I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i dont have debit card as of now. (Blocked)

2) registered number + e-mail : i am not receiving otp either to my registered mail/phone.

Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by second method twice earlier.
I have mailed to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with my details.

Not getting any statement for outstanding and loan summery report

I want my loan summery and payment reschedule to my mail ID [protected]@gmail.com
I saket kumar and my consumer durable loan a/c no. [protected]. Your costumer executive behavior bad and many problem regarding consumer durable loan your problem but problem phase by me.. and you not solve any problem so i decide consumer court and i not paid any amount because my problem is not solve.

            Sir, i am a credit card holder ending 9532, i purchased a mobile through credit card and i am paying correctly, for the last four months. On 23.04.18 at 2.20 pm one person called me from [protected] and asked me to pay 2200, i asked him why? Since my emi is only 660, and politely asked him to tell the breakup, suddenly he told me that he cannot feed me with spoon, in a harsh manner and also threatened me to block my card. The same person also spoke with my wife with unparlimentary word. Is this is the way to behave with a costomer. Please take necessary action to save the name of the renowned bank. A. Salomon.

              Respected sir/madam
              I am ashish keskar having salary account in your hdfc bank branch. On 26th march 2018 i shop online on myntra. After couple of days i canceled the product and asked for refund.
              I called at myntra and there customer executive said that they have refund the amount but it's not credited to your bank account. He has given me the refund reference number [protected]. Please do the needful by checking the amount of rs. 761.84/- and credit to my account.

                When i changed my job, i opened axis bank salary account, few days back i enquired whether my hdfc bank salary account is active or not, i was surprised with negative 7000 balance.

                This is ridiculous, i even have pre approved credit card with 100000 withdrawl limit in my hdfc bank account.

                Please do the needful. I have my pf account linked with hdfc bank which is pending for withdrawl.

                    A few days later i paid two times processing charge for my disbursement of home loan. While i paid my processing charge earlier for taking this loan. Initially my agent mr. Amit sapkal (Hdfc sales navi mumbai branch) took that amount for processing the home loan sanction. He created a file for kolkata and cut the amount for this but before sanction he cancelled the file and created the new one for mumbai but the processing charge amount did not transfer the new one. For this issue i visited several times at panvel branch and requested saniya rumane (Panvel branch) to solve the issue. Every time she assured me she will solve the issue but she did not till my disbursement date. So i paid my processing charge again during my disbursement. Is this your serve process?? Is this possible to get back my money in my account?? I am very disappointed.

                    I had already given processing charge (5900 Rs.) against my File No[protected]For Kolkata) but before sanction this file they generated another file[protected]For Mumbai) and sanctioned. But they didn't transfer this Processing Charge to the new file. This amount already cut from my bank account. I already request Saniya Rumane (HDFC BANK) to do this as soon as possible but she didn't till now. My property registration date 16 the April, 2018. Please do this as urgent basis. But they requested me sir please submit the processing charge for new file meanwhile we solve this issue. Afterthat they assure me you will get this money within 3 months. But more than 3 months over I am not receiving any refund money and not a single updates from them. Please do the necessary steps against them.

                      I have not received the updated credit card send to me in my old address. So as per the introductions from the customer care executive i have dropped a letter in west patel nagar branch for changing my address and to send the new credit card on new address. But even after two weeks there is no reply received back. Even not able to talk to customer care executive.

                          I was charged by a merchant twice when i only used my card once. Money was deducted from my account and it was on three transaction for a total of rs. 2100/- dispute was filed with the bank on march 7 and it's almost end of april there is no credit being issued by the bank when i called the bank on 27th march they informed me that the dispute is completed and the amount will be credited but since then i have been getting a run around and when i called today i was informed by a specialist that it will be credited by eod but i don't see any credits...

                                On dated 5th march 2018 i have mistakenly transferred rs 60000/- from kotak bank to hdfc credit card account number which is not exist/dormant account, but transaction was successful.

                                Last transaction was made on hdfc credit card on 2013 april.

                                But unfortunately i am regularly follow up customer care, hdfc bank but no one is helping me out how can get my money.

                                Please kindly help me out. Its more than 50 days but i am not getting any respond from the bank end.

                                If the account was dormant how money get deducted from kotak bank.

                                Within 2 working day money should be revert back.

I submit all the documents to the hdfc empolye i submit my all years itr with cumputation chart. My last itr i filled is approx 3, 50000rs.. After submitting the application through my home branch i got text verification on my mobile i submit that. Now last day i got the text that my application process is completed please check after 2 days. I fulfill all the requirements for eligibility cretia to gt hdfc credit card. I want to request to bank after 1st rejection now please approve my credit card application. Because i have 837 credit scores and i already have axis bank credit card with 40000rs limit. Please approve my hdfc credit card because i fulfill all the requirements. My application refrence no. Is [protected]cq.

                                  Today I check my HDFC CREDIT CARD APPLICATION STATUS and they again (SECOND TIME )Disapproved my Application. i full filled all the requiremets they still Disapproved my Application Worst Experience with HDFC. I gave them 3 ITR with Computation Chart and fulfilled all other requirements but they do not Approve my application. i want my application to be approved because i am eligible.

                                    I have purchased fastag from hdfc bank on 24th january 2018.

                                    I received my fastag on 5th february 2018 at 18:15 (Kindly see attached courier tracking page part 1 and part 2).

                                    I have been charged rs. 60 for transaction at anewadi toll plaza on 5th february 2018 at 06:01 (Kindly see attached screen shot of transaction).

                                    This matter has been already discussed with hdfc customer care person (Mr. Aakarshan sharma) and he agrred that it was due to scanning of tag during transit through courier service and he promised me that i will get my refund witihin 15 days.

                                    But till today even after 2 months i havent received the refund. Now when i am calling customer care service they are not able to help. So i am writing here.

                                    Please help me to get out of this as soon as possible.

                                      I have requested for a home loan balance transfer from can fin homes to hdfc home loan and submitted all the legal and required document. My loan got approved and legal was pending. I sent many reminders and asking for the status. There was no proper response from the bank side. I have paid an amount of 11500 for the processing and legal fees which never happened. I do not expect this from a reputed bank. Please return back my amount. My existing bank has already reduced the interest rate.

                                      Hdfc bank was holding my amount for a long period and they have to pay me bank without reducing a single rupee.
