Sanwal nagar, new delhi - 110049 on 26th march, 2018. No security guard was there at that time. Later after 1 hour, guard come and told me before this 5-6 cards are already retained in atm. I already complained on their customer care number, but still no action is done till now.
I have already blocked my atm card and want the bank to fix the atm....

hdfc life sampoorn samridhi plan (policy no.15934379)

regarding fraud transaction through my debit card

not received the annual premium receipt for the current year
