Hi, i am pavan kumar. Recently i received my hdfc credit card (Diners club international). Now, just after after a week, inr 900.00 deducted from my card towards "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and again after 2 consecutive days inr 900.00 deducted towards "dial an emi" and inr 100.00 for emi processing fee-smartemi ln# 3702004".

Don't behave with such an unauthorized manner, when any of your consumers don't opt for it. What is this for and why are you doing this without even asking for a permission or interest?

I need this to be fixed immediately by crediting the amount of total inr 1900.00 back my account.

    I have ordered some product from flipkart but after some days i have cancelled it. Flipkart has claimed they have refunded my amount by 21st june through phone pe. Phonepe has also claimed that they have initiated my refund on 21st june through the transaction id p1806211407007899423354 against the transaction p1806181720180021741179. But my refund amount is not created to my bank account. Please refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise i will take severe action. I will file complain in consumer court.

        Dear Sir/Madam, In march 2018, I have approached HDFC bank visakhapatnam at Carshed branch, there one bank person has given some executive number, so I submitted xerox copies of my loan document in that branch, later it was dragged with several reasons, in June they told that they will sanction loan, they done house verification and my office verification, but on June 25th they are rejecting my loan, kindly respond to my complaint or else I will proceed legally, I'm also working in bank & I know the legal proceedings

          I have two saving a/c and Demat a/c in HDFC Bank due to some reason I have submitted the closure form for saving and demat a/c before complete one year but bank official hold my both closure form and many time I asked for closure of my a/c after that one month they proceed and ask me for pay Rs.885/- for demat AMC charges for both a/c whereas i have submitted my closure from before starting second year now bank official said first pay Rs.885/- then we process for closure demat and saving a/c, when we have not taken any service in second year

            Iam Holding ur HDFC bank credit card from last 4months. I made payment on strating 3 months on time like due date but ur end putted extra charges like 8 k to 9 k so called CUSTOMER CARE but they are not responding properly and not giving reselution on my quire then i got this month bill. ur collection team called i told i want clarification on this issue but they or not ready to give they are telling check with CUSTOMER CARE like that i called CUSTOMER CARE also they told check in collection team hear also not getting resolution on my issue one o[censored]r collection team agent her name is sudha she talikng unprofetional and not ready listen my conson she is ordering me and telling first made the payment then speek we are hanling like u so many customers should basic common sence after using y not made they payment we know ur telling lie we will go on ur native address then to pay full amont like that the way speek n one ur bank manager i think she is from richmond circle also spocken she also not ready to listen my words what the ###** service ur giving iam telling i will pay on7th first resolve my issue like that but ur people are not ready listen any thing this is the way ur team responding.
            I will escalate this issue on social media like twitter n facebook and i also complent same issue on RBI. We sea on legal come thier. Blackmeling and unprofecional and not responding on my conson. Not ready to listen my conseron they speaking way is like slum peoples they dont the way are specking.
            I will not leave u people.

              I am customer of hdfc bank, having my saving account bearing no.[protected] in hdfc branch situated at leela bhawan, patiala. The branch offered me with the services of credit card facility on this account vide jet privilege credit card no. [protected] and i was availing the same till now.in the year 2016, i visited to the branch, where i was offered to pay my mobile bills through my above stated credit card as it would be give 5 % discount on my mobile bills payments. I agreed with the same and the concerned official took my standing instructions of tad (Total amount due) upon my credit card bill payment from my said saving bank account and i enjoyed that service till in the end of year 2016. However in jan, 2017 onwards i shocked to see regular deductions of huge amounts from my saving account. I visited the branch and also made many complaints through my mail id [protected]@gmail.com in march, 2018 on hdfc customer care supports as well as through request application to manikandan ps (Grievance redressal officer), hdfc bank cards division, 8, lattice bridge road, thituvanmiyur through registered post on dated 3.11.2017 with request to refund of deducted excessive amounts. But the official did not pay any attention to my requests. Rather now i started receiving threatening calls from the officials of hdfc bank to pay rs.55, 000 more or in event i failed to pay, they damaged my cibil score to such an extent that i will unable to get loan facility in future from any bank. I remained in shock after hearing the threatening-cum-blackmailing calls from the officials. I also shocked when i did not use my credit card for any purchase except in payment of mobile bills and insurance premiums then how such a huge amount is being demanding by bank in such an illegal manner.in spite to refund the excessive amount deducted from my saving account, the bank are demanding such a huge amount of rs.55000/- which is unjust.in fact, moreover, i did not receive any credit card bill of rs.55000/- with regard to alleged purchase through my credit card till today.                   When i got new hdfc credit card, hdfc auto authorized this fraud company - one assist to deduct membership charges to my credit card, without my consent.

                  I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team on renewal. I dont even know the company, never used its services, nor planning to use and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                  Please deactivate and refund my money asap. And don't charge it ever again. This kind of marketing will gain you notoriety in market.

                      As you aware from last three month i am unable to pay your credit card bill against this card number ([protected]) due to my mother bad health condition and for the same i am under big financial crisis but hdfc bank will never ready to understand or listen my this problem and force me to pay credit card bills. About this payment 2 month before i was getting threat calls and messages received from your bank side which i shared with your team through mail with evidence but still its do not stop. Everyday i am getting huge random number of calls with different hdfc bank collection team callers and they shouting on me.

                      As send you my latest mail i decided go with this matter in civil judiciary for file case because from you i am completely mentally harassed and condition of need to take help of psychiatrist. Its completely violence of rbi guidelines and rules.

                      I am media person but never misuse my position in this issue and very humble as customer always requested you to understand my situation and will promise to repay all dues but in installment because not in position to pay lumsum amount. Its tough time for me but your bank said choose your mother life or bank payments.

                      So but obvious i will save my mother life first. Hope will here you reply!

                      Thanks for replied and your correct, i received mail from bank side to pay total outstanding amount which already i am saying from last three month unable to pay and want to settle this big amount in 4-5 tenure but your all phone executive never agreed for this. As customer i am ready to repay all dues with interest but way to possible time but bank said pay today or tomorrow because already date crossed. Thats the only reason i will take legal help. Hope our Indian law will go to justice with my situation .

                      I don't know you aware or not but every day more than 20 calls coming on my phone from your bank recovery agents and i guess ( HDFC BANK - RECOVERY OFFICE, VIKAS PURI, BRANCH, DELHI ) with differently phone numbers back to back .

                      Is this way to treat ????? OR HDFC BANk not miss any chance to making noise in my routine life . At least hdfc bank consumers will must aware how can your bank clearly neglect RBI strict guidelines and challenge them. Even your bank officer said to me on phone conversation (THIS INDIAN LAW NOTHING WILL DO ON THIS MATTER AND CASE GOING SO FAR). Thats your bank worker who clearly challenge our judiciary. I have recorded evidence .

                      Today shocking thing happened front of me by HDFC BANK lean my saving account number ( [protected]) for credit card dues amount. This is the real face of private banks like hdfc bank whom can complete hold on your personal money. We consumer whole month work and saving money in bank account and these banks lean your account and blocked your own money for withdraw . Please consumer aware and better money will be save in your home not banks.

                      Dear HDFC Consumers,

                      I registered my complaint against hdfc credit card in mediation center for discuss my credit card issues front of respected government officer because i have never trust hdfc bank workers because in last 4 month they did completely misguide me and every time deny to not involve any phone calls which done by recovery / collections agencies hired by them. but hdfc bank not came to attend mediation center and will wait for next date.

                      HDFC Bank collection agencies work like real bank goons and work beyond RBI guidelines and i have proof this front of hdfc bank to shared recorded phone conversation between me and his collection agency people .
                      I will soon expose this phone conversation on my YOUTUBE channel name (HUMAN BOX) which specially created against fight for this kind of banks because it must hdfc consumer aware to all this.

                      HDFC Bank lien marked salary bank account ( last digit 6538) from last month and asking me for pay his dues and i simply asked if they hold consumer salary income then which basis ask me to pay.

                      Hope HDFC bank officers read this complaint and wake up and Mr. Aditya Puri ( MD HDFC BANK) too.

                        I opened a complain against these frauds and tried contacting them whatever ways possible for a charge which bank made a mistake and should remove. But from november 2017, bank is sending faulty statements and asking us to pay.
                        Tried reaching senior management, they are rude, unethical and not interested in solving and told that we can close our account. After closing, bank started threatening by calling us repeatedly, sending whatsapp messages and now sending goons at my home to abuse us.
                        Bank has reached to extreme low level.

                        I opened another complain in this forum and some # manoj resolved the case without even contacting us. Such a shame

                              Dear concern,

                              This is to inform you that on 13th june 2018, my hdfc account is debited by rs. 826/- as depository charges.

                              This is surprising for me. Same thing happend in the years from 2014 to 2016.

                              I have marked a complaint mail in 2016 against these charges. And they refunded the half of the total deducted amount and they assured me that this will not be repeated in future.

                              Now, again my bank account is debited against depository charges. This is serious concern. I want my money back into my bank account.

                              I also want to know how my dmat account is opened without my permission. This is fraud and i will take actions against this if my dmat account is not closed immediately.

                              I request you to please credit my debited amount into my bank account and close the dmat account immediately which is showing on my name.

                                Dear hdfc credit card team,

                                I have done transaction on 23/08/2017, transaction id-up044558, transaction failed but amount debited hdfc credit card,. After that i called your cc. They told me to fill dispute form, i filled and mail them 28/12/2017.
                                After that i called them again and again. All time they said thai it will take one more week. Still i didnt get any refund from your side and not any concern person called me. So here now i am sharing with you. So kindly look in to matter asap.
                                Let me know your step taken within 3 days neither i have to raise voice on social platform ie tweet, facebook etc. As i have concern about your public value and i am long term your customer. So solve this issue asap.

                                I complaint here after contact Phone Banking, They were not giving ant solution, every time they told me to wait. Can You please tell me what is TAT for solotion for this kind of case . Manoj you are disapponting your customers. Its ypur responsility to raise my voice and help me out in getting my refund if this is not your policy to make fool to your customers. In this digital era you and your team is unable to find out detail of my transaction. Really disapponting.

                                This is not resoleved, didn't revert money.
                                Fraud, No one listen in bank. They have their own term and conditions. CUSTOMER CARE only goving false statement, no quality audit of call.
                                My money is deducted by POS machine while giving payment, raised complaint, talked CUSTOMER CARE again and again, it's year passed, they just looted money and say sorry in return.

                                These ### works only if EMI is not on time.
                                Govt should take action agains all banking FORUM who are looting public day by day.
                                There are no norms follows,
                                Banker never polite in any bank, they polite only while selling insurance plans only.
                                My Money they didn't revert, while i submitted all docs n no of calls.
                                CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM should highlight things To RBI and govt as everything is not going well in Banking sector. Public money is no more safe.
                                @ As issue was never resolved, so mark this status with any other status.

                                  I have been received a call from person (Sonia [protected]) describing the offer about HDFC credit card that it's a nin chargeable lifetime free card and there is no annual charges for this card. And after collecting all the documents she has delivered the card. But she activated Autopay option and linked my mobile number and started billing my mobile number. Then in second month I am getting bill generated as annual charges of 590 rupees.
                                  If you want to loot public amount like this indirectly it's unacceptable and against the policies that you have created. I never accept your operation like this.
                                  And even I tried to contact her for the inconveniences she has created but she is not at all responding to any of the calls or messages. And even I contacted customer care, they told that I am receiving callback within 2 days but I never received call till now. Then i contacted local branch officer contacts I am not getting any help on this.
                                  I am writing this here because this should not repeat with any of the public in future.

                                  I request to kindly take action against these kind of employees cheating public with fake plans. And unnecessarily looting their earned amount.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had taken HDFC Ergo insurance for my bike(TVS Apache 180) and i met with an accident last month and claimed with HDFC team to get it repair under policy which was approved by HDFC agent.

                                    After that i got a call to share some bank details with them so that amount can be transferred. After sharing complete details with them i got msg that claim has been processed and link provided to see claim status when i checked the status after few days now it's showing "Approved Loss" .

                                    Now i am trying to reach them but they are not responding. Please help me to get my justice on priority.

                                        I got a message

                                        Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected]xxxxxx issued to citibank n a with value rs. 6000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                        I applied for personal loan in citi bank,
                                        But that's a different scenario.
                                        They dedicated the processing fee and a month interest and credited the amount to my bank account.
                                        The emi amount is 15000.

                                        I'm not getting why is this 6000?
                                        What is that mandate ref number?
                                        What should i do?

I do stay on my own resident from last 10 years, which is not accepted by RIC even after giving adhar card. RIC department believe every document is fabricated ignoring the fact.
