DEAR CARDMEMBER, PAYMENT OF Rs. 5438.66 RECEIVED TOWARDS YOUR CREDIT CARD ENDING 0123 THROUGH Autopay ON 4-7-2018.

My account was debited with the amount of 5438.66 as an auto pay for the cc payment card ending with number 0123 which is not mine. Auto pay option should be authorized by the owner of the account.

I still got the message to my number [protected] and which is not secure for a customer.

    I was a user of hdfc salary account till 2017 jan but afterwards i joined another company as well another bank salary account but now hdfc salary account is not in use and when i was about to close the account, then there negative amount and that is totally unfair because i've not used that account in a long time and i am not able to pay such amount.

    I want to close this salary account and don't want to continue with hdfc further.

    As per RBI rule, no negative balance should be there in any saving account, then why it is so?

    If you are imposing the same and could not resolve, I've to take another action.

    Further I didn't want to continue with HDFC bank and with their services and I will not pay a single penny for any thing. I just want to close my account anyhow.

              Hi i failed to make my credit card payment for two months resulting my account on hold. I have been trying to contact the collections department but no body is able to assist me. I never declined to make the payments and the delay in the payment was due to have no job for past 6-8 months.                 I was mis-sold hdfc life insurance, bharti axa life insurance & future generali life insurance policy by a agent he sold me polices on the promise of loan but till date i did not receive any loan from company. Now when i approached to the company. Hdfc life insurance is telling me that customer did not cancel this policy in freelook time but i shared them more than 45 call recordings then also they are saying they did not find any thing wrong in this policy.

                  and also clear all outstanding as per customer care, because i have not received credit card no.3644 which bills are being sent.

                  So now i will not entertain any bill.
                  I have received a Message "ACH Debit mandate registerd for Rs.123890/- in A/c No XXXX 4169 For HDFCLTD with UMRN No. HDFC[protected]".

                  I have not approved any such debit request till now... Just want to know what the hell is wrong with HDFC message system.

                        I buyed a daikain ac in hdfc emi from reliance digital sector 29 gurgaon. There was a hdfc sales represtative in the shop he told me that if you buy daikain ac with hdfc bank you will get 2000 cash back. Cash back will be come directly to your bank after 3 emi deduct from your bank. It almost 4 month completed but there is no cash has come to my bank account. I have rasied a complain in bank but no postive response they told me it not showing anyhting in your loan account for your cash back.. Hdfc bank has cheated me and other custmer also like me. They are fooling customer in name of cash back.

                                  credit card settlement fraud

                                  HDFC Bank collection team is running a fraud by fooling customers who take settlement. These collection team people become friendly with customers and deliberately invalidate their settlement by asking them to pay only a part of the total due amount and then promise they will extend their settlement time period by a couple of months or four months. These people are cunning and once they have invalidated your settlement, they will stop responding...

                                      I am using hdfc account as my salary account for past two years. I was given international free credit card when i opened the account. Last month, i was shocked to know that rs.5770 was deducted from my account for no reason. When i reached customer care for multiple times, i understand that credit shield policy was applied on my card and the same was charged in my account.

                                      When i got the credit card, no consent was received from me regarding this hidden policy. I haven't activated my credit card till date and i don't know how the policy was activated for inactive credit card.

                                      I have followed up with hdfc grievance cell, but they are asking me to pay another rs.1392 for processing reversal. I am very much upset and frustrated to keep following up the bank for the reversal. I am not getting any proper response from them.

                                      Customer care is very poor in this case and this is the first time i am having very bad experience for a product.

                                      When i reach them, they open the case and they close by them self that the consent was received from me. But when i ask the proof, i don't get any reply.
