Inspite of balance available salary a/c on 7th, amount has been debited as per subject rs. 1298/- the loan installment amount was already blocked then why have to charge separate? Salary got credit by 7th and it seems emi has been presented in the morning. As per information given to us, amount will get debited in case balance is not available on 7th. Please do the needful to reverse the same immediately

Therefore the EMI got returned for the reason insufficient balance. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in the clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing. Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account. But while processing for Loan we have not been informed that, on 7th balance shd be available.
also, the same amount has been hold in A/c so as soon as Salary got transferred, the amount has been Debited so there is no question of return.
The amount has been charged incorrectly and shd be reversed.

    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my second company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. Asked me to visit branch., but i was abroad and also informed the bank. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 25th june 2018 and i see that i have rs -4325 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer. As per rbi guidelines, there should not be any negative balance.

      saving account - money deducted from balance without any notification

      I just noticed the hdfc has deducted rs 708 multiple times from my account without any notification. I have been using hdfc account for more than 8 years and this kind of behaviour is really not expected from them. I just saw the statment and notices that rs 708 has been deduced three times without any information.

      All the deductions are narrated as "amb chrg incl gst for" and by further searching more about it i came to know...

      Hai i am aneesh, using hdfc credit card and having hdfc account. Without my knowledge and even without a confirmation from me these one assist team debited 2499 rs from my credit card. I don’t authorise anybody to do that and they didn’t informed me that its auto renewal. While i joined this policy your colleague informed me that they will not do auto renewal without my notice. I want the cash to be refund. Hope you will contact me soon.

        Dear snehal bhowmik,

        I tried to contact mr. Prantick chakraborty but his number is switch off. So whom shall i contact for solving my issues.

        You are saying that we have used forged registration number is totally false. If i have used forged registration number then how could my vehicle had been your custody. We have used proper registration number for our vehicle. I think you have been misguided by someone.

        We want our vehicle back by paying emi's properly, as on last month also i had paid emi for my vehicle. If you think that you will get your amount by selling my vehicle then this is wrong way of your thinking. I am ready to pay my pending whole emi. So requesting you return my vehicle i will repay all my emi.

        Also loan account 34823682 we did not received any pre - sale notice at our billing address. If you have receiving show me any proof. So how come my vehicle had been sold out.

        For both loan related issues i personally meet at kanjurmarg hdfc bank to mr. Nivrutti dighe i went with cash to release my vehicle mh04gr7653 & mh04hd9831. He said to make full settlement for both vehicles. Now you only say how to make full settlement.

        Request you to guide proper and release my vehicles. I am ready to pay emi for my vehicles.

          Hi -

          I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 37576279

          I have linked my home loan to my sbi to deduct amount via ecs, every 10th midnight but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time and i haven't noticed that used the amount for some other thinking that the ecs was executed.

          So i have paid the loan amount. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 590 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

          Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

To make full payment of my vehicles. This is too much harassment to us. If this continues in this way then how our matter will be solved.

            Is this is the way to solve matter. This kind of service you give to customer. If you want to me get this matter solved by going to court i am also ready for that. Again requesting you to solve this matter as soon as possible.

                Hi sir,

                Your bike loan collection agent is your staffs or your goondas?? Seriously... I have a 2 wheeler loan on hdfc bank and the loan comes under kollam branch, kerala. Every emis are paid on proper due date. Because of some death, i failed to pay the emi amount on the month of june. I informed these case to the branch also.

                But today, 23 june 2018 two staffs from your two wheeler loan deparment came to my house without prior information or contacting me. At that time only my grand parents are availble in house. Your staff show a irrespectful manner and act like some local goondas.. They need money at that moment itself and my grandparents have to borrow money from anybody and need to pay that amount today itself. They are threatening them.

                Only for breaking 1 month emi you are doing this to customer.in advertisements you are showing friendly bank. Worst experience from hdfc. These is your customer service.

                Your agents insult me over phone also. Very bad for a reputed bank like yours.

                  Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : ref [protected]ns. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today on dt. 23.06.2018 i got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

                  We given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got personal loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                    noc letter for my insta jumbo loan

                    Hi,

                    I took insta jumbo loan 2 months back of ₹ 525000 and paid all dues before my second emi. I want to get the noc letter and the customer service team is not providing me that.

                    Its really very bad to treat customers like this amd ignoring customers request and disconnecting my call atleast 10 times.

                    I would definately change my bank if this cant be fixed.

                      My fastag has not been received yet. I had paid few days back and have uploaded the documents but the call center people are useless, they talk n promise but it's a waste. They have no solution. It's more like being cheated, I have been paying 120 rs at toll everyday. Who is going to refund that + the amount that I have paid.
                      Kindly make sure that you send the tag asap or refund.
                      Also please give a new no. To speak to customer care, present ppl cannot handle, they have not been trained to deal with the situation, they just make false promises or disconnect the phone.

                        I have cancelled a order on Amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                        Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7943 for rs. 39999.00 has been credited/reversed by Amazon.

                        I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the Amazon has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                          Dear Team, my name is Kishore neerukonda (Loan account no.[protected]and I have taken personnel loan from your bank about a year ago. In June-2018 the repayment was fall on 4thand I used to place the amount in linked bank ICICI at late hours of the day. However, the amount was not deducted and I have not even observed the incident till 12th of the month (a message was received that we are re submitting the loan and please maintain the balance). So I again placed the required amount and that day also not deducted and on next day a message was received by saying that you can pay through online. So I went to it and payed the same. Now again I received the message reflecting that THAK YOU for paying but you are fined with 649 rupees and pay further. Overall when I did not make a mistake bank was fined me. So now can not pay the money and I want to go for HUMAN RIGHTS to help. Suggest if any and clarify the problem. Regards, .

                            This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                            An amount of Rs 885 has been debited on 13th June 2018 from my account, mentioning about 'DEPOSITORY CHARGES" . Which I hve never used ask them to create.
                            This is not the first time that they have done this with my account, this has happened thrice inspite of me not using the demat servies.

                            And when I contacted to the bank they ask me to visit Green park branch(New delhi) and submit a demat closing from and when I visited this branch they ask me to send an email from my registered email, and now I have done whatever they asked me to do.

                            But now they hve new drama saying that this is not my registered email, they have given me a new email, which is not mine, so how I am suppose to send from that email, which is not mine?

                            Also One of there Support person called me and said that he would help me when I am trying to call him, he never answer the phone.

                            why do i have suffer for the thing i have not done. why do i have to go and close the demat account, which was not opened by me.

                            My experience has been worst with HDFC bank, NO support, No help.

                            HDfc is a fraud bank, they cheat people. they take our hard earn money.

                            This is just the beginning, I am going to post on every social platform, so that people are aware before opening an account with you (HDFC)

                              Dear sir,
                              I have taken a policy from hdfc life insurance company ltd bearing no. 19747088 date 03-nov-2017 through advisor’s name singhma insurance broker limited.
                              The policy seller given me wrong commitment as per advisor he was saying we will provide interest free loan from reliance capital against this policy. After some time when i call in office for loan and discuss with miss sakshi mobile no.[protected] & nikhil no.[protected] & akash no.[protected] till now they have committed the loan. I am also in doubt that some hdfc officials can be attached with these guys because no one from your side till date directly approached me.
                              Till date i have not got any loan, i have taken this policy from my straggle full saving. Now i have no any bank balance and i am not feeling well by health. My financial position is very critical for investment in for the same.
                              Its humble request you to please refund my insurance amount and also deactivate the auto ecs service on which active in this said policy.

                              I have deposit amount approx 2.5lac turn by turn. But bank employees not my phone received

                              I have now under dispersion.

                              Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [email protected] from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. Once the email is sent by customer inform him / her to share the interaction id with us.

                                I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has debited Rs. 789.9 /- from my credit card number ending with 0188 without my concern on date:04/July/2018.                                   I Rahul Chetwani, had made a payment of Rs 9554 on 21st July 2017 through HDFC Credit Card via Phone pe app and payment got failed but I didn't get debited amount yet.
                                  Bothe HDFC and Phonepe are blaming each other but no one is ready to refund the amount.
                                  I bought some item from jabong .com and returned and they refunded the money but still yet to get the money back, also from myntra I'll get money back

                                  Very disssapointed with HDfc bank customer services
                                  My HDFC credit card was auto debited without my prior notice.

                                  Pls do the needful to refund my money back.

                                  This is happening every month.

                                  14/06/2018 - Rs.838.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 1252 on[protected]:16:39:52 at ITUNES.COMBILL.
