I have made a payment of my credit card bill and my credit card is from hdfc bank by cheque but the bank member from hdfc bank branch new alipore kolkata has lost it and because of which i incurred a charge when i went to the bank the branch manager was rude to me and has told me unprofessional word and had also insulted me i feel harras please i need a justice on this because this is one of the worst customers service experience in my life

    Hi,
    I closed my hdfc bank account because i am never abke to reach the ivr of the bank as they keep changing numbers and never let you talk to anyone. Even if someone picks up they just say one thing and hang up. I was trying to get to talk to someone and i may have pressed a wrong button i dont what request it took out of that. I went to the nearby branch i told them i just need to updat my contact details as my name changed. The bank personnel of nehru colony dehradun said as this is financial month we have a crunch so we cannot change your branch but your name and address will be changed he took the documents. I also said that it may have taken a checque book request from ivr what should i do. He said not to worry about it will automatically return if not taken.
    I waited one month after april but there was mot update on my bank details and on top of that i dont know they deducted rupees 200 something for stop checque request. I went to the bank amd they told me that i might have stopped a cheque. I told them i havent used my checque book in years. They were not able to give me any checque number which as per them i stopped. I was so upset with all this unable to reach ivr, unable to update any details and getting falsely money deducted so i closed my account. What i want is my money back which they falsely charged me.

    My name is Ritesh Agarwal wrong charges are applied on my credit card. In the starting I won't get any information about these charges. Kindly look in the matter as soon as possible. If I won't get any solution then I will took the matter to higher level.

      emi deducted twice from my account

      I had a hdfc personal loan (Loan account no :[protected] months back.
      As the ecs form was rejected because of signature issues to avoid late payment charges i visited the main branch office in begumpet and make the payment on 1st june 2018 (Payment mode is cash payment)

      After 3 days, the emi had been deducted again from my bank account for the same month.

      Even after ecs rejection, i am not sure as how...

      Sir,

      I had sent the diagonally cut said credit card by india speed post on 30.5.2018 (Wednesday) with
      Consignemnt no. Et[protected]in.
      You have received it on 1.6.18 (Friday), as per india posts.
      2.6.18 saturday is a working day, on which you might have started the closing process of the said credit card.
      3.6.18 sunday is a holiday.
      4.6.18 monday is a working day.
      As per your email, you required 31.5.18, 1.6.18 and 2.6.18 or on 4.6.18

      Why you was unable to close till 5.6.18
      Want to rob more money by delaying?
      For me the said credit card is closed by you on 22.5.18 itself.
      Donot try to make phone call and donot tell lies like "my voice is not clear", etc., hereafter to make more delay.

        Sir, i rajesh kumar meena s/o harikishan meena diposited ammt. Rs.13550 as per reciept no.40518172 on dated 4 jan.2016.in this reciept loan a/c no. Mentioned 80960501 & 81497043. This is a clerkel mistak. My (Rajesh) a/c no. Is 81497043. As reciept i hav deposited ammt. After that bank is recovering panalty also, by me as cocider defalt from 2016. Due to this not adjstment of my amount i am not depositing the rest istalments. To doit reguler i have contact in alwar hdfc branch many times but they gives no any satisfactory rasponce. Pl. Solve my prob. As posible

          This is the worst bank on earth. They do not value relationship and their process of recovery is the worst. I have been a hdfc customer for more than 11 years and have always paid their credit card amount on time. But since last two months i was not able to pay the due amount and they have blocked my savings account. As a credit card department they have no authority to block my savings account. This is completely illegal. I was admitted in hospital and was not able to pay them as my savings account was blocked.

          I urge the consumer complaints and people visiting this forum to understand the malpractices performed by hdfc bank and to initiate a strict action against them. Please do not go for any services from hdfc bank.

            I applied for for credit card from hdfc east of kailash branch -2 but before applied i already asked in branch i am eligible for credit card then he said yes firstly they check my account balance and all required documents for credit card so he said confirm i will give you gurantee but after some time hdfc one person came in office and he clicked my some pic and checked my documents but after some time i checked application status so my credit card is disapproved why your bank can harassment
            So i requesting you please solve this issue othervise i will complaint in rbi and consumer form

              I have a car loan account # 43167297 with hdfc bank. My name is gautam sharma. I am suffering from back infection badly and even unable to join office since last three months on leave without pay. Bank's collection department officials called so many times at my father's number from[protected] and cell no. [protected] and abused him badly with very unprofessional language. They used the word like "apne chor bete se baat karao" and ab uska aur tumhara warrant niklega and many more. My father requested them i can pay two emi today but they denied by saying that we will see you in court. My father is badly hurt from their behaviour at the age of 69 years this is not good words he listen from hdfc collection team

              My health related documents are attached to proved my health condition. Even at leave without pay i am ready to pay my emis and my intention is clear to pay all my dues. But this kind of behaviour from bank official is not acceptable.

              Request you to please look into the matter seriously to avoid this kind of worst experience with future/existing customers.

                I had top up my personal loan rs. 620000/- of emi rs. 13570/- @ 11.29
                Your executive cheated me by charged loan pre clouser charges of rs. 6000/- and they also change my contact number in hdfc loan account. And now i cant even login my account for view the details of my loan etc. As i come to know all of this from your hdfc loan office, paharganj, new delhi.
                And they also told me that its your and the loan disbursement department problem not our. I am hdfc loan customers since 2011. What should i do please look into this matter as hdfc looted me by open eyes.. My loan account number is 52970239.

                  I have taken a personal loan from this bank and has been making the emi through ecs. I missed one of the emi as i was out of town. The executive called me to ask about the payment and i explained him that i am out of town and i have the money in my account where the ecs gets deducted. I also told him that the bank is far hence i cannot visit the bank to make the payment. If the payment is to be made in the urgent basis, then i asked him to send somebody to collect the cash from me. He told that nobody can come and also told that he will get back to me on this. Next time he called me and started to talk rudely asking for the payment. I clearly told him that i am still out of town. He started to say that i don't know all that i am concerned with the payment and not with you. I have the money and ready to pay the emi. I don't accept this kind of behaviour to a women. I give them so many options and they again come with the same question saying how will you pay??? This incident happened with me today in the morning. I don't know his name. His phone number is +91 [protected]. When the bank is not bothered about the customers, then why should we bother about the bank???

                      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 0564 for rs. 415.00 has been credited/reversed by payuind on[protected]:19:20:02

                      I got this message but money didn't got credit in my account.

                      Till now i didn't got my money back to my account, but message tells that amount has been reversed but it didn't happened.

                        Rs. 354.00 has been taken for each of them above. Total rs.1064.00 has been taken from my account with out any notice.

                        As far as i know hdfc min balance is rs.5000.00 and i was maintaining this account by keeping this much amount for many years now. So i don't think any explanation would justify this issue.

                        I would need the amount back asap. If this amount refunded back then i will start maintaining above rs.10, 000.00.

                          Respected sir, my name is manpreet singh from jalndhar (Punjab)sir want to make a request from you'my account is in model town branch jalandhar .my saving account number is [protected], credit card ending num is 7655.my account and track was running good enough, my two cars and one bike financed by Hdfc bank and his installments to to time.sir I demanded a statement from my credit card he did no. Not once had I spoken many times, but I did not get any answers to his caplet. I put my account on hold to cut my money, kinda no 56000 bucks forks.that I had deposited for my installments. And from the other side I started to peddle the car loans.I told them that every time the installments made a deposit, it was deposit but my money was deducted. They misbehav me and cast premature penaltys.and my saving Act has also put a penalty.your bank secrewed my whole system no record saw no regard.I hope to ask you to send u mail, penalty on 40000 of credit card has been cast and 2000 saving ac .the car loaner has been separated penalty.do not do dis with for customer by adding your hand to you sir.I hope you remove a lot of solution.                               Dear Sir,
                              This is to bring to your notice that we had been issued a credit card on the name of Meena Pathak and the card was said to be free, however in January when the card was not working I called HDFC customer care and the lady on the phone said the card had been deactivated and had become unusable. Thus as per discussion on phone I decided to destroy the card. Now, 5 months down the line I am still being called by the customer representatives of HDFC and somehow the bill is 6000+.
                              Kindly look into the issue as your company has been unable to provide any resolution despite several complaints.

                                Hi, my self bhojraj sharma, actually before some time i was credit card of hdfc bank but due to some resons i did not pay credit card payments on time but before one year i paid whole amount and get noc letter from hdfc bank side when he issuing me letter he told me that we will clear your cibil score and after some time you can apply card...

                                But when i am applying for new card evey bank declined he saying already card details showing in your hdfc account...

                                Some pepole suggest me that take any consumer product with finance scheme and pay the installment on proper time then in some time automatically your civil will be improved...
                                And same thing i applied i purchased led and finance from capital first and paying all emi on proper time, i think 6 emi i already paid, now when i am trying for credit card then bank not offering me credit card...

                                I am not saying that i have urgent need of card but i just want to tell you in this situation what should i do...

                                Bank in future issue me credit card or not...

We also wish to inform you that the CIBIL reports will be refreshed every 45days. All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India). This is done in the normal course of business.                                   I'm using a credit card from hdfc for last two years. For last couple of months i stopped receiving statement so i wasn't able to make any payment. Now they have blocked my card and asking me to pay 2300 which includes heavy penalty. Even after calling multiple times they aren't sending the statement again to my email id. They are not taking any responsibility for me not receiving email. They are simply saying that they sent statement from their side. It's completely unprofessional to charge 1500 penalty for statements which i didn't receive on my email i'd.

                                    I applied and got a new credit card in hdfc bank. After 1 week ₹900 debit as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr) in my credit card account statement.
                                    I am not interested in that type of policy or coverage.
                                    How can i clear this type of debits. Also i request them not to do in future transaction. So please remove this unwanted description in my credit card account statement make immediate refund as quick as possible.

                                      This abhishek mithbaokar i am having my salary a/c with hdfc bank customer number is 59458883
                                      Also having personal loan with hdfc bank of rs. 460000 account details are below

                                      A/c no 53395075
                                      Till now paid amount is 33, 436 tenure for 60 months with 10.99 interest rate

                                      Before a month submitted my documents for 1 lack top-up however bank deposited 155000 approx
                                      Amount in my account with 12.05 intrest rate (For whole amount of rs 6 lacks)
                                      I am not able to understand this thing how any bank give top-up with a different rate of interest also a person who did this loan procedure not receiving my call pls. Look into this matter urgently (Person name is manikandan[protected]
