All family treated me very badly including manmeet singh grover. Within 26 days they started torturing me like anything.     I got 1 email regarding credit card statement, but i don't have any credit card with me, for this reason i have been trying to connect phone banking. It did not connect even after trying for multiple times.

    I am trying to redeem my cashback points but its showing -623 points. And now i don't know how my points can be in minus. Due to this i am unable to redeem my cashback points too. They would charge 750 annual fees for my card but here they are careless about the problems customers are facing.

      Claim denied by company on false surveyor claims. My car met with an accident & lying with bohra hyundai faridabad from last 2 weeks. Last month i ported to hdfc co. From united insurance but did not know that this company is fake. Please get my claim solved as i am harassed by its surveyors & comapny a lot.

      Main issue is that i did not offer anything to surveyor that's why a false report done by surveyor
      They have duped the Senior citizen with false promises and giving an absolute different insurance from what discussed... And now nobody is responding back to our requests... They have provided an investment plan to a 73 year old person explaining its health insurance.. with Fraudulent means... Please get our insurance cancelled...

        Hi,

        I purchased an apple ipad on 10th february under the 'valentine's day 10000 cashback offer'. ​as per the offer a cashback of 10000 was supposed to be credited within the 90 days of purchase.

        My friends and colleagues also purchased the same and are facing the same issues. Tried email the customer care, but the emails bounce back.

        Its been more than 90 days and the cashback is not credited.
        Under this scheme it was mandatory for the buyer to opt for 6 months emi.

        Purchased the ipad in croma retail hyderabad.

        The purchase of the apple products should be made with hdfc bank easyemi scheme on pine labs payment terminals for credit card emi and debit card emi, or else one won’t be eligible for the cashback. Additionally, the offer is not applicable on hdfc bank corporate cards."

        Indeed the Cashback has been credited, but clearly there was a huge miscommunication. The cashback was supposed to be credited within 90 days and the cashback was credited post 90 days of purchase. The real frustration however was when we called customer care they denied having any such offers. While some of my colleagues were told the Offer was only for NON EMI purchases. These misinformation lead to panic. I am relieved that the amount is credited.

          Hi,

          I activate the one assist plan by hdfc bank credit card services few years back and now i want to deactivate the plan. But there is no way i can do that, i ask hdfc to cancel auto debit then they ask me to communicate with one assist too.

          When i communicate with one assist they are not listening for cancellation request. I called them on 21 may, 2018 8:50 am then they said since your auto debit request is in progress please request after '48 working hours'. Then i called 22 may, 2018 9:05 am for same so again they give me same reply that call after 48 hours. Even though 1 day already passed their deadline time did not changed. I even asked when this 48 hour deadline complete they give me 6 june. Then i asked by what calculation 48 working hour complete on 6 june then he clearly said "i will not deactivate your account". He keep says this line multiple times too me.

          I asked from one assist customer care representative what if i cancel my credit card then they told me we will charge from your account. This means there is no way i can cancel this subscription.

          This is a hdfc scam, they keep in touch with their customer when they want to activate service but they keep their hand out during deactivate service.

          I have booked the complaint no. [protected] for cancellation request to hdfc but as per their custom care representative it seems it can not be done by hdfc.

          Now in order to cancel this auto debit service or scam, i may have to cancel my debit card and close my hdfc account so that the company won't able to charge any money.

            Sorry to inform you, i have unfortunately lost my job hence i will not be able to repay the loan.
            Could you please cancel my loan as soon as possible.

                Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected]xxxxx issued to banayantree services limited with value rs. 100000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                I haven’t applied for any such thing, when i called phone banking, they did not even listen and disconnected the call. Awful customer service. Hdfc is worst, disgusting

                  Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card . I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Status DISAPPROVED who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman. We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.                           I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1188 without my concern on date:14/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                                I was having one salary account in hdfc.. Which further converted to savings account and hdfc bank is leaving charges on in operative account which is against rbi mandates.
                                My customer id is 70352300
                                I thought of closing this account but
                                I have tax saving fd linked to this account so the bank people saying we cannot close this account for 5 years.

                                That means whether they will be charging for continuously 5 years for not maintaining the min balance..??

                                I was not aware of this auto conversion of product without customer intimation..??

                                Please help me with this..??

                                I was having salary bank accounts.. No bank has done this changes apart from hdfc..

                                Hdfc bank cheating its cutomers by charging money on inoperative bank accounts..

                                I am raising this concerns.. Because everyone should aware of hdfc bank.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder and serving in border security force and deployed at india pakistan border. The bank has auto debited rs. 2950/- from my credit card number ending with 9275 without my concern on date:17/04/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2950/- please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                                    Kindly cancel my membership in one assistant as this service is of no use for me. So kindly refund my membership fee as soon as possible. You people have already activated my membership without even informing me. A year before u people did the same thing with me without informing me activated this useless membership on my credit card by debiting member ship fee of 1399. So i request u to cancel my membership and refund me the debited amount of 1399. If not done u will have to face the legal action.

                                      Please improve your cancellation department toll free no service also as i have called 03 time today every time they are hold the line for more than 15 minutes and then disconnect the call.

                                        I have taken a personal loan from your bank and i also have 2 other account in your bank (Credit card and saving account). Around one month ago i apply for a fresh loan and mr. Anup ([protected]) tell me that they will process my new loan without disturbing my current loan and give me assurance that they will provide amount according to my need. But at the time of approval they closed my existing loan without my prior approval and remaining amount is credited to my account (Old load a/no 47791416/ new loan a/no[protected]. I talk to the mr. Nishi (Branch manager, new delhi). He process a fresh loan application again and after so many rejection and visit (Around 1 month) to branch they approve half of the limit i want and now they are not even give me any proper reason for this.

                                        Hi, My issue not resolved. They gave me loan but what about my pervious loan. Still I have to pay extra on pervious loan that is not my mistake. Anup who made this mistake while process the loan I promise me to return my extra changes but still did not get any amount from there side.
