See attached screenshots of bank transactions and receipt from municipality.
I have done on line payment of my property tax, via pura seva and paid 30411 through credit card.but it was not credited. the on line receipt from municipality says the bill of 30411 is still due. receipt

    Booked bookmyshow ticket via payzapp on 9th July, yet to receive the cashback. The cashback was subject to the BINGO offer code, but having applied the same, I'm yet to receive the cashback. Kindly look into this issue with priority. Comparing to other companies, where I usually receive cashback easily, HDFC being a reputed bank, should have given the cashback, upon successful transaction.

      I have submitted my ckyc on 26 june'18 and still my account no 473896 is suspended.

      we had presented the CKYC form to yesterday 11th july 2018 your hdfc branch on Kapurbawadi thane between morning 11:00 and 12:00.

      We later called your customer service desk and got a confirmation that the form was received and processed.

      We have submitted this form twice on may 2018 and july 2018. on may 2018 after 1st submission i could start the trading and after

      2 months again they update CKYC Form has not yet been submited.

      i have submitted 2nd time CKYC form on JULY 11th 2018 but still i can not trade.

      Whenever I send mails to you I get responses from different personnel who seem not to understand anything about this situation.

        Hello Guys,

        Today i called HDFC customer care, regarding my issue.
        However 1st time call one female employee provide me the correct information on polite way also i complete satisfied her resolutions. Ans 2 times again i called customer care one male executive voice tone not polite & also he shouted me.
        Executive Name -Abhinav ( Call time -12:13 pm )

        My 1st Issue - Extra amount payment in credit card acount
        My 2nd Issue : Today morning i have check my credit card balance is approx 19000 rs. After 1st call customer care my closing balance is approx 11000 rs, that's the reason i called 2 nd time customer care why my balance is deducated.

          I had lost my Food Plus card, I am a TCS employee . I had requested for issue of new card through the portal provided by HR but hadn't received the card till date .

          I have sent a mail to HDFC relationship manager but no response.

          My old card has balance around 3K.

          Could you please issue new card and transfer my balance .

            Hi Team,

            I have applied personal loan in HDFC, i have submitted all documents and i have good credit score.

            I have received a SMS saying "Personal application is now accepted"..
            But when i checked the loan status i have received the following message

            " Your Unsecured Loan application no.58908945 is Declined as on 10-JUL-18 as the application does not meet the internal credit norms of the Bank"

            May i know why it is declined in spite of having a good credit score and good payment history with HDFC bank..

              I have done payment for my ACT broadband using PayZapp app through Bharat QR Code, but at the time of payment, the QR code displayed has been expired, but the payment was done to that code (as shown on app).                   I have submitted KYC required document to hdfc securities off Ghatkopar on Friday 6th july 2018 its 4 working days completed and trading account is still suspended.

                  When I give call to Ghatkopar branch[protected] they ask me to call hdfc securities customer care[protected] and securities says it will take more 3-4 days to do KYC.

                  No one is taking the responsibility. no seriousness towards the work.

                  it takes 25mins to connect with hdfc securities and getting no response.

                  Do not open your trading account with hdfc securities.

                    I did a transaction on 7th July where amount was debited twice from my account. I received refund mail from IRCTC but amount is not refunded yet. My reference id is[protected]. Even calling customer care.. Is failing every time, not even connecting. This way support you people provide? Even on chat box it seems like robot is sitting.. Who understands nothing. Refund my money back

                          The mobile banking app shows that rs118 has been deducted as adhoc stmt Charges include gst on 10th july 2018
                          This is not done.
                          Its the hard earned money of the bank customers
                          You can't deduct any amount without consent.
                          Reverse my money as soon as possible

                            Last Tuesday at 3:22 in the afternoon, I swiped my debit card on a local shop in which the shop did not receive the payment, I got a message instantly on my phone that transaction has been reversed from MRLPOS, but it has not yet credited to my account.
                            I had recharged my mobile with a na amount of 655 through PAYUIND and amount was being debited from my debit card and the mobile was not successfully recharged, request you to kindly do the needful

                              On 02 Jul 2018, there was a deduction of Rs 177 towards 3RD PARTY CASH TXN. I understand that the bank levies Rs 150+ taxes for deposits/withdrawals for transactions at bank teller counters. But i did not have any such transactions since they have all been through ATM/Netbanking. Pls explain.

                                I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application Reference Number Status DISAPPROVED who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same.

                                Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection.

                                    I have to do settlement of my credit card which has the overdue amount of 66, 000 something and I don't have that much amount of it. I lost my all of the jobs and I can pay around 30% of the outstanding amount by arranging somehow.

                                    I was the only person who is to earn, But now I am nothing.

                                    Please help me on this or you can get back to me on this. So that I can arrange the money anyhow.

                                      Rs.1028.30 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 5637 on[protected]:02:08:02 at Audible.Avl bal - Rs.220833.70, curr o/s - Rs.67166.30
                                      This transactions not being done by me. Although when transaction was done i do receive a sms directly no otp generated which i didn't receive due to my cell on silent mode.
                                      I have tried to complaint on customer care but not able to do so. Please try to resolve my issue & get my money back credited to my credit card account & oblige me.

                                        I have a current account with hdfc bank East street branch Pune, Maharashtra. While opening the account, I constantly informed the accoint opening person that my cash deposit will be heavy, so i need the account in sucj a way thatthe cash deposit charges should nt be licied and i can deposit cash in any branch in pune.. I was told confidently that there won't be any charge and I repeatedly confirmed the same. But now after 6 months of opening the account, I have been debuyrd almost 18000 Rs. in the name of cash deposit charges. Even the discussion with the bank manager is of no use. Please help.
