Deactivation of one assist plan of credit card hdfc date of incident 21/06/2018. Description of incident: thanks for choosing one assist plan. Your hdfc bank credit card will be charged with plan fees of rs.1399. Iwant to deactivate this plan of my credit card. So kindly deactivate the plan provided for my credit card i. E, (One assist plan) as soon as possible.

I had applied for a credit card though HDFC bank, meanwhile you had send it to me also through Blue Dart Couriear, the AWB No.[protected] for my card . It has not been deliverd to me, Kindly look at this issue and help me out.

Completed the two-wheeler loan, after completion of my loan i have received the original rc book from bankers. That time they have told me noc send through by courier but till now i have not receive the noc

    We need the noc how to proceed further

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I have enrolled for one assist last year. But now i don't want that facility. But this year without my concern bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7128 on date:05/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- please do the needful

      Ny credit card was expired last year & i sent closure card mail & letter to credit card office. I received acknowledge msg also. Even i didn't receive the HDFC replacement card also.. this is happened several month before but now am receiving statement of my new card. someone respond whats the issues, My phone no[protected]..
      I have open a mutual fund account with HDFC bank.Banker told me you have to pay Rs 250/- per annual . But bank is charging per quarter Rs 295/- including tax. I have invested only Rs 10k. And I don't want to invest more than why I will pay every quarter Rs 295/-.
      This is cheating done by HDFC bank.

        The said transaction was done by changing registered my email id without my knowledge. I did not got any otp from the bank even neither for amount transfer nor for email id change. But i got the phone call from the hdbc monitoring cell immidiate after the amount transfer then i got noticed about the transaction. The sms alert of this transaction i got at 3.25 pm on the date 2/5/18. But i didnot got the otp for this transaction before the fund transfer.
        Hdfc bank not yet taken any appropriate action to recover my amount.

        Today I got the message that the membership fee debited from my credit card.
        I am not interested to continue as member, hence I request you to cancel my membership and return the fee debited immediately.

I have paid the overdue amount on 2nd Feb 2018 and i have received the No Due Certificate from HDFC, however on credit report it is still showing status as settled/wf. I have called multiple times to HDFC customer care on[protected]/02 and there is no response at all.

          Could you kindly look into this issue as i'm facing issues with my credit score from last 6 months even though i paid the full amount.

Meanwhile at the time of offering the debit card they told me that '"you'll get reward points"". But literally i didn't get any reward points even i'm using it for the past 9 months.               My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account.

              According to new rbi guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
              Where should i approach now. Please help.

I have checked by all the people they have received the same type of people making fake calls and are presumed to be hard core criminals and are working for hindu terrorist organisation. If these people are not apprehended then they will create further havoc in international standards to make money. They have police protection and mafia type organisation bacmed by politicians. If these people are not apprehended at the earliest then we will lodge an international complaints against these terrorist.

                            This is regarding my house modt registration, initially i have been communicating with one mr ravi ([protected]@hdfcsales.com) to sanction my housing loan.. After that i have been following with him to complete my mod t registration but this guy is not corporating and always telling lame excuses not to complete this registration.. This kind of employees will spoil the bank's like hdfc.. Please help me on this, and help me to sort out my mod t registration as soon as possible. Kp ravi took some 3500 rs extra charges as well which is not part of any of this banking loan sanctions.. He seems to be a fraud hdfc employee.. Please take necessary actions immediately.

                              I paid exam fee online with e-mitra... The amount was deducted from my account but the fee status was still "not submitted"
                              I waited for 2 days as i thought there may be a technical error on system.
                              Then i had to pay again for this.
                              So there were two deductions from my hdfc account.
                              When will i get my money back for the first fail transaction?

                                I came to kanpur from greater noida on 2 june 2018 and since then i am here. Today on 20 june 2018 (Wed), when i tried to pay from my hdfc atm card at a petrol pump, the transaction was denied.

                                The last transaction that i did was on 18 jun 2018 for jio recharge (Nhdf[protected]-billdkreliancejioinf) ref no.[protected] for inr 349/- after that i did not make any transaction.

                                Therefore, i logged into netbanking today and got shocked to see that inr 1, 05, 000 (1 lakh and five thousand) have been withdrawn from my hdfc bank account.

                                On 19 june 2018, inr 20, 000, inr 40, 000, inr 10, 000 and inr 5000 (Total inr 75, 000) were withdrawn from different atms in delhi.

                                On 20 june 2018, inr 10, 000, inr 10, 000 and inr 10, 000 (Total inr 30, 000) were withdrawn from different atms in ghaziabad.

                                I am in kanpur and my atm card is in my custody and i had never shared any details with anyone. I am from it field and very much aware of all banking cautions, even i educate others. Therefore this is really shocking to see that inr 1, 05, 000 were withdrawn fraudulently from my hdfc account in delhi and ghaziabad.

                                The most surprising thing is that i did not receive any alert sms or alert email for all these fraudulent transactions.

                                I have called the hdfc customer care and they have logged a complaint and blocked my debit card and netbanking.

                                The next step is i have to lodge an fir at the nearest police station tomorrow and go to bank with fir copy and fill up the cardholder dispute form with complaint numbers provided by the bank representatives.

                                Just wanted to make a complaint here because the bank must be notified and must take serious actions for this issue. This is really frustrating.

                                I will keep posted the next updates as soon as this case progresses.

                                I have done the formalities and filled out the "Cardholder Dispute Form" in the nearby HDFC branch in Kanpur and they have sent it to the concerned team. The investigation team will work on this incident and will get back to me.

                                HDFC bank people have been very supportive till today (25-June-2018, Monday). You can also see the response from HDFC Bank Customer Assistance, so they are trying their best to fix this issue and get the people arrested who were involved in this crime.

                                Let us see how soon this issue gets resolved.

                                Got a response email from HDFC Bank and they have asked for the following:

                                Third Update:

                                Today on 03 July 2018 (Tue), I got a call at 3:10 pm from HDFC and they informed that the bank is seriously trying to resolve this issue soon. It seems that they will fix the issue shortly, let us see though.

                                Will send the next update when I hear again from HDFC.

                                Fourth and Last Update:

                                HDFC Bank has resolved this issue on 9th July 2018. They must have busted the gang who was involved in these fraudulent transactions as such incidents happened with a lot of customers.

                                I got my money back. I have also purchased the OneAssist plan to secure my account for future.

                                  Hi, i recently applied for credit card with hdfc, after a week of documents submission i had received 16 digit reference number (18f[protected]s1) through a sms asking me to send passcode to a number and i send. There is no notification whether my consent accepted and application processed. No communication and no channels to check the status. The official status tracking site shows no record found message. Tried phone banking, email, website, all channels redirect to website, website shows no record found.
                                  Is there any other option for me to track?

                                    Hi All,

                                    I am Indhumathi, i am having an hdfc credit card and for June 2018 i have received the bill. I have three complaints on this bill

                                    1) In that bill i could see 2999Rs for ONE assist MFEE. I didn't requested for this feature. I don't know why this has been added and enabled to me without notifying me.
                                    2)Also, i have got 500Rs as overlimit fee for 478 rupees of purchase. This is the first time i am facing this kind of activity. Also usually If i am not having sufficient fund in my card, the transaction will be declined.
                                    But now it is accepting the transaction and for that i am charged overlimit fee.This is ridiculous. If there is no sufficient fund then the transaction should be declined.Earlier i didn't faced like this.
                                    3)Also i am getting some EMI amount(like 18, 113 as MER EMI and 316.65rs as smartEMI) charged in all the bills. I want all this incorrect charges should be returned.
                                    whenever i tried to their customer care number, they are putting my call on hold for long time and disconnecting after the long hold. The customer care(voice) is very poor.

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9515 without my concern on date:17/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                        Hello my name is Ritan Bhandari and my consumer Durable Loan [protected] has been processed. Loan Amount is Rs. 71200. i need to get 12000 cash back amount .. But 4 Month passed no amount is back . i keep calling Toll free no but no one picking phone and when i am checking with Shopkeeper this was his reply bellow-

                                        Yes this is the case between the bank and you as they don’t provide the details to us the customer only

                                        So when i am calling[protected]‬ he is mr Anuj Hdfc finance branch manger . he is not replying and just saying i dont know why amount is not come back etc please call toll free number etc. So things are running in circle and now only 2 installment is pending as according to agreement we need to get back cash after 3 installment . So it is very-2 frustrated now and i dont like behavior. MaNAGER keep saying to send emails and call tollfree number so please i need help to solve my issue

                                        i dont gey any Credit back ..Please dont say this amount was allready Credit to your loan amount and where its was adjested as Still on my account FULL PAYMENT WAS GOING . i need this resolution please and i dont want to hear please any false promises and comments without any proff.
