In around march 2018, i had got a call from hslic for a saving plan, the executive had described me complete plan and i had shown my interest into that and i had told him that i want to purchase this but let me know the payment terms. He has told me you can buy this by annual premium or by monthly premium, and this will be deducted from your credit card for the first year and from the second year you can change the payment medium. I have requested him for the monthly premium as i am not able to pay rs. 25000 in one time, so he has told me that i will be charged around rs. 2200/month from my credit card as the monthly premium. With this assurance i have purchased the policy, he has asked me for my aadhar card on whatsapp that i have provided and he has issued the policy on my name after some general inquiry (Like nominee name, address, age etc.) after 2 or 3 days i got a message from hdfc credit card that rs. 25000 has been deducted from my credit card and this cannot be converted into the emis.

After getting this message i have contacted to hdfc credit card first and state that i am not able to pay rs. 25000 in a single bill that is why i have purchased the policy on emi. They have told me that they can not do anything in this and i should consult about this with hslic. Then i have contacted to hslic and told them the same thing, here i got the very weird answer they told me that we can not do in this anything please contact to hdfc credit card department. And then after i have contacted both departments around 4-5 times in a week but did not get any resolution on this, after all this i have contacted to the person who has sold me this policy his name is kapil (Mob. No. +91 [protected]) and describes him all the situation. He has told me that "today is saturday and bank will open by monday then your amount will be converted to emi and in case the amount does not convert into the emi just inform me and i will let you know one email you can mail them and then they will convert this into the emi”. After this communication my amount has not been converted into the emi as well as he has stopped picking up my call, it’s around two months and he never picked my call again.

After all this i have dropped the complaint on the hdfc portal, mail to hdfc credit card, mail to hslic department, did not get anything from anywhere. Then i have got a response from"priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com” (Senior management), i think now my problem will be resolved. But no, in every mail they asked me 2 days then 5 days then 10 days for the resolution and by this, they have taken a complete month and then reverted this;

"we note that you have certain clarification regarding the transaction of rs. 25, 080.00 towards m/s. Hslic premium incurred on your card account on march 26, 2018. We take this opportunity to inform you that the emi offers on card account like smart emi, insta loan, balance transfer facility, etc., will be available on the card account from time to time. Further, the said offer is not a standard product offering and we note that the same is currently not available on your credit card account. On receipt of your e-mail, we have taken a detailed review to convert your credit card dues into emi facility. However, we regret to inform you that, we are unable to accede to your request currently."

I was really surprised with this, i got the response after around one and half month of back and forth and the reply is same that i am listing since last one month from phone banking executive. Mr.

Pramod nair manager – correspondence (Chairman & md cell) was taking care of this mail and reverted me this. I have again reverted on this mail that if nothing can happen then please cancel my policy as i am not able to pay this amount. A new reference number has been generated for my reply and i got this on 8th jun 2018;

"basis your recent query, we have taken up the query for cancellation of insurance policy. We assure you that the queries raised by you are being looked on top priority and the bank shall take utmost efforts to ensure an early resolution. Hence, we still require 10 more business days to provide our detailed response. We request you to bear with us and thank you for your co-operation in this regard.

Please feel free to write to us at priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com for any further clarification or assistance that you may require.

Kindly note the query reference number for this correspondence is [protected]."

Again asked for 10 more business day, i was again waiting for the response but yesterday i got an email from hslic on my gmail account (Anshul. [protected]@gmail.com);

"we refer to your concern raised against your policy.
We have conducted a detailed investigation of the facts presented by you and found the following:
The policy was issued post the documents and consent received from you in order to issue the policy.
As we have not received your cancellation request within the free look period, we wish to inform you that we are unable to process a refund of premium paid against your policy. The provision is also mentioned under ‘option to return/withdraw’/’cancellation in the free look period’ section of your policy document.
We have concluded that all the features and details of this plan were explained to you at the time of purchasing the policy.
After due consideration of the above facts, please be assured that this case does not constitute a missale."

Then i realize that they just wasting my time, and now i cannot do anything.

After all this on 22nd i got the revert from mr. Pramod nair (Priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) and state that

"however, as a special service gesture, we are accepting your request for cancellation of the said policy and have referred the matter to hdfc life insurance company for further processing.

For any further assistance request you to write to [protected]@hdfclife.com or contact them on helpline number[protected]Monday-saturday; 10 am to 7 pm. Local charges apply.) request you not to prefix any country code e. G. +91 or 00

We are disappointed to understand that you are contemplating to discontinue your credit card relationship with us. Your relationship is important to us and we request you to reconsider your decision of closing the card account giving us an opportunity to be of continuous service to you."

Then i felt that this would be solved now, but suddenly my saving account has been debited with the complete outstanding amount of credit card yesterday and shows the balance rs. -7000 something and because of this one of my loan emi has been bounced yesterday now one more emi will be reflected on my account tomorrow that will also be bounced due to this.

I am not getting what should i do now. I have also droped the mail with all these to "chairperson. [protected]@hdfcbank.com", "kbharucha. [protected]@hdfcbank.com", "mpatel. [protected]@hdfcbank.com", "kmistry. [protected]@hdfcbank.com" on 19th and 20th june 2018 but did not get any response on my mail.

I Vishal Kumar from faridabad.i paid processing fees of loan amount 500000.thats was 10170 from my cooperation bank cheque named com solutions.they didn't give loan amount even don't return the processing fee now they not picking my calls my return my amount
Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. Once the email is sent by customer inform him / her to share the interaction id with us.
I have informed so many times to HDFC life on [protected]@hdfclife.com and also raised the complaint on calls. And as I have mentioned in my complaint that for the same I was in touch with Mr. Pramod nair manager – correspondence (Chairman & md cell) and still did not get any resolution yet although the amount of my saving account has been deducted due to this my EMIs has been bounced.

I hope the "priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com", "chairperson. [protected]@hdfcbank.com", "kbharucha. [protected]@hdfcbank.com", "mpatel. [protected]@hdfcbank.com" and "kmistry. [protected]@hdfcbank.com" are the authoritative emails and I have mailed to all of these.

Now it seems that I only have the way of consumer court and RBI.

    Hello,

    I got an SMS on my HDFC registered mobile no. The SMS text was "ACH Debit mandate registered for Rs.31880/- in A/c No XXXXXXXXX15807 for HDFC LTD with UMRN No. HDFC[protected]". I have not registered any such ACH. Please help on this urgent basis

      Following the discussions with branch manager, the promise to clear the issue is yet not fulfilled. Over that the bank has charged illegal amount of 68, 000/- showing discrepancy in my account balance and account statement.
      Please check the attached pictures.
      This kind of harassment needs to be seriously dealt with calling the involved bodies into consumer court and give proper justification. Also i wish to file a legal case against the hdfc indiranagar double road, bengaluru branch manager for prolonged denial of duties and immense harassment to customer.

        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7624 without my concern on date:04/06/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

          One assist membership fee of rs. 2499/- was deducted in my hdfc credit card ending 2357 on 03/07/2018 without any intimation. My relationship number is 2328417. Now i want to cancel my membership in one assist. So kindly cancel my member ship in one assist and please refund my amount of rs.2499/- in my hdfc account.
          Kindly accept my request and refund my amount of rs. 2499/- as soon as possible.

            I have an issue regarding my credit card from hdfc bank i applied for money back card but bank issued me times titanium card which is useless for me i called also no of times but they said there is some issue with money back card like swapping issue etc that why we sent you this card. My problem is that how can you sent any card without asking me they have to informed me before sending any card. Know i have to block this card.

              We are visit our branch for opening a new accout but our bank staff is not attanded properly we are waiting more than 1 hrs but ur bank staff is busy in his personsal ph or intefair in others staff work but not attend to us which is uneexpected.                   Debit card is in my possession and still 25000 got debited from my salary account on July 03 2018 at around 03:00 am, from an ATM in Delhi while I was in Gurgaon at my home.

                  I had never shared my account or card details with anyone, and never gave someone else possession of my debit card.

                    Everytime i try to login for recharge, i find problems either in login page or fasttag portal. Hdfc top bank in indian provides such an useless website when crores of money involve.

                    Eventhough many people have complained about this no proper action is taken.

                    Hdfc fasttag worst!!!

                    Instead of providing fake response try to have a good website for fast tag.

I called customer care and they are not giving proper replies. This is fraud with the customer. I want my card to get changed else i will be forced to take legal actions against HDFC

                          I have applied for re-issue of the card on 14th June and have not yet received the card. Also I have no updates about the status.
                          I have Rs 3437 in the old food card ([protected]) that has been lost and already blocked by me. So I also need to transfer this balance to the newly re-issued card.

                            My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created during my job with a company in 2016, with below t&c
                            This refers to the corporate salary account held with us. As a holder of this account you are entitled to many exclusive benefits such as:
                            1. Zero balance account
                            2. Free international debit card
                            3. Free demand drafts on hdfc bank locations
                            The terms and conditions of your hdfc bank corporate salary account, amongst others, requires that your salary proceeds are credited to this account on a regular basis.

                            So once i left the company and joined somewhere else in new city. I had to open another salary account as new company was customer with some other bank. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without my consent and without informing me).
                            After that i never used my account through any mode. Since after few months i started receiving message from hdfc bank that i have charge with 600rs/month for not maintaining min balance and i could not visit your branch to close my account. I gave a missed call on your toll free number (As i was receiving msgs mentioning the same) to check what is going on, i see that i have INR Rs. -5, 600 in my account.

                            As per rbi regulations, banks are not allowed to make any customer's balance go in negative solely on charges levied for non-maintaining minimum balance. You may check this link:

                            According to the rbi notification, banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to basic savings bank deposit accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level.

                            Banks should not levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account. Banks should also limit the liability of customers in electronic banking transactions in cases where banks are not able to prove customer negligence, the rbi said.

                              I have forwarded already my letter through speed post and visited HDFC branch at Kodambakkam branch to close my FD account [protected] in premature manner by submitting another hand written letter directly. But still it was not closed and not credited my Money to saving account. I request you to act immediately on my letters submitted so far and emails to customer care and foreclosure of FD money and credit to to my saving account SB A/c No: [protected].
                              Since I have not chosen any tax save method in online opening of FD.

                              I visited the kodambakkam branch of HDFC at 9.40 am for the preclosure of my FD account [protected]. But there was no proper response and procedure to close my online FD account opened in net banking. I have forwarded my signed letter via speed post to close this account and credit the money to my saving account which is not even having minimum balance to run now. I cant maintain my account to have minimum balance now I request you to close this SB A/c No: [protected] and tell me the procedure to obtain my FD account money.

                              I request HDFC bank to give me the detailed procedure of closing the Online FD account in email as there was no information in visiting branch.

                              Since I have not chosen any tax save mode in online submission for FD account. I just asked them for written letter for the refusal of foreclosing my FD account with the proper reasons. The kodambakkam branch at ambedkar road is not answering it properly.

                                The amount of rs. 1399.00 was debited to one assist service provider... Any confirmation message like otp or if any, are not sent to me... How can debit amount from my account to service provider one assist, bye pass the my opinion... I loss rs. 1399.00 due to fraud transaction... So please resolve and refund the amount of rs. 1399 to my account. This is first fraud transaction since one year. So please response the refund amount.

                                  Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no
                                  [protected]n2 i got multiple calls at office too for verification. I got a call that time i am not at home after that i do not get any call from bank then after 4-5 days i checked status that is showing disapproved not give any reason. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. I want know why its disapproved. I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil.

                                    Hi,

                                    Hdfc credit card account number:[protected]

                                    There is no proper contact numbers for credit card issues related to complaint about my issue.

                                    I saw that credit card was issued in 21/mar/2006, but neither received and nor used the credit card, but it was updating into cibil that i have not paid the amount.

                                    In cibil, it appears balance amount and sanctioned amount was same. I was wondering how amount overdue is 1, 280 rs?

                                    Is this not misleading and blackmailing customers? Don't understand how it impact customer credit score.

                                    Please help me on resolving the issue asap and get better credit score.

                                    Hi,

                                    I got a call from hdfc customer care regarding the credit card issue, saying that if I pay~ 5, 548 then they close the issue and update in cibil. Why should I pay when I don't receive the credit card and not used? I was wondering how they got my docs to issue credit card and updated in cibil, and there was no communication till I found in cibil.

                                    How do I react, please help me. If any one is there to do justice to me at the court against with hdfc Bank credit card?

                                    Paying that amount is not a big deal to me, but like this how many people are suffering??

                                      I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP
