She ask me what u current salary. I told 35K then I ask where u bank can u send address I will come with ducoment in u bank. Then he told me sorry I can't share bank address only telephone. I recorded voice. What can I do.
I sure Fraud call

    I am customer of hdfc payzapp, recently i was not able to update kyc with payzapp after being a hdfc customer and having a salary account with hdfc so i contacted payzapp customer service but the person named shabir was talking unprofessionally and in rude manner and was not giving solution for my query.
    I request you to please look at this matter at earliest.

      Bag got stolen having all my debit and credit cards.
      All my cards were having money in it. Thief tried using all my cards but he didn't succeed in doing so in all, instead only my hdfc credit card for rs 30, 000.
      I started receiving message of my transaction so i got my card blocked soon.
      I was in train in denmark where i was not having any facility to make call but some how i managed to make and got all my cards blocked.

        I had taken a home loan from hdfc bank in june 2015 for 32.3l. As the property was not registered mr. Arjit, the branch manager said the bank would be withholding 1.6l and the same would be disbursed to me if i show the proof of purchase of stamp duty for registry purpose.
        After purchasing the stamp duty for the same, now when i am approaching the bank for the same, they are asking me to get he registry done first and are saying the balance 1.6l can be availed as a top-up loan.
        I am religiously following my case on a daily basis with the bm mr. Arjit and even with mr. Prannay sharma, cluster head haryana but neither they are refusing to disburse the amount nor disbursing the amount.

        Please advise a future course to be followed.

          I am NRE account holder. for the pass six months i am facing issues of not receiving OTP. When i try add new credit card or add a new beneficiary i am not able to get otp in registered mobile phone for past six months. i have even tried changing my phone and registered mobile number also but no use.

                I have submitted the credit card address change form 5 times and every time i have received email that my signature miss match. I called customer care but they are very rude to me saying that my signature is not correct and i am not attaching documents which are needed. On address change form there is no information is written which documents we need to attached, if i asked hdfc nigdi branch, they told there is no need to attached any docs and customer care said i need to take stmup of branch manager, other customer care person told to attached pan card. There is no clear rules for changing the address for credit card. Renuka which is customer care manager, she told if your not getting address change then you can discontinue it.

                    Hello, i am sudha das, a classic customer under preeti saha mondal at hdfc lake town branch kolkata i had taken a car loan for which which i received attention from sachin gupta who handles their life insurance and helps with hdfc life who had then assured me that if i take up on the insurance on the car loan i would not have to pay any preclousre but now he gives me details according to which i am liable for a discount on the loan if i close the loan within 12 months from the date of the opening of the loan but i personally feel this involves deceiving the customer to meet personal targets.                       Call received from HDFC bank and they have refunded my 1600 RS on 2nd July(they have said they have deleted my negative balance of 1600 from the application). But again on 5th July 1612.7 rs got deducted from my account.

                              I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation last year you have deducted the amount of 1399/- from my credit card
                              At the same year also i requested you to cancel, but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                              Kindly cancel this plan immediately. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same. This is also kind of forgery..

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am user of hdfc bank ltd. Credit card, due to no job usage of said card around 33000 on june 13 after that i am paid minimum dues 2000 to 3500 p. M regularly every month till today presently my outstanding 60000/= above is increase due to unwanted charges imposed to my cards like financial charges interest over due charges late payment charges i request to bank for that but not no support from bank. How can i get reversal of extra charges.

                                    I am complaint against hdfc makhu branch manager nd cashiar they dnt know how to deal to a customer they waste my time nd misbehave with me the cashiar have told to me close ur account
                                    Manager told me sit hare and for 20 mints
                                    After the time he told me i dnt have time for you
                                    And the cashiar miss behave to me nd told me give me your id card and cheqie i will close your account
