I have requested for a new hdfc foodplus card as my old food card is not working. Can you transfer the money from old food card to new food card.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1128 without my concern on date:24/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
    Note: please do refund asap otherwise i will go consumer court

      With reference to my account bearing no. [protected] with union bank of india, mandi patia, dist. Ghaziabad, hapur-245101 (U. P.), i would like to lodge a complaint by putting across that a sum of rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) has been debited by the bank to my account towards an incomplete transaction of cash withdrawal made by me at an hdfc bank atm on 13.12.17 at hapur. The reason for the transaction being incomplete was that the cash had never been dispensed from the machine. By getting agitated with the sms received with regard to debit of my account with rs. 10, 000/-, i made a complaint to my bank which, after conducting an initial investigation, let me know that there had been no fault at it’s end and at the same time advised me to register the complaint with hdfc bank. Hdfc bank-hapur, in response to my complaint, categorically told me that the complaint could not be registered in view of the fact that i was not their customer. I have been following up with my bank ever since but the situation is still no further forward. Now, i feel that i have left with no option but to write and request you to look into the matter and arrange to reverse the debit entry.

      Made a call today at customer care for help regarding my credit card, at around 2.39 pm, was speaking Mr. Ashish when the guy was looking for information heard an unprofessional comment from back ground regarding my case, need to know the quality of hiering HDCF does for their customer, call was regard to personal loan on the account I am hlding u
      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399 from my credit card number ending with 3663 without my concern on date16:05:2108:I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399

        I girish ranjan has approached the patna boring road hdfc life insurance office on 11.5.2018 for taking term insurance plan of rs.75 lakhs. After asking for every thing they have raised a sum of rs.24198/- as premium amount. Deposited. Amount debited from my account on 13.5.2018. After medical examination where every thing was ok. My weight which was just 3 kg more that the required the branch told me to deposit a sum of rs.9680 more. When i wish to know why so much premium amount they have only told it is communicated by hq. When contact several times to service @ hdfc life, they are telling neither your proposal is valid nor your proposal details are valid so we will not respond. Trying to contact on all their contact details but they are not properly responding. Neither refunding the amount. The branch is telling that amount has been deposited with hq so we are unable to say anything. No contact no. Are also available nor any senior person is responding after several mail. Really i have been cheated it appears by hdfc

          In march 2018 i tried to activate sweepin facility in ac no [protected] savings ac matunga mumbai branch
          But it being a joint account i was asked to get a joint application.
          I provided the same by personally visiting the branch but they said my wife will have to personally visit the branch. I requested them but two staff spoke to each other and internally decided that both applicants need to visit the branch for joint application for sweepin facility in jointly held fixed deposits. I requested them that i had inquired only one day before taking the application but staff insisted to get my wife. I also told them she is a working woman and will not be able to visit your branch. All the time and for all such things they have only one motto: both holders have to visit the branch. As if the branch is gold studded or a temple or some taj mahal which customers love to visit again and again. For several requests i have sent my staff too but they have problems in that too. On one hand banks like axis are providing at your door service and hdfc is behaving pathetic. Since past 2months i have written online complaints and via letter but all they send is automated replies

              I need some clarification on my personal loan applied on 30th jan 2011. When i was applied that personal loan i was supposed to vacate my current residence in one week. I clearly said this to the pl executive i will apply loan after i moved to new residence but see told it will process within a week so no issues you can apply loan. Unfortunately it was not happened in the week so the address verification got failed the loan was rejected.

              After the loan rejection i got a call from pl ric department they told like your address verification got filed your loan was rejected he asked me the reason why u gave fake address then i clearly explained him which is written in the above paragraph. He asked me to come and meet me in person to pl, nelson manickam road branch.

              I met the person who called me (Name not remembered) he didnt accept my explanation then he asked me to pay the processing fee of rs. 2000 otherwise you will get the loan in any of the bank in india. I argued with him it was not my mistake it is clearly the executive's mistake but no use. I paid the processing fee and come out.

              It was happened before 6 years. Upto 2017 i have no issue in getting loan in other banks, last time when i applied pl in kotak mahendra bank they rejected the loan due to this. Currently there is an app called hunter, there bank can scan an applicant document and verify my orginality.

              Let me what is the solution of the issue. The mistake is from that executive but i am suffering due to that currently i have two personal loan and i am paying it regulary in indus ind and icici bank.

                I have ur bank credit card 4 month ago i am not recieved the bill in email or sms of bill so i little bit late to pay the bill but once i know the my bill with late fee i request to ur customer care to reversal the late fee he ansure me that he process that and he tell me the remaining full amount to pay i immediately pay the amount but in next bill i received late fee on late fee those add in last month i call to customer care again and talk to senior mr santosh ji he ansure that all amount is revised but in next month we recieved two reversal of 800 but the first late fee is remain same and ur bank add late fee again so plz help me on this matter other wise send me the final bill up to may and i have to pay and quit from ur credit card member list

                    Respected sir,

                    I ramesh manna, a customer of hdfc bank. I am unable to pay the due of my hdfc credit card for the last four months. I am now jobless and my mother’s health condition is bad for the last six months. I am relentlessly hopeless and living in huge mental pressure. I am being mentally torture and mentally harass by hdfc bank employee & collection agent. They are consciously calling me and giving me warning that tomorrow pay the amount otherwise they will make me and my father in jail.

                    My earnest request is to make a settlement of my credit card and issue me a “no-objection certificate”. Otherwise, i am bound to do suicide that particular situation and sincerely unable to make due payments.

I am very unsatisfied from your all communications phone banking and emails both are worthless for me, no one can help me out in this condition its ok no issues i will pay the amounts two times but i will never use your credit card again because your customer care service is not so much good as i think i have three accounts in your bank mine, my mother's and my brother's and this card belongs to my mother but she didnt know about the credit card that what is the credit card and how to use it only i will use her credit card and i only make the payments for it but your phone banking executive said that i have to talk to her first than he will help me but when in morning i am in my office and she is at home so how could i gave her a call and in evening time when i call customer care no one is there to pick up my call.

                        lost hdfc food card and re-issue a new one

                        I am tcs employee. I have lost my food card and already blocked it through hdfc phone banking.                         My name is uthamaraj. Recently i applied for credit card and got it now. I 25th may 2018 900rs deducted for something shield policy mentioned. Im really shocked about that. I didnt use the credit card for anything bt balance is deducted.
                        Please cancel this thing and refund my amount as soon as possible and secure my card for this kind of deduction. I trusted bank and i gave my personal information but unwantedly balance deduction occurs without my concern without notifing anything.
                        In future do not make any unwanted transaction from my credit card.

                          Hi sir, this is balakrishna, holding the hdfc titanium credit card (5241 xxxx xxxx 0273) and mobile number (88xxxx5257). My complaint is that some amount from my card is deducted from card.

                          I received monthly statement on 19th may 2018, it shows :
                          Payment due date : 07/06/2018
                          Total dues: 22, 628.64
                          Minimum amount due : 1, 140.00
                          Credit limit available: 26, 000
                          Credit limit available : 3, 371 0.00
                          _

                          Then, i used card at bajaj electronics for rs 1/- (Date 19/05/2018) : limit shows : 3370

                          And 22/05/2018, i paid minimum due: 1140
                          Then it shows credit limit available : 1508.52

                          Then what happens remaining amount 3000+ ???
                          Can you please, refund the amount as soon as possible...

                            Hi,

                            I am a hdfc bank customer with a saving acoount. They just ignore customers. All complaints are met with a sorry. I have changed my personal banker with them but its of no use. They blocked my atm card without any legal evidence and with no intimatiin to me and its not yet activated when i need it most. I lohged a complain mumh[protected]. No response from custoner support or my personal banker. They say they dont know why they blocked it and are giving me false reasons to justify themselves. Its a shame. No response from their team at all.

                              Hi,
                              I have been using credit card from last one year. I was lured to take credit card by offering me lifetime free membership. I asked them thoroughly that is there any hidden term and condition for which i will be charged. They clearly denied that i will never be charged for my membership. This month i saw in my credit card statement a transaction of 500 rupees in addition to rs.90 igst for membership renewal fees. Since the words from my bank are now broken, i feel the strong urge to make them correct this as per the offer they gave me. Also i have contacted to hdfc phone banking service but did not get satisfactory response from them.
                              I request bank to reverse this transaction and not charge me for the membership fees. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

                                I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have ready to deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

                                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to don't deduct any amount .This is unacceptable that you activate any service without information of customer. Please deactivate and don't deduct amount. Also I dont know contact help line

                                  I am repeatedly getting calls from HDFC for personal loans, credit cards from various numbers. HDFC people say they have a database from which they call. i was fed up with 4 calls a day and even after rejecting and threatening to raise a compliant against them. they don't care.
                                  Worst part is they change their phone number every 15 days. need help in this issue.

                                    I would request HDFC Bank to cancel my Personal loan[protected] due to fraudulent and unethical activities in loan processing.

                                    1. During loan process, it was committed ROI as 10.99% but disbursed loan with 13.99% ROI. When called back, it was told some miscommunication happened between sales manager and back-end team, but cant it reverted as money already disbursed.
                                    2. I have not signed any document for insurance for this loan neither discussed about it, but insurance amount deducted on disbursement.

                                    Now I'm afraid of fraudulent banking within HDFC and would prefer to take out of my all accounts to other bank which have been giving around Rs50k interest every month to HDFC.
