      My case is more pathetic. I also joined this scheme after an agent wrongly convinced me about the attractive return after 5 or 7 years. I joined in this hdfc sampoorna smrudhi scheme in november 2011 and going to complete 7 years in november 2018. My premium was 50, 000/- annual. I paid 3.5 lakh as premium so far. After receiving message from hdfc life for maturity claim i visited hdfc branch with all documents. After completing all formalities i asked them how much i will get at the time maturity? Hdfc executive answered that 3, 35372/- will get at the time of maturity i. E. November 2018. That mean i lost 14, 628/- from principle and no interest. Hdfc did a day light robbery with me rather all those who joined with this scheme. It is request to assistance to get my remitted premium amount and assured interest and bonus.

        Dear sir
        We writing you this email requesting for your support and understanding of our current situation with our emi overdues with hdfc bank we have availed auto loan. No 33974966
        Despite many requests i have not been provided by an email address to write to regarding my foreclosure request and waivers

        I had been paying regular monthly instalments in time, in the first few years, but since last 2 years we have been facing turmoil in the real-estate market both domestic and international to which our business is directly effected. More over the last few months have worsened in our granite quarrying, processing and trading businesses based in karnataka, tamil nadu and andhra pradesh that have seen a major slump and thus we have not been able to pay our monthly dues to these bank’s in we are not intentional defaulters
        But if the bank and institutions levies such heavy penalties we are forced to default’

        As we have already paid 50% of our loan amount and are now arranging funds to settle the principle amount with great difficulty but we will not be able to pay any additional charges besides the balance principle of our loans. The principle outstanding is our obligation and sense of duty to pay back to you but these additional charges levied are a clear burden for which we are facing difficulties paying.

        We have been pleading for last 1.5 months to waive of this huge amount off late payment and pre payment charges for the foreclosure of these account but so far have recievied no proper response and are being unsupportive at these times of hardship and will now now be forced to approach the social and electronic media and expose the callous behaviour of banks and institutions which harass small business while allowing the big defaulters to go scot free.

        We are now in need your assistance in overcoming this hurdle that is hindering our business, my health, as i am a heart patient and have undergone open heart surgery recently and want to work freely and to come out of this viscous cycle. We are hopeful that you may feel our pain and do justice that is correct and sincere.

          I am karthik p one of your customer, my pan card number was wrongly map with one more hdfc customer, due to this wrong mapping i am not able go for any loans since last 3 to 4 years.
          Due to above issue i was approach with income tax office and they said the 1st allotte should retain the old number and 2nd allotte should surrender the old card and get new number.

              Hello,

              Policy name: hdfc life sanchay
              Policy terms: 15 years.
              Premium paying term: 5 years

              I already paid 4 years i. E rs. 1, 20, 000 so far and i didn't pay one premium.

              When i tried to surrender the policy they send me the quote only for rs 76, 000 looks like very very low, i paid 120k but getting only 76k, as per their representatives when i bought the policy they didn't tell about it at all and also i asked about the surrender terms and they said once you paid 2 or 3 years and after this paying terms your surrender value would be same as your preimum., this is what they said when i bought this policy, if it's wrong then they are cheating, why do they give false statement?

              Will take further steps after getting an answer from anyone of hdfc life representative.

                  Hi.. I am an hdfc customer, so is my whole family.

                  I put up at paschim vihar. Today i visited the atm in the morning at 10, it was very hot as it is usually in delhi and i was surprised to find that the acs were not working.

                  When i enquired the guard about it, he told me that he has been instructed to keep the acs switched off only from 11 to 11. Thid is such corrupt practise. When we are charged so much for each transaction and credit card fees, why such a mean practise.

                  I am talking about paschim vihar b2 paschim vihar atm, new delhi, which is adjoining the hdfc branch.

                  I request to take some strict action against this and please keep me updated on this.

                    I have booked ticekt from spicejet app on 28/05/2018 and paid the amount which is debited to me but not credited to spicejet as per spicejet that’s why they have kept my pnr at hold and not confirmed the ticket. On my journey date i reached airport they have not accepted my ticket i have to rebook the ticket at higher fares.

                      I have not been receiving OTP on my email for the past one year. I have reached out to HDFC repeatedly but they never respond conclusively. Also, for each mail, they send a response after almost 5 days. They keep saying the issue is resolved without actually resolving it.

                        I purchased an apple ipad on 14th february under the 'apple's valentine's day offer' in association with hdfc bank wherein the customers where entitled to get a cashback of 10000 on the purchase of an apple ipad with an hdfc bank card and was supposed to be credited within the 90 days of purchase.

                        A post from a reputable website confirming the same:

                        "apple has partnered with hdfc bank to offer cashback o[censored]p to rs 10, 000 on select iphones, ipads and macbook models, as a part of its valentine’s day promotion. The istore website has listed the offers and it should be noted that to be eligible for it, buyers need to purchase the apple devices using an hdfc bank debit card, credit card or consumer durable loans, and it will only be eligible at authorised offline apple re-sellers till february 14.

                        The purchase of the apple products should be made with hdfc bank easyemi scheme on pine labs payment terminals for credit card emi and debit card emi, or else one won’t be eligible for the cashback. Additionally, the offer is not applicable on hdfc bank corporate cards."

                        It has been more than 90 days of purchase but still the cashback amount hasn't been credited yet.

                        The ipad was purchased of a local store and the details to the same are mentioned below in the attached images...

                        Hence i would request hdfc bank to kindly acknowledge their inability to provide the cashback within the stipulated time and credit the amount in my bank account.

                          I have paid twice for the single trip at kherki daula toll plaza today morning. Amount deducted from fastag but no response received at the toll, then again cash has to be paid to open the boom barrier.

                          Had 30 mins discussion with toll cara agm & he said that there is issue in your server.

                          If the issue repeats again, i will ask for any refund instead sue you for customer harassment.

I have opened my sallery account in hdfc trinagar branch (4280) on 10th march but my welcome kit is not received till yet. When i talk to branch bm miss karuna gupta they said i can't help you and my branch staff also can't help you. I already complained on 27th march (Complain no.[protected] but after complaining
                              They said that you will give the proof of present address then after that i give him my present address proof aadhar card after that they changed address in my account but blocked is not removed in my account and now they said that we can't removed your blocked.
                              They said that your cpv is negative but the man who was come in my home for verification he checked everything right and neighbor confirmed him i am living here. But after that still my account is not active becouse of which my 2 months sallery is in hold... Just bcoz of your bank siyyappa i am not getting my salllery and no body is helping me... I am very irritate your service... No other bank proceeding as many formalities as your bank do that... They provide hand to hand welcome kit and debit card... But your bank and your branch staff not helping me they just said that we can't help you... Just bcoz of you guyz i am not getting my sallery since 2 month... Will your bank provide my expenses... Not na. Aaj bhi main apna office chhodkar branch mein gya tha maine unse kaha staff cpv kar lo aap lekin unhone sidhe denied kar diya unhone bole ham nahi karenge kuchh bhi. Main yaha rent par rahta hu maine 2 months se rent nahi di hai... Meri bahut sari expenses hai... Ek month maine kaise bhi kar ke adjust kar liya lekin now i can't adjust.

                                I'm writing this with deep concern and grievance. I have an account with you bank and i did not use that
                                Account in last six months and i opened that because one of your employ "gurfaan" called my father many time because my father had an account with hdfc bank and asked sir please sir open one of your family account with us that why i opened my account even i have an a/c with icici bank and kotak mahindra.

                                Actually i have some "fd" amount which i want to deposit but when i went to hdfc branch they told me that i have some - ve balance then i decided i don't want to continue with you i will deposit that amount other then hdfc bank because after a very long time i thought that i should use that account to but now i don't so please close that account.

                                This is really inappropriate and irresponsible behavior from a reputed bank like yours.
                                So i request you to kindly close my hdfc account a/c no: [protected] because it’s no longer required since i knew - ve balance and i don’t want to continue with your services.
                                I have moved from gurgaon so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch,

                                To close your account held with HDFC Bank, please submit the account closure form (available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center> Personal Banking) along-with Extended KYC annexure ( available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center > Personal Banking > Extended KYC Annexure ) at any of our nearest Bank branches. Please visit the following link for the address of our branches and ATMs https://www.hdfcbank.com/branch-atm-locator Addressing your concern we wish to clarify that a Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder in case he holds more than a single product with the Bank. By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. For eg : ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc. You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form. This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, please fund the account to the extent of the over-dues together with interest, before submission of application for closure. In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter at the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account. We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes. In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier.                                 How long should I wait please I request help me in that.

                                on another hand your bank says

                                In response to an email sent by TOI(Times of India), HDFC Bank said it "does not allow the balance in a savings account to go negative due to imposition of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance".

                                please help me to close my account.
                                Thank you for response "manoj"I went to HDFC bank branch but yoyr people asked me first deposit -ve balance then they will close my account balance is in negative which is 8000 around and i will not deposit at any cost and why you guys make people fools by tricking them as per RBI guideline :https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/No-negative-balance... then why are you doing that and last and in clear words manoj i will not deposit any balance in that account and i want that a/c close that's all. why your people trick why that person from your bank called me that time again and again to open my account because maybe you given them a target to open some a/c and he tricked me for that and maybe some other people too.

                                This is a just simple request to close my account please help me in that. I will be very thankful to you.

                                  Myself miss. Rajeshree gaikwad, from raigad (Maharashtra). I got call rahul sharma ([protected]) and kavya sharma ([protected]) offer me job. They said that they are calling from hdfc bank delhi branch. They said if i pay some training and document verification money i got selected for hr round directly where i got selected 100%. Firstly they said to pay 1000 and after 3-4 days said to pay more 2100. By trusting them i pay total 3100 rs they said that money is refundable. But after that every time they demanded money to pay, now i am not able to pay money. I said them i don't want any job please return my money. They said that they will refunded on but from today they have not picking up my call. Not giving any answers to my call. Everytime giving useless reasons. I just want my money back. They don't have any right to fraud anyone like this. Yes i am searching job so that doesn't means they will cheat me and take advantage of my situation. How can hdfc bank fraud anyone like this.

                                  Hi,

                                  I just received call from this number : [protected]. She said there is one policy in my name of 50k. but because I was not continue that policy so it is in termination state.

                                  She given me contact number of Rahul Sharm Mumbai assistant manager HDFC Life

                                  When I asked to share my policy detail on my email id, so I can have a look. But they said it cannot be shared on my email ID.

                                  They said the total amount right now is : 1.27 Lakh.

                                  Following are the options:

                                  1 : CONTINUE Policy pay raining amount. which is around : 3 LAKHs
                                  2 : For SETTLEMENT + LOCKING : Pay 1 - LAKH ( That 1 Lakh I need to pay by taking policy from other company not to pay directly )
                                  3 : On TERMINATION ….. 10% will be deducted and remaining will be give back to me.

                                  So would like to know your view on this.

                                    I'd taken a personal loan from hdfc bank in 2008.in between i couldn't pay some emis as my salary account was changed to some other bank. Because of my negligence some emis were bounced and i was also charged with penalties.
                                    But later on i paid the whole loan amount along with penalties. Still they are showing my loan status as settled on my loan statement. Even they didn't send me any noc till now. This is creating a lot of problems for me. I visited their office many times but this issue is not resolved till now.

                                      March 14 of this year, because my account didn't have enough funds, a hdfc collection agent came home and took cash from us.
                                      Again on 20 they debited the emi amount from my bank account.
                                      Now when i'm calling the collection agent and customer care all they keep asking is do you have a receipt! But they don't want to check up their receipts of the said week.
                                      I don't trust these companies. They can very easily use my situation and abolish my receipt from their records.
                                      The agent has accepted that he came home to collect the amount. This is truly disgusting behavior from the company and the associates. Eating customers money
