Hi,

I have been Member of HDFC bank since last 4 years and I have always try to maintain my Good records with the Bank,

But some time there arouse a situation where you are not able to pay your bills on time mainly because of crunch of Money. In this case all you need your bank is put trust on you,

But In my experience from last couple of days all I observed and Experience the Pathetic Bank...

I have transferred money amounting to Rs 48, 790 on 28th March 2018 through NEFT but the money hasn't been credited to the other person(Bhandara District Central Co-op Bank account holder) till now and the money has been deducted from my account. Tried calling Customer Care but "Their executives are busy" even after more than 30 minutes of hold.

DC ISS FEE charge has been done in my account for two times, without any intimation the charges has been debited from account. I recently changed my number on my account from india phone number to USA phone number. Now I am not receiving OTP. This is causing me so much trouble to do banking from overseas. Further, i tried to find out the customer care email id but am also unable to get one on the hdfc site.

I am not going to waste my time in explaining all the problems again.
The customer care number is busy 24*7.
We are always shown zero balance at every toll. But later the amount is deducted from the account, after we have already paid in cash. The amount is consistently being deducted even when we are not using the serives.
I am not gonna call a single more time, i will just file a very strong case against the company...

Hdfc bank while offering the priority pass with regalia card clearly stated that use on international airport will be free up till complimentary visits and will be charged at domestic airports.

Now what does this mean? Any normal person will understand that use on intl airport within india is also free on pp.

In january they had send a message which stated: use of pp on any airport with in india will be charged...
