Hi,

I receive at least 5-10 HDFC personal loan call from different numbers though I have applied for Do Not call through their website. Actually, after submitting this form number of calls are increased rather decreased. Everytime, I ask them to remove my number from the database, again next person calls me. It really frustrating to receiving so many unwanted calls during my busy schedule. Please help me to stop this. I have applied DND in everywhere from promotional calls but not working.

    Dear Sir,
    I am a Customer of HDFC Bank i have read so many articles about the reality of 10 rs coin, i also received msg from RBI that all the 10 Rs. coin are valid currency and it should be accepted by all. keeping this thing in mind i always accept 10 rs coin. but one day when i went to HDFC kalkaji NEW DELHI branch for depositing money they refused to accept coin and they told me that it is fake.
    kindly give me the guidelines about the 10 ₹ coin and i also want the clear reason why the bank is not accepting the coins, in News the RBI says that the bank will accept these coins but they are not accepting.

      I had done 3 prepaid mobile recharges on[protected] using offer code of 50% cashback upto Rs. 100/- using a promo code "FLASH" at payzapp. I haven't received the cashback since 8 days. This is second time of no cashback with me. There is no direct complaint facility in Payzapp. The amount maybe petty but the trust between bank and customer is what hampered. I am really disappointed with this service and will escalate the matter if my cashback is not processed.

        We are facing lots of problems with account & branch people also we are getting Fraud Commitments by Managers &
        after that no Result of our issues.
        1. Debited “Cash Deposit Charges” in our both accounts in 2017-18 year. Once we came to know about this
        charges in Bank Statement, we had word with RM & Manager of Gandhidham Branch.
        They promised us to Return the charges in account in 45 days & after too many follow ups done Nothing.
        After that they have promised to return 50% amount in account (that is due to they are not getting Approval
        from Higher Authorities to refund Full amount) we have consider their request & allow them to refund 50%
        amount. Still after many follow ups we got Nothing.
        As per Govt policy & Guidelines, Without any Information Bank have no rights to deduct any amount in
        account.
        2. We have EDC Swap machine, We are paying EDC Rentals, % of amount with all transactions as per Bank
        Policy. Without any Information Bank started to deduct “Settlement Charges” every day.
        Again same problems, follow ups – No response from Branch side. If bank makes some changes in system so Bank
        need to inform each & every customers by SMS/Email/Letter according to my best knowledge but in our case No
        Communication from Bank – Just deductions of charges all the time & fake commitments but No Reversals of any of
        charges.
        3. We are having CC account with 20, 00, 000 Limit, we are paying Interest every month regularly, we had
        Submitted property Insurance in 2016-17 after any confirmation in 2017-18 we have got debit for HDFC Ergo
        Insurance charges. We have not signed any of the document & not given permission to deduct amount for Property
        Insurance Bank deducted amount.
        4. This is our 3rd Year renewal & our Manager committed to decrease Interest rates for our CC loan (8% to 8.5%)
        without any condition, and today we have got the Sanction latter of 11.35% Interest rate. We went to branch for
        asking the reason & Manager replied that if you have 3 Saving account in our Bank then only we can approve 8% to
        8.5% rate. That’s our Business policy & all.
        Without any Information Bank reduced Cash Deposit charges limit from 10 Lac PM to 2 Lac PM

          This is disgusting, getting too many calls (Atleast 10 calls/day) from hdfc bank and their consultancies for personal loan & credit card. A day is starting and ending with hdfc call. Hope you can understand how they are irritating.

            मी 23/12/2017 रोजी hdfc या बॕकेकडून 649000/- रूपये एवढे personal loan घेतले. (A/c no.[protected] परंतु आता मला माझ्या व्यक्तिगत कारणामुळे जास्त रकमेची गरज असल्यामुळे मी मुंबई बॕकेकडे गृहतारण (Home mortgage loan) कर्जाची मागणी केली.मी hdfc बॕकेकडून personal loan घेतल्यामुळे मुंबई बॕकेकडे जेवढ्या कर्जाची मागणी केली त्यासाठी मी पात्र ठरत नाही असे मुंबई बॕकेने मला कळविले.
            म्हणून मी hdfc बॕकेकडे कर्ज एकरकमी परतफेड करण्याची परवानगी मागितली.पण कर्ज घेतेवेळी केलेल्या करारानुसार मला बारा महिन्याच्या आत कर्ज एकरकमी फेडता येणार नाही असे बॕकेकडून कळविण्यात आले.त्यावर मी कर्ज लवकर फेडत आहे म्हणून जी दंडाची रक्कम आहे ती भरण्यास मी तयार आहे असेही लेखी कळविले.पण बॕकेने पुन्हा बारा महिन्यांचे कारण देत माझी मागणी फेटाळून लावली
            सध्या मला मोठ्या रकमेची गरज असल्याने मी चिंतेत आहे तरी माझी समस्या लक्षात घेऊन मला योग्य ते सहकार्य करावे ही विनंती..

            Our Bank does allow foreclosure of personal loans before the prescribed lock-in period of 12 months/12 EMIs in certain special conditions such as critical illness/ demise of the borrower, loss of employment, permanent relocation outside the country, home loan (condition prescribed by home loan grantor) - among others. Borrowers are required to produce appropriate documentary evidence in support of the application and these are considered on a case by case basis by the Bank. Otherwise, it is necessary to have the loan run for a minimum prescribed period in consideration of the costs incurred by the Bank in souring the loans and other administrative expenses. It is also not permissible to recover the costs by way of additional interest ( for unbilled EMIs) as the same is not provided in the loan agreement. In view of what has been submitted above, we once again request you to let the loan run for clause.               My name is a. Nagaraju. I applied personal loan in hdfc bank adilabad division on dated:[protected] with reference no: 58167242. My loan was rejected on[protected]. I asked that reason to loan department. They said “in my previous loan have negative status because my friend was did the signature on my address proof document by gazetted officer and in the internal verification hdfc bank called to gazetted officer then he told i dont know that person. Because of this reason my personal loan was going to negative status and i dont that reference number.
              So please kindly provide previous loan reference number and to close my previous loan details.

                    Dear sir,

                    I had rescheduled my emi to 7 months from 10 months on 01.06.2018 by giving written application in haridwar office (Near main hospital haridwar).

                    On 01.06.2018, my emi was redesigned at rs 16114 for 7 months @ 8.60% including june 2018.

                    Today on 01.07.2018, my balance emi should be 6 months after ach deduction of emi of rs 16114 on 15.06.2018, but it still shows 7 months in my loan account.

                    Why 1 emi is extended in my loan account? In june it was 7 months and in july it is still 7 months. Then what about emi paid by me on 15 june 2018?? Kindly correct balance emi to 6 months.

                    Kindly correct the mistake by your account department immediately.

                      I m akash deep, customer of hdfc bank.
                      I have my account in hdfc sandila branch.
                      On 06/062018 timing 01:43
                      I paid entrance examination fee of king george medical college. But somehow transaction got failed and i got notification that fee was nt submitted as my transaction was declined. Yet at same time i recieved this sms.

                      { thanks for paying rs.2, 011.80 from a/c xxxx5635 to ebskinggeorgesmedica via netbanking.}

                      As my trasaction was declined so why amount got deducted n still its nt have been refunded.

                      I submitted my complaint but still no progress is there.
                      I havent recieved my refund yet.
                      Your service is too slow.
                      Please, look into my case.

Total credit card loan 12652 rs emi amout is 2000 for six month but bank deduct2000 three times means total emi deduct 6000 rs 12/06/2018 and credit card also debit 10600 two times 19/06/2018 show the statment.                           Hi, i am pavan kumar. Recently i received my hdfc credit card (Diners club international). Now, just after after a week, inr 900.00 deducted from my card towards "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and again after 2 consecutive days inr 900.00 deducted towards "dial an emi" and inr 100.00 for emi processing fee-smartemi ln# 3702004".

                          Don't behave with such an unauthorized manner, when any of your consumers don't opt for it. What is this for and why are you doing this without even asking for a permission or interest?

                          I need this to be fixed immediately by crediting the amount of total inr 1900.00 back my account.

                            I have ordered some product from flipkart but after some days i have cancelled it. Flipkart has claimed they have refunded my amount by 21st june through phone pe. Phonepe has also claimed that they have initiated my refund on 21st june through the transaction id p1806211407007899423354 against the transaction p1806181720180021741179. But my refund amount is not created to my bank account. Please refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise i will take severe action. I will file complain in consumer court.

                              I am unable to recieve otp, if i add as a beneficiary through net banking.. I am facing this for past few months. Could you please help on this. A s this is required essential, could you please take proper steps to resolve and guide us on how to proceed it with further..                                 Dear Sir/Madam, In march 2018, I have approached HDFC bank visakhapatnam at Carshed branch, there one bank person has given some executive number, so I submitted xerox copies of my loan document in that branch, later it was dragged with several reasons, in June they told that they will sanction loan, they done house verification and my office verification, but on June 25th they are rejecting my loan, kindly respond to my complaint or else I will proceed legally, I'm also working in bank & I know the legal proceedings

                                  Sir,
                                  I have two saving a/c and Demat a/c in HDFC Bank due to some reason I have submitted the closure form for saving and demat a/c before complete one year but bank official hold my both closure form and many time I asked for closure of my a/c after that one month they proceed and ask me for pay Rs.885/- for demat AMC charges for both a/c whereas i have submitted my closure from before starting second year now bank official said first pay Rs.885/- then we process for closure demat and saving a/c, when we have not taken any service in second year

                                    My self Chandrashekara BG .
                                    Iam Holding ur HDFC bank credit card from last 4months. I made payment on strating 3 months on time like due date but ur end putted extra charges like 8 k to 9 k so called CUSTOMER CARE but they are not responding properly and not giving reselution on my quire then i got this month bill. ur collection team called i told i want clarification on this issue but they or not ready to give they are telling check with CUSTOMER CARE like that i called CUSTOMER CARE also they told check in collection team hear also not getting resolution on my issue one o[censored]r collection team agent her name is sudha she talikng unprofetional and not ready listen my conson she is ordering me and telling first made the payment then speek we are hanling like u so many customers should basic common sence after using y not made they payment we know ur telling lie we will go on ur native address then to pay full amont like that the way speek n one ur bank manager i think she is from richmond circle also spocken she also not ready to listen my words what the ###** service ur giving iam telling i will pay on7th first resolve my issue like that but ur people are not ready listen any thing this is the way ur team responding.
                                    I will escalate this issue on social media like twitter n facebook and i also complent same issue on RBI. We sea on legal come thier. Blackmeling and unprofecional and not responding on my conson. Not ready to listen my conseron they speaking way is like slum peoples they dont the way are specking.
                                    I will not leave u people.

                                      I am customer of hdfc bank, having my saving account bearing no.[protected] in hdfc branch situated at leela bhawan, patiala. The branch offered me with the services of credit card facility on this account vide jet privilege credit card no. [protected] and i was availing the same till now.in the year 2016, i visited to the branch, where i was offered to pay my mobile bills through my above stated credit card as it would be give 5 % discount on my mobile bills payments. I agreed with the same and the concerned official took my standing instructions of tad (Total amount due) upon my credit card bill payment from my said saving bank account and i enjoyed that service till in the end of year 2016. However in jan, 2017 onwards i shocked to see regular deductions of huge amounts from my saving account. I visited the branch and also made many complaints through my mail id [protected]@gmail.com in march, 2018 on hdfc customer care supports as well as through request application to manikandan ps (Grievance redressal officer), hdfc bank cards division, 8, lattice bridge road, thituvanmiyur through registered post on dated 3.11.2017 with request to refund of deducted excessive amounts. But the official did not pay any attention to my requests. Rather now i started receiving threatening calls from the officials of hdfc bank to pay rs.55, 000 more or in event i failed to pay, they damaged my cibil score to such an extent that i will unable to get loan facility in future from any bank. I remained in shock after hearing the threatening-cum-blackmailing calls from the officials. I also shocked when i did not use my credit card for any purchase except in payment of mobile bills and insurance premiums then how such a huge amount is being demanding by bank in such an illegal manner.in spite to refund the excessive amount deducted from my saving account, the bank are demanding such a huge amount of rs.55000/- which is unjust.in fact, moreover, i did not receive any credit card bill of rs.55000/- with regard to alleged purchase through my credit card till today.
