Hdfc bank deducting money from my account without anyreason
The mobile banking app shows that rs118 has been deducted as adhoc stmt Charges include gst on 10th july 2018
This is not done.
Its the hard earned money of the bank customers
You can't deduct any amount without consent.
Reverse my money as soon as possible

Hi,

On 02 Jul 2018, there was a deduction of Rs 177 towards 3RD PARTY CASH TXN. I understand that the bank levies Rs 150+ taxes for deposits/withdrawals for transactions at bank teller counters. But i did not have any such transactions since they have all been through ATM/Netbanking. Pls explain.

Hi,

I have to do settlement of my credit card which has the overdue amount of 66, 000 something and I don't have that much amount of it. I lost my all of the jobs and I can pay around 30% of the outstanding amount by arranging somehow.

I was the only person who is to earn, But now I am nothing.

Please help me on this or you can get back to me on this. So that I can arrange the money anyhow....

This transactions not being done by me. Although when transaction was done i do receive a sms directly no otp generated which i didn't receive due to my cell on silent mode.
I have tried to complaint on customer care but not able to do so. Please try to resolve my issue & get my money back...

I have a current account with hdfc bank East street branch Pune, Maharashtra. While opening the account, I constantly informed the accoint opening person that my cash deposit will be heavy, so i need the account in sucj a way thatthe cash deposit charges should nt be licied and i can deposit cash in any branch in pune.. Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of Rs. 500 The reference number of the application is HFR066394. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

When I contacted fastag toll free number, she had no updates.

I, sent email to hdfc too, but their response speed is very slow and sarcastically, they are selling fastag, the device for speedy...

Hi,

I received a call from one of the agent calling from HDFC lIFE claiming that a personal loan will be given to me against my HDFC policy. The policy has been granted to me but no loan has been offered yet as it's been almost 2 months.

It's been a waste of time for me as i am calling them again and again but they are telling me lie that loan will be offered tomorrow etc.

I was trying to pay through MobiKwik but I canceled the transaction as it was taking long time. But still money was deducted from my account and they did not revert the money in my account.I contacted with MobiKwik and Limeroad customer care but they are saying they did not receive any money so to contact with the bank itself.I am attaching screenshot of the transaction below....

Since, my cc was misused by some in the month of Oct - Nov 2017 and this was informed to customer care but no response form them. Finally they came with settlement of rupees 7200 but no response from them again. Please help me to close this issue asap

My account has been inactive for very long because the bank told me that KYC is not done. (Lokhandwala branch, Mumbai) and that I won't be able to use my account anyway, so I have not maintained any balance in the account.

Also, this never happened before and suddenly they started charging non balance fees of rs 600 every month without informing me about it.

My name is nzir. Few weeks back I went to kondhwa branch. To close my account and they told now keep it has its is we close in month of Aug. And they told me that there will be no charger we will put if your account is in zero balance. Now I m getting pan. Of 600. Which I m not going to pay.. I don't want to do bank such a cheap bank... Close my account as soon as possible...

I have applied for closure of account on 20-november-2017. I have done all the formalities for account closure, the bank executive told me to withdrawl all the amount in my account as he confirms me that account will be closed in next 15 working days and I have receipt for the same signed by one of bank executive which specifies that account will be closed in next 15 working days but still my account has not been closed and i get messages...
