amount not reversed even after 20 days

I paid two amounts of 14999/- each to flipkart using hdfc netbanking. But the payments were not successful so the orders were not placed but the amount got deducted. It happened twice. The transaction no. are[protected] and[protected].Even after making so many calls, no action was taken against it. Flipkart executives are saying that they have not received the amount and only bank customer care will help you but they are not refunding my amount....

not receiving my otp

Hi,

For the last two days am trying to generate my net banking password as i have forgotten the previous one. Am neither receiving the otp on my registered phone or my registered email.

This has been going on for days now and i have made multiple attempts. It’s just not done, please resolve it immediately

I took policy on jun, 2013 for 50, 000 per year for 5 year. Now it's matured. While taking policy agent told will get double the amount (5 lakhs) on maturity.

But now after looking at maturity amount, shocked. It's 2.3 lakhs only, which is less than what i paid. It's really worst. Even i kept in bank, will get more. Are they making customers fools? Are they surviving like this only?

On 30th november 2017 i did 2 transactions of 15000 from payzapp wallet each out of which the first one of the transaction got succeeded and the other got failed, the money got deducted from my credit card but did not get added in the payzapp wallet.

I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899/- from my credit card

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

Now i'm using regular savings account so i need to maintain min balance of rs.10, 000. But it's very hard to me to maintain so i realised a mail to customer care. I got a reply mail. They mentioned to change my account to basic saving deposit account. I went to home branch but they told no more options to change your account. I'm totally frustrated....

I had applied for a sip of ₹2000. However due to insufficient balance the amount could not be cut. Hdfc on the other hand did not even inform that there are penalties for such incomplete payments. I am holding mastercard of HDFC Bank. They have not sent me statement of May month through any medium or they have not sent me any reminder till its due date which is 5th date of the month.
