I got a call from HDFC bank collection department regarding loan recover which some one took it. I know the person who was there only one month in my current company and left. He took loan in HDFC bank and given my number as reference without my permission. I didn't get any call from HDFC bank for any verification/confirmation on the same. I just came to know about it after person from bank called up. Now HDFC collection department and their personal loan department people harassing me to go to applicant home and force him to pay the loan where I don't know anything about him except name and phone number which I got when he joined my company. They are not listening and talking rudely. they are not caring about complaints and saying we will call you like this and harass you until that applicant pay the amount. Please provide your suggestions what I can do to not get any calls.

Today also got a call from Shravanthi ([protected]), she is literally talking rudely, you given complaint I will check it how it goes. whatever, you have to get the payment from applicant and pay us. I will call you like this until that. this is she is talking. She called up again after collection department manager called and said you dont get call again. so they are doing all intentionally.

However, you people not addressing my problem and it is not getting resolved, I don't have other option except file criminal case on person who is harassing me though you people settled with applicant and though I don't know that person except name. I am doing that today after my office hours. Thank you for help.

    सर मैं आपसे निवेदन करता हूं कि मेरे लोन नंबर 43075977 है मेरी गाड़ी किसी कारणवश ईएमआई खाते में पर्याप्त राशि नहीं होने के कारण बाउंस हो चुकी थी रिकवरी वाले मेंबर भवानी शंकर जाट जिस के मोबाइल नंबर[protected] हैं उन्होंने मेरे को कॉल करके बोला कि आपकी बार आपका बाइक की किश्त बैंक से नहीं कटी है तो हमारे को दे दो मैंने उनका एड्रेस पता पूछा तो उन्होंने नहीं बताया बोला कि हम बैंक से बोल रहे हैं और ना ही किसी प्रकार का मेरे पास लोन नंबर दिया मैंने उनको बताया कि भाई मैं आपको जानता नहीं हूं तो मैं आपको कैसे पैसे दे सकता हूं ना उन्होंने मेरे को राशि देने के लिए भी मना कर दिया मैंने उनको पैसे देने के लिए मना कर दिया मैंने बोला कि मैं ऑनलाइन ही जमा कर दूंगा भवानी शंकर जाट ने बोला कि यह ऑनलाइन जमा नहीं होगी आपको मेरे को ही देने पड़ेंगे या तो आप राजी राजी दे दो कि मैं आप से लड़ाई करके ले जाऊंगा अगर आप मुझे लड़ाई करने से नहीं दोगे तो मैं आपके घर जाऊंगा और फिर किस लेकर आऊंगा उन्होंने आज 26 जून 2018 को साईं 6:00 बजे मेरे घर पर गया और वहां पर दादागिरी की उनके पास 3 तीन लड़कों को और लेकर गया और घरवालों के साथ बदतमीजी से पेश किया और गाली गलौज की मेरी बूढ़ी मां है उनको बोला कि आप गाली क्यों कर रहे गाली गलौज को कर रहे हो उन्होंने बोला कि हमने बैंक ने भेजा है मैं आपसे निवेदन करता हूं कि भवानी शंकर पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए अन्यथा में यह के सदके में कोर्ट में पेश करूंगा मैंने किस लेने के लिए मना नहीं किया था और पहली बार मेरी किस्त बाउंस हुई थी उन्होंने मेरे घर पर जाकर गाली गलौज की आपसे पुनः निवेदन करना चाहता हूं कि वह हंसकर पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए अन्यथा मैं बैंक में रिकवरी वालों के खिलाफ कोर्ट में केस करूंगा मेरे को इसका जल्द से जल्द जवाब देना आपका इंतजार करूंगा धन्यवाद

      I have not received my credit card email statement for the month of June 2018 and my billing date was on 19th. I have raised compliant to the customer service 2 times, but no response from them. Hdfc customer care service is not at all providing resolution to their customer issues. I need to receive my credit card statements to my registered mail ID on a monthly basis without fail.

        Placed order using HDFC credit Card, Merchant promised 15 June 2018 as delivery date but not responding at all. Please get the money Back.
        In between Fazal picked call once saying due to monsoon it will be delayed but no one from team is responding to calls or emails now. They are just playing around and big fruads, pls ban them so that they cannot con other people. Appreciate if i get the money back from bank since the product is not shipped/delivered etc

          Hello,

          I, Manish Gupta, am using credit cards of multiple banks from a very long time and never felt cheated like I am feeling right now by using the HDFC credit card.

          Below are the my details:

          Name : Manish Gupta
          Customer ID: 45855422
          Credit Card : MC PLAT FREEDOM CARD INT
          Credit Card Number: **** **** **** 0237

          When I received this credit card (July, 2017) it was offering 5% cashback on bill payment in the form of points. For the reference :

          As it was offering 5% cashback in the form of points, I have earned 1500 points by doing bill payments in the hope to receive cashback of Rs 1500. As there was condition that we can redeem points in cash only after it reaches to value 2000 so I never got a chance to redeem these points in the form of cash.

          But now they have changed this card policy/features and my points value reduced to only Rs 150 instead of Rs 1500. I just lost Rs 1350 which is a big fraud.

          I have never expected this kind of cheating from the HDFC Bank. Please look into this matter and return/credit me my Rs 1500 asap.

            I wanted to settle my hdfc credit card due amount 2 months back when the due was around 11k. The person i spoke to was ready to make the settlement for 6.5 which we both agreed on. I asked to process it as soon as possible. But the process was never executed. All i get is calls from executives asking for payment each month. I have been continuously trying to reach them but got only false promises or no response. Now the due amount has reached to 17k, of course the settlement amount has also increased. Now they are asking for 10k to settle it. They are intentionally not executing it so that they can increase the due amount and add some more charges and threaten me to make more payment. Why should i pay the amount which i have not even spent. There is no concerned person whom i can talk and reach a conclusion to close the card. Only collection agents call me and threaten me. Am i liable to make payment whatever they charge on me? Will there be no one to talk and settle coz as per these collection agents its not in their hand, they are only there to threaten people. I do not understand why should i make payments in the name of different charges and for their delay in process.

              Wanted to know about new debit card application since my old card got a bit damaged and after providing me the details, despite telling the fact that hdfc card is the only atm card i am holding and i cannot wait for 5 working days, the executive deactivated my card. This is seriously not done. Request you to either reactivate my old card or send a card on urgent basis.

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 for security amount. The reference number of the application is hfr064102. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                I have been with hdfc for 4 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                  So if you guys need to take money from us or i do the corrections here, if you need to collect the money from customers you can call us any time and our numbers are reachable. But if you need to refund customers money then you can't get in touch with us or this formality that formality will be pending always or you called us but we are not reachable and the number you provided never worked.. Wonderful.

                    Today i got a call from[protected] and a arrogant lady rajni was speaking, she was trying to explain me something about your bank, when i said i dont want to take any calls from hdfc then she just started yelling and bend the phone saying you can cut the phone if you dont want to listen me, she was saying my duty is to explain you our plans and i am doing that.

                    I don't think this is the way to talk a classic customer. I am feeling so bad, she was talking like she is my boss and i have to listen her.

                    Just thinking to close all my accounts and policies which i have taken from hdfc bank.

                    when I called back to the same number then Ms Neha sharma picked the phone and she told me that there is no one named Rajni in our office, It means your bank staff is hiding their identity too, I want an immediate reply over this or I am going to close all my accounts with your bank.

                      After received message in my mobile i was surprised to see un-known 2 transcation in my credit card when i tried check on this couldnot find any deatils and immediately called customer care and informed about this and they told me to escalte this through dispute site and upload the form, i also recevied my complaint id for 100 rs, is [protected] and 5000 rs, is [protected] raised on 8th june 2018. This issue i alredy uploaded one time, and i didt get any reply. So today[protected] agine iam uploading.

I was using hdfc credit card ending 5794 about one month ago i wrote an application for my credit card statment but not received. L had call 3 times to customer care and they tell me your parcel is showing received and gave me courier company name and consignment tracking number.                           Don't know why hdfc deducting rs 17.70 per quarter in the name of inst-alert chg inc gst jan-mar2018. When i joined hdfc family in 2011 they said this service is free. Now it is charging for this service. So this is my request either you stop this service on my number or stop deducting. Because other bank giving this same service as free. Plz revert as soon as possible or let me know if you want me to close this account to end this 7 yes of relationship. Thanks

                            I have raised a cheque book request on 21/06/18 at pune. Next day i received a sms " your cheque book sent on 22/06/2018 via ace express. Awb no. Hd7453575. Then we track on ace website but it shows invalid awb no. & there is no information available at ace express.
                            Please take this complaint on priority basis because if cheque book not receive within two days then we lost my home.

                              Received hdfc bank credit card by post without my consent. I have not applied any credit card nor obtained loan in hdfc bank, but they have sent a hdfc bank credit card to my name. I have even sent official mail to hdfc bank consumer mail id twice for cancellation of hdfc bank credit card, but so far no action was taken. Please take necessary action.

                                I haven't expected hdfc life would sell such plans saying profitable plans. It is very pathetic that they have encouraged their agents to give such false information to the customers to only get cheated at the policy maturity. The only answer i got looking at the low sum assured in the document initially was that i will get 10-14% returns as bonuses added to the maturity claim amount and not to worry on it.

                                I have paid in total of rs 2, 47, 865/- towards policy premiums (Policy no:[protected] for 5 years and the amount deposited towards maturity claim is rs 2, 44, 941/-.

                                I was unable to understand how i can be at a lose of rs 3, 000/- with out adding any benefit/interest to the amount i paid towards premium with this policy all these 5 years unlike the projected 10-14% returns.

                                I got an email reply showing rs 3000/- loss as the tds deducted. I am still not able to figure out how can tds be deducted for the amount paid as premium with out any returns/interest added.

                                How would hdfc life justify this policy as "sampoorna samruddhi". Is it by making people wait for 5 years only to see not even the amount they paid is returned? Very unhappy to know hdfc is doing such scams.

                                  Hello All,

                                  Person named Yogita ([protected]) from DSA called me for the personal loan, and collected my documents with the agreement signed.

                                  Initially she informed me regarding the personal loan and committed below things :
                                  - She will not do top-up with he existing loan ( only 3-4 EMI's are pending)
                                  - Interest rate will be below 13%
                                  - Loan Tenure will be 2 years
                                  - I need to pay only processing fee (Nothing else)

                                  But after checking with someone she said you can only opt for Top-up offer and don't have any option except that. So I asked her to stop the loan procedure and give me my all the documents back, she agreed..

                                  Then due to some urgent need I contacted one of my friend for the personal loan and he informed me that your loan can not be processed because they've already logged in your file and the account is locked for 1 month (that I can't apply from anyone else)

                                  Then I again called Yogita for the same and agreed for Personal loan top-up but with the 2 years of tenure, she agreed and asked someone to proceed with the documents and all the procedure.

                                  She called me up and said that you'll get a call and email from bank before disbursement and listen the information and also reply on the email which you get.

                                  But on Friday (22/06/2018) I directly got an email (screenshot attached) with the information and one line written in the same " Plz Note This loan is Approved with closure of HDFC Bank PL and whatever foreclosure charges will there customer have to pay with their own funds " (don't you thing customer should be informed in advance ??????)
                                  I got text message that the amount has been disbursed in your account ... No call nothing (which is mandatory before any loan disbursement)

                                  Since then she's not picking up my call and blocked my number... that was too Frustrating

                                  Now I don't want to pay loan for 3 years because I already requested for 2 years only...

                                  THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME I M TAKING LOAN FROM HDFC BANK AND THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT FROM REPUTED BANK.

                                  1. WHY NO ONE CALLED ME FROM HDFC BEFORE DISBURSEMENT????
                                  2. DO WE HAVE TO REPLY ON THE EMAIL OR ITS JUST FOR AN INFORMATION?
                                  3. WHY WRONG INFORMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME REGARDING LOAN TENURE ? AND PROCESSED THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN??

                                  EXPECTING ACTION COULD BE TAKEN ON THIS ISSUE ASAP...

                                    If we went to pollachi branch for credit cards payment even they are not ready to collect our cheque in the counter. They asked to deposit in the boxes. But the cheque is coming for collection after minimum five days. So far we are not a defaulters, the bank branch has not ready to collect our cheque from us in their counter and not respond the cc customers.

We wish to clarify that, in order to ensure convenience for making payments we have placed the cheque drop boxes in all our branches and branch-ATMs. All you need to do is to drop in your payment cheque at any of these boxes before the payment due date. (Please mention your 16 digit credit card number). Further, we wish to inform you that, there is a processing time involved for payments effected by cheque and it is necessary that the proceeds are received by the bank by the payment due date to avoid any charges being levied on your card account. It is important to mention that the cheques deposited in the branch / ATM would follow the normal processing procedure and the proceeds can be posted only upon receipt of funds and not on receipt of the cheque.
