I am with grief sorrow writing this mail to you finally as the credit card department has not left any option for me.
Myself kumar devashish is a corporate salary a/c holder at hdfc bank in delhi
I have also been given a credit card from hdfc bank. The problem arises from here. Till date i donot recived my credit card.
Credit card department has been arisen bill to pay me against card payment
They told me that this bill is against of insurance payment
But till date i don't revived neither credit card nor policy paper.
So why i pay the money
They raised bill with interest and submit to my primary salary account
I had a telephonic talk with mr. Ritesh mob. No. [protected] several times, and confirm me to issue the card and policy paper.
Till date there is no credit card with me and when i called up the call center they said that they are sending me new credit card. It is really shocking!.
I also agreed to pay basic payment after weaving extra charges
If any amount is being kept on hold from my salary after this i will seriously going to lodge an fir against the harassment from hdfc bank.
I am looking for a resolution from you. Please close the account and waive the entire amount. I don’t want to take any legal step.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Nothing could be happen at your end so far.
Bankers had deducted amount from my account by ignoring my numerous reminders.
I don't think what should be done now.
After giving numerous complain and reminder, bankers deduct money from my salary account
This is shocking news.
If you have any power than please do needful action
Till now I have not any credit card

Bankers only contact me to pay. They have also sent me a message through mail that they have issued my credit card and an insurance policy, but till date what is the situation I explained you several times.
I had contacted nodal officer as you say me but all efforts gone in vain.
What happens really I did not know my account is in the hand of banker, what they want, they do.
Really I am sorry to say that, IT HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA
