My name is TAUSIF AHMED JABBAR customer id 7946350, I am very very disappointed with the way hdfc bank had treated today morning 2nd of May 2018 I have checked my account balance was INR 46, 000 and all of a sudden in the evening it is showing INR 12000 however in my account statement of net banking is showing a closing balance of 46000 but the account balance is not I mean such a big bank and this sort of service, this is my co operate account and I will be raising a complaint as well, customer service is phethetic no response after 8 pm ist kindly assist at the earliest or else I will be flashing this in social media Twitter as well which will be a brand hampering

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6624 without my concern on date:02/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

      This is to inform you that on dated 14 jan 2018 i had loaded 5000/- from my sbi card no-[protected] to hdfc payzapp wallet, however the amount got deducted from my sbi credit card but the amount is not credited in my payzapp wallet, No one is responding to resolve my query. I need my amount as soon as possible who will bear this 5000/- loss. I am unable to pay this amount also need your help to solve this possible early to get my amount back.

      No one is responding to my complain.
      Kindly suggest where should i approach for this as already i had done lots of complain provided all the document but now the merchant bank need charge slip for the said transaction.

      I want you to go through with the bank and coordinate as i need my 5000 amount back. sbi claiming that they had not recieved any refund from payzap team.

        I have raised a complaint on[protected] regarding my debit card transaction, also many times discussed with their customer care executives, but getting response is within seven working days amount will credeited to account, but now more than a month is over still not recieved the amount.

        HDFC Nodal officer also not responding the issue.

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason and i see that i have rs -7392 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

              I have applied for a personal loan at hdfc bank, agartala branch. I was in need as my father is hospitalised and till date i have not recieved the amount where as in got a sms that it was approved on 30.04.2018. I was told that after applying i will get it within 2-3 days. I applied on 25th april 2018. The point is there is no communication from branch and now they are infact ignoring my calls. Is this the behaivour of a corporate staff? I am in need that doesnt mean i am a begger. Hdfc bank is a good bank but people's take advantage of brand and spoil it. Thats what happening here. Staffs should know how to deal with customers and should be attentive.

                I was having a savings account in hdfc bank. Account number is [protected]. I have submitted an application in the home branch damanjodi for closing of my bank account in the month of september 2017. But the employee didn't close my account till now. I have also submitted the cheque book. My account balance was 1₹ at that time. Now, my account balance is -1366₹. I have visited the bank in january for asking the status of my account closing process. They didn't respond. I have waited till now and i don't know whom to contact. Please help me.

                The TAT for closure of account without any linkages (for eg . credit card/trading account etc.) is 4 working days from the date of submission. We request you to provide the below details to enable us to track the status of your application for account closure: 1. Date when application was sent/submitted 2. Complete address of the branch where the application was sent/submitted 3. Mode of sending (post or courier details). If the closure request was submitted/sent more than a year back, please provide us with the acknowledgement copy. Incase you are not in possession of the acknowledgement copy, request you to visit the nearest branch and submit a fresh request for account closure.                 Hi I have applied for demat account opening at your company and it has been almost 25 days and my account is not yet open. Neither I am getting any proper response from the team

                I am not able to send or receive money in payzapp .in my payzapp i have around 2000 . i want my money .i am not able to transfer my money to bank . even if i tried for booking movie tickets, there is no use .i am not able to do any kind of transaction
                Spoke to customer executive pavithra on 23/04/2018. I have been charged an overlimit fee. I am not going to pay it as I have not exceeded the limit. I have already talked to the customer care and they are giving excuses and unreasonable statements. please look into it.

                  Sir, i had purchased a bike in 2007 on consumer loan through hdfc bank. I had cleared all dues in 2010 but my cibil report still shows a current amount of rs. 11, 190 as a consumer loan. Now, i am unable to get any loan due to this discrepancy in my cibil report, so, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible and oblige me.                     This is inform you that i subhashree pradhan want to know that today i had gone to deposite cash in saoner branch but i face a lot of problem in saoner branch i. E there have no ladies line for this branch and also the cashier had not help in this matter and i have actually deposited rs.3500 but i give rs.[protected]*2), he was not received. He told me that you change and come. Before deposite we withdrawl rs.40000/- in your branch atm and we got 2000*20, we told him about that matter but he did not listen matter, after that he returned me.

                      This is such a unbelievable after submit my complain i don't get any solutions.

                      This is the [protected]@hdfcbank.com mail id i was coordinate with mr hatel. He told me that they resolve this case within 4 working date last date update with him 10 april 2018. After that he never reward on mail or phone also

                      For your kind information central bank of india branch manager was confirmed that the fund has dispense first a fall this is your job not his or my job. When i asked to check the cctv footage to one of your phone banker he said that this is not my job and told me that this should be done from customer end.
                      If a customer service person has decided not to help you, or been unfriendly and caused you to feel embarrassed about what’s happened, that is unacceptable. I may had a great call with a customer service person who promised a satisfying solution, but that promise isn’t kept by his/her promise. I am the customer of your bank more the 3 year and up until now i don't know what is the issue and why it take so much time.

                        I keep getting calls from hdfc to have a lifetime free credit card and this time i agreed. Their exective was on the call assisting me on how to apply for it and what options needs to be chosen.
                        I confirmed her for several times to see if any charges will be deducted but the person told no so i went ahean and applied for it.
                        Now i see aroung 1700 deducted for one assist plan which i don't even know.

                            Re: wrong charges imposed on non-activated card & false commitment from hdfc agents to corporate employees.

                            Sir / mam,
                            I have registered for a hdfc snapdeal card with free lifetime membership through one of your dsa agent visited to shree cement limited in dec 2017. But i have got the dinners club card (Last digit 3424) through post & i have not activated the card yet because i am already using another hdfc credit card (All miles) from last 2-3 years. Last month i saw that a statement generated & they had imposed a membership charges of rs 1000/- plus gst in it.
                            So due to these false commitments & useless card please close my card permanently & revert the charges shown in statement because this is a false commitment from your dsa.
                            Secondly i want to log a complaint against all the agents team who have visited to shree cement limited head office and given us wrong card. Now all of them are not picking our phone or not responding.
                            Everybody in my organization were unhappy with cards issued from this team & when we called them they either not responded or said please unblock the card from customer care and charges will be revert. So my question is that why did they issued cards to us just for commission amount only??
                            Details of team is as:

                            Please take this matter very seriously & necessary action please.

                            In spite of taking action from hdfc side against all the four complaints by me, you are saying that we are sorry to revert the charges imposed on your in-activated card.

                            I have already talked to your customer care, she (Ms juhi) said please fill the card closure form & submit to branch so that card will permanently closed & no charges will be paid. So if possible please close my card permanently & i don't need new card because i am already using the all miles card of hdfc along with salary account in hdfc beawar branch.

                              I have not suscribed one assist and the plan was activated without my permission. Nearly rs 2700 has been debited from my account past two years without my authoristion. Cancel the plan and please refund my amount.

First 3 times they took call and told to wait as they are forwarding the call to complaint resolution team. 3 times i talked to them and they asked me to wait and then they delibrately cut the call. After that when i tried contacting them it was as if they blocked my number.

                                Hi dispute team,

                                As per your mail 1474/- amount has been settled by you. But as per my last statement it is reflecting as debit.
                                I do not know why this is happening again and again. Why you guys are not settling that amount.
                                This month i paid only 1012 rs of amount after deducting 1474 rs from my bill, again you are charging late fine fee of rs 400 + gst

                                Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I will not pay any late fee charges and 1474 rs coz this fault is yours not mine.

                                You can also see my all the payments i made in time except this one.
                                I have attached the statement which shows that amount has been settled

                                  We have been constantly receiving letters in an effort to collect an outstanding balance for the above mentioned card number.
                                  The name of the card holder/ obligated person to pay is "narain jeswani"
                                  Mr. Narain jeswani, has passed away in aug 2016, he is not alive
                                  After his death, we have emailed you stating his demise.
                                  Despite of informing you, we continued to receive collection email
                                  Kindly take our address and us off the collections list for mails, letters, phone calls & visits.

                                      My name is rahul thakur .I have applied for a sallery accout with hdfc bank branch sector 35 b chandigarh on 27 of march but till 02/04/2018 i dont get any account no. or any other detail .and your bank employe mr parul not recieving my phone all my claims and sallery are on hold kindly do some needfull as soon as possible.
