Dear team,
I am a card holder of your bank with card number [protected], master card with a credit limit of 45000, i was in proprere usage and payment till 2016 but after due some financial crisis i was unable to pay the, but recently on 2018 march, my aunt got calls from number [protected], and asked about my whereabouts, which she forwarded it to me and i was in contact with the concerned named sanjay who was a gentle young man and asked me to settle up the card which i agreed but as i was jobless i couldnt but this gentleman helped me by transferring my queries to an another person namely saji from cochin heading collection to whom iam speaking with and finding up solutions,
But problem started messing up as hour on hour my aunt is getting calls from numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
Which are abusing her, body slamming her and [censored] shaming her with all these assults my uncle got provoked and replied with same abusive sense as they were handling, but my aunt is very much depressed by hearing all these kind of hell not only my aunt no women will undergo such disrepectfull behaviour, which made us tracing up things as my aunt is a public prosecutorwe enquired with bank officials and sumed up that its a collection agency working on behalf of hdfc bank, its really pathetic that banks are undergoing and motivating rape culture in india with such goons, if not kindly do the needfull in taking actions against them,
I have been cordinating with the concerned officials and they are helping me out and making it clear for me how can i do payments regularly, but this has crossed the limits
