Hi Team,

I recently(Jun 5th) applied personal loan with HDFC Bank and got message like eligibility was very less and they are calculating amount incorrectly from my payslips, so I have provided them my CTC as well but there is no response and its been worst service from Sales manager & Bank manager which I didn't expect from HDFC bank at all. My Loan application number is 58040059. Please treat this as high priority and your help would be greatly appreciated.

Recently I had add money to paytm wallet and I refund the back to my hdfc account.my money was not credited in my account.i had refund 21000 to my bank but the money was not credited.paytm had said that they had send the money to bank but they did not credited the money to your account.please I have a emergency issue. Please make solution this problem

        For past 4 years I have been paying my dues related to hdfc credit card correctly but from past five months there are some issues with the credit card statement and the charges applied to when I raised question about this and gave unsat.This month june 2018 min amount needs to be paid but due to unavoidable circumstances I was unable to pay it.HDFC called in told them that my previous complaint was not dealt with and privacy related to my aadhaar card seems to be in doubt.When I asked this question she showed her true color and her manager mentioned we have to take maximum benefit from the customer.Please listen to the call you will understand they put the call on speaker in hdfc and were making fun of me giving me a character certificate.There names are Najeefa and vinod Kumar(Manager)

        Hope you can understand my situation but need to know for what I am paying thats basic customer right.How hdfc can say just pay it and read the stateme

          My name is Veerakumar, I recently applied for HDFC credit card and got it recently.

          I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

          I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care. They said policy amount of rs. 900 will be refunded but emi processing fee can only be refunded by "hdfc ergo".

          So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund fee of rs. 900 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

            on dated 16th May i had done 1696 Payment through Net banking to Wish.com but they write us that payment declined at the time process but same payment deduct from my account. after more than 20 mails to HDFC they are not resolved my query and not refund the deducted money. I share all communication to Wish.com but they denied to me more than 15 times that they had not received mention amount. From last 3 mails HDFC not answering my payment issue.All mail communication with me which are from HDFC and Wish.com.

                I have submitted my kyc on 12 june'18 and still my account no 260487 is suspended. When contacted the call center they say they haven't received ckyc and when contact nigdi hdfc securties branch they say have couriered my kyc details to mumbai. The entire hdfc process of kyc is harassement to me and i'm suffering as my account is suspended.
                Request rbi to take note on kyc harassment and also lack of providing information to customer

                    I applied for the hdfc credit card on the 28th of may, 2018. The company executive collected the documents on the 30th of may. He gave me an acknowledgement slip and told me the application process would be completed within 3-4 days, and that i would receive the card within 15 days of applying. I received a message on the 6th that my application has been received. I also got the phone number verification call the next day. The address verification also happened the day after. But i haven't received any further communication from hdfc. Also, when i try to check the application status, it says 'record not found'. It's already been 17-18 days since the application was filled. Wasn't expecting such a pathetic service from hdfc.

                        Hi,
                        I have filled online application through hdfc fastag dated 12th may and the acknowledgement says “thank you for the details! Your payment has been received. Your application reference no. Is hfr053897. Our representative will get in touch with you soon. You will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries.”
                        I never received call back or fastag till 22nd may and called back at [protected] and spoke to ms. Shreya and asgar no solution provided by them, but they said they have escalated with backend team and i would get call back from backend team and their supervisor. I was already fed up with the initial service and wanted to cancel the fastag requested for the refund asap. I was told it would take 15 to 40 days for refund to get processed. They deduct amount from my account within fraction of a second and to refund my money why the hell they need so longtime? Literally no answer from the representatives. The worst part is they work individually without any supervisors at least that’s what they have told me “no supervisor available” anytime you call the response is same.
                        I was looking forward for the refund amount to get credited, waited till 13th june and called again to [protected] and spoke to mr. Sagar rasam, he doesn’t understand anything unable to resolve the issue, not able to connect with his supervisor or his back-end team and was testing the patience of the customers. What a fate i had paid inr 2200 on 12th may, it’s been a month and no status on the refund, every time they say it’s processing and will be credited in a day or two.
                        Today this gentlemen sagar says fastag will not credit but send dd to me, and i asked the status of the dd, he says his supervisor will call me in next 48 hours and no other response at all. I pity the hdfc fastag team that have such an efficient staff who are not able to understand customer conerncers forget about the solutions.
                        I want a sensible guy from fastatg who can understand common man’s language and get the solution fixed asap.
                        Also, i am a very valued customer to hdfc, that’s what every now & then i keep getting calls from them and of course i do have good relationship with them so far till this hdfc fastag issue occurred. I have seriously rethink about continuing with hdfc.
                        My recommendations to fellow users who happened to read and look for options to buy fastag through hdfc fastag website. Pl do not waste your precious time and money, the people sitting on other side don’t even have a clue of what they are working on, customer concerns etc… total waste of time.

                                I do not appreciate hdfc bank's way of handling things when it comes to credit card payment. I had already paid the due which was supposed to be paid by 5th of every month and yet today i had received a wats app message asking me to pay the minimum amount.

                                As i understand, wats app is for known circle of friends. Hdfc support staff should either text me or send me an email which is the professional thing to do instead of sending message via wats app. This shows complete unethical behaviour and no respect for their customer's privacy. I received a message from a said jayaprakash.

                                Please take strict action against that manager and also dissipate this complaint to the concerned bank. Highly irritated.

                                  I am using hdfc credit card from last 5 to 6 years, i did many shopping from this card and paid all my bills before time... But last on dec 2017 i had to leave for abroad for 6 months... I had few payments left of r. S 7000 but still i did all my payments... And more than my payment amount... These people blocked my credit card permanently, and defaulted me... My wife is also has her account here but now i am shifting my all family members a/c to other banks... I was their classic customer but just for few sum of a/m they block me permanently... Never want to use this bank again... And will share my experience to everyone

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2174 without my concern on date:25/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                      My name is bhaskar dutt
                                      Sharma. I had join a company in indore in year 2016 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank and didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few months because of my personal resion i had never used that account till now. When i checked my account balance it is showing negative 9k approx. I'm totally shock with the negative balance. The hdfc bank refused to open a new bank account as i'm already having it. They have advised me to go to indore and close that account. But it is not possible to again go to their and make this request. I have reached the customer care to close this account but they are asking me to clear the negative balance. It is not possible me to pay this huge amount.
                                      Moreover i have a credit card also which is issued by my previous company with hdfc and i'm still using it.
                                      Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived, so i can use this account again with my new company or i have to pay the penalty.

                                        I received an email from hdfc security customer care regarding kyc submission as part of regulatory requirement. I submitted by kyc documents with verification done by branch officers at their registered branches. Now my demat account is suspended for trading while the branch manager is saying that they have done their job and nothing pending on their side. It seems to be that hdfc security internal departments are not working integrated way. Instead of solving their own problem, they are harassing their customers who are holding account more than 10 years. No one is there to take any ownership. This is pathetic.

                                        HDFC Securities and HDFC Bank don't update correct KYC information on their website. HDFC Securities Satara Branch don't cooperate with client whenever you go their branch office. They are always busy on their trading terminals.
