Hi i have received a message today staying that:
Mandate ref no: xxxxxxxx issued to hdfc bank ltd with value 80000.00 and frequency monthly is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with branch.

I took home loan from hdfc but till now my emi started with 10k only.
I don;t what and why 80000 has been requested?

    As per hdfc customer executive guidelines i have settled the credit card and paid the full amount as thy given time for 6 months instalment but after i have paid the amount still it is reflecting in my cibil as a negative account.

    After that i have spoken with customer care regarding this to close the negative updated in my cibil, saying that i have to pay 25000.00r rs,

    I had a call with one of your staff, but she is not given satisfaction answer, she told that i have to pay Rs.22349 and said will charge every month 1.5% interest. after settlement the amount is remaining amount is Rs.9076.84 if you charged 1.5% on the remaining amount also it should not reach to Rs.22349. even i have asked the chargeable history which is you charged on monthly based till date she is not ready to clarified. i have paid almost double amount, which is i have used the card till the date, so i will the remaining amount that is Rs.9076.84 not more then this. or else I should write a mail to Aditya Poori after that i will do the Police complaint

    Even i have checked my card complete history to settled and total outstanding amount that is like
    Total outstanding amount is 30576.84
    After settled the card payable amount is 21500.00
    The wavier amount is 9076.84

    Even i have ready to pay that amount which is they are wavier'ed Rs.9076.84 for closing the negative remark which they are updated in my Cibil but now they are saying that i need pay 25000.00Rs and above

      I have bought something on amazon but i have to cancel that. The seller mailed me that the amount will be refund and should reflect in my acc. But 5 days have passed and i have not got the refund. I had hdfc bank credit card.
      Here is what i got in the mail:
      Hello,

      Your refund of rs.15591 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].

      The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 081905.

      In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

      Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

            Regarding the failed transactions of rs.5, 000.00 on 27-sep-2017 and rs.5, 000.00 on 28-sep-2017 (2 transactions failed10000rs) at payzapp wallet load.

            I got the mail and proof of translation details from hdfc payzapp application team.

            Please read the trail mail.

            Payzapp was refunded amount each 5000rs (2 transactions 10000rs),
            But hdfc bank credit card did not reflected 10000rs. Please check the 28-sep-2017 on wards.
            Please show me the proof of refund 10000rs in hdfc credit card for below failed transactions :

                On[protected] @ 10:25 rs.153.11 was spent by default to playproz.com from hdfc credit card #1970. Playproz.com is a fraud company it is hacked my credit card information in each period some amount was spending to this company without my knowledge. Please stop this kind of fraud. The amount which spent to playproz. Come is without my permission i have not received any information that i need to pay it is automatically detected from account. How they are using my credit card without my permission. I need my money back and also need to deactivate/ cancel playproz. Ocm account # 14643394. I want my credit card transactions to be safe transaction otherwise i will deactivate my credit card ending # 1970.

                  Hi,
                  I don't exactly remember when i did register for one assist service. And without any notice 1399rs got deducted from my hdfc credit card ending 7807, for renewal of same service.

                  I don't want this service any more and also i request the refund of 1399rs. If any service is activated, the very first thing is sending a notification about activation and getting confirmation before deducting the money, which hdfc one assist didn't do.

                      Please provide me a net payable amount after reversal of maximum charges. Card no - [protected]. Customer care executive always give a hope that your charges will be reversed after this minimum payment than try again this time and finally got not resolved and charges is being raised while we communicate that block the card so that charges could be stable.

                      Now all are the additional charges. How much can you waive off. I will make one time payment and take return your card. If you reverse i will use further with timely payment. I have already using two more card but not facing any problem. My cibil is hampering. Help please

                            I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.                               I am a customer of hdfc credit card. My credit limit was 50000. I am already paid 10000. After that my card has already been stolen and i complained many times. Nobody entertained me and my card is still unblocked moreover they threatened me all time by phone. Last time i also paid 3000. Today they pressurized me that i have to pay 1500 more. That also i have been paid. But it has not been credited but from my account it debit. Right now i am student in previous i was not agreed to take any credit card but at that time they told me student interest is very less. I am needy family student. Currently i want to settlement but they are not agreed moreover interest rate they increased day by day. So how can i do that? Please help me i need help.

                                    At the time of opening of salary account, i had submitted my required documents and was told by the hdfc employee that i would not be required to submit them again to get a credit card. Today, i received a call from a lady at hdfc, karol bagh branch, regarding my credit card application. Upon being asked to submit the documents again, i told her about them being submitted already. To this she replied, “ mujhe nahi pata ye kuch. Apko credit card chahiye ya nahi”
                                    I am highly amazed by the extreme rudeness of your employee ‘rosy’. I can give further details if required.
                                    I hope my complaint would be taken into consideration and this is not repeated again.

                                      I would request consumer forum and all board members to bring there issue on regarding priority pass as it was common issue with hdfc bank.

                                      Bank has first sale their cards with priority pass as free lounge access then changed policy (As per bank version) without consumer consent.

                                      The height is the charges was not being mentioned when you avail facility or in immediate statement, charged after 2/3 months.in all credit card practices it is wrong you are fooling your customer.

                                      When you escalate issue some of transactions are being reversed as customer service.

                                      Bank relation ship manager keep informing that charges will get reversed and other side bank is charging penalty and debited money rom account.

                                      Bank has to answer for it by just ignoring issue and taking time not going to work.

                                      My appeal to all members to support.

                                        I had settled my credit card in the month of june 2014. However it is still reflecting in my cibil records and causing unnecessary complications. Kindly please have it removed from records and have them update it in their system please. My card no was [protected]. Please help me out on this. I was told that they will have it removed from my records after settlement. Thinking that i went forward with that but they have yet not done it. I was given the assurance by one mr manjunath of hdfc bank. It looks like they are not serious about it. I have raised a request too multiple times. I don't know where to follow it up as it is not something that should still come up in my records.
