    Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -7800 balance.
    The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 7800 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
    I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
    Plz juistice to me. 9000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

      Bad me vikram rajput ka call aaya unho ne bataya ke tax bachane ke liye aur rbi ke rules ke regarding account verification karne ke liye dusri policy ki mang ki thi 30000 thousand ki to hamne vo bhi karvayi aur unhone bataya ki 72 hrs me aapko 330000 aapke ac me transfer ho jayega aaur uske bad sachin patel ka phone aya unhone kaha ke app ye karva dijiye apki lone ho jayegi 3 din me par abhi tak nato loan ki rupay aye na to vikram phone utha he agar me phone karta hu to uska koi banda phone uthatahe aur bolta he ke aya dubara phone mat karna yaha koi vikram nahihe aur sachinji pnone utha te nahi aur uthate he to badme call karta hu bol ke phone kat detehe

        Cancellation of one assist membership
        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3087 without my concern on date: 22/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

        Hi,
        I am getting unnecessary calls from bank everyday to take personal loan. My number is [protected]. I have registered in DND but still getting lot of calls.Everyday I get atleast 4 to 5 calls and hv told them slecifically not to call but still I get many calls everyday. It’s irritating now. Please STOP calling me .

So, bank call me and threatening me if they pay them then bank will issue warrant and notice on me 2-3 times in a day they me a threatening call from different number. My whole family member are disturb with this activity. Sometime they call me as recovery agent and

          Sir,
          I only know that loan person name is Sweta Rajput from the bank call he was just our client we are also getting 7000 due from them. Bank and loan holder husband Ajay kumar Rajput both use my number by saying no issue in future it's just for reference but yet I am getting threatening call from HDFC Bank . I want to now why they not call me at the time of loan why know. We are very disturb bank says me that there was a warrant on my name i charged for 138 act for cheque bounce and act 420 fraud. I want now do you have a cheque sign by me or a loan for my name if not why you people calling me sometime they saying me i sign on loan paper is it true then show me .
          Both are use my phone number, name and signature which is illegal as you you now. Know they are not speaking to my Advocate please short it out or sorry i have to take a legal action.
          i am also having the same issues in Chennai. collection agent named Rajesh ([protected]) say he hime self a advocate and will bring 10 people to my in-laws house and make noises and simply says like he will do anything he want to us??????? did i got the loan from a RBI ruled bank or a local financial persons to do personal harassment????

            I have credit card of your bank, and due to some reason i am not able to pay amount on time, but paying slowly. People from your department is threatening me, my family, and entering my house and work place.

            Now i am going to the police station and to my lawyer to lodge a complaint against your people under section 506 for harassment.

            You cannot threat people like this, and now i will teach you people a good lesson. I am not paying a single penny, and lodging all proofs of threat. I will tell you the result of threatening someone like this. Under rbl guidelines, you cannot threat customers. You # how can you even send personal text messages and threat this way. What do you think you will enter in my house in my absence, and will threat females. I will teach you law.

            Your executives from credit card department are sending me threatening message and calling me and my mother liar or fake promise makers. You ### how can you even send me such text messages. I have proof of all threats including text messages and call records, and definitely will lodge a complaint against you people nearby your area police station. My relative is a criminal lawyer in mumbai, forwarding all to him, and he will put section 506 on you under harassment act. When you people will be sent to the jail for three years, then you would realize what effects on the health it leaves. Becasue of you people my mother was in hospital, as you harrased her. i will show all medical bills to my lawyer. You wait and watch. I am not giving your money, do what you want to. You have no sense how to deal with the customer You ### you will go so low that you will threat and play with their life. Stop calling me and my family, u won;t get a single penny now.

              I am a hdfc credit card holder. Today[protected], for the first time, i tried to make a payment and the transaction was declined twice by hdfc. After calling the customer care, i came to know that one assist plan is active on my card and there is an outstanding amount which is not paid by me, so hdfc has blocked my card. They have applied the plan for rs.[protected] about which i was completely unaware and now the outstanding has increased due to late fee/interest. I have not received any text message or calls regarding the payment. I do not want this service and need to refund the deductions done in its respect. I am disappointed by the customer service and information provided by the executives.

Our bank have charged rs 20000 extra for a gps system which they said is mandatory for getting loan. But now they are not giving any bill or details regarding that. At first the said àmt were 14000 . The price for the same product in the market is only below 8000.                   We did a transaction of 1499 at planet fashion, 4th block, jayanagara, bengaluru on[protected]. But payment failed and amount debited. It is four days still amount is not credited.                     I have had a sudden deduction from my HDFC bank account on the name of some debit return charges. It will be of much help if the bank can understand the genuine concerns and allow enough time to its account holder I have been out of job and managing it with great difficulties and on top of that, I find money being debited twice from my account (Rs. 885 once and Rs. 413 the second time) in only one day. i don't understand how is that a bank's problem. I request bank to reverse those charges as they were insane and without any notice. doesn't the bank think that it's two high a charge for a genuine suffering of an individual who have an account with them. highly disregardful on the bank's side.

I am facing some issues that I can't add money in my paytm wallet its show (You have exceeded monthly limit to add money using Credit card, please use debit card or UPI to continue.) I have contact to our paytm customers care they told nothing problem from us and they said please contact to your Bank, then when I contact to bank and I tell them all problems finally they told me there is no issue in your card please contact to paytm customer care.I have 4 paytm wallet when I am adding money through credit card it show same problem.So please sir I request you to solve this problems.

                        I have tried to book a flight ticket but the transaction was failed. I have called the customer support and informed them about the transaction was failed, they told me the refund will be credited to your account in 3-4 days. The transaction date was May 7, 2018. Now it is over to 10 days. I have talked to the merchant (Flight merchant), they told me that the transaction was canceled and given me some reference number, I have shared the transaction number with the customer care of HDFC credit card.

                        Is this reversal takes so much of time??

                          Its a torture to get these taped calls multiple times a day. HDFC should stop this nonsense instead of troubling the customers. They call from various different numbers such as eg.[protected]. Even though it is blocked once, next time a new number is used to call. They are happily using automated systems to disturb people.

                            Regretted that despite our intimation to you dt. 03/08/2017, followed by reminder dt.14/02/2018 and our subsequent several personal follow ups by our authorised person for returning our money which was deducted by you wrongfully and illegally double times cheque return charges to the tune of rs.460/-. Deduction was made in the following manner as shown in your statement dt. 19/05/2017.

                            1) chq. Dep ret dt.24/01/2017 charges already deducted on 27/01/2017
                            2) chq. Dep ret dt.30/01/2017 charges already deducted on 06/02/2017

                              I'm not able to add money to paytm wallet from my hdfc credit card.. Showing an error like card details or expired date or cvv was wrong. But i have entered correct card details.
                              I have tried in different paytm accounts but still facing same issue..
                              Previously i have added money from my hdfc same credit card to paytm and i didn't get any errors like this.
                              But first time facing this with my card.

                                We mrs. Leela albert philip & mr. Albert k philip planned a vacation to malaysia & singapore through m/s veena world, travel dates 28/04/2018 to 05/05/2018 both inclusive
                                Hence we opted for a forex multi currency card with hdfc bank online, (Details attached) for 500 malaysian ringgits, & 500 singapore dollars, on the 14/04/2018 which was debited through savings acct no:[protected] (Attached file) hdfc saving account holders mrs leela albert philip & joint mr. Isaac albert philip

                                Unfortunately on travel we noticed that hdfc only loaded the malaysian ringitts of 500 value,
                                The singapore dollars were not loaded (Please note as per statement these singapore dollars were loaded reflected on the card on 10/05/2018, by then returned to mumbai), so i was short of funds when on the trip abroad, i swiped the card only to be declined for the goods purchased, i had to bear insults & hardships due to this. To which i need an explanation from the hdfc bank.

                                  Initially i have taken health insurance for my son, at the time he was minor.
                                  So, as per advise from your representative i have mentioned proposer of my name.

                                  My son age is now 22, please change the propose name. Please advise me to process to change proposer name.

                                  In spite of several phone calls i am not able get clear picture in this regard....

                                  I, mr. Venkatesh naik working in a multinational company had bad experience from hdfc bank each and every product like hdfc life, hdfc ergo, hdfc moneyback credit card, hdfc personal loan. Hdfc bank is a cheat and fraud company. There are so many negative reviews of each and every products of hdfc bank. What i have found out after running to their every office that mostly they get corprate employees as thier customers. Then the marketing telecallers start harassing on phone making false claims of returns and investment.
                                  Such a call came from hdfc life that since i have hdfc credit card i get to invest and get good returns in a plan with free emi. After taking policy i cancelled in free look in period but the matter was extended to one and half year., after one and half year the hdfc life has accepted thier mistake, cancelled my policy and refunded the amount. But the hdfc credit card had not converted to free emi. Also they didnt cancelled after the free look in cancellation. I was assured by the credit card dept that after the hdfc life problem is resolved they will also cancel the whole transaction. But now as i want to close the credit card, they are asking for the finances charges and gst and other charges.
                                  During the time of one and half year, i have religiously paid the amount i used for purchases and debits. So now i want to give back the rs 50000 and end the credit card once and for all wothout paying the fraud finance charges and gst and other charges levied to me past one and half year.

                                  Policy number: 18549514 / 18603206. The first policy which i freelookin cancelled was 1854951
                                  4 and the policy was transferred to 18603206
                                  Executive name: shreya sawant

                                  Hdfc moneyback credit card number ending with 0132.

                                  I also have the call recording of emi assured from hdfc credit card department also the free look in cancellation done but the policy didnt get cancelled but after one and half year battle, it has cancelled.

                                    Dear team took a personal loan 56412469 where provided ecs debit instruction and cheque for authorizing the debit, received a message ecs enabled and requested the stop payment to avoid double debit from the account. Without any prior intimation levied charges for chq bounce 649/- never faced this problem any bank degrading my cibil need compensation for all my sufferings. No transparency, simply charging without evaluating the customer profile in the fast due to lack of technology, still getting mails that my loan amount is due after paying the installments also they harassing the customers uninterruptedly which will create mental pressure to us lead to unforeseen events. My humble request is please think twice or inform the customer about your hidden charges blindly putting on normal customers. Here i felt no fault on my side and knowingly you are disturbing my credit history. All the charges levied in my account which opened recently for loan convenience should be waived and inform me all the terms and condition of your terminology which are not understood by common citizens so that they take little care before taking loans in your bank.

                                      Hdfc has deducted my money stating that i have not maintained minimum balance of 10, 000, how can they deduct 1414 at once all of a sudden. I am in need of this money, now i have maintained minimum balance but still this deduction. They have deducted 708 and 708 for 2 months amb chrg incl gst for apr2018. This is too much, please refund bank as i am maintaining minimum balance henceforth.
