I've applied for hdfc fastag and got the same. Unfortunately there are no details of the account number or wallet id or anything. It's just fastag i received and no welcome mail also.
Now my fastag account is empty and i've no clue how to recharge it without the wallet id or account number details given.
Hdfc fastag customer care number never connects.
Is this a use and throw fastag? I seriously doubt bank's commitment on providing this service.

    Hi, i would like to bring it to your notice that i left my previous organisation in the month of august 2017 my salary account [protected] & customer id 27604542 is still active & converted to saving without informing me or warning me. Now account showing in a negative rs.2123/- which is not acceptable. So close the same or waive off the negative balance as it was not used by anyone also stop sending sms related or else will raise a complaint to the head quarter or will take a severe actions against this.       Hi,

      I am having my account with hdfc from past 7+ years. And recently i had taken personal loan worth 9 lakh. And i was paying my emi without fail. Now i wanted a top-up of 2lakh pl for which i had approached hdfc representative (Name -
      Palani, [protected]). He requested a lot of documents to be provided which also included last 3 months salary slip.in the initial inquiry i had informed him that i am currently serving my notice period and joining a new company because of which my march month salary slip is generated but it will be given to me in my full and final settlement. He had assured me that loan can be sanctioned in this case. And after submitting all the documents and waiting for 4 days he is coming back and saying that loan cannot be sanctioned as march month salary has not been credited. This is very ridiculous that he is informing me at the last stage. I am also unhappy with hdfc for treating there loyalty customer in such a manner. Because of this i am thinking of deleting the hdfc account and debit card which i am holding currently.

        I had given my documents to kapil jain (Hdfc bank) for mortgage loan and after verifying my documents they said they are ready to give me loan. So i applied for loan and also given 11, 000 as processing fee.
        They said i have to take insurance as well. So i paid them 25000 rs. For insurance.
        They had approved my loan and send message for disbursement. I also got sanction letter. After few days, they told me that they cannot give me loan because there is some issue with documents.
        Now after rejecting my application, they said they cannot refund my processing fee and also they cannot cancel insurance.

        My grievance is that
        If my documents were not clear, why they had approved my loan and why they force me to take insurance.
        I have been cheated by hdfc bank for 36000 rs.

          I've been receiving continuous phone calls from hdfc bank everyday regarding personal loan requirement. It is not possible for me to block the numbers as i'm getting calls from different numbers everyday. I've informed them multiple times to remove my number from their database in many ways, but there is still no use on that front. I want to lodge complaint against hdfc bank for making such calls despite multiple warnings.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1538/- from my credit card number ending with 8911 without my concern on date:14/4/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership
            These amount shows in my statement as aunthorised amount and smart emi like... So please refuse these problems

              My name is devraaj singh raghuvanshi, i have an current account (A/c no:[protected] in icici bank shankar nagar, raipur. I was having direct transactions from my company account who have there account with you in hdfc bank, branch-mungeli road bilaspur with whom i was working with as a vendor. They (Hdfc bank) were supposed to deposit inr 2, 90, 854.00 in my icici account through rtgs on 5 may, 2017 which was wrongly credited to an another account, account holders name - ravi rihal (A/c no:[protected] in same branch of icici, shankar nagar. Till the date from last around 1 year i am trying to resolve this issue with both the banks but did not got any result. I visited several times to hdfc bank bilaspur mungeli branch and even discussed this whole issue with the branch manager mr. Devashish mishra which was of no use. I request you take some serious action so that i can get my fund back asap.

                On mar-12th. I was calling the hdfc payzapp care toll free number. The number was busy. Then i search in the google for alternate number. I found this number in the begging.+91-[protected]. They asked my mobile number. Then suddenly he took money from my wallet.
                Then i call again to that number stating why you used my money from my wallet. He talking very rude hindi language and telling me to complain in the cyber cell if i have the guts.
                Need to take necessary action. When i call the toll free number i waited for 20 min to make the call to speak to the banker. The they sais they are aware of the same. Tole me complain in cyber cell.

                  My name is TAUSIF AHMED JABBAR customer id 7946350, I am very very disappointed with the way hdfc bank had treated today morning 2nd of May 2018 I have checked my account balance was INR 46, 000 and all of a sudden in the evening it is showing INR 12000 however in my account statement of net banking is showing a closing balance of 46000 but the account balance is not I mean such a big bank and this sort of service, this is my co operate account and I will be raising a complaint as well, customer service is phethetic no response after 8 pm ist kindly assist at the earliest or else I will be flashing this in social media Twitter as well which will be a brand hampering

                      This is to inform you that on dated 14 jan 2018 i had loaded 5000/- from my sbi card no-[protected] to hdfc payzapp wallet, however the amount got deducted from my sbi credit card but the amount is not credited in my payzapp wallet, No one is responding to resolve my query. I need my amount as soon as possible who will bear this 5000/- loss. I am unable to pay this amount also need your help to solve this possible early to get my amount back.

                      Kindly suggest where should i approach for this as already i had done lots of complain provided all the document but now the merchant bank need charge slip for the said transaction.

                      I want you to go through with the bank and coordinate as i need my 5000 amount back. sbi claiming that they had not recieved any refund from payzap team.

                          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason and i see that i have rs -7392 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                              I have applied for a personal loan at hdfc bank, agartala branch. I was in need as my father is hospitalised and till date i have not recieved the amount where as in got a sms that it was approved on 30.04.2018. I was told that after applying i will get it within 2-3 days. I applied on 25th april 2018. The point is there is no communication from branch and now they are infact ignoring my calls. Is this the behaivour of a corporate staff? I am in need that doesnt mean i am a begger. Hdfc bank is a good bank but people's take advantage of brand and spoil it. Thats what happening here. Staffs should know how to deal with customers and should be attentive.

                                I was having a savings account in hdfc bank. Account number is [protected]. I have submitted an application in the home branch damanjodi for closing of my bank account in the month of september 2017. But the employee didn't close my account till now. I have also submitted the cheque book. My account balance was 1₹ at that time. Now, my account balance is -1366₹. I have visited the bank in january for asking the status of my account closing process. They didn't respond. I have waited till now and i don't know whom to contact. Please help me.

We request you to provide the below details to enable us to track the status of your application for account closure: 1. Date when application was sent/submitted 2. Complete address of the branch where the application was sent/submitted 3. Mode of sending (post or courier details). If the closure request was submitted/sent more than a year back, please provide us with the acknowledgement copy. Incase you are not in possession of the acknowledgement copy, request you to visit the nearest branch and submit a fresh request for account closure.                                   Sir, i had purchased a bike in 2007 on consumer loan through hdfc bank. I had cleared all dues in 2010 but my cibil report still shows a current amount of rs. 11, 190 as a consumer loan. Now, i am unable to get any loan due to this discrepancy in my cibil report, so, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible and oblige me.                                     This is inform you that i subhashree pradhan want to know that today i had gone to deposite cash in saoner branch but i face a lot of problem in saoner branch i. E there have no ladies line for this branch and also the cashier had not help in this matter and i have actually deposited rs.3500 but i give rs.[protected]*2), he was not received. He told me that you change and come. Before deposite we withdrawl rs.40000/- in your branch atm and we got 2000*20, we told him about that matter but he did not listen matter, after that he returned me.

                                    So kindly to see this matter, then i will thank ful to you.

                                      This is the [protected]@hdfcbank.com mail id i was coordinate with mr hatel. He told me that they resolve this case within 4 working date last date update with him 10 april 2018. After that he never reward on mail or phone also

                                      For your kind information central bank of india branch manager was confirmed that the fund has dispense first a fall this is your job not his or my job. When i asked to check the cctv footage to one of your phone banker he said that this is not my job and told me that this should be done from customer end.
                                      If a customer service person has decided not to help you, or been unfriendly and caused you to feel embarrassed about what’s happened, that is unacceptable. I may had a great call with a customer service person who promised a satisfying solution, but that promise isn’t kept by his/her promise. I am the customer of your bank more the 3 year and up until now i don't know what is the issue and why it take so much time.

                                      I receive around 10 calls in a day each from a different no and different person asking if I want HDFC personal loan or credit card. Can you please put an end to this ASAP. I have my mobile no on DND but I am still getting calls. I wonder what TRAI is doing.
