Today, i have got really bad experience from hdfc bank (Main branch, kunjpura road, opp mahabir dal hospital, karnal). Why i say “from hdfc bank, because even your one employee do represents youâ€.
A few days ago, i had visited in your karnal, main branch as a new customer for the purpose of opening my demat and trading account. And after some time my synergy was well settled with axis bank. And when today, i received a call from one of your employees. I don’t know her name and when i tried to ask her. She was completely refused to tell me and said exactly (Naam puch kaar kya karoge) what will you do asking my name. But i have your branch dialer no. Of which she called to me, is. :- [protected]
Now, coming to the main point. While having a conversation with her. She asked me “why did i go with axis bank not with hdfc. I replied, i found them convenient for me, cooperative in all way…. And then she just cut my point in between and started to argue with me in an unprofessional way.
She said, we had called you, but you did not pick our calls, then how dare, you can say that we are not cooperative and all. And then she start hitting me on my personal opinions. That was completely shocking for me. I have not expected that kind of behavior from hdfc bank. Before today, i believed you with your good image in market. Perhaps, due to such employees, your reputation in the market will be suffered. After that, i immediately went to your branch, there everyone refused to tell me her name and there, i have met with mr. Rohit kumar singh (Cluster in charge, haryana)
I want a complete resolution of my complaint and wanted you to share what action you would take.
