I am an account holder in your bank with my saving account no.[protected]. I had applied the for loan in your esteemed bank for buying my activa: the loan no. Is 57417770 i had fulfilled all required documents as demanded by your bank staff mr sonu mishra designation b. R. O, i had given all the documents except rent deed agreement. Mr sonu mishra told me to buy that activa from urban phase 1 as it would be added in his target. So i went to urban phase to buy that activa inspite of going to that which was just 1 km far from my particular area. I told sonu mishra to prepare all the documents and i had given 10, 000 r. S cash to him anyhow i had to go outside of showroom for a while. When i came back my newly bought activa was outside of showroom. Not even a person was there excluding my wife. Sonu mishra had gone without giving any document (Bill, insurance etc). It was 6:30 pm only. I had given 10000 rs to sonu mishra hdfc bank employee in advance as per down payment.
When i called him, he told me that no documents could be given without submission of rent agreement. He did not told me the such thing before.
On the very next morning i went again to showroom to collect my bill an etc. Thecopy of insurance so company had given my bill and insurance. But sonu mishra is not giving any detail of our 10000rs. Insurance charges were only 1950/-... Rc charges were 4000/- and 1700/- were file charges (As per customer care information). However the bill of my activa is r. S 580, 25 and the loan amount is 58840, so kindly explain me about the difference between the loan amount and the billed amount of my activa.
What about due money???
I called many a times to sonu mishra to give me the detail of my 10000 rs. Either he used harsh words (Rough language) or not attend call. I go to showroom for getting the detail of my money. Even they do not give me any information and tell me to ask from sonu mishra...

I request you to consider my application either you take action otherwise i will take legal action against your bank along with your employee as it is clear matter of fraud.

There is no revert note even a single call or email from Hdfc bank i am really frustrated it is a clear matter of fraud and nobody is taking action against the crime .
Is this a quality standard that you are proving to the customers kindly take appropriate action action else i will take legal action.

    In the first instance, i had called customer care and sent the email to hdfc as advised. Today, i have emailed and am putting this up here, so that people are aware of this fraud.

    I have again received a call today, 10.59am 7 june from mobile number [protected], claiming to be ajai sharma from hdfc life insurance. He has given my policy number as classic assure number 11403946. He verified my name, address and date of birth. He says i have only paid the first premium of 50, 000/- and that if i pay at least three premiums now, the lock in period will be paid for, and within 90 days i will be able to withdraw over 2.5 lacs from this policy.

    He has asked me to contact mr. Viswajeet singh, area manager, hdfc who handles punjab, delhi and mumbai areas and sits in mumbai hdfc office.

    I have no policy with hdfc, which i had already verified by calling hdfc directly and this is a fraud operation going on.

    They have somehow got hold of a database of insurance customers that they are using to perpetuate this scam.

    I am reporting this so that action can be taken.

    I have received a call, from someone claiming to be from hdfc insurance for renewal of a policy.

    The number from which i received the call is +91 [protected] and call was received at 2.42 pm today may 9, 2018. The truecaller id displayed on my phone is "hdfc life ajai sharma"

    I told him i will have to check because i do not remember which policy it is and kept talking to him to get more information. He verified my name, address, and date of birth, though it was only 95% correct. On my asking, gave me the policy number 11403946, and said it is classic assure. He said i had last paid the of about rs.50, 000/- in 2010 and that the policy had lapsed. On being asked why i had not been notified earlier, he said letters had been sent to me several times, but there was no answer.

    I asked if i can renew online but he said it would not be possible since it has lapsed. I told him i have no such policy and how do i check, he said i can come to the gurgaon branch and check if i wanted to.

    Truth is, i have never taken any policy from hdfc, and do not have any relationship with hdfc till date. I had received 2 such calls earlier, but i had told the caller that i do not have any policy with hdfc.

    It really looks like some fraud is in progress i and am reporting it for investigation.

    Today I got call from +91 [protected].This person introduce himself from HDFC Life Insurance company. He told me about interest free loan against hdfc life Policy plan. He is telling me he is senior manager (Payal) of HDFC life Insurance/loan dept. He told me about and convinced me fully on it.

    Kindly Revert ...
    Today I also got similar call from Mr Rohan David ( although as per the first call my relationship manager is Mr. Nitin). The same thing was repeated that I have paid only one premium of 50, 000 in 2012 for Classic assured plan. I have 3 options to withdraw this money,
    1. Revive and pay 12 years premium
    2. Prematurity wherein I have to pay 2 years more premium of 50k each
    3. Settlement wherein I pay 50k premium.

    I asked for them to send me the existing policy details . The policy number stated was[protected] taken on 17/3/12. But he simply refused the call.

    Exactly same call I received today from no +[protected] pushine me call their relationship manager Nitin Rastogi,[protected]. I checked given policy no by directly calling hdfc life customer care and got its faked policy no.

    Please be aware for such calls. unfortunately I dont know whom to call so that we can arrest these people as he is agree to come to collect cheque.
    just now I got a similar call from no.[protected].He gave me some complaint no.and application no.When I said I will go to HDFC Insurance office, his enthusiasm seems to have disappeared.

    Hi, if policyholder has any unresolved concern with respect to HDFC Life policy, kindly inform to the policyholder to write us at [email protected] from registered id to have the same addressed.
    Today, I got a call from Rahul Sharma[protected] who mentioned that I had purchased a HDFC classic assured plus plan policy in 2014 which got lapsed and I must contact the relationship manager Shubham Gupta[protected] to get fund of 172512 which is in this policy.
    I got the same call, slightly different details but the same modus operandi. It was quite obvious to me that it was a fraud because they wanted it to be resolved within 24 hours, else money will be non-recoverable (as if it's some China).
    The surprise is how they have the phone number, address and date of birth --- this is a pretty serious concern. Hope this is being investigated and someone is going to stop it and catch the culprits!!

        Iam using hdfc since 6yrs this is the way u people had done no support for my mail there is a mail is we can't provide where you don't trust me you just block my account i have no problem there are so many banks
        Iam siva reddy i had applied for personal loan and iam a head renal care working in sandor medicaids pvt ltd. For my company purposes ill be travelling here and there for seeing patients and business also
        I already mailed about this and iam using hdfc this account since 6yrs you can kindly go through my transactions etc
        After everything now iam decided to close the account in hdfc and i wont recommend anyone

          It is very offended that after maintaining minimum limit of balance hdfc bank deduct money. I have my account which is saving account some of employee from bank has told me to maintain minimum of 10000 balance i did. But suddenly on 6th of june i got a message of debit 708 rs. I don't know why hdfc bank is cheating the customers. My humble request to manager and branch manager please resolve my issue because i don't have the time to complain again.

            I got a call from hyderabad landline number on 05/05/2018 telling that i was selected for hdfc lifetime credit card. A lady spoke to me and she told all the account details of my HDFC savings bank account .
            I have asked her to tell my customer id and she told my customer id too.
            I trusted her and she sent me a mail to confirm the application by entering the OTP.
            I didnt get the otp on that day. but on 7/6/18 i got call from the same person and she told me to login to my internet banking and apply for hdfc credit card.
            it was shown that the process cannot be done due to technical issue. then she told me to open the link sent to my mail and i opened the link and entered the OTP . and asked for confirmation.
            i have confirmed and i got the reference number of HDFC349356.
            But if i check the credit card application status by entering my mobile number it is showing as no application exist.
            I cannot confirm it is genuine or fraud but please check it as the telecaller told all the details of my account .

              Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card & got reference no. [protected]WE. I got all verification done at my residence. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application.
              Found the reason as follows application reference number ([protected]WE) status "DISAPPROVED".
              We given all papers to executive & all verification also done positively. I called customer care & they are not giving any reason for rejection. HDFC bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI & bank ombadsman. We want reson for rejection as it will hit my cibil. But my cibil scroe 760 at this time then i was submitted all documents. I never had any credit card from any bank in the past. Please provide reson & what is next process. And where exactly my application got Disapproved. Hoping positive response.

                Hi My Name Is Shuaizab Ayaz having loan number
                56996753.
                I bought Yamaha Fz250 cc on finance and I payed 80000 as down payment on 1 May 2018. I went there in show room and Financer from Hdfc told me to pay Amount 2653 for 36 months. And haven't told me about File charges, Pda and he also haven't told me about health insurance he already done for me without telling me. When I came to know about it he LIED to me . He hides everything from me and took money from me unessarily.
                How can Hdfc financer hides things from the customer?
                And even he wants me to pay 3 months of my emi in advance to showroom, when I already got a message from bank for 33 months and he wants me to pay for 36 months. Please help me in this case.

                I have posted complaint regarding financer who sits in Yamaha showroom Aligarh with name Rideon Auto.
                Even I complaint regarding problems of bike I have from the first day. Like tapping sound, engine having sound and poor Average . I came to know about Motorbeam forum about fz 250, people are getting average upto 43kmpl and mostly more then 38 and I am getting 29 - 30 only, engine looks like to take load an having bike startup problem. I already told them to change my Battery but they're just lieing to me. They even took a money from for Helmet and still I got nothing.
                Now as far as financer is considered, I payed 80000 as down payment and he said to pay 2653 for 36 months. But when I got message from Hdfc bank that mentioned that I have to pay 2643 for 33 months. Now he and showroom Manager is asking me to pay 3 months of Emi to showroom. That's fraud.
                I want my bike and each and every details of my laon amount with loan account number

                      We the anand agricultural university, anand (Gujarat) collected our admission fees through hdfc bank. Your email officers i. E. Utkarsh. [protected]@hdfcbank.com is not sending data of students in time i. E. Previous days data. It should be reach us 12.00 hrs but they sent at 5.00 pm so that student cannot filled up their form without data from hdfc. Kindly send previous days data in time i. E. Next days till 12.00 hrs.
                      There is also problem arise to students in generating chalan through online payment. Many student complain that payment made but chalan not generated.

                          I am a customer of hdfc bank since last 8 years. Actually my salary is credited in to account
                          But i have never taken any insurance policy
                          Today i got a call from some lady stating that my policy has lapsed and i need to pay rs 40000 to renew it and once i pay i will get 1 lakh 20000 rupees. She says policy is taken in 2012 by ramgopal by paying 40000 through atm with code 07635. Again same amount paid in 2013. I t is a 7 year policy. I know everything is fraud and i told the same and disconnected the call. The call was made from[protected]. The lady is speaking fluent hindi seems to be her mother tongue. Just i am informing you to look into this matter so that no body should fall in to their trap.

                            Hi hdfc,
                            You have deducted rs708 from my account twice. How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for april 2018 & may 2018 mir[protected]. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.

                            How can you deduct variable money for two months? Remove my account from hdfc

                            Please don't say any stupid reasons, send me my money immediately

                              Hi i am manohar rajani customer of hdfc bank. I made purchase of rs.27, 490 on flipcart through my hdfc bank credit card. And then i cancelled the order. Flipcart refunded the amount to hdfc but then also hdfc deducted 27, 490 from my account and are not refunding. They are agreeing that they received double amount but are not refunding to me
                              This is a big fraud and i want my amount back from hdfc plus want rbi to penalty hdfc for this

                                My query reference no is [protected]. Regarding the transaction of rs. 1627.20 dated 16-feb-2018 at m/s w. W. A. Cossipore english 374 in. You sent one cardholder dispute form through email and i sent that form after fill up to you through by post and after that you told me for waiting for 50 days. So 50 days is over but our money did not credit my credit card. I do not understand where is the problem to refund my money. I am the very old customer and i appreciate your credit card dept service but i do not understand about this service. Please tell me where i will complain will submit for my declined money. I have that massage that my transaction had declined.in spite of my declined transaction you debited the amount from my credit card account. My card ending no. 1562. Pl help me.

                                After submitting a Form to issue a debit Card & cheque book also to change the contact number. Still none of the thing is updated, i have check online still the contact number is not updated. Kindly let me know by when it can be started as it is my salary account.

                                  I have availed two-wheeler loan no g-45923 under registration no. Pb-10bj-0210 from centurion bank feroze gandhi market ludhiana branch on my name (Damod karwal) i have completed the two-wheeler loan and after completion of my loan till now i have not receive the noc. My installment was rs. 2679/-. I need to get my rc from dto office and to get that i need noc for the above mentioned vehicle.

                                    I had done txn on 19th may amount 5699 in amazon. That time txn got decline and on 21st again i made another txn on amazon. I check with amazon they said that amount is already reverse in your card on 25th may but till date i haven't receive any amount. Even i dont know how that amount is converted into emi. This is very rediculous. Kindly check and do the needful.

                                      I applied the pl and i got confirmation with rate of interest 15.5% p. A.in message on my registered mobile no. [protected]. But hdfc sm mr. Gunjan joshi and his colleague mr. Jay gohil at nizampura branch, vadodara gujarat is applied rate of interest 17.65% in agreement. My loan application no.: 57931073. Also they applied 3773 insurance charge in this loan amount and told me that it is mandatory, as per my knowledge it is not mandatory. Kindly confirm and take necessary action.

                                        I was trying to reach to them from past two months from my email address,

                                        Whenever i mail them the system generated mail comes to me saying they will reply me in 2 working days.

                                        But i am waiting from 2 months no calls no mail came from customer care, how inresponsible they are towords there customer can't believe as a bank they should take some responsibility or transfer my account to any other account.
