Hi,

I received a call from one of the agent calling from HDFC lIFE claiming that a personal loan will be given to me against my HDFC policy. The policy has been granted to me but no loan has been offered yet as it's been almost 2 months.

It's been a waste of time for me as i am calling them again and again but they are telling me lie that loan will be offered tomorrow etc.

I am sharing the number of these two guys who have given me all the info about policy. I am thinking of firing a FIR complaint about the same.

Please help me to resolve this as soon as possible.

    I was trying to pay through MobiKwik but I canceled the transaction as it was taking long time. But still money was deducted from my account and they did not revert the money in my account.I contacted with MobiKwik and Limeroad customer care but they are saying they did not receive any money so to contact with the bank itself.I am attaching screenshot of the transaction below.

      Today I jajnadatta dashwas a customer o[censored]r bank since 8yrs, visiting HDFC bank, Balasore, near fakirmohan golei..Odisha...I was going there for taking NOC of my two wheeler loan as close before 2year...but I don't get the NOC till now... when I visit to the HDFC branch at loan NOC sec..they suggest me to diposit 500rs before 3pm and give me the slip...I stand in the queue for 1.30hr and I request the counter person name-karunakar mahakud and Kamal roulette to give me the slip...but they don't respond me and mis behave with me...kindly look in to the matter

        Myself namrata gavande from pune.on internet, when i am searching for job.i had applied for so many job related to bank.at that time i got a call from quikr bank job department.that call is from delhi.they told me some little process and in that i have to pay 2100 rs first and my documents.i transferred 2040 rs and my documents to given ac number and email id.they send confirmation mail to me regarding both.after that they said you will get call from hdfc bank hr department.and i also got that call.but now they were saying that i have to pay again
        3750 rs for security verification amount.which i refuse to pay.bcoz i have doubt in that process. Every call i get is from a mobile number and email from normal gmail id.no communication from official mail id or landline number of hdfc bank.i have all recorded calls and fund transferred id(receipt), and contact number also from which we get calls.every call is from delhi. Please solve my issue. Know i dont need job from quikr, but want my money back. Now i am tooking advice from social consumer welfare trust to file FIR against this process of quikr. if want proof of fund transfer i will provide.i am waiting for your positive rply.

          Since, my cc was misused by some in the month of Oct - Nov 2017 and this was informed to customer care but no response form them. Finally they came with settlement of rupees 7200 but no response from them again. Please help me to close this issue asap

            Hi,

            My account has been inactive for very long because the bank told me that KYC is not done. (Lokhandwala branch, Mumbai) and that I won't be able to use my account anyway, so I have not maintained any balance in the account.

            Also, this never happened before and suddenly they started charging non balance fees of rs 600 every month without informing me about it.

            Please help me with the same.

              My name is nzir. Few weeks back I went to kondhwa branch. To close my account and they told now keep it has its is we close in month of Aug. And they told me that there will be no charger we will put if your account is in zero balance. Now I m getting pan. Of 600. Which I m not going to pay.. I don't want to do bank such a cheap bank... Close my account as soon as possible

                I have applied for closure of account on 20-november-2017. I have done all the formalities for account closure, the bank executive told me to withdrawl all the amount in my account as he confirms me that account will be closed in next 15 working days and I have receipt for the same signed by one of bank executive which specifies that account will be closed in next 15 working days but still my account has not been closed and i get messages for non maintainance charges. I am always writing or contacting customer care but I never get any solution from past 6 months.

                  Hi Team,

                  My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of Apr 2016 i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i logged in to my account through net banking and noticed that balance going to negative. I logged into my account for some reason on 9th July 2018 and i see that i have rs --8, 566.80 in my account. I request you to correct the balance to 0 as per RBI notice(Attached). any bank dont have any rights to make balance into negative.

                    Hello sir, I opened HDFC bank account for sallary purpose in Feb 2017 by your HDFC representative..while opening bank account they said that it was zero balance account...by June 2017 I did not access my account because I have my personal bank account in other bank...this was sallary bank account I did not notice ...but suddenly HDFC bank shows -4800 rupees ...what type of charges are this ...if you say zero balance account then why this charges...i want to access this account but your charges are not satisfactory that shows how much your bank care about their customers...so I request you to please revert me for this complaint...and give me feedback...I m waiting for your response

                      deduction amount from my hdfc account regarding gst

                      Its too much to deduct from my hdfc account;within a month more than one time is still deducted regarding GST(Rs 2194 (AQB SER CHGS INC GST)and Rs 29.50 (STMT OF A-C CHGS INCL GST) ) . How can i use this account ? So, i just want to surrender my GST number. Please help me.

                      You deducted rs708 from my account. How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for jun2018-mir[protected]. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.

                      Please don't say any stupid reasons, send me my money immediatly

                        Hello

                        I am unable to convert my credit card transaction into EMI then what is the purpose of holding the card. The customer care people told there is no offer available now to convert it into EMI .. normally every credit card has option to convert EMI it's very shocking to hear as no offer available.. I will cancel my card if EMI is not possible

                          I am holding a credit card (platinum) for the last 10 years or more. Last card was valid upto 07/18 meanwhile I got a new card with the same number valid from 06/18. I have tried to create a new PIN as the last card was without PIN. I am unable to create a PIN or contact somebody in HDFC for help. Last 4 digits is 8412. I have no account with HDFC bank.
                          Will you please help me in creation of new PIN else I am thinking of surrendering of the credit card.

                            Today I got 2 calls from unknown number[protected] and told me that call HDFC Credit card department and we are converting Redeem points to Cash and depositing in your account.
                            He asked my DateOfBirth as professional Banker and asked my card Expire...

                            For depositing amount into my account need my Credit Card number (16 Digits). I felt suspicious about that and Lunching a complaint here.

                            I request some one to take action on this person. As I know in last 12 years I never got a call from credit card depart about asking my card number.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that my Debit Card (HDFC Bank) has been blocked by your staff for Non payment of Credit Card charges for 2 months.
                              1. It has been blocked without informing me or giving notice to me for taking this action.
                              2. Also, they have taken app. Rs 13000/- which was there in my (HDFC Bank) account. Now I do not have any money left in my a/c and I am not being able to use my Dr Card for my day to day affairs.
                              3. Now Credit Card statement is not shown in my Netbanking, earlier I used to see the details of the statement on my Netbanking. I had asked your staff to provide details of various expenses/charges levied on me.
                              4. In my Netbanking it shows Minimum payment Rs 7000/-. I also want to know How is this sum calculated, because total outstanding is only app. Rs 23, 000/-.
                              Sir, I am a regular and an honest payer of your Cr Card, so please do the needful and provide me relief from this mess and inconvenience.
                              I hereby request you to please ask your staff
                              - to provide me details of various expenses/charges levied on me
                              - to unblock my Debit Card (HDFC Bank).
                              - to explain How Minimum payment Rs 7000/- is calculated,

                                    Ive taken car loan from your kolhapur branch. i need top up loan from you. I have submitted my top. Mr.Rohit Magdum is ur executive whom I given all the documents and cheques of processing fees.                                       Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited charges from my credit card number ending with 6702 without my concern .I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So I requested to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount although this is not done and at 7 th july 2018 they again msseged me to debit the amount once agian.
