I am unable to recharge my HDFC fast tag wallet, why this is the case ?i have been using it for the past few months and it has worked well, now it says you have exceeded the limit even when i try to recharge for 100 rs,
profile shows as credit freeze, what does that mean ? i am not able to reach to customer care also

    Dear sir/ mam my account number [protected], i have my account balance 31000 rs, but suddenly my account has blocked not able to make any transaction, i am waiting since last 11 days for operating my account, gone to branch also, they donot respond accordingly, i have credit card whom i have deposit 5400 cash also, still account is not operating, kindly solve issue or i am ready to switch my account with my entire team to other bank as we all are having salary account with ur bank,

      Hi, 10 days back my account have 10000 balance but now i have rs 0 balance and as per your cce employee he say it’s deduct by loan dept against my two wheeler loan and my amount bounced only two times. According to policy 800 will deduction when bounce payment but around 5500 rupees has been deducted from my account i want my money back on urgent basic because this month my whole salary deducted by hdfc that’s the reason of my struggle

        Dear sir/madam,
        I'm writing you to complaint about hdfc ergo general insurance company ltd.
        My car tata tiago was accidented on 21 feb 2018 at 11.30pm and i logged claim request on 22 feb 2018 at 2.00 pm. First customer care executive not listen my problem and not ready to provide road side assistant facility. Second they told me to disconnect call and call again. I have recording and in this problem,,,, and tention,,, may be i'm not sure but as per company (Hdfc ergo) i told him that i was drive the car... (I told them to send me recording but they are not ready and nobody listen my problem) but it's not true and the person who drive the car i submitted him documents.

        1. Surviour inspection on 22 feb - at 5.00 pm and he mentioned that i'm (Gaurav dutta) present at the time of survey. This is wrong and i was not present at the time of survey. (He is a lier)

        2. He process my claim and told sab motors tata at hindon airbase to start my work and sab motors started work on my car to repair it.

        3. Even as per company record (Hdfc ergo) my loan process is completed and i was eligible for calim and claim officer and surviour done it.

        4. I have a proff of msg which i was got by hdfc ergo that my claim was approve and also i confirmed with customer care also and they also told me everything is ok. And no issue. And car work is start and after complting work your bill will be process.

        5. Same thing confirmed by the surviour s. K. Sharma.

        6.in full process from 22 feb to 26 mar i'm not involve in this (Because its a cashless work means company paid bill to direct sab motors) i submitted documents on first day (Nobody told me that my documents was incomplet)

        7. Main thing is that when i'm not eligible for claim then why claim officer passed my claim and claim process by hdfc ergo. Even they have a record that my calim was passed.

        8. But suddenly i got a call that i have to submitted my licence. Because as per the record i was driving the car (I dont have documents) even i was not driving the car.

        9. Main thing is that when i was not eligible for claim then why calim officer and surviour did it ok and why company process my claim, why customer care executive confirmed me that my claim is process, why i got message that my claim of rs.1, 31, 000 aprox is approved.

        10. Without any confirmation why sab motors mohan nagar started my work and when i told him why you start my work... I was not told you to start it... You told me that my claim is approved and now we start your work.
        They told me that calim officer mr. Nagesh and surviour s. K. Sharma told them to start work.

        11. Main thing is that mr. Nagesh tyagi and s. K. Sharma dupe me with the help of sab motors mohan nagar.

        12. Finally after completing my work hdfc ergo send me a letter that they close my request and i'm not eligible for calim.

        13. Why they do this with me if i'm no eligible for any type of claim why they told sab motors to start my work... They have to told me that my documents was not complete and i'm not eligible for calim..

        14. Now its not possible for me to pay amount of rs 1, 31, 000 aprox and hdfc ergo dupe me. They harase me and now my health is not good... Because of tention... B. P. Low problem and my car is on finance and i pay my emi and my car is in sab motors and they told me that i have to submit that amount..

        15. Who is responcible... Who told to start my work... Who approved my calim... They put me in darkness... Everybody cheated me...

        16. I dont have any choice... I'm in depression please help me
        They cheated me... Why why why.. They do this with me...

        17. Lots of mails and complaint sent by me to cusotmer care and grievance cell but nobody is ready to help me. Even they told me because i dont have car driving licence so they close this claim.

        18. What is this... Grievance cell dont want to know who is responcible for this because i didnt told them to start my work. First they passed my claim and after bill generate they close my claim.

        19. Without any verification why they confirmed to sab motors to start my work. Maine thori bola tha kisi ko ki mera kaam start kara do... Pehle hi mana kar dete me gari thik hi nahi krata.

        20. Ye sab nagesh, s. K. Sharma and sab motors ki mili bhagat se hua or muje isme phasaya gaya hai. Ye sab kuch hdfc ergo ne mere sath cheating ki hai ab vo apne logo ki galti chupa rhe hai.

        21. Please help me is tarah se hi india me sharif logo ko ye companiya katti hai...

        22. Please muje insaff dilao. Me kha se bharu is paise ko meeri to gari bhi gyi.. Me apne ko bech bhi du to bhi ye amount pay nahi kar sakta

          Please note i have not given any mandate to futuregeinlifinscold. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. As it looks like some fraudster or scamster work. Waiting for quick resolution.

                Dear sir,
                With reference to the above subject matter i would like to inform you that i had deposited a cheque of rs. 20, 000.00 on 9th april 2018 and same was reflected as closing balance on 12th april 2018.
                My cheque no. 364183 of rs 5221 returned on 13th april 2018.
                Regarding the same i went to the branch and met one mr. Nikhil walawalkar, he told me to show him that there is a balance in my account and i showed him the balance from my net banking account, then he asked me to show him the deposit slip which i was not carrying with me. Then he told me that the cheque i deposited was non cts hence it will take a week to reflect the same in my account. Below is the details i have got from my statement.

                The person was very rude in behavior and not at all cooperative. Then he informed me that the balance will be credit by evening in my account. You have such a person in your personal banking who does not know the way to talk and answer logically. It is ashamed to have such person in your bank.
                So now i want to know why the balance was shown as closing balance on the day when my cheque was returned and when the non cts cheques get a week time in clearing why it is still showing the closing balance.
                I think your staff are also not aware of the banking procedures, and are least bothered for the customers.
                I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action. As my cheque was bounced by no fault of mine it was due to your banks fault.
                I will be forced to take the issue further if not solved at earliest.

                  My name is shilpa. I'm a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in the month of march 3 times amb charges are debited - on 12 march 2018 on the same day two times rs 531.00 & 161.74 & on 28 march 2018 rs 369.24 was deducted.in the month of april dated 10th april 2018 - rs 708.00 has been deducted from my account. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. So i am requesting you to refund all this amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure & i will do compliant against this to rbi or consumer forum. Really fed-up with this bank request you to kindly get it resolved.

                  Yes, I have spoke to Mr. S Ashok last 15 days back & he said that the problem will be solved within 3 to 4 days but it's already been 15 days over the problem remain the same. As i spoke to him will maintain the minimum balance after crediting the deducted amount . could you please refund entire amount i..e.. Rs .1769.98. immediately . If you are not refund the amt then i have to take further action.

                  I have requested HDFC bank to refund the deducted ( AMG charges ) amount .as discussed with Mr.Ashok, he said that he got an approval from the manager and they are going to refund the amount within Wednesday (9/5/2018). but they have not yet refund the amount.

                  Again they have debited the AMB Chargers Rs. 531.00 yesterday without intimation . this is really not acceptable . Please refund entire amt including this month deduction . i..e..Rs 1769.98 + 531.00 . .. if you are going to refund the amount then surely I will close my account & do complaint against this with concerned authorities.

                  FYI...find the deduction details as below…

                      Points to note
                      This program is available for the following retail credit cards - gold, titanium, platinum plus, signature, world, titanium edge, platinum edge, solitaire, solitaire premium, superia, regalia and infinia.
                      The above paragraph is from your terms and conditions, clearly this amounts to cheating
                      I hope u take remedial measures or get ready to lose a customer who was loyal&prompt payee for a decade

                      Hi, though got an email after posting on consumercomplaints, that executive was unable to solve the issue either, as a final measure i have written to the senior management [email protected], who unlike the low rung staff werent complete morons and genuinely took an effort to provide me what i was due for, it did take some time but i got what i needed

                          On[protected] rs 2075.62 was charged and on[protected] rs 4718.82 was charged for some services which i do not want. These services have been pushed unethically. While i am not at all aware of the former, the latter has been forced upon me without letting me understand what it is. There was a phone call for verification and without my consent the service charges have been deducted from saving account linked to hdfc trading account. I spoke to the bank's executive (Md iqbal) located in my city on several dates (9th, 10th, 11th & 13th of april) and also contacted customer care on 13th but there was no positive response.

                          At another occasion on[protected] deduction of amount rs 177.00 was made which is totally baseless. The bank executives could not explain why this deduction have been made. Since the amount was less i ignored it.

                          Though i heard about these malpractices of hdfc bank from my friends i now find that this bank is one of the worst.

                            I applied for a HDFC DIners Club Card through HDFC agent : Kamlesh Tekwani ([protected]). He came to our office to sell credit cards.
                            Now I have received a Jetprivilege HDFC Bank Platinum Credit Card which is of no use for me.
                            When I contacted the agent about the wrong card received he just said this one is good. This is not a way to address your customers.

                              You have deducted 708 and 531 rs from my account for march and feb 2018 as amb charges. How can you deduct the money with out providing any info. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for march 2018 & feb 2018. I

                              How can you deduct money for two months? With out informing and will remove my account from hdfc if you dont send me money asap.

                                I have to complaint against your two officer mr. Vivek sanyal and vikram thakur.
                                My account was with your bank and i was'n agree to leave your bank i have given complete paper's two times for exceed my limit but they cant give such a positive responce that's why i leave hdfc bank.
                                Thats why i paid a high foreclosure charge.
                                I request to kindly reverse my charge and pls take action against that officer.
                                I have take over my account from s. B. I. To your bank every thing is good in your bank but your officer are not supportable and now i m banking with yes bank.

                                  Every day i am getting 2 or more than that calls for personal loan from hdfc bank. I have my salary account with you. I have activated dnd as well on my number. I got frustrated because of this calls. Today i got a call from [protected] number. And he is abusing me. I am frustrated because of that.

The registered telemarketers have been allocated 10 digit numbers of "140XXXXXXXX" number series for ease of identification. It is possible that the calls to you are in the nature of cold contacts by freelancers who acquire telecalling databases from other sources. If such contacts result in a business lead, the same could be then passed on to a Bank DSA (Direct Selling Associate) for fulfillment. In such situations, the cause of action lies exclusively with the affected parties who have the right to lodge a formal complaint with TRAI within 03 days of any violation similar to what you have experienced recently. As a corporate entity, our Bank is compliant with all directives, regulations, and laws of the land and we have set in place substantial controls over telemarketing activities. However, it is beyond the scope of our control or authority to identify such freelance agents and bring charges on them. Only the affected parties have the right to take up the matter by lodging a complaint to their telecom service provider so that the matter can be taken up as per the provisions of law.

                                    Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 2000/- from my credit card number ending with 823198 without my concern on date:31/04/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.2000/-

                                      Hi,

                                      I had my esc bounce this month with hdfc bank, i had sufficient balance on the date of loan recursion. The bank failed to run the ecs.

                                      Later my account had insufficient they ran the ecs on 7-11th of april.

                                      I had call from one of the executive from hdfc who was very much speaking harassing and vulnerable words. He did not even feel bad to throw words inspit of me saying him to mind his word and i would raise complaint against him.
