I am yugalkishore laskari from junagadh gujarat i have bay new two wheeler 2015 i have pade down payment of 20000 rs i have pade 10 to 14 due payment amount is 1820/month it is more thin approx 20000 to 26000 rs i have loss in my business after 2016 nov i got a job after 7 month in resason start i loss my job in 05/01/2018 company sead i am sorry you ma go now
After i really sorry to hdfc bank i can't pay the dou payment after 2017 i have start my new business of tiffen service 1 months before now 2 days back 2 recovery agents come to my house ask to pay money 10000 i am really not having money to pay rs 10000 or give 2 wheeler agent is forced me with out two wheeler my business well close if it closes i well comment suside i have no way to feed my family today date is 19/05/2018 my marriage anniversary i am terrified to take call from anyone in the attachment i am sending the recovery agent phone number an email address

    Hi sir/madam,
    This is regarding my personal loan which i have taken from hdfc bank
    First i took personal loan in nov2016
    I paid all the installments regularly.
    No emi bounced till nov 2017.
    After that they allowed me to take topup loan in nov 2017
    Then also i paid emi regulary till march 2018
    But due to lost of job i couldent pay the installments from last 3 months.

    After that from march to till today i tried to request them
    That plz rearrange my loan... And plz reduce installment amount so i can pay...
    I dont want to be bank corrupt...

    But loan manager is not ready to accept any application from my side...
    & started to harass me and my family in too much bad words...

    I want to pay but i cant pay with huge installment...
    And even after thousands of requests
    Continuously i’m getting harassment call from hdfc collection executive.

    Please let us know how to resolve this.

      Respected sir,

      This is with reference to the personal loan acc mentioned in the subject line 34630421

      I have been harrased by one of your executive for the emi amount his name is sashank and he is based in kanjurmarg branch. He told me that if the emi is not paid the executive will not leave your house until and unless emi is not paid. I have senior citizens at my house my mother who is 70 years old and if something happens to her i will not leave hdfc bank. The total loan amount is 380000 and he told me that i have taken approval from the bank and the settlement amount is 2 lakh which needs to be paid in 3 emis.

      I am jobless from last 6 months and i am in much deel deep trouble my mother is a high bp patient if this harrassment causes any trouble to my mother i will sue a complaint against hdfc bank.

      The language which he is using is very very abusive stating executive paise liye bagair nahi jaayega ghar se kuch bhi kar lo.

      I request to kindly look into this matter and resolve it.

        I was provided priority pass card about 3 years back along with regalia credit card. During issue, it was clearly informed to me that about 6 visits a year are free. After that no communication was done from your end either through email or by post. For the first time i had used the card in 3 years and i was billed 4500 rs for nothing. You cannot expect a customer to keep reading your terms and conditions changed randomly without any information. Even my personal banker had informed me earlier that priority pass is free lounge access, and he also was not aware of the changes in t&c.

        The charges should be reversed and for future all customers should be informed about the same, so that they do not fall prey to this.

        1) I was informed that 2 emails had been sent by hdfc to inform this. However this is not true as I have checked my inbox again and i am not in receipt of any email. Neither are my colleagues holding the card

        2) The charges are updated more than 60 days after the activity to the card account. Isnt this in itsel[censored]nethical. 60 days is too long a period to post a charge and in most cases the consumer will not be able to remember and reconcile the charge

          I have sent a request for the Closure of Credit Card bearing No [protected] to Credit Card Division, LB Road Chennai thru DTDC Courier bearing Consignment No B54561834 and thru Drop Box from HDFC Bank, Koramangala Branch on 24-Apr-2018.

          I have also received confirmation from the dept, thru SMS on 28-Apr-2018. But, I haven't received any correspondence there on and I am still yet to receive my NOC as all the outstanding dues as cleared on the above card as on date. On approaching the Customer Care team, informed that the Closure process is still in progress and will take time.

          So, requesting the team to kindly close the credit card account and send the NOC at the earliest possible

            I SPOKE TO BRANCH MANAGER ALSO BUT HE WAS NOT IN A MOOD TO LISTEN MY PROBLEM.

              Hello sir, My self ANKUR BAROT. And i am from ahmedabad, Gujarat. I have call from your METIS MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD from Delhi. But when they called me first time, She told me that she is from citibank from pune gorpadi brach. And the girl name of neha (from this no [protected]) for overdraft facility against HDFC life insurance policy.
              So i asked her, If you can't give me a overdraft facilty than can i canceled my policy? She replied that, yes. You can cancel your policy within a 1 month. Than her senior which name is krishna (from this no [protected]) called me for further details. So i agreed for new purchase new policy. And i am existing HDFC life insurance from since last 5-6 years. So i trust on them. So i took the policy on date 8th jan 2018, and the policy number is 19956755. And i got the policy paper at my home on date 18th jan 2018. But they can't give me a overdraft facility. So on 10th feb 2018, i canceled my policy by mail. But HDFC told me that, my cancellation period was gone. Because of its was 15 days. And Neha, krishna and aashish said me that, my policy cancellation period was 1 month. But after cancellation neha, krishna and aashish not receiving my calls. So i visited the HDFC branch at sg highway. And they told me about the METIS frauds. So i complaint against then at HDFC main branch in ahmedabad. They took my complaint but said me that, You have to fight alone. Because of your mistake. So i have to write mail to you sir. Please do the needful.

              I request to you, Please refund my payment, because of my personal cash crisies. And i visited the HDFC life insurance branch. And they told me that, You caught from fraud with metis marketing services pvt ltd. I think, i took online policy, but its not online. Its offline. I want to catch those frauds. And i took the policy on 8th jan 2018. I got the policy papers in 17th jan 2018. And i cancelled the policy on 10th feb 2018. And they told me that, i can cancelled my policy within 1 month. And now HDFC told me that, its 15 days cancellation period. And i am existing customer of HDFC LIife. So i have trust on HDFC. But this is very bad experience with HDFC. I sent you the agent details. And please contact them. They are not answering my calls also. And they are doing frauds for policy.

              And i requesting you angrily, i had mail from [protected]@hdfclife.com of cancellation and i atteched here. But in your mail, HDFC said, My cabcellation period gone after 15 days. But when i have called for verification, they told me that, i can cancelled tha policy within 1 month after collecting papers. And i[censored] have don't trust me, you can check recordind from your customer care department.

              And i have all proof in mail and also contact no of metis marketings frauds and all that which is required for take legal action against frauds but still HDFC not taken legal action against frauds and support the frauds and give the execuse to the customer. Well services of HDFC. In my whole life, This is the biggest frauds for me. And not supporting by company. And company help to the frauds, nor customer.

              Now, is hdfc not going on the frauds way??

                Dear sir,
                This is jagdish rayte from malegaon taluka using hdfc credit card 5459*597774.. I was charged by hdfc ergo insurance with a policy of premium 13651 without my confirmation or concern... This is such a illegal act to use my funds as per their requirement... How can any executive do such act... I had charged on 12/02/2018 with hdfc ergo policy of 13651 rs.. I call the customer care about the cancellation of the insurance policy... But till now the money has been not refunded by the company... This both are huge amount and i had never agreed for such policies... Still the executive was forcing me to buy and calling again and again... And later i see this transactions in my statement please refund my money back to credit card account...
                I m sending you the statement photo and also policies number.. Please help me to gain. My money back to. My account..

                    My transaction done on 28th april, amount debited but transaction has failed. I raised complain both sides but no response. I am at stucked situation now.

                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 2489/- from my credit card number ending with 0318 without my concern on date:17/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.2489/-

                        This is vineet kumar saxena, and my card number is [protected], i have a priority pass issued by your esteemed bank which i was using for accessing airport lounge as i am a frequent traveller. All of a sudden i came to know that all airport lounge usage is charged in domestic travel and it has been charged to me without my knowledge.
                        1. I had some other credit card from your bank, and i was persuaded by your executive to take a regalia card and usp was lounge access that how i converted to this and i got priority pass. I am pretty sure that you must be having a recording of that, now once while selling you can call why not while coming up with new rule. (You can check when i converted to regalia and conversion was confirmed on phone)
                        2. As all charges are notified by a sms or mail, as per the court ruling, than why not these charges ever been notified to customer that this much charge has been done on your card. This is sheer cheating as i don’t even come to know of that my card has been charged, this is a fraud and can be reported to the right agency.
                        3. Also during my conversation with phone banking officer, i was told that all my lounge access charges will be waived off, and based on that assurance and i consulted the lady for same i made another transaction and bought a google pixel on emi, now i am paying interest and emi. This conversation was also on recorded line just before my last transaction on this card for google pixel. I fail to understand how you people can fool around and make money, and never expected of a bank of such repute.
                        4. Even now i was planning to buy pro growth policy, and your executive was saying that charges will be waived off and i should go ahead and purchase the policy. This is ridiculous and absolute cheating
                        I had done a transaction of approx 2.6 lac in march-2017, and i repaid in that amount in few months so while repaying the last balance i realised that my balance is higher than expected than i scrutinized the statement and got a shock that this fraud is happening on my card without being notified to me charges are levied for lounge usage.
                        Now, i would request you to please let me know the total charges your bank has levied for lounge access, and would request for reversal of that charges. As i have stopped using the lounge once i came to know about charges being levied on customer without notifying. I am still flying at same frequency if any travel details needed i would provide you the same.
                        Also i have not got the cash back on purchase of google pixel-2, please expedite the same also please reverse the charges so that i can continue to use the card as i am abstaining from this.
                        Lastly, as a bank of high repute please get your call centre lines corrected, as it is impossible to get to those lines and if at all you get them it will get disconnect in between, i had tried numerous times and failed on number of times i am using[protected] & [protected] and had faced difficulties on both. More so the quality of phone banking officer is again questionable. I would request please try citi bank, standard chartered, or american express and feel the difference. This is just a feedback i am no one to comment on it.

                          I had received the call from [protected] saying that she is speaking from quicker. She’s is ensuring that she will provide me a job in HDFC bank ltd. she said me to deposit the amount of Rs.1850 as their consultation fees. After that i received the call from [protected] and this person asked me to deposit Rs. 6000 in his paytm account for the offer letter and ensuring that this is refundable. Now today i again received a call from a person saying that he is HR in HDFC saying to deposit Rs.10000 in his account for the opening of new bank account in my name. They had done fraud with me by using your company’s name. I request you to kindly help me in refund of my payment which i had deposited. Total amount of payment is Rs. 1850+6000=7850.00

I don’t remember that I went to any branch for requesting any statement. When i reached to customer care they cant provide proper solution.

                              My hdfc credit card has been blocked and from past 3 months i am trying to unblock it but everu time i call customer care no one picks the phone and i want to unblock it at earliest since i have tried a lot of place to resolve my issur but banck officials says they dont deal with cresit cards and credit card official says get it done by customer care

                                Dear team,
                                I have got commitment from hdfc sec branch manager & officer rutuja for reversing of depository charges. Even they have committed for reducing trading charges if trading done more. I have done as per they guided & so much references for demat given which has closed already. Still no depository charges reversed nor trading charges reduced.

                                I have waited more than a year for same.

                                  I agree and accept that there is a delay in my card payment and i have not even made the minimum due as well due to some financial constraints but could you please take out the list of transactions i have made on my credit card ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 8367 and the interest which i have paid on my credit card to hdfc bank in last 2 years? for just 1lakhs payment, you are treating your customer like a xxxxxxxxx (I can’t explain in words) and also this is not the first time i have seen this behavior from hdfc, this is the 5th time i have faced this kind of behavior. I know that hdfc is an reputated organization but due to this kind of behavior from collection department mainly from credit cards the organization’s reputation is getting spoiled and losing the customer faith on your bank. Please consider this from customer perspective and at least try to stop irritating the remaining customers especially who are in some bad financial situations. Definitely i will not recommend hdfc to anyone from now onwards either it is savings or loans or credit cards whatever it is.

                                        My customer id is 74052659. Your are charging very high commission. My husbands a/c 403511 is being charged 0.35 and.03 commission and is was promised the same will be charged but your charging very high kindly reverse the amount. Also it was promised that there will not be any commission for first 5 lakhs of transaction as i have paid rs.1999 for demat charges. Kindly reverse the excess commission charged.
