I have hdfc credit card, but i never used it, but they provided mobile balance service for 4 months, after i realized and block card, i need to pay 400/- but i don't get any call or msg from hdfc bank regarding payment related, now without information they deducted 3200 from my account, i spoke to hdfc credit card team they told that we can't do anything, it's small amount so take it easy.

    I had raised a request to close the fastag acct with service request no[protected] more than a week back. Post that not able to contact the customer support, no update on the account status, i had more than rs 600 balance in the account which was supposed to be credited to my bank acct as per the information i got from the customer service executive till date i dont see it my acct. Pathetic service of fastag makes me think again if this is to help people or give more problems.

      I am pankaj kumar singh

      On april 7, 2018 on the same day four times rs 708 was deducted from my hdfc salary account. Almost rs 3000 was deducted and they didn't inform this deduction through mail or message.
      Without any information deducting money from my account describing amb charge incl gst. This bank is harassing their customer by deducting such amount without any information. This is not fair that you are harassing your customer by such deductions without prior information. So i am requesting you to refund all this amount in my account otherwise i will do complaint against this to rbi and consumer forum.

        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 19/3/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

          I am hdfc credit card holder and i loaded 9000 to my payzapp wallet sunday april 8-2018. Before that, i updated kyc with my pan card.

          Im not able to use this amount because it says update kyc to load, send money and transfer to account...
          When i try to update kyc iam getting error says - otp services not responding, please try again after sometimes

            While filling online application form for hdfc bank credit card, i wrote 'govt. Employee' as my occupation because i am a forest officer under the govt. Of sikkim but it was not taken as correct. So i tried 'public servant' and 'govt. Officer, ' and 'salaried' and 'forester' but it did not work. So in frustration i tried:

            3. Journalist,
            4. Gardener,
            5. Criminal,
            6. Terrorist,
            7. Pimp
            8. Gigolo
            9. Alien, but it did not work. Then how can we fill such form?

              I had paid all my dues around a year ago for my credit card and contacted hdfc bank customer service to close the account. Still hdfc sent a new card to my old address and it was returned back.
              I am in usa and contacted nri services as well but they requested to write me an email. From then, i have sent several emails coping aditya puri also, but no response. Credit card people are now calling my parents in india and disturbing (Don't know from where they have taken parents #) my old number is still working but didn't get any call/message.
              I don’t understand from where the dues come and why should i be liable of!
              But anyways, if i am willing to pay, how can i? In my older netbanking account, it shows rs. 0 dues. For the new credit card i have only last 4 digit as the bill is being sent on email id only with 4 digit.
              First it was something arorund rs. 2000, now it became rs. 6000. No response to call/email, but amount being increased every month.
              I don't know how can i close this account. This is the worst bank for sure but now i just want to get rid of.

                Dear sir/mam

                I have ordered one bose speaker on 29th march from amazon using my hdfc credit card. After that because of my some personal issues i have cancelled my order. So amazon has refund that amount on 29th march. I have received one message from amazon saying that,

                "refund of rs 8860.98 issued on 29-mar, will reflect in your bank by 2-apr for pvt. Banks and 8-apr for govt. Banks: ref# [protected]"

                I have already called hdfc bank phone banking services many times. But i didn't get any kind of help from them. They have told me to wait until friday.
                Please help. It's a huge amount.

                    Today when I use my credit card at atm, an error appear as ‘ card decline’ help me out .. I’m unable to use my card for withdraw purpose.. even money is not added in paytm by using the same credit card.                         I transferred the funds from an hdfc website through imps mode to vijaya bank account money was not transferred hence i called hdfc customer service to resolve the issue, the person i spoke to satish gupta was very direct and was not understanding what circumstances i was going through. My elder brother was in need of money desperately as i was the only source for him to get money. Customer service advisor kept my call on hold for more than 20 minutes by saying "i will transfer the call to my supervisor and will be back within 2 minutes" and later on he disconnected the call. Again i called hdfc customer service spoke with "rahul" he transferred the call to the supervisor by keeping my call on hold for more than 5 minutes instead of 2 minutes which he promised and then prashant (Floor supervisor) spoke with me by kept on repeating the same thing that we can't do anything "is this customer service??? They don't how to connect with the customer directly they all were running through with the process they did even gave me any empathy throughout the call and made me realize that i have made an error by using hdfc netbanking website. This was not my error it's hdfc bank websites issue so why should i pay the penalty and also my elder brother who is starving for food out of station didn't get the money"who's fault is this??? I need compensation for whatever i have gone through. The customer service skills of the advisors is simply is pathetic to say the least and prashant the floor supervisor just disconnected the call by giving 3 warning alarms stating that he can't hear me i need a callback with a proper resolution...

                          Its been long time now i have used hdfc creadi card and since then i am paying the minimum amount. If i have used rs 10, i have paid them back approx. Rs 500 with interest. I am requesting them to convert my amount in emi but they are not doing so. May be they are getting profit in that but now i am fed up of paying again & again.

                          We have taken note of your comments expressed with regard to emi facility and wish to clarify that, HDFC Bank offers several promotional offers such as Smart EMI, Insta Jumbo Loan, Balance transfer etc. to its card holder's from time to time basis certain parameters set by the Bank and is at its discretion. These offers are intimated to the customer's vide mailers, statement inserts, Bank's website, etc. and is followed as a standard procedure across all card account. We are unable to extend emi facility for your credit card at this point of time. However the offers in the card will be reviewed on a periodic basis depending on the usage and payment pattern.

                            Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to SMILE FOUNDATION with value Rs. 500.00 and frequency MNTH is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                            I got a message like this and I have not approved any monthly payments. Need to resolve and cancel this right away. I don't even understand what the hell is this. Whatever it may be I want to cancel it now and no more payments from my account. I can't visit branch as I stay far, let me know the once resolved.

                                Hi,

                                i wanted to close my bank account in HDFC because thats my salary account and i have left the organisation from past 6 month back and also i had informed the hdfc agent who take cares of our salary account but its not been closed

                                In case you wish to close your account held with HDFC Bank, please submit the account closure form (available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center> Personal Banking) along-with Extended KYC annexure ( available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center > Personal Banking > Extended KYC Annexure ) at any of our nearest Bank branches. We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes. In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier. Please visit the following link for the address of our branches and ATMs https://goo.gl/Aje8P7 Addressing your concern we wish to clarify that a Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder in case he holds more than a single product with the Bank. By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. Forex : ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc. You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form. This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by the sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, please fund the account to the extent of the over-dues together with interest, before submission of an application for closure. In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter to the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account. We also request you to destroy or surrender the cheque book and Debit Card at the time of account closure. We look forward to opportunities to serve you in the future.

                                  I paid ₹6600 for 3 fastags under the application number hfr030918 on 9th February, 2018. I haven't recieved my fastag till now which was promised in 7-8 working days. And i have called on the number a hundred times but it always is busy. I want my fastag or the money back as soon as possible. This is no kind of behaviour expected from such a big organisation

                                    There has been 3 fraud transactions of 10000, 10000 and 5000 made from my account on 5th April 2018 at 9:16.9:17 and 9:18 PM from Chitranjan Park New Delhi .
                                    I have already asked bank to black my card . The most suspicious thing is that, how a person is able to do transaction without my card, because my card was with me when this transaction has been done.

                                      I had applied for the credit card of hdfc bank. Iit had complited all verification formality. On 27 of March I got a mail to send them the latest itr with computation. I had also sent that. My cibil score is more than 760. I had never done any loan default. Not even a single emi. My credit card application ref no is [protected]E8 /BR. Now it is showing disapproved. Please let me know the reason.

                                      I tried to fill online application application form for HDFC credit card and since I am a Forest officer under Govt. of Sikkim, I wrote 'Govt. employee' in the space provided for 'occupation' but it was not taken. Then I wrote Govt. officer, public servant, forest officer, forester, salaried, but it did not work. Being frustrated I wrote journalist, farmer, businessman, priest, criminal, terrorist, pimp, gigolo but it did not work. What should I write? Alien? or Martian?

                                        Hello Sir / Madam,

                                        I have not received by Wallet ID for my fastag . Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself .

                                        I have received my RFID from HDFC and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet ID and in HDFC portal it was mentioned that wallet ID will be received from the welcome emailer . Unfortunately, i haven't received the Welcome emailer as well.
