I am hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto bebited rs.1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1352 without my concern on date 31/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

    Regarding education loan for my daughter stepped into t. Nagar office for submission of documents for second year refund, one ms. Anusuya sitting there for collecting documents not responded properly or ready to hear or understand the subject what i try to convey, simply ignoring all the documents with false point on her understanding and omitted to come with properly. I never expected and never had this bad experience like this earlier with hdfc team. Past 5 year taken loan on same procedure at gp office mount road and they didn’t find any default in submission of documents and went everything smoothly in time. Here she ask unnecessary the non-required documents and irritated me. Point 1. Asking for medical certificate by seeing the mark list for the exams not conducted by the college - on her understanding student was absent. Point.2 fees paid bill provided for 2nd year for claim asking for 1st year fee paid, where as hdfc refunded for that. Please educate the concerned how to handle

      I received a random call from hdfc bank customer care asking me to confirm my postal address. Since i was an existing account holder with the bank, i confirmed their queries. Few days later, i receive a hdfc credit card by post. Despite declining it many times, the customer care executives suggested that it was a mistake from their end and since the card is already active, i will have to accept the credit card and can deactivate it online or through phone banking. I have made numerous calls to the customer desk requesting them to deactivate the card as i am getting mails about my credit card annual statement. The responses i receive are varying but the status of my card remains active yet. I request the responsible authorities to look into this malicious marketing trick of hdfc bank to trick unassuming customers.

        I applied and got a new credit card in hdfc bank. After two days ₹900 debit as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr) in my credit card account statement.
        I am not interested in that type of policy or coverage.
        How can i clear this type of debits. Also i request them not to do in future transaction. So please remove this unwanted description in my credit card account statementand make immediate refund as quick as possible.

          As i already complained to deactivate my account in 2017 itself and they told me they will do after completion of this period, but again the money is deducted from my hdfc diners club card for one assist and that too without any prior information. Please deactivate my account/ membership as soon as possible and refund to my account.

            I have provide you my medical documents & at the time of the documentation i have provided that documents to your filed executive.in your policy none of my medical details has been mentioned in the policy. Is your policy issued with my medical details? Did your underwriter checked my medical details? If you are saying all the signatures are true on this policy then please share with me my signed application form with illustration i will cross check it from my side. My occupational details & my annual income filled totally wrong in this policy & you can clearly see in my bank statement bharti axa life insurance rejected my policy because of this medical issue. Then also you investigation team is saying they did not find any thing in this policy & rejected my case.

            company is totally ignored my medical documents & the occupational details.they just declined my case by telling me that this policy is issued on the basis of documents have you have provide.I want to know if company received my medical details then how can they issued me policy without mentioning my medical details & my occupational details are completely wrong in this case.& I want to know how can bharti axa rejected my policy & HDFC life insurance accepted my policy.

            in my bank statement you will clearly find my policy has been rejected by bharti axa on medical grounds & they have refunded my amount & same amount I have provided you & your underwriter ignored my medical documents which I have provided to your field executive & issued this policy without my medical details.my occupational details is totally wrong I have provided my salary letter head in this you will find my salary is near about 8-10 k then also your underwriter/investigation team ignored all the things & rejected my case.that clearly shows that you are backing that cheater sridhar broker.

              I am the shop owner by mistake the wrong amount was swiped in the machine. So i had void the sale. Last 12 days has been passed but the amount is not yet refunded. The customer has contacted to bank but they are saying it is look out of the shop owner. Kindly look in this matter as soon as possible.

                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else.

                      Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account.

                      After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one).

                      I logged into my account for some reason on 14 may 2018and i see that i have rs -3993 in my account.

                      I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                            I have paid an amount of rs 1400 to south bihar power dist.co. Ltd ;electricity bill on 14/06/2018 through hdfc gateway. Payment was successful with hdfc gateway payment id.[protected]. My axis bank account has also been deducted rs 1400. But sbpdcl has not received the payment and is not showing me any receipt for the payment. Please provide me my payment status or refund back the amount.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I have dp trading and securities account with hdfc sec since last 12 years.

                              That hdfc securities normally updated my change of details online since the inception of account.

                              Recently they emailed me that my trading account has been suspended without any sufficient notice period.

                              The reason they have given is failure to update re-kyc.

                              I strongly condemned their claim as i have already updated my adhaar and pan details (Pan should be the same for all those 12 years, and i don't understand why they asking me every year) during november 2017. I personally visited hdfc securities, mithakhali ahmedabad and hdfc bank, ashram road, ahmedabad branch.

                              After that i always believed that i don't need to provide further legal proof to continue my trading account held at hdfc sec.

                              On top of that i have also uploaded my adhaar and pan details online through their online portal.

                              Above all i did because i am an indian citizen but living abroad on permanent category visa i. E permanent resident of australia.

                              This guys forced me to visit their branch in india and i am unable to do that for two reasons. The first is i have already provided them my adhaar and pan card at branch and i have been holding this account for 12 years and always paid them their fees on time. The second one is, it is their mistake and why i should have to incurred the loss?

                              I am very upset that they ceased my account and still charging me for nonperforming account just due to their negligence and unfair conduct.

                              I have already written then 2 times to reactivate my account. It seems their employees are too incompetent to provide on-time customer resolution.

                              Please help me as i am incurring substantial financial loss every day due to their unfair practices. You are my last resort for a help.

                                the bank has auto debited Rs, 1899/- not a Rs.1899/-
                                I purchased iPhone x with 12000 cash back offer on 7/3/18 .till date i haven't received cash back is clearly visible in my credit card slip, details are attached in attachment hdfc is claiming that i will receive cash back in 90 days . but after the claimed period till date i havent received it
                                Please solve this problem

                                  On 7th june more than 4800 inr. Has been deducted without any notification already i am facing financial issue. Will you guys please look into this and refund my amount or else i will be left with option of moving to other bank.

                                    Hi,
                                    My name is akanksha and my customer id is 52632227. A few months back i had applied for a credit card which inspite of being issued under my name, never reached me. Your executives called me a no. Of times asking for my address but no one delivered it. Few days after this, i received the message that the card has been returned to the chennai office. I applied for a new card again and was asked to first block the previous card. Which i did.in response i received a message saying please type tvw passcode and sms to 5676712 to process your application no "[protected]o4. I did the same on 13/jul/2018. Now on 14/jul/2018, i again received a message that stmt for hdfcbank creditcard ending 6193 is generated. Min due rs 500. Total due rs 590. Pymt due on 02/jul/2018. You think it's even possible? Is this some kind of joke going on? Never expected such a poor service from your side. Need an explanation and a solution for this.
