I took insta jumbo loan 2 months back of ₹ 525000 and paid all dues before my second emi. I want to get the noc letter and the customer service team is not providing me that.

Its really very bad to treat customers like this amd ignoring customers request and disconnecting my call atleast 10 times.

My fastag has not been received yet. I had paid few days back and have uploaded the documents but the call center people are useless, they talk n promise but it's a waste. They have no solution. Dear Team, my name is Kishore neerukonda (Loan account no.[protected]and I have taken personnel loan from your bank about a year ago. In June-2018 the repayment was fall on 4thand I used to place the amount in linked bank ICICI at late hours of the day. But this year without my concern bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7128 on date:05/06/2018.
