Hi Team,
This is regarding my personal loan number[protected] going on with HDFC bank, Industrial Area, Phase 1 branch.
I took a personal loan from HDFC bank, Industrial Area Phase 1, Chandigarh Branch in the year of 2016. And after some time i moved to NCR due to my Job transfer.
I always maintain balance in my YES Bank Account from where ECS is scheduled to deduct.
Due to some issue with YES bank my bank account is freezed in the month on Nov/Dec 2017 and then no debits has been made after my account was freezed.
After that Loan team who calls generally, suggested me to put EMI amount in below account before time so as to save EMI bounce changes -

Then i started doing the same but again i was getting messages like late charges has been added to your personal loan number, kindly pay the amount bla bla,
I called so many times regarding my concern and ask HDFC bank staff to resolve my issue but they always used to give me numbers who are not even working with Personal Loan Deptt.
Specifically the complaint is against Mamta - [protected], who used to guide me wrong always.
I told her i am not living in Chandigarh and even not travelling there so give me option in Gurgaon. She suggested to go to Cyber City Branch which is near by. I visited there and they ask me they can't take payment of personal loan of other branches and other formalities.
Then she gave me number of some member who is dealing with 14 Sector Gurgaon Branch, and the number is again of wrong person who is not even dealing with personal loan/payments.
After that i called so many times but she didn't even pick my call and don't even called me back. I specially dropped message from Loan Deptt. Team chandigarh for her so to talk to me and resolve my concern.
It's been almost 7-8 months i am still struggling even after paying my all debtts. on time.
I want my debtts. to be waived off at the earliest, NOC for all these things happened so that it won't hamper my CIBIL Score.
It's so frustrating like when i was applying for loan then everything is happened at my door step and now it's like you do or die yourself.
I am writing so big complaint just to make you understand what HDFC employees are doing with their customers.
