But this account is showing anna nagar as the branch name which i hadn't opted while opening this ppf account. As kurukshetra is my permanent address. add -on credit card is not activated till now.

I have hdfc credit card and on that i have add-on card also. I raised the request to activate my add-on card on 14th may. Since then its not activated. I am tired calling hdfc bank customer care n number of times but same reply it will get activated in 1 hour or 2 days or 4 hours but nothing till now. I escalated this to higher management also. He gave me reason regarding my documents and that was also sorted out. He was personally following...

lost my hdfc food card

Hi,
I am a tcs employee and i have lost my hdfc bank food card on 11th of june, 2018 in my office and i was unable to find it. Could you please block my food card and provide me a new food card. Also i had balance of rs.770 in my lost card. So i would be good if you can transfer my balance amount form my lost card to new new one.

Please help me as soon as possible....

Cancellation of one assist and refund amount
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 8389 without my concern on date:06/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/-

I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1900/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

waive off and closure of credit card. pending for more then a year

I am saddened by such irresponsible behavior by hdfc credit card deptt. Hdfc ho issued letter to the bank to waive off charges wrongly charged to my credit card ending 4977 with registered mob no[protected] but it is more then a year now no action was then by hdfc staff and no one is picking up the call when i called on [protected]/02
Please please me resolving the issue...

When i called it was said my money has been refunded. But i dint get any notification. When i called my bank they said they have credited my money to my account. But still i have not received any notification. N wen i check my balance i have not received my refund money.

Amount was debited but i got an sms: "fund transfer declined due to technical issue at the benificiary bank end".

changing emi date of personal loan

I am an existing customer of HDFC Person Loan, inspite several complaints from last few months my EMI Date has not been changed from 7th to 10th and I am paying unnecessary bouncing charges every month due to this and its effecting my CIBIL. Please look into this matter as its very necessary. It has effected my CIBIL score and I am not able to apply for any credit cards or other facilities due to this reason....

deduction of balance in a salary account

hdfc bank's pathetic services

HDFC bank charged me late payment fees on my credit card for a transaction which was not within my control. i was out of the country and hence could not get the otp on my phone to pay the bill. i did pay the bill however with a delay of 5-10 days after i was back in India. when i called the customer care, no one was ready to listen to this and were extremely rude. i have henceforth stopped using this card. however this month i see a charge...

Hi team,

I want to cancel my credit card, without using it how will charge me as above 3000 rupees. At first they issued a free credit card without asking, i didnt even swipe my credit card once.. But by clicking some link it goes automatically and amount detected from it for online recharge, so will u cancel my credit card.
Its totally waste.

Dnt try to abuse money of other without the card holder knowledge....
