    I had HDFC credit card, due to some reason i opted for settlement option with HDFC bank and paid the amount and finished the EMI amount, now the waver amount has been doubled,

    i went to bank to make the payment and close the card, but they are saying that they are not able to make the payment because system shows zero outstanding amount. Customer care says ousting amount has to be paid, but I don’t how to pay. Banks are not accepting payment, customer care not providing solution.

    i Wanted to close my credit card

    So I paid the full and final amount (33, 108) on 27th July 2018, The amount got deducted from my bank account 1-1-2018 . But i didn't get any acknowledgement from HDFC bank, , Nobody providing proper answer to me.
    Always telling it is not reflected in their system .

      There I have applied a Jumbo loan through my HDFC Credit Card net banking on 13th July 2018 Wherein being a NON HDFC customers I was supposed to get a Demand Draft to my address with in 7 Days i haven’t received the demand drafts yet however the loan emi has started I have received a statement through Hdfc stating I have to pay my bills prior to getting the DD i have spoken to multiple agents from HDFC call centre after giving an excuse that it will be delivered with few days they dissconnect the line My understanding was since I have a HDFC CREDIT CARD I WOULD GET A DEMAND DRAFT WITH 7 days which is by 20th July, then why is it taking it so, I have Visited the Hdfc credit card branch which is at Richmond Town Bangalore None of them can help me stating its a credit card I just don’t want to be billed for the amount which I haven’t received it

                I already have one health policy bearing no: hn[protected] in the name of smt. Bhagabati dhal & is due for renewal on[protected]. But due to unavoidable circumstances i am not willing to renew the same further which i already have communicated to hdfcgi. But they have given me a notice that the policy will be renewed & will be charged to my credit card a/c within 10 days from today without my consent.
                Kindly stop the policy as soon as possible.

                  This is to inform hdfc that i mrs swati bakshi wife of mr maneet bakshi
                  We have taken an auto loan from your bank for which we have paid the 1st instalment due to some cheque issues we told hdfc one day prior that we have cash in hand please take money from us and submit for the instalment but we were guided to add the payment in the morning itself but later on we received a text that there are insufficient funds. But the funds were there only in our bank account.
                  Secondly today 26th july 2018 at 11:41 am i received a call from ‭+[protected]‬ and the executive name mohan was behaving very rudely as if i stole money from him and later on when i told him that please speak to my husband then he said his number is going not reachable, you have to speak to me.
                  While i was talking to him he was talking very rudely in between the words. Later when i told him please talk to me normally and listen to me. I told him that when my husbands phone will be on i will speak to him or in the evening i will talk to him then he said i will put a letter on your name. I told him please talk to me with low tone he was not listening to me even when i shouted on him and told him tell me your name first because you don’t have manners how to speak then he said you are karzdaar and tumne mera paisa dena hai and again he was saying these things very loudly as if we are not ready to pay you the amount.
                  But i am sorry if you have such rude executives in your hdfc bank then i will not be ready to take any call from you.
                  You guys have to take money from me, so you have to speak in a good manner but people from your customer care department are like they are the king and we are the thief’s. Please take some action against this because i am not at a stupid person who will listen to such bad behaviour over the phone.

                    Dear sir, i bought a mobile from amazon.com on (25th-may-2018) with emi option of my hdfc credit card the transaction amount was (Rs.10999 for mobile + rs.449 for mobile protection plan. That total amount is rs.11448) which i have paid by my hdfc credit card. But because of the wrong order of the product i canceled the order and asked amazon to return my refund. After two days i have received some emails regards my refund of amount from amazon. They said "sir that we have made your refund, you will be seen the amount in your account in the next 5-7 working days. Till the end of completed 7-10 days no credits were found in my card. That amount of emi coming in my bill statement every month and i don't know why every month i'm being paid the money that i do not have.
                    Today, it has been 2 months since i have requested for my own money. So many times i talk to hdfc customer care and every time i talk to care represenetative they take complaint but nothing happens. And some time says that"sir amazon has your money and amazon speaks that we take full money from the bank and the bank takes you that money every month through emi and your money has been refunded as soon as we talked to you. We do not have any money for you.

                    Now i m asking to you sir plz tell me where my money is. Plz give me my own money. Plz do needfull.

Pls use this otp at hdfc bank atm (Language selection screen) to create your atm pin before 25aug18".

                      Kindly let me know how many days i have to wait to get a card.

                        Dear concern

                        Amount of 2527 has been deducted without any information i am a loyal customer of hdfc associated with bank for than 5 years but from few months.. Bank has deducted money any how as they have target to recover atleast 2k every month.
                        Would request you to look into this and if possible please suggest me to close account and transfer my remaining loan to other bank since i am not able to effort this useless deduction which is without any information..
                        600 again has been chared for gst. Why may amount has been deducted in july which has been already communicated to bank.
                        Again 158 for april month
                        Again 247 some gst charges for april month only.
                        Similarly all together 2527 in single day deduction.
                        Please understand i am salaried person and will not able to effort this much of deduction every month and which is not applicable in other bank.
                        Please advise and request you to sort this urgently.

                        Please advise on process to close account and to transfer balance loan amount to other bank.
                        April charges shouldn't be deducted in July and please let me know which bank use to deduct balance for 2500 without any information and if a personhave enough balance and he or she not using net banking they will never come to know dis type of deduction.

                          Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, last 3 months i don't have job right now, my family went from major medical treatment of my father and main accident. So that i have plan settlement my credit card, from last 2 months the hdfc peoples contact with on different numbers, they are harassing me daily with 15 to 20 calls, i told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me. I sent mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 12 july and i got reply from priorityredressalrpm. [protected]@hdfcbank.com to contact mr. Amit on the number [protected] for further assistance on settlement. But yet i have not received any reply even though i contacted him. He is saying its not possible to do settlement form his end. Now what i can do in this case. I did everything. I called some numbers they are not picking my call. I have all the details of recorded phone calls, sent mails, sms and all. So, please try to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

                                My customer id is 20894192
                                I have opened the account almost long back and now you started charging me something weird which was not stated to me. I see multiple transactions which are being charged for no reason.
                                If you don't revert these charges i'm going to end my relationship with hdfc by closing my saving and current account.

                                Each month i am getting deduction of inr 17.70 in my both (Saving + current) account. Stop this on high priority.

                                    The transaction was happened on 7th august 2017 through merchant "club mahindra" of amount rs. 31550.

                                    I got a call from hdfc customer care telling that a transaction was happened on my credit card and they were asking whether i am authorizing it or not. I told that i have not made any transaction and i am not authorizing it. Once the call is disconnected, i found that i got a message in my mobile stating that rs 31550 was debited from my card. Soon i called customer care again and explained the situation and deactivated my card. I have also raised a complaint with hdfc team. They have reverted the amount on credit card as they were investigating on it.

                                    After two months, i got reply from customer care providing the payment bill that was made by someone at club mahindra. The bill clearly shows someone's name, signature and other details. Only the credit card and it's expiry date was same.

                                    I am not sure how hdfc can authorize this transaction without any otp or any other confirmation. They have again added this amount telling that i need to bear this amount. I have made multiple follow ups, but of no use. They were asking me to contact merchant and get the cancellation proof.

                                    Every month during the time of payment, hdfc team call me up and asking for the payment, but there is no action from their end to resolve the issue. Even i have made a payment amount of rs. 1850 as it was the last date and they assured that they will resolve the issue soon.

                                    Currently the total due amount is of around rs 50, 000.

                                    Request you to look into the issue and help me to resolve it soon. Awaiting for your reply.

                                    As suggested, I had reverted with duly filled and signed form to the Credit Card Dispute team. But I got a reply as below.

                                    "We inform that the transactions prior to Apr 2018 statement are time barred to initiate liaison with the concerned member bank/merchant establishment. Kindly revert if any further assistance required regarding your card account, we would be glad to assist you."

                                    Hence could you please look into the issue and help to resolve at the earliest. Please let me know how to proceed further on this.

                                      Hdfc credit card collection agents promised me noc after paying the settlement amount as per their instructions which i did. After paying the entire money collection agent raghvendra from hdfc credit card bangalore branch has stopped taking calls. I dont have any more money. Other collection agents have started calling me for outstanding. What should be done in this case? Can a criminal case be filed against raghavendra and hdfc?

                                        Now pl. Interfere in this regard by which amount from car dealer and hdfc
                                        Bank refund me asa possible.
