      I have an ECS running out of my Savings Account in HDFC for the last 5+ years. Last month I forgot to maintain the required balance in my account and the ECS bounced. I realized this and immediately transferred the required amount to my account. HDFC has charged me Rs. 590 x 11 = Rs. 6490 in total as "ECS Debit return charges" without any email intimation (at the least)

      I called the HDFC customer care - who insist I visit my branch for reversal of these charges. I am currently traveling and I will be back in India only in 6 months time. How can I physically visit the branch? I need a resolution over the telephone, please.

          when i saw detail i found my account debited rs 177 with transaction showing
          3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 090718-MIR[protected]
          I dont know about this deduction
          please confirm n reverse amount to my account.
          As informed by bank rules their should be none deduction at minimum balance of rs 5000
          only a annual charge deduction in account annualy so why this charge deducted without any reason and acknowledge.

              HDFC never gives EMI Offer to convert Outstanding balance to EMI

              They give emi conversion for some purchase that too like offer, not sure when they give you have this offer we have verify everytime make sure offer is there, i have used emi conversion for certain purchases

              But Last 2 years i have been requesting HDFC call center person to convert my outstanding as EMI, My credit limit is 75000, i paid nearly 2 and half lakhs minimum dues for 4 years, but they dont have mercy...frustated
              I get the below answer always:

              "currently there is no offer for EMI conversion on your card account", its fraud. they dont give offer to outstanding balance to EMI.

              There is no such offer

              They wont allow to live...last four years i never get offer...

              Hi Satheesh, we wish to clarify that, HDFC Bank offers EMI facility to its card holder's from time to time basis certain parameters set by the Bank and is at its discretion. These offers are intimated to the customer's vide mailers, statement inserts, Bank's website, etc. and is followed as a standard procedure across all card account. We are unable to extend emi facility for your credit card at this point of time. However the offers in the card will be reviewed on a periodic basis depending on the usage and payment pattern.

              Your bank keeps on earning...not giving opportunity to reduce the burden of customer by giving emi option.

              Now i come to the conclusion,
              "HDFC never gives any offer to "convert you outstanding to EMI", even after 4 years

              I lost of hope of EMI conversion.

              My fate..i will pay... please dont reply.. thanks in advance

                My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created through my company which i was left 1 years back, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account

                I did not used that account after I left that company. The bank is sending message saying that my Account is having negative balance of Rs. -5000, I want to close the account. .

                Please help me in closing the account without filling the negative balance.

Incase you still wish to close your account held with HDFC Bank, please submit the account closure form (available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center> Personal Banking) along-with Extended KYC annexure ( available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center > Personal Banking > Extended KYC Annexure ) at any of our nearest Bank branches. Please visit the following link https://goo.gl/ujKxY4 for address of our branches and ATMs. Addressing your concern, we wish to clarify that Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder incase he holds more than a single product with the Bank. By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. For ex : ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc. You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form.                   I have done on line payment of my property tax, via pura seva and paid 30411 through credit card.but it was not credited. the on line receipt from municipality says the bill of 30411 is still due. receipt

                    Booked bookmyshow ticket via payzapp on 9th July, yet to receive the cashback. The cashback was subject to the BINGO offer code, but having applied the same, I'm yet to receive the cashback. Kindly look into this issue with priority. Comparing to other companies, where I usually receive cashback easily, HDFC being a reputed bank, should have given the cashback, upon successful transaction.

                      I have submitted my ckyc on 26 june'18 and still my account no 473896 is suspended.

                      we had presented the CKYC form to yesterday 11th july 2018 your hdfc branch on Kapurbawadi thane between morning 11:00 and 12:00.

                      We later called your customer service desk and got a confirmation that the form was received and processed.

                      We have submitted this form twice on may 2018 and july 2018. on may 2018 after 1st submission i could start the trading and after

                      2 months again they update CKYC Form has not yet been submited.

                      i have submitted 2nd time CKYC form on JULY 11th 2018 but still i can not trade.

                      Whenever I send mails to you I get responses from different personnel who seem not to understand anything about this situation.

                        Hello Guys,

                        Today i called HDFC customer care, regarding my issue.
                        However 1st time call one female employee provide me the correct information on polite way also i complete satisfied her resolutions. Ans 2 times again i called customer care one male executive voice tone not polite & also he shouted me.
                        Executive Name -Abhinav ( Call time -12:13 pm )

                        My 1st Issue - Extra amount payment in credit card acount
                        My 2nd Issue : Today morning i have check my credit card balance is approx 19000 rs. After 1st call customer care my closing balance is approx 11000 rs, that's the reason i called 2 nd time customer care why my balance is deducated.

                            I have applied personal loan in HDFC, i have submitted all documents and i have good credit score.

                            I have received a SMS saying "Personal application is now accepted"..
                            But when i checked the loan status i have received the following message

                            " Your Unsecured Loan application no.58908945 is Declined as on 10-JUL-18 as the application does not meet the internal credit norms of the Bank"

                            May i know why it is declined in spite of having a good credit score and good payment history with HDFC bank..

                                  I have submitted KYC required document to hdfc securities off Ghatkopar on Friday 6th july 2018 its 4 working days completed and trading account is still suspended.

                                  When I give call to Ghatkopar branch[protected] they ask me to call hdfc securities customer care[protected] and securities says it will take more 3-4 days to do KYC.

                                  No one is taking the responsibility. no seriousness towards the work.

                                  it takes 25mins to connect with hdfc securities and getting no response.

                                  Do not open your trading account with hdfc securities.
