On 5/04/2018, I found that my credit card has been debited for Rs. 7500/-.
where as I have not purchased any thing from itunes store. I reported it to your
office at Chadigarh. they blocked my credit card and issed new card to me . But my problem is not solved. I have not got refund of 7500/- so far.

    Dear hdfc bank,

    My name is sudhakara bvand i hold a credit card from hdfc bank bearing no. 5459xxxxxxxx3418 and my registered mobile no is [protected]. I had my outstanding balance of rs.2753 which i have already paid and confirmed by your customer care.

    However, as requested to cancel my credit card i have never got any replies and the customer care executive said "wait till 16th of this month and there will be one more statement generated, pay that amount and later we will see about the cancellation of credit card and now we can't estimate how much bill you may incur". I think this proves how much concern you have on your customers.

    As i am fed up following up multiple times with you, i decided to write my issue on this forum. Let me know when the credit card can be cancelled and please send the no due certificate to my registered mail id.

    You have proven to me that we should be ready to get harassed and simply pay the bills according to the bank's wish and this applies only to the common people.

    I hope you have read and understood my issue completely. I have already contacted you customer care and my issue isn't resolved. Also in your response you have not mentioned anything regarding cancellation.

    I urge you to be please transparent to my queries. You are telling me that without using my credit card I need to pay bills that is imposed by HDFC bank?

    I need clarification on this or please let me know with whom i need to get in touch with.

        I had applied for a fastag through hdfc which i received promptly but am unable to login to load cash as i have not received any welcome email from hdfc for me to create my login. I am overdue on my fastag which has now been blacklisted. I even went to a nearby hdfc branch in bangalore and they were clueless. The fastag customer support line is useless as i have been trying to call them for over 4 weeks now without the call getting through even once. Can someone at hdfc resolve this for me?

        HDFC bank charge 1000 RS penalty charge on emi of RS 4800 although i deposited required emi balance in account same day..
        HDFC is more intrested on charging fraud penalty than collecting emi..

        Also no reminder before emi due date.
        No relationship manager..No calling facilty at customer care..
        Poor service..
        I am using their credit for many years and last year they are given priority card with many benefits including lounge access. HDFC mentioned it was free and Used the lounge two occasion in JAN-18 and debited in april without much info. If it is chargeable hdfc must inform at the POS also for any debit they should inform by SMS. Its nt hpnd.
        I have ordered Fastag from hdfc site on 18th March 2018, but its not yet delivered. I tried calling customer care number[protected] but it always says busy when tried repeatedly.

        There is no other way to contact as email id is also not mentioned.

          I got a joining letter on 7th april that my joining date will be 9tg april, approx 2 months ago i have given the interview for vrm position in mohali, mintoo mahajan taken my interview & i clearly told him that my brother is working in hdfc bank, with branch name & rank as well, despite of that he selected me for this job during this i was not aware of this that people who are in blood relationship cannot work in same bank, then i forwarded my docs to hr team, where in we have to mention our referee's details & on 19th number a question is asked in that, in your blood relationship somebody is working or not, i mentioned yes and my brothers name, still they going further, i completed my resignation on 5th april from previous company, on 9th i went to mohali office training started, trainer asked me to give the intro, in my intro i shared that my bro is working in hdfc as teller, then the trainer called hr team & then asked me to leave the premises. And trainer & interviewer are the same person i. E. Mintoo mahajan. Then i spoke to unit head, priyanka n i think the centr head swaroop ghatge even the regional hr manager bb singh,, nobody is pauing intervention to this now i am jobless, what the hell is this??? U people playing with my carrer, trust me i will sue you all people take you to court for making me jobless, now i don't want to work with this bank, i want compensation till the time i didn't get any job.

          Transaction status says: Host (CBS) Offline/Issuer Node Offline,

          But amount yet not transfered back.

          I have a account in PAYZAPP but fund transfer not happen due to KYC not updated. I tried many time to update but not able to update. So, please contact me and send back my money to my credit card account. In my HDFC credit card account i had updated my adhar number both are same network and why ask seperate updation for PAy zapp.?

            After opened the ppf account i got anna nagar chennai branch.

            I'm unable to recharge my hdfc fastag after using it for a couple of months. When i reach the recharge window it says amount exceeds top up limit.
            The toll free number is a joke. Every time like everyone complaining here is the same response. The number is not reachable... Any time of the day any time of the night any day of the week...
            Is there no other way to contact these folks..

            40K plus accounts are in freeze due to KYC not updated

            Please send your RC Copy, Aadhaar and PAN to that email address, issue will be resolved in 24 hours,

            Send all your fast tag account information on the email

                loan amount paid on due date, still fine was charged

                I have a loan with hdfc bank. I had paid the loan. Inspite of that, that bank has deducted fine. I called hdfc phone banking people and explained that i was charged unnecessarily. Later they admitted and told me a refund request was passed. I will be getting my money. But again my loan amount was debited from my account second time. I had that amount to pay my kids fees. How can bank do this? I need justice....

                My name is Ruth and I applied for a credit card, then received a msg with passcode, which I failed to respond in Two hours. Then had to call the Person and then he arranged a verification call, verification call received, a person from HDFC bank came to my house and office to physically verify the address, but then the problem is the reference no sent on 15th July 2018 is 18G[protected]W1. When I want to check my status online, it shows no records found. I called the customer care they say the same thing. Now what to do, who to contact, why is it so hard to contact you and get any information.

                  I was using credit card my credit card number is [protected] credit card was issue year of 2007. Some outstanding amount was happening. And at that time i had hdfc bank saving account [protected]. My salary was credited, as per hdfc credit card policy they debit amount 15537 date on 18/0/2011and transfer in my credit card which are out standing amount. And than after again 4500 debit in my sving account date on 21/02/2011 than after no pending out standing amount in my credit card.
                  Even though they are also not inform me (Call/mail/latter). After few month i move to singapore when i back i am checking my cibil report this account is reflecting bad, i want my noc they update as settlement amount is 7000 installment of 2. They also reply me it will impact negative in your cibil.

                  If i had clear my account of credit card at that time no outstanding amount. So why hdfc do like this without informing.

                  Its impact of my cibil so kindly help me on that

But I regularly pay minimum amount which is already more than limit i used.I already informed bank all about my problem and told for settlement.Inspite of that bank put a lien in my saving account which is illegal.kinly help me to waive off lien in my account and settle due payment in minimum amount.

                          For last two months, a certain loan amount is being deducted from my account (corresponding to client number[protected] and my balance became was becoming negative at the beginning of the month. Now, I thought, those amounts are being deducted for the loan account. Hence, I need not to pay it again. Like this month, a loan of 5980.00 was deducted from my account and made my balance negative (around -2842 or something). Now, today, my salary was credited. I checked. Now, the amount should be like x-2842 (due to 2842 negative balance and x being the amount credited to my account). However, I checked and it was around 10000 less. I checked balance details and around 10000 is hold balance. Please check immediately and revert the necessary amount back immediately. I also dont understand the concept of hold balance very well

                                I have openend hdfc salary in 2012 when i was working in bangalore.

                                I am not been using hdfc bank salary account for many months. Today when i check with customer care i have rs -5600
                                Negative balance in my account. Since i have not maintain min balance in that account. I did not know when they change that account to savings.

                                With out my consent how u people change my salary account to savings account? And now u are charging me 5600 bucks for non mbm maintanence? How ridiculous is this?

                                Please waive off the laid mbm fees in my aacount. I cant afford 5600 as fine. Please waive off that money.

                                  Dear sir / madam

                                  I got a phone call from hdfc bank credit card section representative (Name : sonali, contact number[protected] on feb 28th 2018. They offered a insurance plan based on my credit card.

                                  My phone number [protected]

                                  I accepted the offer given by him. Insurance amount also debited from credit card on 01.03.2018.

                                  But till date now i did not received the policy documents. I again and again to called to hdfc customer care but there is no valuable response from customer care executive and representative. Also i came to know that the insurance policy is not from hdfc policy section. But from some other insurance company (Aditya birla insurance).

                                  So kindly arrange to send my policy documents or refund my amount in my account.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am not receiving otp on my registered mobile number for netbanking password reset. Can you please fix the issue? I've been facing this problem for past 4 days.

                                    If hdfc cannot help, i would prefer to choose some other private bank for all the transactions going forward. Customer care number doesn't work, it always puts me on ivr.

                                    Poor services by hdfc bank.

                                    This is to inform you that I am highly disappointed with HDFC services. My case was closed without contacting me and the problem still prevails.

                                    Case reference number - 7047522. I think it's high time to shift my banking services from HDFC to some other bank.
