I received two messages today around 1 am, which writes as:
1) dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to idbi bank with value rs. 38000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

2) dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to idbi bank with value rs. 1200.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

I applied for home loan in idbi bank but due to technical title issue of the property i pulled out from the deal and cancelled the home loan application in idbi.

Then why this message came to me when i did not availed any service from idbi.

I would request hdfc bank to immediately stop all processing related to message.

    Hi!
    Appl refno [protected]uk. Im personally very much inclined to hdfc. I have applied for credit card two months earlier and a received a mail after few days to self attest the it statements and forward again. I did send them long back and i received a message saying it is reprocessing. I truly have excellent cibil. Please approve without any delay

      Hdfc bank has deducted amount from my salary account on 1jun 2018 for ". Ach debit return charges" for which i have not even received any intimation through email or sms from the bank before deductions.

      I have been trying to call hdfc customer care they just keep me in hold and do not respond.

      We have checked our records and confirm that the charges levied to your account on 01.06.18 pertains to ECS debit return dated 28.05.18. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS, was not sufficient to cover the ECS received in clearing. Therefore the ECS was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS, to avoid the ECS return charges being levied to your account.

        This is vinodh kumar, i have applied for a credit card submitted my docs to your agent on 16th may 2018. Done with all the verifications.

        Received the messages that reads:
        Dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]s2 is approved in principle subject to internal checks

        We have completed processing your hdfcbank creditcard app [protected]s2. For details pls visit www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track after 2 days

        Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

          It is noted that unauthorized debit done for rs.1899/- on 31.05.2018 for one asst service from my hdfc credit card number ending with 9502 with out my concern. I have not opted for one asst service. Amount to be credited back to my account and card service providers to be insisted for getting concern for any automatic debits at the time of such transactions.

            Cancellation of one assist membership
            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder.
            I'm not interested in one-assist membership. The bank have been about to debit rs.2999 from my card ending with 1351 with out my concern on date 06/06/2018. I don't want one-assist membership. So i want to cancel this membership. Kindly cancel the same and stop the debit process.

              I am dinesh seth, - mahmoorganj disst - varanasi i went to hdfc bank - dated on 31/05/18 k 61/102, shah nurshing home, bulanala nichibagh varanasi, uttar pradesh - 221001 india approx 1.30 pm for deposit cash in my saving account when i reach deposit counter & asked to cashier can i deposit 300 rupees in my account cashier instantly refuse & he said me that i will not deposited less then 1000rs. Your accounts. When i asked why he say rudely i have no answer for your questions & he said go to the branch manager. Suddenly manager came and asked what happened i said that i am yours costumer & i said same matter to the manager. Manager say cashier is right then i told you have give me on written that no deposit 300 rupees in your branch & i asked you have any rbi guide lines show me he say no & very rudely said go & complain to head office. & he said me with shouting note down my name & mobile no. His name is krishna srivastava cont. No. [protected] i was shocked what's wrong i did. After that the guard came and opened the gate and guard was also shouting on me and branch manager is not telling him to silent and he also shouting on me.

                I tried to pay hathway network by upi through phonepe on 15th june 2018. It showed successful in phonepe but in the hathway portal it showed as failed.

                I followed up with phonepe and hathway and their statements were contradictory. Phonepe says the receiver has received the amount and hathway customer care says they never received and closed my request.

                I didn't get the refund and i don't know where my money got stuck. Hdfc has to track and take steps to refund my money.

                It is risk to use upi option in hathway broadband portal and its customer care is not caring.

                  Dear sir/mam

                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. My card no. Ends with 5444. I would like to cancel my one assist plan. I am not interested in this plan and it was mis-sold to me. When i got a message that some amount will be deducted from my account against one assist plan. Then i called hdfc customer care and came to know what one assist plan actually is. On 19 may 18, i called two times one assist care to cancel this plan, but they didn't cancel it. She insisted me to continue this plan again and again, this is very unprofessional. Again i called today to cancel it. Finally i got a message that your cancellation of one assist plan is under process. Although i am not sure. Plz cancel my one assist plan as i am not interested in it.

                      It's heartening to see my credit card applications been rejected on unreasonable grounds on more than one occasion.

                      I don't know what's the purpose in advertising with catchy/attractive mails/ad campaigns, if the bank is averse to risk of serving new customers outside its customer base.

                      To be noted is even merit is not considered by the bank. Lack of credit history should not be a sole reason to decline a person a credit facility especially when they obtain salary statement, bank statements and itrs for income proof purpose and for other undisclosed reasons.

                      I really don't know if all the bankers take the similar stand (At present many top private sector & top psu banks do so) and deny the credit facility, how an individual will have a credit history.

                      If the above stated documents are not good enough to extent a credit facility to an individual, then its clear that the bank is not operating as per proper ethics. Simply stating that bank has the right to reject without any reason (In terms & conditions) is unacceptable and the governing bodies should look into this nonsense terms of the banks.

                      It really shows some ego by the bank that it's the market leader in credit card and it need not strive hard to serve new customers.

                      Also it presents the bank's unfair stand to serve only salary account individuals and hnis, where they can have a better hold by auto debit/deduct the emi/card payments.

                      Ppl who go through this think twice, while you decide to engage with this banker because of the primary reason that it's learnt that rejection of credit card applications will attract negative score in your cibil history.

                        Sir,

                        I, muluguri kumara swamy took loan from hdfc bank, kothagudem branch for an amount of rs.9, 00, 000/- @ 14% interest in 2014 (Loan account number is[protected].

                        It is to inform that ms. Triveni from hdfc bank, kothagudem branch called several times to either top up my loan account or take over loan. As the rate of interest is reduced to 11.45%, she persuaded several times to top up my loan account and assured me of exmption from payment of insurance and also processing fee is 0.5%. She also assured me that she will top up my loan account without any pre-closure charges.

                        After several phone calls from ms. Triveni, i agreed to top up my loan account even though it is not required for me at this point of time.

                        But ms. Triveni opened a new loan account without topping up leaving aside my previous loan account. The present loan account number is 57168606 for an amount of rs.10, 50, 000/- @ 11.45% rate of interest. Before the credit of amount to the loan account, mr. Ravi (Loan dispersal officer, hdfc bank, khammam) called me over phone and re-assured me that ms. Triveni will take care of all the above said conditions after clearly explaining my situation.

                        Ms. Triveni misguided me totally and did not stand by her words. Because of her, i've lost nearly rs.31, 000/- for processing fee (Rs.20, 250/-) and pre-closure charges of old loan account (Rs.11, 000/-).

                        She assured me of insurance wiver as said earlier. But now she is not responding to my phone calls. It is deeply regretted to say that i'm truly dissatisfied with your service and i've been misguided by your staff.

                        Hence it is requested to arrange for atleast insurance waival for my loan account[protected] as promised earlier.

                              My case is more pathetic. I also joined this scheme after an agent wrongly convinced me about the attractive return after 5 or 7 years. I joined in this hdfc sampoorna smrudhi scheme in november 2011 and going to complete 7 years in november 2018. My premium was 50, 000/- annual. I paid 3.5 lakh as premium so far. After receiving message from hdfc life for maturity claim i visited hdfc branch with all documents. After completing all formalities i asked them how much i will get at the time maturity? Hdfc executive answered that 3, 35372/- will get at the time of maturity i. E. November 2018. That mean i lost 14, 628/- from principle and no interest. Hdfc did a day light robbery with me rather all those who joined with this scheme. It is request to assistance to get my remitted premium amount and assured interest and bonus.

                                We writing you this email requesting for your support and understanding of our current situation with our emi overdues with hdfc bank we have availed auto loan. No 33974966
                                Despite many requests i have not been provided by an email address to write to regarding my foreclosure request and waivers

                                I had been paying regular monthly instalments in time, in the first few years, but since last 2 years we have been facing turmoil in the real-estate market both domestic and international to which our business is directly effected. More over the last few months have worsened in our granite quarrying, processing and trading businesses based in karnataka, tamil nadu and andhra pradesh that have seen a major slump and thus we have not been able to pay our monthly dues to these bank’s in we are not intentional defaulters
                                But if the bank and institutions levies such heavy penalties we are forced to default’

                                As we have already paid 50% of our loan amount and are now arranging funds to settle the principle amount with great difficulty but we will not be able to pay any additional charges besides the balance principle of our loans. The principle outstanding is our obligation and sense of duty to pay back to you but these additional charges levied are a clear burden for which we are facing difficulties paying.

                                We have been pleading for last 1.5 months to waive of this huge amount off late payment and pre payment charges for the foreclosure of these account but so far have recievied no proper response and are being unsupportive at these times of hardship and will now now be forced to approach the social and electronic media and expose the callous behaviour of banks and institutions which harass small business while allowing the big defaulters to go scot free.

                                We are now in need your assistance in overcoming this hurdle that is hindering our business, my health, as i am a heart patient and have undergone open heart surgery recently and want to work freely and to come out of this viscous cycle. We are hopeful that you may feel our pain and do justice that is correct and sincere.

                                  But in this cause i am the 1st allotte the second allotte still not change the pan number and now i need loan so recently i was approach with your hdfc team and they could not able go further because of above mention issue, now i need rectify the issues immediately by alert the second customer to change the his original pan and second person loan number, and pan card photo’s attached for your ready reference.

                                    But in this cause i am the 1st allotte the second allotte still not change the pan number and now i need loan so recently i was approach with your hdfc team and they could not able go further because of above mention issue, now i need rectify the issues immediately by alert the second customer to change the his original pan and second person loan number, and pan card photo’s attached for your ready reference.

                                      Policy name: hdfc life sanchay
                                      Policy terms: 15 years.
                                      Premium paying term: 5 years

                                      I already paid 4 years i. E rs. 1, 20, 000 so far and i didn't pay one premium.

                                      When i tried to surrender the policy they send me the quote only for rs 76, 000 looks like very very low, i paid 120k but getting only 76k, as per their representatives when i bought the policy they didn't tell about it at all and also i asked about the surrender terms and they said once you paid 2 or 3 years and after this paying terms your surrender value would be same as your preimum., this is what they said when i bought this policy, if it's wrong then they are cheating, why do they give false statement?

                                      Will take further steps after getting an answer from anyone of hdfc life representative.

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 5401 without my concern on date:23/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
