Respected sir/mam,
I would like to say that i had initiated a transaction whose statement is uploaded in the add photos section, on[protected] to be paid to irctc for booking my train ticket via [protected]@hdfc, but the amount was deducted from my account whereas the payment gateway refused the transaction. It has been 5 days now but still the deducted money hasn't been credited to my account.
So, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and take further steps for the refund of my amount at the earliest.
