No matter how attractive their offers are, their customer care service is disappointing. Firstly they don't have a toll free customer care no. Secondly they lack so much in staff, that it takes around 15-20 minutes of waiting time to talk to them. Moreover they don't have any mechanism to inform their customers of their waiting no in queue. Their customers have no option, but to wait in frustration for long duration. To add to the frustration, their customer care staff aren't patient enough to solve customer's queries, they may drop your call anytime during conversation. If you are like me, who dislike unprofessionalism then don't go by this bank. My experience with this bank's customer service has been very frustrating.

    I have made withdrawal of cash from atm where the amount got deducted with no money coming out... I have tried customer service since morning... Everytime number is busy and saying attending other customers... Which is absolutely false.. Since everytime i call get same response..
    So want to complain against with expectation of call back from hdfc bank on my no. [protected]

      I wanted to withdraw an amount, of atm card of (Hdfc bank), card barring no. ([protected]) of account of hdfc bank (It park branch) at hdfc atm (Whitefield epip oatm) on[protected] @ 10:15:48 a. M. I entered an amount of rs 2000/-, i fullfilled the required proccess, the amount did not come out, but the amount was deducted in the balance. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

        I had requested atm pin and it has been sent but when i tried it throws incorrect pin... When i asked customer service they are giving irresponsible answers.
        I have waited for week to get pin and it's not working so again i have to request pin and wait for another week.. Excellent service. Please check why such kind-of service provided to customerd

          I lost my registered no. Ending 998.in this digital era we have procedure to fill form and send via courier.. Do you think customer have time to do so.. Please think and come alternative way o[censored]pdating mobile either via ivr or atm or internetbanking rather than doing manual processing. If someone lost mobile you current procedure recommends to block card because manual process takes min 3 days... Please think through... Or it can be updated online also then educate your customer service team.

            Dear sir,

            I had opened a salary account with hdfc noida branch and after leaving the company did not need it. I was maintaining balance of about 20000 rupees till i visited hdfc vaishali branch where the lady at customer service asked me to fill the application for closing the account and also asked me to withdraw the full balance amount from the atm. As advised i submitted the application and withdrew my balance. However hdfc did not close my account and is demanding charges for not maintaining minimum balance. As proof please provide me with the cctv video of the day when i requested my account closure. Also please let me know the reason for changing my account from salary to saving without my consent. I do not want to have any account with hdfc. Please let me know why my account has not been closed and why i have not been provided any information in this regard.

            Please close my account immediately.

              credit card autopay return fee

              I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 40, 450.14 on june 8th 2018 around 6 a. M. But i got a mail in afternoon that my autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment return fee will be levied to your card account, if applicable. Then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same. The customer service associate promised me that the amount will not be deducted from...

              I have applied for credit card since 10 days. Now my application status is showing disapproved because of failed address verification. But no hdfc representative has visited my residential address. One hdfc representative called me 5 days back and i told him my exact address but he never came or called my mobile number.               On bank's website, status is still showing disapproved. Two bank executives called me for address verification a week before . I told them my address . But they never visited. I double checked with my landlord and neighbors . They also said no one from HDFC came for verification. I don't understand what's happening. How can the bank executives failed my address verification without even visiting my place. I also called the executives to know whether verification has done or not. They didn't even pick up. I went to bank, they told me 3 times my verification failed. Please tell your bank verification executives to check properly by visiting physically.

              Its already been 15 days. Please look into this matter asap.

                      very frequent unsolicited phone calls

                      For the 6 to 8 months, i have been receiving calls very frequently from various hdfc agents for product offers. I am surprised how many such agents exits for hdfc. I would have blocked those mobile numbers nearly 50 numbers in the last 4 months. Inspite, i get repeated calls from different numbers which is frustating. Is it not possible to track details of calls where customer is unwilling after repeated calls and make do not disturb settings....

                      i want reason why my card is disapproved, bcoj its matter of my cibil. [Resolved] Hdfc Bank — HDFC credit card "Disapproved" Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No . I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application Reference Number Status DISAPPROVED who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. umesh Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman. We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear and i got bike Loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response.

                        Dear sir/madam, here with this i wanna say that we dont ask any respect but atleast don't insult them by shouting. Deepthi teller in madanapalle on 08.06.18 i mentioned here date bcz da name should not be mistaken if she was sitting in someother place on dat day there was oy one lady in deposit center. We went to deposit money. My mom literally cried coming outside of bank as she scolded in front of any body. My question is that the way talking to a person and she shows too much partiality that giving too much respect to the people who she prefer. As a child to her parent no one tolerate insulting her parent. If there is any complaint box i could have posted there itself. We dont expect respect.. Atleast dont insult.

                            Sub : excess interest charged by bank

                            1) i have cash credit limit of rs.50lacs rate of interest is mclr + 2.80% interest payment : monthly rest unless otherwise specified current mclr is 7.95% so my interest rate should be 10.75%, instead of bank is charging 10.90% interest which should be wrong. You should give me back interest.
                            2) secondly insurance policy of my office which is a collateral security for this cash credit limit was expired on[protected] which was renewed from[protected] to[protected] but policy was received late so it was submitted on 12-04-18. Bank has charged according to me it is not fair. I have already renewed the policy but it is submitted late because we have received it late from insurance co. So it is my request to give me refund of penal interest which is charged by bank.

                              Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]s3. No one came for verification at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Gopi, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.                                 I had asked for a joint account in the name of me qnd my husband.
                                Highly unsatisfied with the services of your staff.
                                They had initially said it would be done within 3 days, it’s been 2 weeks since.I visit the bank everyday.On each visit the bank personnel ask for new documents.
                                Does the institution not know the ethics of service and value of time?!
                                What kind of services are you wishing to provide as an institution?Is the the aim and vision of HDFC bank?.
                                No one knows how the work is to be done, highly irresponsive staff!
                                All they do is say: we cannot do anything, it’s not in our hands?!
                                If it isn’t done in another day’s time, being a lawyer, I most certainly seek legal action.
                                I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible .

                                  My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created by company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of december i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 months back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 6th june and i see that i have rs -1410 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                                    Dear sir madam,
                                    This request i am writing to bring to your notice very important fact that
                                    Is happening in credit card banking. I am the best victim of this.
                                    I hold hdfc saving bank account, my security account, and debit card.
                                    Considering hdfc as very good bank and believing that i am previlege customer of
                                    Hdfc, it has offered me credit card.
                                    I was very happy with my debit card but hdfc offered me credit card. Loan account. I was never a defaulter.
                                    However while giving credit card hdfc advised me to select
                                    "minimum amount auto payment" instead of complete amount.
                                    I have selected this as advised.

                                    From last few months i was getting credit interest (3.49 % per month) on my credit account which
                                    Surprised me. This debit intrest is there from many months. When i saw this huge debit interest i asked bank and they very nicely
                                    Said that it is an interest. I have following questions..

                                    1. Being previlege customer hdfc/hdfc (Brm) has not taken single pain to call me and inform
                                    And alert me. I hold huge portfolio in hdfc so why should i pay debit intrest amount. Why should i take loan on 41.5%. Too high.
                                    Rather from my salary i have already repaid my housing loan.

                                    2. Some sms i got on my mobile was so unclear that i could not determine it what exactly happen in my credit card account.

                                    3. Even after so many days of debit balance in credit card hdfc never informed me
                                    Except in statement.
                                    4. Reason for all this is just becuase hdfc was getting interest and hence never
                                    Thought of informing customer.

                                    5. I have doubt that all credit card holders (Mostly geriatric) might have been given
                                    "minimum amount auto payment" option so that they can ignore payment and hence
                                    Debit intrest can be be claimed by bank. This earning seems to be unfair.

                                    6. I have got so many calls for increasing credit call limit, however i did not get any call for the debit interest i am paying.
                                    This earning is basically psychological exploitation of custome7. R. Bank make us dependent on them for all other offers and
                                    Credit card affairs and only for debit interest they won't call. This is unfair and i request ombudsman to look in to such all
                                    Accounts of hdfc.

                                    7. I have also logged complaint no[protected] but no action.. Taken
                                    8. Hdfc also charges interest on interest, which is very ridiculous.
                                    9. Hdfc does not provide any historical statement.

                                    On june 5 in the afternooni have changed the option from "minimum amount pay" to "full amount pay".

                                    My request to hdfc is that this interest should be waved off though i paid this amount upfront without any hiccups.
