I am using hdfc credit card, i purchased some items around 42 k, this bill generated on nov -2015, after that nothing is used from this card,
Till this month i am paying monthly minimum due amount min 1500~1750 almost 31month i paid (~1600 *31=49600) and
One bulk payment 10000, total paid 59600 inr

But still i am asked to pay 37200 inr as a due amount, bank peoples are forcing me to pay

We have reviewed your comments expressed and wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.     Hi team,

    I’ve tried numerous times to get in touch with a representative over call but couldn’t. There have been numerous charges on my card. The first one is on 10-jun which is for 700₹ for non maintanance which happened last month as well. I told the lady last time that i had to left my job in nov 17 because i was on bed rest for 4month coz i met with an accident. Lady said the charge will get reversed and will be converted to salary account but again this month there is a deduction for 700₹ on june 10. That’s not all now on 28jun there is another deduction for 500₹ narrated as eaw however i just did two non-hdfc bank transaction for that there is already the deduction for 23₹ twice then why 500₹ again. I have been connected with hdfc for a long time and never faced any problems in past however in last 6month its been the worst experience with you guys. Representatives just disconnects the call while talking. Kindly revert at the earliest.

      I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the company.
      And who the hell are you to care about me? I want my money back! Don't dare to do this again.

      Please deactivate and refund my money asap!

      i applied in RITES IPO on 21-June-2018
      and also i checked total amount of IPO is displayed on hold amount section on 21-june-2018 but today(23-June-2018) i check my application not founded.
      i need proper reason for that why and as per RBI rule i want file complaint for that so please provide all log details

        Sir is very sorry to tell me that your bank employees have not opened my account. I had already given money to your employees. They called me at my office several times but every time i had to go back disappointed i had to return. And in the last they returned my money and did not open my account. I had heard that your bank offers very good service. But now i think i was probably wrong. I want to take any action on this compliant as soon as possible.

            I have been getting calls for credit card payment department to pay off my over due balance, I had requested them to give me a full and finale amount to pay it off, so the supervisor told my to make a minimum payment of Rs4600 and then to come down to the main head office branch which is at band-garden, Pune, which I did. When I reached the branch, they told me to go on the 3rd floor and from the 3rd floor they told me to go back the ground floor were the office is, so I spoke to a person from the branch he told me to call up the credit card customer care and they would give me a settlement amount, but when i spoke to the customer care, they told me over the call that they cannot give it and need to speak with the branch people. I was very frustrated and came back. Then later on I made a payment of Rs20000 and thought of doing a settlement again, but the credit card customer service people which sits at the head office branch bund-garden road are just not willing to help and threatening me that they would send collection agent at my place.
            Request you to please help me out with this kind of harassment.
            The total balance is of Rs85500 around, I can pay off Rs55000 and settle it off. Require your help in this.

              Today, i have got really bad experience from hdfc bank (Main branch, kunjpura road, opp mahabir dal hospital, karnal). Why i say “from hdfc bank, because even your one employee do represents you”.

              A few days ago, i had visited in your karnal, main branch as a new customer for the purpose of opening my demat and trading account. And after some time my synergy was well settled with axis bank. And when today, i received a call from one of your employees. I don’t know her name and when i tried to ask her. She was completely refused to tell me and said exactly (Naam puch kaar kya karoge) what will you do asking my name. But i have your branch dialer no. Of which she called to me, is. :- [protected]

              Now, coming to the main point. While having a conversation with her. She asked me “why did i go with axis bank not with hdfc. I replied, i found them convenient for me, cooperative in all way…. And then she just cut my point in between and started to argue with me in an unprofessional way.

              She said, we had called you, but you did not pick our calls, then how dare, you can say that we are not cooperative and all. And then she start hitting me on my personal opinions. That was completely shocking for me. I have not expected that kind of behavior from hdfc bank. Before today, i believed you with your good image in market. Perhaps, due to such employees, your reputation in the market will be suffered. After that, i immediately went to your branch, there everyone refused to tell me her name and there, i have met with mr. Rohit kumar singh (Cluster in charge, haryana)

              I want a complete resolution of my complaint and wanted you to share what action you would take.

                  I am customer of hdfc payzapp, recently i was not able to update kyc with payzapp after being a hdfc customer and having a salary account with hdfc so i contacted payzapp customer service but the person named shabir was talking unprofessionally and in rude manner and was not giving solution for my query.

Please note that review of PayZapp account indicates that the mobile number 770xxx6717 is still a Minimum KYC wallet. We request you to update app and change the details in PayZapp application as per the details available in Aadhaar by going to Setting page and click on Manage Profile. Kindly follow the steps below to update your KYC details post updating the profile details in the app: Login to PayZapp Application >> In the Home page screen, please select "Validate your KYC" through the banner.                     Bag got stolen having all my debit and credit cards.
                    All my cards were having money in it. Thief tried using all my cards but he didn't succeed in doing so in all, instead only my hdfc credit card for rs 30, 000.
                    I started receiving message of my transaction so i got my card blocked soon.
                    I was in train in denmark where i was not having any facility to make call but some how i managed to make and got all my cards blocked.

                      I had taken a home loan from hdfc bank in june 2015 for 32.3l. As the property was not registered mr. Arjit, the branch manager said the bank would be withholding 1.6l and the same would be disbursed to me if i show the proof of purchase of stamp duty for registry purpose.
                      After purchasing the stamp duty for the same, now when i am approaching the bank for the same, they are asking me to get he registry done first and are saying the balance 1.6l can be availed as a top-up loan.
                      I am religiously following my case on a daily basis with the bm mr. Arjit and even with mr. Prannay sharma, cluster head haryana but neither they are refusing to disburse the amount nor disbursing the amount.

                      Please advise a future course to be followed.

                        My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in cognizant technology solutions company, but after few months i left the company and joined other company.
                        Now i want to deposit a certain amount of money in my account but when i logged in i was shocked that my account balance has been reduced to -7800 rupees!!
                        I am well aware that now no bank has any right to charge non maintenance charges like this.in case no action taken, i will approach banking ombudsman.

                        Please waive off this charges so that i can deposit my money without facing further issues.

                          I am NRE account holder. for the pass six months i am facing issues of not receiving OTP. When i try add new credit card or add a new beneficiary i am not able to get otp in registered mobile phone for past six months. i have even tried changing my phone and registered mobile number also but no use.

                              I am unable to pay my jumbo loan payment from last two months as my financial and health position is very tight from last 6 months
                              I already told him that i am mailing to hdfc for my payments but he cant listen and used abusing language with me on phone

                                I have submitted the credit card address change form 5 times and every time i have received email that my signature miss match. I called customer care but they are very rude to me saying that my signature is not correct and i am not attaching documents which are needed. On address change form there is no information is written which documents we need to attached, if i asked hdfc nigdi branch, they told there is no need to attached any docs and customer care said i need to take stmup of branch manager, other customer care person told to attached pan card. There is no clear rules for changing the address for credit card. Renuka which is customer care manager, she told if your not getting address change then you can discontinue it.

                                  My name is nitesh saini and my account number is [protected].
                                  My contact number is [protected] and my customer id is 59675433. On january 23, 2018 amount 6111 was deducted from my debit account but still not refunded, i called many times to customer care of hdfc bank.
                                  They always say it will be refunded in 7 days, its been 6 months and amount still not refunded. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                    I am using the hdfc credit card since 2012.
                                    My name is wrongly printed on cardit card as well as on statements.

                                    No, i want to change the name with orginal one.
                                    So, can anyone please let me know what is the exact procedure to do that.

                                    I visited my nearest branch for the same, but they told the individual branch can't handle the credit card camplaint/issue.

                                    Hello, i am sudha das, a classic customer under preeti saha mondal at hdfc lake town branch kolkata i had taken a car loan for which which i received attention from sachin gupta who handles their life insurance and helps with hdfc life who had then assured me that if i take up on the insurance on the car loan i would not have to pay any preclousre but now he gives me details according to which i am liable for a discount on the loan if i close the loan within 12 months from the date of the opening of the loan but i personally feel this involves deceiving the customer to meet personal targets. Hoping to hear from you.
