.

                                    I send request letter by registry post to stop my credit card service on date 4th july2018 but bank given sms correspondence has been attended in 11th july.till date no any answar about sending my request letter to inactive my credit card.

                                      I have made a payment in may 2018 actual amount suppose to be paid was Rs 12000/- something but by mistake I have made payment of Rs 120000/-

                                      I was travelling at that time since I m back in June I started to call up bank official helpline [protected]

                                      I always hold for 15 / 20 mins the. Calls get disconnected but I neve get call back

                                      Then finally a lucky day came and finally I had word with bank officer he told
                                      Me he can send online I have to courier letter regarding request for refund

                                      I sent courier to Chennai then after waiting after 10 days I called back to bank official
                                      They were like u required to send debit card statement

                                      I was shocked to Hear that as non of bank official contacted me for the same

                                      Then next day I sent debit card statement with mobile change request letter

                                      And mobile number is changed but till date I haven’t recieved any refund

                                      I called again and again same reply bank requires debit bank statement from which payment has been done

                                      I don’t understand I have already sent and same query and no feedback or reply from bank

                                      I have also sent mail to bank people but still same no reply

                                      Amount of Refund is 53000/- and till date I have made expense of more then 200/- begins courier n call charges

                                      When our amount payable to bank is pending they Harrase with huge calls
                                      But when Amount is payable by bank not a single call

                                      May I know when I will receive the amount back and who will bear the expenses which are occurring

                                      I hope after posting here my complaint resolve

                                        I don't know why you people are calling to others and i want to meet you and make the payment... Want to know how you got my contact details... Did you hack my account... Please share me address i want to meet you on this... Very bad... Saying some thing to them on amount...

                                        How could you call to my personal contacts without my access or permissions... Who gave this contacts... I never gave any contact... How who said that i gave amount to my friend... And warning people you will not get money... Hope this is not repeat again
