These two Transactions had failed but amount debited from my bank account, and whem i ask to irctc they telling me to ask from your bank for this payment, and when i ask from bank they are telling that your payment was successfully transferred to IRCTC merchant, now i don't know what to do, because HDFC bank and IRCTC not doing anything and they dont giving me proper response, so please do something ASAP and refund my amount.

    I had activated online mutual fund investment facility of HDFC Bank through my NRO bank account at Fort Branch somewhere in 2006. I liquidated all my investmets duering 2010 . The bank deactivated my online mutual fund account without any intimation to me. However, they kept debiting ISAQMC-ST-EC Charges to my saving bank account even when this service was blocked by them. Today when I visited Kamani Branch I was told to fill up a form to close the online mutual fund account for discontinuing the charges. I have done it today. Now I claim refund of all the ISAQMC-ST-EC Charges debited so far even when the bank blocked access to online mutual fund investment account for the reasons best known to them.

      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6776 without my concern on date:03/07/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

        This is Sadeepa Kumari .C ([protected], [protected]) received HDFC Credit card almost 7 years back and they put an HDFC ERGO insurance with or without my knowledge (don't know how they got approval from me, stating that I approved over phone). They sent a statement for almost Rs.12000 And when I refuse to pay, they just leaved it. Now after 7 years they deducted Rs.3300 from my HDFC net banking account without my knowledge.

        This is highly irritating and when I asked them there is no proper response and also their customer service is very poor, talking in a rude manner. Sorry to say that I decided to come out of HDFC if the amount is not reversed to me.

        Got a call from HDFC and again no proper response. They said "amount not refundable and if you don't want the account, you can close it by visiting the branch". Very poor service, thanks for everything. Bye bye HDFC.

            I have regalia HDFC credit card which was told this will be life time free credit Card.Till date i have not done any transaction using this card.I was not checking bill for this credit card because i was sure i dont need to pay anything because of life time free credit card and i have not done any transaction.Last month June i opened my Statement of this card and it was showing 656 rs pending .I called customer care why i got this bill without any transaction.She said madam smart payment activated in your mobile, So you should get every month 100 rs.But i never receive 100 recharge in my mobile .I told her same thing and requested for cancellation of smart pay.After some time i got mail for cancellation.She asked me to clear the payment we will send back that amount to you for this mistake.I have clear payment of 656 on 18th june .Again today (21st July) i got 1094 rs Bill .I called customer care today she is telling this is late fee .May i know if i have cleared all payment and i have cancelled Smart pay .Why again i am getting 1094 rs bill.Please refund my amount total 1094+656 =1750 without delay and cancel my credit card.HDFC is cheating with customer .This is really very bad experience with this bank.We are going to close 6 accounts and 4 credit card of my family .

              Hi Team,

              This is regarding my personal loan number[protected] going on with HDFC bank, Industrial Area, Phase 1 branch.

              I took a personal loan from HDFC bank, Industrial Area Phase 1, Chandigarh Branch in the year of 2016. And after some time i moved to NCR due to my Job transfer.

              I always maintain balance in my YES Bank Account from where ECS is scheduled to deduct.

              Due to some issue with YES bank my bank account is freezed in the month on Nov/Dec 2017 and then no debits has been made after my account was freezed.

              After that Loan team who calls generally, suggested me to put EMI amount in below account before time so as to save EMI bounce changes -

              Then i started doing the same but again i was getting messages like late charges has been added to your personal loan number, kindly pay the amount bla bla,

              I called so many times regarding my concern and ask HDFC bank staff to resolve my issue but they always used to give me numbers who are not even working with Personal Loan Deptt.

              Specifically the complaint is against Mamta - [protected], who used to guide me wrong always.

              I told her i am not living in Chandigarh and even not travelling there so give me option in Gurgaon. She suggested to go to Cyber City Branch which is near by. I visited there and they ask me they can't take payment of personal loan of other branches and other formalities.

              Then she gave me number of some member who is dealing with 14 Sector Gurgaon Branch, and the number is again of wrong person who is not even dealing with personal loan/payments.

              After that i called so many times but she didn't even pick my call and don't even called me back. I specially dropped message from Loan Deptt. Team chandigarh for her so to talk to me and resolve my concern.

              It's been almost 7-8 months i am still struggling even after paying my all debtts. on time.

              I want my debtts. to be waived off at the earliest, NOC for all these things happened so that it won't hamper my CIBIL Score.

              It's so frustrating like when i was applying for loan then everything is happened at my door step and now it's like you do or die yourself.

              I am writing so big complaint just to make you understand what HDFC employees are doing with their customers.

                      Hello All, HDFC Bank is big brand for its customers only. But for their employees it's hell. Currently working at Pune location. They are not following normal norms about work culture and all. Only work/sales and pressure. No work life balanace. Daily 11-12 hours worling except travelling tome. And one more irritating thing their what's app group created by HDFC bank. Will handle the customers or will check the what's app messages. If will not check their message and didn't respond they will scold us. Even on non working hours and weekends also they want us to check those what's app messages and respond it. Also a big issue for our own leaves. One more worst thing, they will scold the employee in front of everyone. I am shocked why we don't have any commity to regulate organization's. Hope HDFC should take care of this else will tag Finance minister on twittet.

                        I have applied for HDFC CREDIT CARD. All the phone verification document verification and personal verification is done taking.
                        Executive visited my home and verified in person asking how long i was staying at the place and was satisfied with the proofs that i have show.

                        I got the acknowledgement message to my mobile number asking to check the credit card status, and when i checked it the status is show as DISAPPROVED.
                        I dint get any response from the executive nor the customer care about this.

                        I never used credit card of any bank till date and no dues/ remarks are left with my profile.
                        I was not informed about the reason for the REJECTION, and this will affect my CIBIL SCORE.

                        So, i strongly need an EXPLANATION/REASON FOR REJECTION from the HDFC BANK

                          I went to deposit cash in my savings account (CUSTOMER ID[protected] at HDFC BANK sector - 46, Grgaon branch at 11.30 am on[protected], there was Rocky Gupta sitting at the cash counter she told me that deposit is closed, i was surprised that at 11.30 how deposit is closed then she said me that she is busy with clearing & will not be able to take the cash for the next 30 minutes, then i was very annoyed & told her that i will complaint against her then she said आप घर से लड़ कर आए है क्या ? in between girl sitting to next Miss Jyoti Arora talked to me very rudely that i will have to wait & what so ever Rocky Gupta has said is right. Then i complained to Tushar Gupta he was also very very rude & told me that is the way they work if i don't like then i should close my account otherwise he will raise the CRM against me. My age is 56 years all these three people have insulted me so badly that i can't write the words which TUSHAR GUPTA has said me. so it's my humble request to all of you people that please don't open the account with HDFC BANK because there is no link on the website from where we can complaint such type of incidents. I was in shock after such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour by HDFC sec - 46 branch Gurgaon.

                            Whenever I send payment or request payment, i get error that "mobile no linked to your account has been changed". When I visited hdfc netbanking site to see my mobile no and its not changed. In fact I can check balance in Bhim app which confirms that my mobile no is not changed. Inspite of checking balance correctly, I can not send any payment. This problem has started from 18th july.
                            Please see the attached error image.

                            I have sent mail to customer care yesterday (19/07/2018) and still waiting for reply.

                              In 2017 i have created account in HDFC bank as salary account and after few months i left the company and no more i was using hdfc account and after few months they deducted money present in my hdfc account and kept negative balance without intimating me, and one fine day i got message like your account balance is low so please maintain minimum balance. Then i thought of closing account and i went and asked in near by hdfc bank and they said like until you pay your negative balance amount we will not close your account. so i raised the complaint in consumer court complain forum, then after 2 days i got call from hdfc bank(home branch) like submit your account closure form in near by hdfc bank we will close the account and no need to pay the negative balance amount. then they told like i will get confirmation mail once the account is closed. It's been 5 months still i didn't get any mail, but my account negative balance is keep on increasing. So please kindly close the account as soon as possible.

                                  My name is AVDHESH KUMAR, I am purchase a policy from hdfcergo ...policy no [protected], I am regular pay the policy amount since 6 year, the payment detect from my cr card automatically, and policy paper received all year with out any problem, but this last policy is now expire due to non intimation by hdfcergo team, i am not received any mail or massage and phone call also from hdfcergo team, now policy is expire, without intimation if my policy is expire then it is not good sign for hdfcergo...if we are hdfcergo customer then we want some care like policy expire date intimation etc. But I am not receive any information about it. I am also call in costumer care but I am not received any satisfactory reply. He told me I can arrange a call for this issue but no any call received till date...now clear this issue and renew my policy immediately.

                                    This is mohan, writing behalf of Kumaresh A and Shalini, as they are uneducated and dont know to write any email or letter.

                                    I am an Auto driver and my wife working in garments and she had a savings account with HDFC and now they have been charged 2866 rs and asking us to pay the money for our savings account, And they never informed us or nor got any notification.

                                    Now when we open that particular account it says you have 2866 balance, now they cant even earn 500 rs a day and facing too many problems financially. So please help them to over come this issue.

                                      I recieved a call from [protected] claiming to be a sales representative of HDFC bank. When i refused to communicate, the lady became aggressive and used slang words like 'gadha' and 'pagal' before cutting the call.
                                      I am mentally disturbed over the issue and such uncouth behavior should not be condoned. I want strict action to be taken against the individual and communicated to me else i would take recourse to legal action against HDFC for mental harassment.

                                        My Credit Card and i got a settlement latter (PFA) from the bank dated 27 January'2018. As per this settlement i have to pay total amount 37, 400/- & as per the settlement latter i will have to pay 6, 000 on 29 Jan'2018 which i paid on the same day, second amount 15, 700/- will have to pay dated 20 Feb'2018 which i paid on the same day, third amount 15, 700/- will have to pay 20 March' 2018 which i paid on 30 April'2018 due to some my medical emergency. I paid total amount as per settlement latter but when i asked settlement clearance latter to you then they said you have 40, 000 pending amount against your credit card, i am following since long time but still not get the solution.

                                        I will be wait for three days and if issue will not be resolve then i will launch a complaint in consumer court & high court. I will not be a part of this forgery.
