This complaint regarding credit card satalment. Comnucation with staff before 6 day ago for same but till time not respond. I want my settle and make EMI for statement amount and also release hod from my a/c.

I had applied for a fastag through hdfc which i received promptly but am unable to login to load cash as i have not received any welcome email from hdfc for me to create my login. I am overdue on my fastag which has now been blacklisted. I even went to a nearby hdfc branch in bangalore and they were clueless. The fastag customer support line is useless as i have been trying to call them for over 4 weeks now without the call getting through...

I'm unable to recharge my hdfc fastag after using it for a couple of months. When i reach the recharge window it says amount exceeds top up limit.
The toll free number is a joke. Every time like everyone complaining here is the same response. The number is not reachable... Any time of the day any time of the night any day of the week...
Is there no other way to contact these folks.....

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9809 without my concern on date:31/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund debited amount of rs.1399/-

I have a loan with hdfc bank. I had paid the loan. Inspite of that, that bank has deducted fine. I called hdfc phone banking people and explained that i was charged unnecessarily. Later they admitted and told me a refund request was passed. I will be getting my money. But again my loan amount was debited from my account second time. I had that amount to pay my kids fees. How can bank do this? I need justice....

I was using credit card my credit card number is [protected] credit card was issue year of 2007. Some outstanding amount was happening. And at that time i had hdfc bank saving account [protected]. My salary was credited, as per hdfc credit card policy they debit amount 15537 date on 18/0/2011and transfer in my credit card which are out standing amount. And than after again 4500 debit in my sving account...

My customer id is 23487647. I have received a message from hdfc bank as dear customer mandate reference no hdfc[protected] with value rs.5 00000 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue pl get in touch with your branch.20:24

I have not issued any such mandate.

I have a disput with hdfc bank regarding non payment of due amount of credit card due to hospitalisation of my father due to heart attack and failure of kidney. But I regularly pay minimum amount which is already more than limit i used.I already informed bank all about my problem and told for settlement.Inspite of that bank put a lien in my saving account which is illegal.kinly help me to waive off lien in my account...

I have added 5000 amount into my pay zapp wallet and have updated kyc but still I am not able to transfer amount from payzapp wallet from more than a month I have tried your customer care number but each time it's busy and no response now I am fed up with your pathetic services either you transfer amount back to my creadit card otherwise I will sue in court....

For last two months, a certain loan amount is being deducted from my account (corresponding to client number[protected] and my balance became was becoming negative at the beginning of the month. Now, I thought, those amounts are being deducted for the loan account. Hence, I need not to pay it again. Amandeep, pba, hdfc bank, pakhowal road, ludhiana is the most irresponsible employee i gave ever seen. She doesn’t allow me to come to bank saying that she will call herself. Never did she called in 2 weeks. She doesn’t even attend to my call neither she replies to any message and keeps on disconnecting calls. I had only one week left to go back to canada. Please suggest me whom should i contact.

I have openend hdfc salary in 2012 when i was working in bangalore.

I am not been using hdfc bank salary account for many months. Today when i check with customer care i have rs -5600
Negative balance in my account. Since i have not maintain min balance in that account. I did not know when they change that account to savings.

With out my consent how u people change my salary account...

I accepted the offer given by him. Insurance amount also debited from credit card on 01.03.2018.

But till date now i did not received the policy documents....

I am not receiving otp on my registered mobile number for netbanking password reset. Can you please fix the issue? I've been facing this problem for past 4 days.

If hdfc cannot help, i would prefer to choose some other private bank for all the transactions going forward. Customer care number doesn't work, it always puts me on ivr.

Poor services by hdfc bank.

I have hdfc credit card, but i never used it, but they provided mobile balance service for 4 months, after i realized and block card, i need to pay 400/- but i don't get any call or msg from hdfc bank regarding payment related, now without information they deducted 3200 from my account, i spoke to hdfc credit card team they told that we can't do anything, it's small amount so take it easy....
