On 22/05/2018, i donated 10000 in 2 transaction to india rehab center towards a child who i was told was in the icu at btrc hospital noida. Later when i asked for the receipt and the tax deduction form 80g 12a which i was promised by the organisation, they completely stopped responding. On enquiry i found out there was no such child admitted to the hospital and there were numerous complaints about the organisation on the internet. I immediately called the customer care to stop the transaction and filed a payment dispute. Please look into the matter.

    I am Chittaranjan Shaw, a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:23/05/2018. Credit card ending number is 0970. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

                    Sir,
                    My hdfc bank account number is '[protected]'. Relating to this a credit card was provided to me @ 0 cost. Till now, i don't utilize this card for anything, even i have not generated its pin also. The card is still pasted in the envelope which they have provided to me. You can check also in my credit card account statement from the beginning.
                    Now, my complain is that, after 1 month of issuing the credit card, they are charging again & again. Due to this they are showing my outstanding amount due is above 10, 000/-
                    In this regard, i want your help to dissolve the case as soon as possible, so that i can show my account status nil.

As per the charge slip, i must have received the cash back within 90days i.e on 15.05.2018, but today is 95th day and there is no cash back credited in my account.

                        Hello,

                        I have raised a request with hdfc bank for housing loan, the loan has been sanctioned since september 2017 and till today there is no clarity from hdfc team.
                        The representative working on my file no[protected], doesn't even reply or answer calls in an appropriate manner. After tremendous follow-ups calls and emails i am getting a response that the loan has been auto cancelled in the system. This too has been informed in the month of april whereas the loan expired in march 2018 due to 6 months auto cancellation process.
                        Now to re-appraise the loan hdfc is asking for another fee amount that has to be paid, where the entire issue has not been addressed properly right from day one by hdfc.

But bank has charged me the rs.590 as bouncing charges even if there was a sufficient balance on due date i. E. 5th may 18. bouncing charges for the same emi. Requesting you the bank's policies/rules/regulation for the such bouncing charges.

                            Dispute transaction of rs 27, 272.51

                            Without the security layer like otp or transaction pin asking to me bank has allowed an unknown and unauthorized transaction.

                            I want bank to consider this error and keep me out of such torchure and disturbing actions from the hdfc bank officias who had alowed this transaction.

                              I am working in it company which is cmm level 5 company.

                              I got a call from the hdfc bank agent (Shankar[protected] and nisha[protected] regarding personal loan. They were committed 10.99% rate of interest and processing fees 0.99%. As per the accepted, i have submitted all the documents to the executive.

                              But finally i got the rate of interest 20.99%. They are cheating, we really very disappointed from the bank agent so i requested to stop my loan.

                              Really very disappointed from the bank mean to say you guys are taking benefit from the people just to complete your targets!!! And it doesn’t matter about the commitment the matter is they want to complete their targets

                              Please take action on them.

                                Hello my name is malhar mhapankar having an hdfc bank credit card... For some unavoidable circumstances i missed my payments for which they charged me which was pretty fine. Later on they sent some collection agents to my house who behaved very badly with my family. I requested them that i will make the payment with all charges and everything but they started abusing and also started shouting... Keeping the families reputation in mind i made the payment of whatever amount they were asking me to... They also gave me threats and said will come again and again... I couldn't sleep and they harassed me and also abused... Plz read this and give me justice... As i am going through lot of stress because of them.

                                  Debit Card usage for withdrawal at International ATMs will attract a charge of Rs 25 per balance enquiry and Rs 125 per cash withdrawal ( plus GST). There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + 3.5% Foreign Currency markup + Difference in foreign currency Rate( Its the difference in foreign currency rate on date of transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}).
