Good afternoon,
My name is anil kumar, holding an a/c with your reputed bank. The a/c number is-[protected] in sikander pur branch which is located in gurgaon.
I went to indusind bank atm on 10th feb, 2018 in the morning. I just checked my current balance & it was rs. 9006/-. I mentioned amount in the atm of rs. 2500/-. I got only rs. 500/- instead of rs. 2500/- i
Now amount was left in my a/c rs. 6506/-. Then i again withdrew the amount of rs. 2000/-. But it was an unsuccessful transaction.
Then i went to hdfc atm & withdrew rs. 2000/-. Now amount was left i my a/c rs. 4506/-. I made transaction of rs. 2000/- on 12th feb. Now amount was left rs. 2506/-. Then i paid electricity bill of rs. 290 & rs.1016 for hdfc credit card bill payment. Rest of the amount i used.
But where is that rs. 2000/- that never withdrew from the atm.
I mad a call to hdfc care on 10th feb just after the transaction, they just lodge a complaint against whole the matter i had shared with them. They just gave me the complaint number as well & they have asked me to wait for next 10 days.
After 10 days i made a call to hdfc care, they said sir your complaint status is still open. I am again raising a complaint against the issue & ragarding previous complaint status.
He (Hdfc executive) suggested me to go nearest hdfc branch & tell them all the matter then fill the dispute form regarding the dispute amount. I went mohan estate hdfc bank & told the matter. He said we don't have any form for this. He suggested me to go nearest indusind bank for lodge the complaint.
I went there & told all the matter. They said only hdfc bank will help you for the same. They said you call to hdfc care & make a complaint abt the transaction & cctv footage etc,. Then i made a call to hdfc care for the same. They just lodge a complaint but never called me about the status of the complaint they registered about the same.
I made call to hdfc care they said disputed amount has been reversed into your hdfc savings a/c. But i didn't receive any kind of amount from hdfc bank side. I am still waiting for my amount that is of rs. 2000/-.
How long i will have to wait or panic for my amount. Was it my mistake to withdrew the amount from other bank atm.???
It was the very 1st time that happened with me. While i am a regular customer of hdfcbank & cards. Thn why i am not getting my amount or solution from your side. I don't want disappoint anymore from your side.
Kindly send me my saving bank a/c statement from 10th feb to 28th feb so that i will come to know when & where i got my amount this duration.
Kindly do the needful. I shall be highly obliged to you.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
Kindly note that the acquiring bank has represented the chargeback dispute by providing an ATM transaction log which clearly shows that the cash withdrawal was successful and the requested amount was dispensed from the ATM. The acquiring bank has also represented the second chargeback as successful. We have also raised a request for CCTV Footage and are yet to receive a revert from the acquiring bank. We will inform you as soon as we get an update from the acquiring bank.

Today i withdraw 5000 Rs from Hitachi Money spot Atm ATM ID=MPZ00143 sector 63 noida.But after transaction I received only 2000 Rs.
