We mrs. Leela albert philip & mr. Albert k philip planned a vacation to malaysia & singapore through m/s veena world, travel dates 28/04/2018 to 05/05/2018 both inclusive
Hence we opted for a forex multi currency card with hdfc bank online, (Details attached) for 500 malaysian ringgits, & 500 singapore dollars, on the 14/04/2018 which was debited through savings acct no:[protected] (Attached file) hdfc saving account holders mrs leela albert philip & joint mr. Isaac albert philip
Unfortunately on travel we noticed that hdfc only loaded the malaysian ringitts of 500 value,
The singapore dollars were not loaded (Please note as per statement these singapore dollars were loaded reflected on the card on 10/05/2018, by then returned to mumbai), so i was short of funds when on the trip abroad, i swiped the card only to be declined for the goods purchased, i had to bear insults & hardships due to this. To which i need an explanation from the hdfc bank.

I too had paid said charges for opening an account & after expiry of said scheme i hv been charged as a regular brokerage as was informed by the Executive ... so in your case for any detailed clarification you shall check with them by contacting their customercare desk at[protected]prefix local std code) or write to [protected]@hdfcsec.com
