Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card . I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Status DISAPPROVED who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman. We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.     Irrespective of our various reminders, reqeusts you have not credited the same

    Now it is our humble request to reverse the same as 8 months have taken by you to investigae the case which is very strange

      We wish to inform you that in the event of non receipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. You will appreciate that the bank charges levied is legitimate and in accordance with the Schedule of Charges shared along with the Most Important Terms & Conditions as well as on the reverse of the credit card statement. However, owing to your relationship with the bank we have arranged to reverse the finance charge of Rs 1080.42 levied in your statement dated 19/04/2018 We wish to inform that the corresponding GST remains payable. On successful reversal the reversed transaction shall reflect in the next billing statement.

        I am hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 2800 from my credit card number ending with 8202 with out any my concern on date19/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount rs 2800.

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1188 without my concern on date:14/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                I was having one salary account in hdfc.. Which further converted to savings account and hdfc bank is leaving charges on in operative account which is against rbi mandates.
                My customer id is 70352300
                I thought of closing this account but
                I have tax saving fd linked to this account so the bank people saying we cannot close this account for 5 years.

                That means whether they will be charging for continuously 5 years for not maintaining the min balance..??

                I was not aware of this auto conversion of product without customer intimation..??

                Please help me with this..??

                I was having salary bank accounts.. No bank has done this changes apart from hdfc..

                Hdfc bank cheating its cutomers by charging money on inoperative bank accounts..

                I am raising this concerns.. Because everyone should aware of hdfc bank.

                        I have taken a personal loan from your bank and i also have 2 other account in your bank (Credit card and saving account). Around one month ago i apply for a fresh loan and mr. Anup ([protected]) tell me that they will process my new loan without disturbing my current loan and give me assurance that they will provide amount according to my need. But at the time of approval they closed my existing loan without my prior approval and remaining amount is credited to my account (Old load a/no 47791416/ new loan a/no[protected]. I talk to the mr. Nishi (Branch manager, new delhi). He process a fresh loan application again and after so many rejection and visit (Around 1 month) to branch they approve half of the limit i want and now they are not even give me any proper reason for this.

                        Hi, My issue not resolved. They gave me loan but what about my pervious loan. Still I have to pay extra on pervious loan that is not my mistake. Anup who made this mistake while process the loan I promise me to return my extra changes but still did not get any amount from there side.                           Mandate ref no: xxxxxxxx issued to hdfc bank ltd with value 80000.00 and frequency monthly is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with branch.

                          I took home loan from hdfc but till now my emi started with 10k only.
                          I don;t what and why 80000 has been requested?

                            I had a call with one of your staff, but she is not given satisfaction answer, she told that i have to pay Rs.22349 and said will charge every month 1.5% interest. after settlement the amount is remaining amount is Rs.9076.84 if you charged 1.5% on the remaining amount also it should not reach to Rs.22349. even i have asked the chargeable history which is you charged on monthly based till date she is not ready to clarified. i have paid almost double amount, which is i have used the card till the date, so i will the remaining amount that is Rs.9076.84 not more then this. or else I should write a mail to Aditya Poori after that i will do the Police complaint

                            Even i have checked my card complete history to settled and total outstanding amount that is like
                            Total outstanding amount is 30576.84
                            After settled the card payable amount is 21500.00
                            The wavier amount is 9076.84

                            Even i have ready to pay that amount which is they are wavier'ed Rs.9076.84 for closing the negative remark which they are updated in my Cibil but now they are saying that i need pay 25000.00Rs and above

                              I have bought something on amazon but i have to cancel that. The seller mailed me that the amount will be refund and should reflect in my acc. But 5 days have passed and i have not got the refund. I had hdfc bank credit card.
                              Here is what i got in the mail:
                              Hello,

                              Your refund of rs.15591 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].

                              The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 081905.

                              In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                              Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0031 without my concern on date:08/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    Regarding the failed transactions of rs.5, 000.00 on 27-sep-2017 and rs.5, 000.00 on 28-sep-2017 (2 transactions failed10000rs) at payzapp wallet load.

                                    I got the mail and proof of translation details from hdfc payzapp application team.

                                    Please read the trail mail.

                                    Payzapp was refunded amount each 5000rs (2 transactions 10000rs),
                                    But hdfc bank credit card did not reflected 10000rs. Please check the 28-sep-2017 on wards.
                                    Please show me the proof of refund 10000rs in hdfc credit card for below failed transactions :

                                        On[protected] @ 10:25 rs.153.11 was spent by default to playproz.com from hdfc credit card #1970. Playproz.com is a fraud company it is hacked my credit card information in each period some amount was spending to this company without my knowledge. Please stop this kind of fraud. The amount which spent to playproz. Come is without my permission i have not received any information that i need to pay it is automatically detected from account. How they are using my credit card without my permission. I need my money back and also need to deactivate/ cancel playproz. Ocm account # 14643394. I want my credit card transactions to be safe transaction otherwise i will deactivate my credit card ending # 1970.
