Dear sir / madam

This is to inform you my self javad ahmed khan b has taken 2 policy

1) hdfc life pro growth plus policy no is 19682767.

2) hdfc life super incom plan policy no is 19636895.

After forcing from the hdfc bank staff from jayamahal branch to avail these 2 policy and i have received a kit and letter from hdfc life on 07/12/2017 before availing the policy i have called up to customer care and also i have received the call from hdfc life customer care 88 times and they told me when ever u want to cancel the policy u collect your own amt and some interest also and their was no looking period for the candle of policy and it has been to 10 yrs and 12 yrs the day i got my policy kit and letter i have been instructed to cancel the policy from hdfc bank staff which i have been applied for policy then i have been calling to customer care to cancel it but no response from their side and every time call drop will be there if i called to cancel the policy before 8 moths back the day i hve recived the policy and 3 days back i have been to hdfc life offfice in bangalore near trinity circle to cancle the policy and then too even they did not help me to cancel my police and then contact to gro even they are playing with the customer and again the complaints was raised from hdfc life customer care and the same complaint has been forwarded to my home branch and my manager is mr prakesh and his staff members is forcing me to continue the policy and they are forcing me to sing in paper and now from my home branch hdfc bank they have closed my complaint when i contact to manager mr prakesh he is giving me un necessary reasons and now manager and his staff members are playing with me so or plz give methe mail id or mob no of hdfce life chair man and mannaging director to send a mail to him. Or iam going to file a defamation against hdfc bank so please consider my request and cancel the policy immediately and plz refund my amt.

    A week before i made a call to hdfc customer care credit card section for some details of my credit card, after clarification was done, the executive told me that my debit card is too old and the chip card am using is not secure and he told to replace it without any charges, inspite i confirmed him twice that there is no charges for this. As soon as i started using my new card on may 22 my account was debited rs. 885 as debit card issuance charges with no prior intimation, inspite am using a corporate salary account hdfc has charged me this huge amount for a debit card.
    As a pro hdfc customer this is really disappointing, as i rely on hdfc for all my financial transaction. I really don't like the approch, this seems to be a kinda fraud and a cheap sales trick played around people. Please take my debit card and reverse my money or else i am deciding to return all my hdfc instruments like credit, debit cards and cheque book and close my relationship with hdfc.

      Dear sir / madam

      Kindly note i got call hdfc loan marketing team, and agreed to taken personal loan balance transfer of my existing personal which i am holding at axis bank, after submission all documents they approved to loan to me, before disbursal of loan i had discussed about processing charges, they were told its 1999 + gst, later based on my request they agreed over phone including gst rs.1500. And not discussed about any other charges,

      But when they sent dd to me in favour axis bank, in their loan disbursal advise found following amount deducted, hence i have returned the dd the bank employee

      Same i have sent mail to mr. John akshay of hdfc bank senior manager for sales (Loans) but no response from him, copy of mail attached,

      Now i wish to not take loan from them, but asking us to pay closure charges and interest for the full loan amount

          This is with reference to my hdfc bank credit card issue.
          1.in the month of january 2016 i called your customer care office and told them that i want to close my credit card account and enquired how much payment to be done for this. They told me the amount and i paid it by internet banking. I was under assumption that my credit account will be closed as per my conversation with your representative.
          2. My credit card was supposed to expire in march 2016, i should have got replacement of the card if the account is still valid. I never got the card.
          3. My email account on which the mail transactions between hdfc and myself are taking place is seldom used, i was not knowing that the credit card account is not closed and hdfc is deducting emi from my account and not used the amount for which it was paid in january 2016 by me for final settlement.
          4. I got to know that there is outstanding on my credit card account, when i used this email account recently.
          5. According to hdfc, i have some outstanding amount: why nobody even bothered to called me and asked why it is not paid?
          6. If the account is active, why i did not get new card?
          All this episode does not sound good and i am deeply embarrassed by the behavior of your customer support person. Would like to know if you can sort this matter and i don’t have to pay the amount which is being claimed un-necessarily.

          already explained whole case to HDFC bank so many times, bank have all details and today costumer executive has called me that time I also ask to her, why HDFC bank has not provided me new Credit card? she replayed me - due to outstanding amount. Just see the case is -my credit card expiry date is Mar 2016. I have done my total payment in January 2016 in January 2016 HDFC statement is showing negative balance in my account. it is clear that without any information HDFC bank representatives can give you any false information.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debuted rs.1399 from my credit card ending with 8538 withouty concern on 10/05/2018.               Hi,

              This is about the loan services provided by your agent mr. Avinash kumar, employed in hdfc bank, nigdi branch.
              Avinash had promised me about the disbursement of loan amounting to rs. 50 lakhs in our first meeting despite me being transparent in every aspect of my income, additional income, mother's age and all the other documents.
              After 15 - 20 days, now he says that the disbursement will be only for rs 35 lakhs and is giving me reasons like, my mother's age being 50 she will be working only for next 10 years.
              During my continuos follow up, avinash has never mentioned this reasons and always assured me for entire disbursement.
              I suppose this is a technique used by hdfc bank to fool the regular customers into taking loans.
              I am going to take it to the higher level if this issue is not resolved as early as possible.

                  Agent has asked us to give another cheque saying some mistake in first cheque we gave him while applying the home loan.

                  Agent has deposit both the cheques without our knowledge and amount deducted twice.

                  This wasn't told to me and i got to know after 10 days while checking my bank statement. Its been 15 days no one has responded and even call us.

                  While it was taking loan from bank i was getting 10 calls daily and now no one bother to return my money back.

                  Please take a strict action.

                        My credit card due date is 4th of every month. I paid my dues on 3rd may in cash 44k at your branch in laxmi nagar branch near to v3s mall. Till then my dues not clear and amount not credited in my credit card. App showing still payment pending. Receiving call and message for dues. Raised number of times call on customer care and mails to number of your mail i'd. But still the problem not resolved.
                        Visited your branch since 4th may, asking number of time from branch manager when the payment will be reflected. She telling tomorrow, after 2 days.
                        Your branch staff giving excuses continuously. Just because of them your collection harassing me continuously.

                            I got 1 email regarding credit card statement, but i don't have any credit card with me, for this reason i have been trying to connect phone banking. It did not connect even after trying for multiple times.

                            I am trying to redeem my cashback points but its showing -623 points. And now i don't know how my points can be in minus. Due to this i am unable to redeem my cashback points too. They would charge 750 annual fees for my card but here they are careless about the problems customers are facing.

                              Main issue is that i did not offer anything to surveyor that's why a false report done by surveyor
                              They have duped the Senior citizen with false promises and giving an absolute different insurance from what discussed... And now nobody is responding back to our requests... They have provided an investment plan to a 73 year old person explaining its health insurance.. with Fraudulent means... Please get our insurance cancelled...

                                Hi,

                                I purchased an apple ipad on 10th february under the 'valentine's day 10000 cashback offer'. ​as per the offer a cashback of 10000 was supposed to be credited within the 90 days of purchase.

                                My friends and colleagues also purchased the same and are facing the same issues. Tried email the customer care, but the emails bounce back.

                                Its been more than 90 days and the cashback is not credited.
                                Under this scheme it was mandatory for the buyer to opt for 6 months emi.

                                Purchased the ipad in croma retail hyderabad.

                                Indeed the Cashback has been credited, but clearly there was a huge miscommunication. The cashback was supposed to be credited within 90 days and the cashback was credited post 90 days of purchase. The real frustration however was when we called customer care they denied having any such offers. While some of my colleagues were told the Offer was only for NON EMI purchases. These misinformation lead to panic. I am relieved that the amount is credited.

                                  Hi,

                                  I activate the one assist plan by hdfc bank credit card services few years back and now i want to deactivate the plan. But there is no way i can do that, i ask hdfc to cancel auto debit then they ask me to communicate with one assist too.

                                  When i communicate with one assist they are not listening for cancellation request. I called them on 21 may, 2018 8:50 am then they said since your auto debit request is in progress please request after '48 working hours'. Then i called 22 may, 2018 9:05 am for same so again they give me same reply that call after 48 hours. Even though 1 day already passed their deadline time did not changed. I even asked when this 48 hour deadline complete they give me 6 june. Then i asked by what calculation 48 working hour complete on 6 june then he clearly said "i will not deactivate your account". He keep says this line multiple times too me.

                                  I asked from one assist customer care representative what if i cancel my credit card then they told me we will charge from your account. This means there is no way i can cancel this subscription.

                                  This is a hdfc scam, they keep in touch with their customer when they want to activate service but they keep their hand out during deactivate service.

                                  I have booked the complaint no. [protected] for cancellation request to hdfc but as per their custom care representative it seems it can not be done by hdfc.

                                  Now in order to cancel this auto debit service or scam, i may have to cancel my debit card and close my hdfc account so that the company won't able to charge any money.

                                    Loan status:amount is yet to get disburshed
                                    Before it get disbursed, could you please cancel the loan.

                                        Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected]xxxxx issued to banayantree services limited with value rs. 100000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                        I haven’t applied for any such thing, when i called phone banking, they did not even listen and disconnected the call. Awful customer service. Hdfc is worst, disgusting
