I bought an ipad on 14 february 2018 from croma, logix city center, noida and took a hdfc consumer durable loan as that time offer is going on 10000 cashback in 90 days on consumer durable loan but there no cash back in my account no one is giving proper response need resolution asap.

As a customer, why do i need to check with the bank again & again.
The cashback should be credited automatically.

    I was booking movie tickets in bookmyshow through free charge. Money got deducted but the transaction failed somewhere. Then i got a message from hdfc bank stating that the amount has been credited/reversed by payuind.
    Since it was a text from bank itself so i assume other party's role ends here!
    I am awaiting my money it's been more than 24 hours.

      I took one split ac from bajaj electronics malakpet branch.
      Every month i. E 5th hdfc bank deduct 3000 rs as my consumer durable loan installment payments.
      On 5th april amount was installment amount was succussfully deducted but on 13th april they again deducted 590 rs as late payment n cheque return even though there was more than sufficient amount in my account..
      Plz clearify the issue..

        Hdfc bank has blocked my account due to non payment of credit card. However, i have made the full payment for the credit card ending *9373 and waiting for release of account as it is my salary account. I have even called up phone banking from where i was given the contact of collection department. However, the collection department seems too busy. I am aware that the bank will try to harass me and even abuse me. However, why should you harass a customer even after the full amount has been paid?? I have also attached the transaction details of making the credit card payment.

          not able to liquidate the fd

          I get this error every time that we are unable to liquidate your fixed deposit since the source account from which your fd was originally booked is closed/blocked. Please visit your hdfc bank branch for liquidating the fixed deposit

          I was having a salary account with hdfc janakpuri branch & have not operated account after leaving job. I have sent multiple emails & called cutsomer care multiple times to shut my account as i dont require it. But they still continued it & started charging every year. I again called customer care that i do not stay in delhi now & cannot come personally, hence close my account. But they were still non listeners.
          This happenned for 5 years & now i got some amount in that account & they have deducted rs.7800 & again when i called customer care. They cleraly mentioned that they cant help it & cannot close account.
          How can a back convert a salary zero balance account to a mandatory saving balance account without any consent. How can they deduct rs. 7800 for not mainitaining balance which was zero balance. Moreover, the debit card is also not working... It means despositing money is possible but taking out my balance amount is not possible.
          Now i visited, hdfc noida branch (Sec 142) & they mentioned that you have to go in janakpuri branch only. What a pathetic service it is? Please respond

            The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 128 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details

              Despite reputed attempt at inquiry in not getting exact information about my bill and other information. They have customer care no which doesn't allow to speak to executive and no proper working channel to lodge complain. I made a bill payment of around 70000 which i wanted i concert into emi but i got wrong information and no access to customer care to do so and now my bill is beyond my understanding

                  Good afternoon,

                  My name is anil kumar, holding an a/c with your reputed bank. The a/c number is-[protected] in sikander pur branch which is located in gurgaon.

                  I went to indusind bank atm on 10th feb, 2018 in the morning. I just checked my current balance & it was rs. 9006/-. I mentioned amount in the atm of rs. 2500/-. I got only rs. 500/- instead of rs. 2500/- i

                  Now amount was left in my a/c rs. 6506/-. Then i again withdrew the amount of rs. 2000/-. But it was an unsuccessful transaction.

                  Then i went to hdfc atm & withdrew rs. 2000/-. Now amount was left i my a/c rs. 4506/-. I made transaction of rs. 2000/- on 12th feb. Now amount was left rs. 2506/-. Then i paid electricity bill of rs. 290 & rs.1016 for hdfc credit card bill payment. Rest of the amount i used.

                  But where is that rs. 2000/- that never withdrew from the atm.

                  I mad a call to hdfc care on 10th feb just after the transaction, they just lodge a complaint against whole the matter i had shared with them. They just gave me the complaint number as well & they have asked me to wait for next 10 days.

                  After 10 days i made a call to hdfc care, they said sir your complaint status is still open. I am again raising a complaint against the issue & ragarding previous complaint status.

                  He (Hdfc executive) suggested me to go nearest hdfc branch & tell them all the matter then fill the dispute form regarding the dispute amount. I went mohan estate hdfc bank & told the matter. He said we don't have any form for this. He suggested me to go nearest indusind bank for lodge the complaint.

                  I went there & told all the matter. They said only hdfc bank will help you for the same. They said you call to hdfc care & make a complaint abt the transaction & cctv footage etc,. Then i made a call to hdfc care for the same. They just lodge a complaint but never called me about the status of the complaint they registered about the same.

                  I made call to hdfc care they said disputed amount has been reversed into your hdfc savings a/c. But i didn't receive any kind of amount from hdfc bank side. I am still waiting for my amount that is of rs. 2000/-.

                  How long i will have to wait or panic for my amount. Was it my mistake to withdrew the amount from other bank atm.???

                  It was the very 1st time that happened with me. While i am a regular customer of hdfcbank & cards. Thn why i am not getting my amount or solution from your side. I don't want disappoint anymore from your side.

                  Kindly send me my saving bank a/c statement from 10th feb to 28th feb so that i will come to know when & where i got my amount this duration.

                  Kindly do the needful. I shall be highly obliged to you.

                  Kindly note that the acquiring bank has represented the chargeback dispute by providing an ATM transaction log which clearly shows that the cash withdrawal was successful and the requested amount was dispensed from the ATM. The acquiring bank has also represented the second chargeback as successful. We have also raised a request for CCTV Footage and are yet to receive a revert from the acquiring bank. We will inform you as soon as we get an update from the acquiring bank.

                    I have completed all payments. After six months of the card closing i'm getting threatening calls by hdfc staff. I asked them i will send you all details about payment and i'm not user of the card why i should pay. But they are so arrogant to me. If i'm not card user it's bank's responsibility that they should not harrash the customers. Why are they asking for money

                      Purchased at durgapur-713212, spencers retail stores of rs.2005.06 through debit card with last 4 nos.*7908. On 28/04/2018. As was written in the stores, i am supposed to get cash back of 10% for purchase over 2000/-.

                      My purchase date & amount may be verified from account statement which clearly mentioned that it was purchased from spencers.
                      Please look into this so that i can realise the legitimate amont as declared during the period of puchase.

                            Sir I was paying online payment to Central University of Haryana however I received two otp at same time from bank and using one otp the amount is debited however payment not credit in University account but credit in some ccamoto in Mumbai it is requested that same be investigated

                              Dear Customer,

                              As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation. We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint, we had raised a chargeback on the acquiring bank vide reference number 1582995. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. Incase the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

                                I received two messages today around 1 am, which writes as:
                                1) dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to idbi bank with value rs. 38000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                2) dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to idbi bank with value rs. 1200.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                I applied for home loan in idbi bank but due to technical title issue of the property i pulled out from the deal and cancelled the home loan application in idbi.

                                Then why this message came to me when i did not availed any service from idbi.

                                I would request hdfc bank to immediately stop all processing related to message.

                                  Hi!
                                  Appl refno [protected]uk. Im personally very much inclined to hdfc. I have applied for credit card two months earlier and a received a mail after few days to self attest the it statements and forward again. I did send them long back and i received a message saying it is reprocessing. I truly have excellent cibil. Please approve without any delay

                                    Hdfc bank has deducted amount from my salary account on 1jun 2018 for ". Ach debit return charges" for which i have not even received any intimation through email or sms from the bank before deductions.

                                    I have been trying to call hdfc customer care they just keep me in hold and do not respond.

                                    I have also dropped a mail to "[protected]@hdfc.com", but they did not respond at all.

                                    We have checked our records and confirm that the charges levied to your account on 01.06.18 pertains to ECS debit return dated 28.05.18. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS, was not sufficient to cover the ECS received in clearing. Therefore the ECS was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS, to avoid the ECS return charges being levied to your account.

                                      This is vinodh kumar, i have applied for a credit card submitted my docs to your agent on 16th may 2018. Done with all the verifications.

                                      Received the messages that reads:
                                      Dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]s2 is approved in principle subject to internal checks

                                      We have completed processing your hdfcbank creditcard app [protected]s2. For details pls visit www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track after 2 days

                                      Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.
