my credit card ( no.[protected] is not activated. I have tried many times to activate this but it not worked. and HDFC send me email to pay dues. THE PERSON WHO HAS SALE IT TO ME ASSURED THAT HDFC WILL ISSUE VISA OR MASTER CARD BUT YOU HAVE SENT ME DINNERS CARD ANYWAY PLEASE CENCEL OR ACTIVATE IT WITHOUT ACTIVATION OR CANCELLATION I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY AMOUNT TO YOU. We hereby inform you that i am hdfc credit card holder having credit card no.[1868].
PLEASE CANCILL THE CARD

    I have paid an amount of rs 1400 to south bihar power dist.co. Ltd ;electricity bill on 14/06/2018 through hdfc gateway. Payment was successful with hdfc gateway payment id.[protected]. My axis bank account has also been deducted rs 1400. But sbpdcl has not received the payment and is not showing me any receipt for the payment. Please provide me my payment status or refund back the amount.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I have dp trading and securities account with hdfc sec since last 12 years.

      That hdfc securities normally updated my change of details online since the inception of account.

      Recently they emailed me that my trading account has been suspended without any sufficient notice period.

      The reason they have given is failure to update re-kyc.

      I strongly condemned their claim as i have already updated my adhaar and pan details (Pan should be the same for all those 12 years, and i don't understand why they asking me every year) during november 2017. I personally visited hdfc securities, mithakhali ahmedabad and hdfc bank, ashram road, ahmedabad branch.

      After that i always believed that i don't need to provide further legal proof to continue my trading account held at hdfc sec.

      On top of that i have also uploaded my adhaar and pan details online through their online portal.

      Above all i did because i am an indian citizen but living abroad on permanent category visa i. E permanent resident of australia.

      This guys forced me to visit their branch in india and i am unable to do that for two reasons. The first is i have already provided them my adhaar and pan card at branch and i have been holding this account for 12 years and always paid them their fees on time. The second one is, it is their mistake and why i should have to incurred the loss?

      I am very upset that they ceased my account and still charging me for nonperforming account just due to their negligence and unfair conduct.

      I have already written then 2 times to reactivate my account. It seems their employees are too incompetent to provide on-time customer resolution.

      Please help me as i am incurring substantial financial loss every day due to their unfair practices. You are my last resort for a help.

        I purchased iPhone x with 12000 cash back offer on 7/3/18 .till date i haven't received cash back is clearly visible in my credit card slip, details are attached in attachment hdfc is claiming that i will receive cash back in 90 days . but after the claimed period till date i havent received it

            Hi,
            My name is akanksha and my customer id is 52632227. A few months back i had applied for a credit card which inspite of being issued under my name, never reached me. Your executives called me a no. Of times asking for my address but no one delivered it. Few days after this, i received the message that the card has been returned to the chennai office. I applied for a new card again and was asked to first block the previous card. Which i did.in response i received a message saying please type tvw passcode and sms to 5676712 to process your application no "[protected]o4. I did the same on 13/jul/2018. Now on 14/jul/2018, i again received a message that stmt for hdfcbank creditcard ending 6193 is generated. Min due rs 500. Total due rs 590. Pymt due on 02/jul/2018. You think it's even possible? Is this some kind of joke going on? Never expected such a poor service from your side. Need an explanation and a solution for this.

                Hi,

                I am hdfc customer from past 7 years, my debit card was deactivated suddenly without informing me and even without issuing a new card.
                On calling customer care i was informed that the card was sent, but i never received one. Customer care people asked my father to visit the branch to collect the debit card as i was not in country.

                On visiting the branch, they inform the debit card is destroyed and to apply for new one they are asking me to courier a form to them, i am not in country for next 3 months and cannot send any courier to the branch. The branch staff is not responding to any of my emails from past 2 months.

                  Hello my name is vishal in 2011 i joint a bpo where my salary account was opened in hdfc bank and in few months i left the job and again rejoined in another bpo so there i continued my salary account but, after 2014 till date i had never used my hdfc bank services and atm only it was linked to my credit card but credit card settlement is done and lpg gas benefiacry was added as it was seeded with aadhar. So now it is showing -8500 my cust id is 41263942. Kindly guide me through this process of account closure and i cant pay the charges as iam jobless from 1 year please help.

                    This is pathetic response .I have ever got from HDFC customer care.
                    Even on call multiple times to customer services.I have not got any complain number. This first time i am seeing . How to earn money by making fool of customer.On May statement i have not got my cash back which ideally should get before statement generation.After my raised complaint on 19 may and i have got back dated (14 May ) credited.The total bill generation was 13400 something. As 10000 thousand credited as cash back. I have paid 3400 something.Same thing i have informed to customer service guy earlier. After end date i got know .I have not paid required amount. I was totally surprised and late fee imposed in unauthorized way .I have paid rest 10000 amount as per discussion with customer service as they confirmed late fee will revoke.Required your support immediately.I would say amex services much better then you.you are just looting your customer only by any mean.

                      Hi,
                      I have filled online application through hdfc fastag dated 12th may and the acknowledgement says “thank you for the details! Your payment has been received. Your application reference no. Is hfr053897. Our representative will get in touch with you soon. You will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries.”
                      I never received call back or fastag till 22nd may and called back at [protected] and spoke to ms. Shreya and asgar no solution provided by them, but they said they have escalated with backend team and i would get call back from backend team and their supervisor. I was already fed up with the initial service and wanted to cancel the fastag requested for the refund asap. I was told it would take 15 to 40 days for refund to get processed. They deduct amount from my account within fraction of a second and to refund my money why the hell they need so longtime? Literally no answer from the representatives. The worst part is they work individually without any supervisors at least that’s what they have told me “no supervisor available” anytime you call the response is same.
                      I was looking forward for the refund amount to get credited, waited till 13th june and called again to [protected] and spoke to mr. Sagar rasam, he doesn’t understand anything unable to resolve the issue, not able to connect with his supervisor or his back-end team and was testing the patience of the customers. What a fate i had paid inr 2200 on 12th may, it’s been a month and no status on the refund, every time they say it’s processing and will be credited in a day or two.
                      Today this gentlemen sagar says fastag will not credit but send dd to me, and i asked the status of the dd, he says his supervisor will call me in next 48 hours and no other response at all. I pity the hdfc fastag team that have such an efficient staff who are not able to understand customer conerncers forget about the solutions.
                      I want a sensible guy from fastatg who can understand common man’s language and get the solution fixed asap.
                      Also, i am a very valued customer to hdfc, that’s what every now & then i keep getting calls from them and of course i do have good relationship with them so far till this hdfc fastag issue occurred. I have seriously rethink about continuing with hdfc.
                      My recommendations to fellow users who happened to read and look for options to buy fastag through hdfc fastag website. Pl do not waste your precious time and money, the people sitting on other side don’t even have a clue of what they are working on, customer concerns etc… total waste of time.

                        Hi Team,

                        I have a concern where n nobody is able to answer to my query and in spite keep calling me to pay off the balance. My concern is as below:

                        I had paid off the entire credit card bill approx 40000 with interest but unfortunately that was couple of days before the bill generation, and it was not to my knowledge, that I should have waited and then cleared the complete bill. When approached to pay the bill even the Manager in charge, did not even bother to let us know to wait and then clear the balance, to reach their target to collect the payment and said that the entire amount is cleared and not to worry.

                        However, to my knowledge couple of months later, i suddenly receive a mail from the collection agency or a law firm stating that i have defaulted and need to pay the balance without which there would be action taken, I also started receiving calls which has lead to a harassment level, where they are calling continuously. The actual balance was around 2200/- which was not informed at the time of clearing the entire amt, but now it has reached around 9900, and to nobody's interest that this has to be paid. Also the entire credit rating has gone to a very low level.
                        My question is that once the amount is paid would i get back the entire credit rating which has gone low due to the banks poor customer service and not to my fault, as at the time of paying, i was forced to settle the amount and not to pay the entire amount with interest as the agency would have got more commission due to this.
                        Please let me know if I pay the outstanding balance to the full, would my credit rating be restored, and would i be eligible for further loans in the future.
                        When I ask the same question to everyone who call me, nobody is ready to answer to this or give me a fixed written consent to the above, due to which I am also not going forward to clear the bill, which is a mere small amount.

                            On 12/06/2018 I transferred ₹10000.00 from my hdfc bank account to my account in union bank.The amount is debited from my account but it is still not credited in the benifeciary account.Kindly help.Either transfer the money to the benifeciary account or refund it to my hdfc account.I have attached a screenshot showing the details of transaction.

                              Recently i have applied for hdfc freedom credit card online. The very same day i have received a text message informing me me that my credit card application number has been approved and the card will reach to me in 3 working days.                               First of all, i received a message a week ago for 2546 and i made the payment of 3000 on 6 june 18.

                              Today dated 13 june 18, your team has reached my old house and started asking question of my whereabouts with my landlord, who is a very nice guy and he do not have to do anything with my acc.

                              Why are you doing this and how are you authorize to do that.

                              I have the payment made as per your msg and now you are wanting for full payment and i will pay it but in due time. When i have paid the minimum due you cannot harass me to pay the full amount.

                                Hi made a payment to a wrong credit card number for hdfc instead of mine but i am planning to closure the credit card by making that payment what is the procedure for because a delay will again increase in my interest as well, i am little bit worried please help me out

                                  I bought a new google pixel 2 phone with my hdfc bank debit card with 8000rs as cashback offer on jan 6th 2018. It is now june and i have still not received the cashback. The debit card swipe machine slip clearly states that i am eligible for 8000rs cashback within 90 days and it has been more than 5 months now.

                                  I have made more than 15 calls to my relationship manager and also raised a grievance at hdfc website. Each time i talk to them they propose a date for cashback and post that date a new one is given.

                                  Is hdfc really scamming people with these cashback offers?

                                    Due to glitch in hdfc life payment, i was not able to make premium payment. Number of emails sent to hdfc on this.

                                    With a great difficultly i was able to make the payment. Later i got to know, policy has been elapsed. With interest + penalty i was asked to pay rs 415. Inspite of knowing this was due to hdfc life that this amount was due. I decide to make the payment. I am now being told that i need to submit medical.

                                    I am an nri. I visited hdfc life branch when i was in india. I specially asked if anythign else is required to revive the policy, but i was said, no medical is required since only 3-4 months have passed.

                                    I have since then sent so many emails. The customer care is like robots, they keep on sending the same email again and again.

                                    I have decided to cancel the policy.

                                      Ridiculous in emi debit:
                                      I’ve already made the last emi on 31-may-2018 and for june month emi cleared on 04th of june 2018.

                                      Till now, no one called to update my emi amount in the database.

                                      I’m not sure this manger or team working consciously, they blindly redeposited in to my account and amount got debited.

                                      I will cancel my ecs with hdfc bank for this personal loan if i didn’t get any clarification for this redeposit.
