Sir, i rajesh kumar meena s/o harikishan meena diposited ammt. Rs.13550 as per reciept no.40518172 on dated 4 jan.2016.in this reciept loan a/c no. Mentioned 80960501 & 81497043. This is a clerkel mistak. My (Rajesh) a/c no. Is 81497043. As reciept i hav deposited ammt. After that bank is recovering panalty also, by me as cocider defalt from 2016. Due to this not adjstment of my amount i am not depositing the rest istalments. To doit reguler i have contact in alwar hdfc branch many times but they gives no any satisfactory rasponce. Pl. Solve my prob. As posible

this is the description about the deduction.A hefty amount of rs-177 is deducted from my account. please explain me for the same. What kind of charge is this???
Since last 3 months i am unable to pay credit card outstanding, due to which i found that my salary account displays balance in negative and after my salary credited into bank account, they arbitrarily kept my saving account balance which is equal to credit card outstanding on hold . I took follow ups but did not get appropriate response from them
My PERSONAL LOAN[protected] is closed an is still showing in cibil report

Kindly update the status as closed

    I applied for the hdfc credit card on the 28th of may, 2018. The company executive collected the documents on the 30th of may. He gave me an acknowledgement slip and told me the application process would be completed within 3-4 days, and that i would receive the card within 15 days of applying. I received a message on the 6th that my application has been received. I also got the phone number verification call the next day. The address verification also happened the day after. But i haven't received any further communication from hdfc. Also, when i try to check the application status, it says 'record not found'. It's already been 17-18 days since the application was filled. Wasn't expecting such a pathetic service from hdfc.

      Today morning in the devanahalli toll, agent said my fastag was not detected and collected cash for toll charges (Two way. I. E., including return journey). Later after crossing the toll i got the text message stating toll charges has been deducted for one way.

      Below is the message from hdfc fastag,

      Dear customer, your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 85 for transaction by vehicle tn33bj2334 at toll devanahalli toll plaza on[protected]t02:08:06. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 665.38 - hdfc bank ltd.

      Also attached the scanned copy of the cash toll receipt.

        Hi,
        I have filled online application through hdfc fastag dated 12th may and the acknowledgement says “thank you for the details! Your payment has been received. Your application reference no. Is hfr053897. Our representative will get in touch with you soon. You will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries.”
        I never received call back or fastag till 22nd may and called back at [protected] and spoke to ms. Shreya and asgar no solution provided by them, but they said they have escalated with backend team and i would get call back from backend team and their supervisor. I was already fed up with the initial service and wanted to cancel the fastag requested for the refund asap. I was told it would take 15 to 40 days for refund to get processed. They deduct amount from my account within fraction of a second and to refund my money why the hell they need so longtime? Literally no answer from the representatives. The worst part is they work individually without any supervisors at least that’s what they have told me “no supervisor available” anytime you call the response is same.
        I was looking forward for the refund amount to get credited, waited till 13th june and called again to [protected] and spoke to mr. Sagar rasam, he doesn’t understand anything unable to resolve the issue, not able to connect with his supervisor or his back-end team and was testing the patience of the customers. What a fate i had paid inr 2200 on 12th may, it’s been a month and no status on the refund, every time they say it’s processing and will be credited in a day or two.
        Today this gentlemen sagar says fastag will not credit but send dd to me, and i asked the status of the dd, he says his supervisor will call me in next 48 hours and no other response at all. I pity the hdfc fastag team that have such an efficient staff who are not able to understand customer conerncers forget about the solutions.
        I want a sensible guy from fastatg who can understand common man’s language and get the solution fixed asap.
        Also, i am a very valued customer to hdfc, that’s what every now & then i keep getting calls from them and of course i do have good relationship with them so far till this hdfc fastag issue occurred. I have seriously rethink about continuing with hdfc.
        My recommendations to fellow users who happened to read and look for options to buy fastag through hdfc fastag website. Pl do not waste your precious time and money, the people sitting on other side don’t even have a clue of what they are working on, customer concerns etc… total waste of time.

          I have done payment of hdfc credit through hdfc credit card bill desk on 28 may 18 but they said payment not received till date.

          Payment done from sbi net banking and transaction no is igadprhdg6 (Nsbi[protected]).

          Screenshot of billdesk payment sucessful receipt is deleted bye mistake and hdfc bank said provide billdesk receipt so please help me and provide bill desk receipt.

            I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

              What the hell is this, when i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

              I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.

                Hello,

                I do not appreciate hdfc bank's way of handling things when it comes to credit card payment. I had already paid the due which was supposed to be paid by 5th of every month and yet today i had received a wats app message asking me to pay the minimum amount.

                As i understand, wats app is for known circle of friends. Hdfc support staff should either text me or send me an email which is the professional thing to do instead of sending message via wats app. This shows complete unethical behaviour and no respect for their customer's privacy. I received a message from a said jayaprakash.

                Please take strict action against that manager and also dissipate this complaint to the concerned bank. Highly irritated.

                  I am using hdfc credit card from last 5 to 6 years, i did many shopping from this card and paid all my bills before time... But last on dec 2017 i had to leave for abroad for 6 months... I had few payments left of r. S 7000 but still i did all my payments... And more than my payment amount... These people blocked my credit card permanently, and defaulted me... My wife is also has her account here but now i am shifting my all family members a/c to other banks... I was their classic customer but just for few sum of a/m they block me permanently... Never want to use this bank again... And will share my experience to everyone

                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2174 without my concern on date:25/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                      My name is bhaskar dutt
                      Sharma. I had join a company in indore in year 2016 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank and didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few months because of my personal resion i had never used that account till now. When i checked my account balance it is showing negative 9k approx. I'm totally shock with the negative balance. The hdfc bank refused to open a new bank account as i'm already having it. They have advised me to go to indore and close that account. But it is not possible to again go to their and make this request. I have reached the customer care to close this account but they are asking me to clear the negative balance. It is not possible me to pay this huge amount.
                      Moreover i have a credit card also which is issued by my previous company with hdfc and i'm still using it.
                      Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived, so i can use this account again with my new company or i have to pay the penalty.

                        I received an email from hdfc security customer care regarding kyc submission as part of regulatory requirement. I submitted by kyc documents with verification done by branch officers at their registered branches. Now my demat account is suspended for trading while the branch manager is saying that they have done their job and nothing pending on their side. It seems to be that hdfc security internal departments are not working integrated way. Instead of solving their own problem, they are harassing their customers who are holding account more than 10 years. No one is there to take any ownership. This is pathetic.

                        HDFC Securities and HDFC Bank don't update correct KYC information on their website. HDFC Securities Satara Branch don't cooperate with client whenever you go their branch office. They are always busy on their trading terminals.

                            I would like to say that i had initiated a transaction whose statement is uploaded in the add photos section, on[protected] to be paid to irctc for booking my train ticket via [protected]@hdfc, but the amount was deducted from my account whereas the payment gateway refused the transaction. It has been 5 days now but still the deducted money hasn't been credited to my account.
                            So, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and take further steps for the refund of my amount at the earliest.

                                Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                                I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                                I'm using hdfc credit card recently with 5404. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                                Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                                And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                                Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1399 as soon as possible.

                                So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                                  Cancellation of one assist membership
                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6509 without my concern on date:05/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                      I am hdfc nri customer, i came to india on vacation but my atm not working. I go to nearest hdfc bank but he told me we can't help you, you should contact customer care for this. After more than 100 times call to customer service then they respond. Again same reply from customer service you should contact nearest hdfc bank. I can't help you.
                                      Last 10 days i am roaming in india lack of money.
                                      But hdfc bank is disaster for nri.
