This is to bring to your kind notice that my Debit Card (HDFC Bank) has been blocked by your staff for Non payment of Credit Card charges for 2 months.
1. It has been blocked without informing me or giving notice to me for taking this action.
2. Also, they have taken app. Rs 13000/- which was there in my (HDFC Bank) account. Now I do not have any money left in my a/c and I am not being able to use my Dr Card for my day to day affairs.
3. Now Credit Card statement is not shown in my Netbanking, earlier I used to see the details of the statement on my Netbanking. I had asked your staff to provide details of various expenses/charges levied on me.
4. In my Netbanking it shows Minimum payment Rs 7000/-. I also want to know How is this sum calculated, because total outstanding is only app. Rs 23, 000/-.
Sir, I am a regular and an honest payer of your Cr Card, so please do the needful and provide me relief from this mess and inconvenience.
I hereby request you to please ask your staff
- to provide me details of various expenses/charges levied on me
- to unblock my Debit Card (HDFC Bank).
- to explain How Minimum payment Rs 7000/- is calculated,

I have been applied for my cash credit account foreclosures with finishing all formalities which u had required bt its almost 21 days no response from your side .kindly do necessary action on urgent basis otheit wise we have to take some necessary actions for the same.
