I have got a diners credit card through agent of hdfc bank on jan 2018 and started using the same.
I was very disappointed while swapping this card, in various malls, metro cash & carry, petrol pump and amway stores indira nagar, bangalore. It was unable to swap. Some times it works and some time it may not.
I request you kindly to replace my existing card with visa credit card so that,
I can utilize when ever i required.
For this i tacked to the customer care personnel and they suggested that, i should drop a complaint letter to hdfc bank. I did the same and dropped the letter to whitefield branch inside the shantiniketen building, bangalore on 6th april 2018, no response was received so far.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
Last four digit of my card is -0486

Please note that, before posting the above complaint at your Site I have contacted your customer care Phone banking officers and as per their suggestion I had dropped a complaint letter to your Whitefield branch inside the Shantiniketana Building (Bangalore) on 6th April 2018 and no response from HDFC Bank I received so far.
Hence, again approaching to customer care Phone banking officers is not a solution.
If you are replacing my credit card well and good or I am ready to return the same.

I have got a SMS stating the reply was forwarded through mail id but no response so far.
