I lost my hdfc food card on june6th and blocked it with the help of call center. For applying new card i have dropped mail to foodcardsupport. [protected]@hdfc.com, but no reply. Could you please help me in getting new card. Also let me know as how many days it will take for a new card & balance transfer from old card to new card.

    Yesterday a collection agent which i left last month and he called me from there and using abusing and rough language with me
    I am unable to pay my jumbo loan payment from last two months as my financial and health position is very tight from last 6 months
    I already told him that i am mailing to hdfc for my payments but he cant listen and used abusing language with me on phone

    Kindly take the legal action on it his name as he told was sandeep

      I have submitted the credit card address change form 5 times and every time i have received email that my signature miss match. I called customer care but they are very rude to me saying that my signature is not correct and i am not attaching documents which are needed. On address change form there is no information is written which documents we need to attached, if i asked hdfc nigdi branch, they told there is no need to attached any docs and customer care said i need to take stmup of branch manager, other customer care person told to attached pan card. There is no clear rules for changing the address for credit card. Renuka which is customer care manager, she told if your not getting address change then you can discontinue it.

        Hello sir/madam
        My name is nitesh saini and my account number is [protected].
        My contact number is [protected] and my customer id is 59675433. On january 23, 2018 amount 6111 was deducted from my debit account but still not refunded, i called many times to customer care of hdfc bank.
        They always say it will be refunded in 7 days, its been 6 months and amount still not refunded. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

          correction of name at credit card division

          Hi,

          I am using the hdfc credit card since 2012.
          My name is wrongly printed on cardit card as well as on statements.

          No, i want to change the name with orginal one.
          So, can anyone please let me know what is the exact procedure to do that.

          I visited my nearest branch for the same, but they told the individual branch can't handle the credit card camplaint/issue.

          Hello, i am sudha das, a classic customer under preeti saha mondal at hdfc lake town branch kolkata i had taken a car loan for which which i received attention from sachin gupta who handles their life insurance and helps with hdfc life who had then assured me that if i take up on the insurance on the car loan i would not have to pay any preclousre but now he gives me details according to which i am liable for a discount on the loan if i close the loan within 12 months from the date of the opening of the loan but i personally feel this involves deceiving the customer to meet personal targets. Hoping to hear from you.

            Call received from HDFC bank and they have refunded my 1600 RS on 2nd July(they have said they have deleted my negative balance of 1600 from the application). But again on 5th July 1612.7 rs got deducted from my account.

              Hi,

              When i checked my account statement, i saw a transaction of rs 4425 deducted from my bank account with reference 'inter-brn cash chg incl gst 210618-mir18'.

              I would like to know, why such a big amount was deducted for?

                  Bank deducted 230 rupees for "stop cheque chgs incl gst" i dont know what is this deduction for. And i havn't give a cheque to any one for which this deduction is maid.                             I wish to inform you that I, Sudhir Kumar, from Ludhiana has purchased two policies from HDFC LIFE. My policy nos. are 20142310 and 20304872 . Aditya Birla Finance Company 's advisor, Amit Chaudhary told me purchase on policy for the loan of 10lakhs but afterwards he said tha the sum assured is not enough and told me to buy another policy. I somehow arranged the money and also bought the other one. Then, he said that the brokerage company through which I have taken the policy does not have enough validity period of license and now my loan cannot be passed through these policies. He said that he will refund my policies and for that I have also got the message from HDFC LIFE for policy refund. I am also sending the screenshot in attachment. But till now I haven't got my refund. Also, he is not picking up the calls. I know that he has good relations with HDFC LIFE office as whenever I was about to get a call from you he beforehand (about 10in earlier) told me about it that what it was for and what you would ask. He also used to arrange my call timings. If you want I can also provide you with his mobile number and landline number. I won't be able to continue these policies for long time. So please help me and refund my policies.

                                  I find from my net banking that a sum of rupees 177 has been debitted from my account, 4 times over the last month with the heading of inter-brn cash chg. Being a senior citizen it is extremely distressing to have my hard earned money removed from my account even after being assured while opening the account that there will be no charges on transactions. I feel the bank is using my hard earned money to run their business.

                                      I called to know my credit card statement. The person who answered my call was so rude and arrogant. He wasn't interested in my query. Neither helped with my query nor spoke nicely. He insulted me. I will never ever call u guys. Kindly provide training for your staff mr. Gunjan. I don't remember his name. May b he gave me wrong name. I have a recording.
                                      Kindly take action against him.
