I have apply online for credit card. They mentioned you are eligible for credit card. After 2 days i have got a call from hdfc and submitted all related documents for the same. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. Now when i track credit card by hdfc website, it shows disapproved. I dont get it. I want to know reason for disapprove.

    minus balance

    I recently insisted to convert my saving account into a salary account and it has minus balance of 3000.
    I stopped working and i was unable to maintain the balance because i was ill and hospitalised.
    I visited branch and they were of no help and just ignored me. 3000 holds a lot of value and they said that this amount will be deducted once my salary is credited.
    I'm working hard to earn my living and you don't have...

    This is to inform that i feel being tortured by hdfc life. I made a payment towards my policy no. 15281371 in june 2017 and i received a payment receipt intimation from them too. After 2 weeks the payment was returned back to my account which i did not see and as the policy showed "in force" status online so it was ok. After 6 months i get a policy lapsed notice from them stating that i did not make a payment towards the policy. I have simple question why did hdfc life did not lapse the policy immediately after a month of non-payment. Why did i get an email in 1st week of april 2018 that my policy was lapsed. It looks clearly from your hdfc end that they wanted to loot the money from customer and waited for that much time. Also in case if i would have expired during this long tenure of 6 months and if my family would have tried to claim the money, they would have rejected the payment. This is the quality of hdfclife.
    I also agreed to make the payment but they say that they want full payment with penalty charges which i disagree to pay. Actually their whole aim is to extract extra bucks out from customers.
    I would request in this forum to all not to buy their products and also i will take this matter with the consumer court.

    I have already sent the details to your suggested email id but I am yet to receive any reply from your end. The delay in terms of revival is attributable to HDFC Life. I understand that in case if I die due to any reason, HDFC life is liable to pay my family the due amount of INR 50 lakhs.

      Dear team,

      I am a card holder of your bank with card number [protected], master card with a credit limit of 45000, i was in proprere usage and payment till 2016 but after due some financial crisis i was unable to pay the, but recently on 2018 march, my aunt got calls from number [protected], and asked about my whereabouts, which she forwarded it to me and i was in contact with the concerned named sanjay who was a gentle young man and asked me to settle up the card which i agreed but as i was jobless i couldnt but this gentleman helped me by transferring my queries to an another person namely saji from cochin heading collection to whom iam speaking with and finding up solutions,
      But problem started messing up as hour on hour my aunt is getting calls from numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
      Which are abusing her, body slamming her and [censored] shaming her with all these assults my uncle got provoked and replied with same abusive sense as they were handling, but my aunt is very much depressed by hearing all these kind of hell not only my aunt no women will undergo such disrepectfull behaviour, which made us tracing up things as my aunt is a public prosecutorwe enquired with bank officials and sumed up that its a collection agency working on behalf of hdfc bank, its really pathetic that banks are undergoing and motivating rape culture in india with such goons, if not kindly do the needfull in taking actions against them,
      I have been cordinating with the concerned officials and they are helping me out and making it clear for me how can i do payments regularly, but this has crossed the limits

          Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]n1. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

          Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

          Disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability

          We told to hdfc financial who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Divya, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

          I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

          We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.

          Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

            A credit card courier was send by hdfc bank through blue dart courier services from chennai. It was expected to reach by 21/04/18 to pgi. The courier was not delivered and on inquiry i was told that since i had not met the courier which is totally basedsss as i was in the working place at the courier address but till 23rd april 2018. It has not reached. It was very urgent and the the courier man committed it to be reached within 24 hours but still not delivered. So i want some action to be taken against the company for not delivering the courier and being negligent in the commitment.

                I, SUDHA TURAGA HDFC BANK A/C No[protected] (opened on 28/3/2013) received a notice on 12/4/2018 regarding a credit card a/c NO 5523XXXXXXXX3062 (which I am not in receipt of/ nor was issued to me)and an outstanding due amount of Rs1486.71.
                NON ISSUED/ NON DELIVERED CARD a/c NO 5523XXXXXXXX3062 has been shown an outstanding due and a NOTICE stating “HOLD ON FUNDS” to the Bank is quite defaming to my reputation and a person holding highly responsible position in the society.
                There is no response from the officer Mr. Paul Ajay whose land line no was given in the Notice.
                Under such circumstances, I will be compelled to take a consumer redressal and also file a defame suit against the Bank for such irresponsible notice.
                I would like to get an immediate reply withdrawing and apologising for such irresponsible defamatory behaviour of HDFC Bank officials and take action on those who issued such NOTICE to me.

                  The hdfc bank service-sect 17 chandigarh is really pathetic. They are making customer fool.in beginning, they are very caring because their intentions are to deceive and after opening account they change their staff within months so that nobody get claimed and new staff protect themselves because they are not aware with your case. I visited the bank just for sip investment but by giving assurance of future they opened my policy account simultaneously even the person came regularly to my work locations with all documents to provide comfort to me that time because they want to trap me. Even, when they opened my account they need minimum balance to maintain it but i was not able to transfer because i forgot my profile password of sbi bank (From here i have transfer money in newly opened hdfc acc) then they send a person with me with official car for immediate nift i was happy that they are very helpful for custome, but the day i opened my account i face difficulty every minute with atm cahrges, maintainance charge, third part transaction charges etc. Today i visited bank then every staff had changed and nobody even going to bother me and if i asked for closing the account they need 500/-rs for closing it. I feel like i should filed a deceive case against this bank.

                    I needed a instant debit card as i have lost mine. I needed it on urgent basis.
                    I went to baner branch pune they dont have stock, they said you can get it directly from net banking in two days.
                    I went to aundh branch pune they also dont have stock, when i asked them when the stock will come she said it will take 1 or more week. They again said that u can get it in two days from net bancking.
                    (Its not possible me to get it by net banking as i was going for training for 2 weeks at diffrent address)
                    When i cal customer care they said 7 working days will require

                    How irritating, no approprivare information, no instant cards available, what is going on...

                      I tried withdrawing amount using canara bank atm. Firstly, i was withdrawing through atm but power failure occured at machine and i didn't get the money. Then i tried with other atm machine of canara and get the money. Problem is that i got the withdrawal message twice and my money also got deducted twice. I was expecting that the amount would get deducted once. I am really very worried and i want the refund of my money. I expect that you will try to solve my problem as soon as possible. Please do the needful.

                        I am totally dissatisfied with hdfc 's services and security system.. I have loads of pathetic experiences with this bank owing to which i am at the receiving end of it.

                        Time and again i am being cheated with its services..

                        A fraud has withdrawn an amount of rs 12, 000 from my a/c using my cloned debit card. I have no idea where did that fraud get my debit card number and pin from.

                        All the complaints, fir have been registered by me also i have the complaint number (Which off course is useless)

                        I want my amount as soon as possible and i am not requesting anybody as it is my hard earned money. Moreover it's employees that too of sector 14 gurgaon branch are useless and least interested, and hardly bothered to listen to our complaints..
                        To hell with your employees, hire a training manger for them who would train them on how to deal with your customers.

                          I had hdfc bank account i have to change sign in bank they repeatedly roamed around 3 days after that 5 days later updated i want sign proof paper for ach updation which i had given cheques to another bank for loan purposes still they not provided any proof i visited bank and roaming like mad person from onemonth they responding towards customers are worst i m thinking that close account in your bank worst service they even not patience... Worst disgusting...

                            Hi,

                            I purchased HDFC fastag few weeks back and have submitted all KYC documents at the time of applying itself.

                            But the bank have done a very poor job in creating myaccount, for example my gender is quoted wrongly and atleast the account was working initially.

                            Now am not able to recharge the account. It gives me an error stating that "Amount exceeds allowed topup limit."

                            I tried calling the customer care number [protected] as mentioned in their website. The number is not working most of the time and say busy when it is working.

                            I sent emails to hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in and ashish.[protected]@sahaj.co.in as mentioned in other posts but have not received any response.

                            This is very bad service by HDFC bank and I have never expected this from HDFC bank.

                              On 1st April, 2018 i have made a transaction with HDFC EasyShop Platinum Debit Card (Visa) to book a flight ticket through GoiBibo.com - Transaction Amount was Rs. 17328.00, my amount was deducted from bank but not successfully generated my E-Ticket, I have discussed merchant customer care they said that payment is declined due to gateway error and said that within 2-3 working days payment will automatic credit on my account. After 3 days I have launched a complaint to HDFC bank (Complant No.: 1543484) and submitted documents of Charge Dispute Form signed copy with Bank statement, Merchant email stating non successful transaction and Reference ID etc.

                              Now, more than 20 days is over yet not recieved the payment.

I have not recieved my fixed deposit payment amount. Please see my payment would be made to me and solve my problem as soon as possible.
                                Requested the company to refund the deposit on maturity
                                But till date not refunded sent many e-mails and visited indore vijay nagr branch only formal reply received.

                                  Today i also report the same issue. Why this has been happing to everyone without any information? I have lost 300 rs on 16 april with the same comment - depository charges.

                                  This was a erp account created by my company and these deductions were never informed to me.

                                  Pls refund the money which was deducted with any prior information. I'll close this account as i cannot afford to lose my hard earned money.

                                  The charges levied to your account Pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a. We have introduced a differential transaction based FMC pricing model. Basis this model, the FMC payable by you would be based on the various slabs applicable to the transactions made in your Demat account. This flexibility will give you an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to the levy of FMC).                                     Hello,

                                    I have saving account with HDFC bank from long time & was maintaining well & credit card was linked with it, Credit card was used & paid timely for some time until i lost job & was not able to pay for some time.

                                    My problem is lot of time credit card team transferred credit card negative balance to my saving A/C to recover whatever they can get & it was difficult for me as I didn't had job then I tried closing my saving A/c multiple times but every time they transferred credit card negative balance to my saving A/C & thus I stopped maintaining my A/c now I made settlement for my Credit Card & they completely denied that they cannot reverse negative balance from my saving A/c & asked me to make complain in branch or customer care I called customer care & they didn't helped either & redirected me to Grievvance email id.

                                    now I want to get the reverse of negative balance from my saving A/c which which was charged by HDFC bank for non maintenance because of Credit card team.
