I paid two amounts of 14999/- each to flipkart using hdfc netbanking. But the payments were not successful so the orders were not placed but the amount got deducted. It happened twice. The transaction no. are[protected] and[protected].Even after making so many calls, no action was taken against it. Flipkart executives are saying that they have not received the amount and only bank customer care will help you but they are not refunding my amount....

For the last two days am trying to generate my net banking password as i have forgotten the previous one. Am neither receiving the otp on my registered phone or my registered email.

This has been going on for days now and i have made multiple attempts. It’s just not done, please resolve it immediately

Sir i have hdfc credit card of limit 50000, Later i have settled it for an amount of 38500 on 15.03.2016 i have got my settlement copy also for that.But in my CIBIL it was showing as negative account&it was open and showing the balance amount of 16000 on my CIBIL So please resolve the issue.my settlement letter has attached....

I want to close my jumbo loan account (635x xxxx x605 8) but for that i am not being able to connect to anyone over the call as there is no ivr for jumbo loan.

I took policy on jun, 2013 for 50, 000 per year for 5 year. Now it's matured. While taking policy agent told will get double the amount (5 lakhs) on maturity.

But now after looking at maturity amount, shocked. It's 2.3 lakhs only, which is less than what i paid. It's really worst. Even i kept in bank, will get more. Are they making customers fools? Are they surviving like this only?

I have purchased a laptop lenovo ideapad core i7 7th gen using hdfc debit card emi and i get double emi of rs 5288.96. Its been 8 months cutting double emi amount of 5288.96. I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2505 without my concern on date:19/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

On 30th november 2017 i did 2 transactions of 15000 from payzapp wallet each out of which the first one of the transaction got succeeded and the other got failed, the money got deducted from my credit card but did not get added in the payzapp wallet.

I raised dispute form and it got cleared. Again when my bill got generated in february hdfc have added that 15000 amount in the bill. After complaining...

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

Now i'm using regular savings account so i need to maintain min balance of rs.10, 000. But it's very hard to me to maintain so i realised a mail to customer care. I got a reply mail. Had requested for cancellation of loan due to mistake in name. Had returned the chq. Bank asking me to mail a request asking for pre-closure & pay 3% penalty for pre-closure + GST.
