Dear sir/madam,
I have a disput with hdfc bank regarding non payment of due amount of credit card due to hospitalisation of my father due to heart attack and failure of kidney. But I regularly pay minimum amount which is already more than limit i used.I already informed bank all about my problem and told for settlement.Inspite of that bank put a lien in my saving account which is illegal.kinly help me to waive off lien in my account and settle due payment in minimum amount.

    I have added 5000 amount into my pay zapp wallet and have updated kyc but still I am not able to transfer amount from payzapp wallet from more than a month I have tried your customer care number but each time it's busy and no response now I am fed up with your pathetic services either you transfer amount back to my creadit card otherwise I will sue in court.

      For last two months, a certain loan amount is being deducted from my account (corresponding to client number[protected] and my balance became was becoming negative at the beginning of the month. Now, I thought, those amounts are being deducted for the loan account. Hence, I need not to pay it again. Like this month, a loan of 5980.00 was deducted from my account and made my balance negative (around -2842 or something). Now, today, my salary was credited. I checked. Now, the amount should be like x-2842 (due to 2842 negative balance and x being the amount credited to my account). However, I checked and it was around 10000 less. I checked balance details and around 10000 is hold balance. Please check immediately and revert the necessary amount back immediately. I also dont understand the concept of hold balance very well

        Has been calling repeatedly asking for a particular guy instead of my repeated reminders that my no. Does nit belong to that guy
        She called me recently at 6:07pm, 9th april 2018 and used soo abusive language
        It was so disgusting
        Hopefully you will do something about it

          Amandeep, pba, hdfc bank, pakhowal road, ludhiana is the most irresponsible employee i gave ever seen. She doesn’t allow me to come to bank saying that she will call herself. Never did she called in 2 weeks. She doesn’t even attend to my call neither she replies to any message and keeps on disconnecting calls. I had only one week left to go back to canada. Please suggest me whom should i contact.

            Hello

            I have openend hdfc salary in 2012 when i was working in bangalore.

            I am not been using hdfc bank salary account for many months. Today when i check with customer care i have rs -5600
            Negative balance in my account. Since i have not maintain min balance in that account. I did not know when they change that account to savings.

            With out my consent how u people change my salary account to savings account? And now u are charging me 5600 bucks for non mbm maintanence? How ridiculous is this?

            Please waive off the laid mbm fees in my aacount. I cant afford 5600 as fine. Please waive off that money.

              I got a phone call from hdfc bank credit card section representative (Name : sonali, contact number[protected] on feb 28th 2018. They offered a insurance plan based on my credit card.

              My phone number [protected]

              I accepted the offer given by him. Insurance amount also debited from credit card on 01.03.2018.

              But till date now i did not received the policy documents. I again and again to called to hdfc customer care but there is no valuable response from customer care executive and representative. Also i came to know that the insurance policy is not from hdfc policy section. But from some other insurance company (Aditya birla insurance).

              So kindly arrange to send my policy documents or refund my amount in my account.

                Hi,

                I am not receiving otp on my registered mobile number for netbanking password reset. Can you please fix the issue? I've been facing this problem for past 4 days.

                If hdfc cannot help, i would prefer to choose some other private bank for all the transactions going forward. Customer care number doesn't work, it always puts me on ivr.

                Poor services by hdfc bank.

                  I have hdfc credit card, but i never used it, but they provided mobile balance service for 4 months, after i realized and block card, i need to pay 400/- but i don't get any call or msg from hdfc bank regarding payment related, now without information they deducted 3200 from my account, i spoke to hdfc credit card team they told that we can't do anything, it's small amount so take it easy.

                    I had raised a request to close the fastag acct with service request no[protected] more than a week back. Post that not able to contact the customer support, no update on the account status, i had more than rs 600 balance in the account which was supposed to be credited to my bank acct as per the information i got from the customer service executive till date i dont see it my acct. Pathetic service of fastag makes me think again if this is to help people or give more problems.

                      On april 7, 2018 on the same day four times rs 708 was deducted from my hdfc salary account. Almost rs 3000 was deducted and they didn't inform this deduction through mail or message.
                      Without any information deducting money from my account describing amb charge incl gst. This bank is harassing their customer by deducting such amount without any information. This is not fair that you are harassing your customer by such deductions without prior information. So i am requesting you to refund all this amount in my account otherwise i will do complaint against this to rbi and consumer forum.

                        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 19/3/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

Of sikkim but it was not taken as correct. So i tried 'public servant' and 'govt. Officer, ' and 'salaried' and 'forester' but it did not work. So in frustration i tried:

                            9. Alien, but it did not work. Then how can we fill such form?

                              I had paid all my dues around a year ago for my credit card and contacted hdfc bank customer service to close the account. Still hdfc sent a new card to my old address and it was returned back.
                              I am in usa and contacted nri services as well but they requested to write me an email. From then, i have sent several emails coping aditya puri also, but no response. Credit card people are now calling my parents in india and disturbing (Don't know from where they have taken parents #) my old number is still working but didn't get any call/message.
                              I don’t understand from where the dues come and why should i be liable of!
                              But anyways, if i am willing to pay, how can i? In my older netbanking account, it shows rs. 0 dues. For the new credit card i have only last 4 digit as the bill is being sent on email id only with 4 digit.
                              First it was something arorund rs. 2000, now it became rs. 6000. No response to call/email, but amount being increased every month.
                              I don't know how can i close this account. This is the worst bank for sure but now i just want to get rid of.

                                I have ordered one bose speaker on 29th march from amazon using my hdfc credit card. After that because of my some personal issues i have cancelled my order. So amazon has refund that amount on 29th march. I have received one message from amazon saying that,

                                "refund of rs 8860.98 issued on 29-mar, will reflect in your bank by 2-apr for pvt. Banks and 8-apr for govt. Banks: ref# [protected]"

                                I have already called hdfc bank phone banking services many times. But i didn't get any kind of help from them. They have told me to wait until friday.
                                Please help. It's a huge amount.

                                  Paytm bank is mis use my credit card and debiting amount unauthorised from credit card endung with 1054. This happens from april 1st 2018 to till date total 8000 amount is debited in the name of rbi madatory

                                    Today when I use my credit card at atm, an error appear as ‘ card decline’ help me out .. I’m unable to use my card for withdraw purpose.. even money is not added in paytm by using the same credit card. It happended jst today.. resolve it as soon as possible.. what is the raason behind it I want to know.. this happens most of the time... m fed up with ur credit card services.. wanna solution of this

                                      I would request to request a refund of all the default charges applied to my credit card without any intimation as you guys had said that this card would be completely free no charges would be applies
                                      I have a account no [protected] hdfc bank recently there had been a unfair deduction of rs 3669 in the name of one assist securities which were never been told before deduction
                                      Hdfc bank is not talking this seriously, they are just filling the complaint & no action has been taken till now & no call arrived

                                        I transferred the funds from an hdfc website through imps mode to vijaya bank account money was not transferred hence i called hdfc customer service to resolve the issue, the person i spoke to satish gupta was very direct and was not understanding what circumstances i was going through. My elder brother was in need of money desperately as i was the only source for him to get money. Customer service advisor kept my call on hold for more than 20 minutes by saying "i will transfer the call to my supervisor and will be back within 2 minutes" and later on he disconnected the call. Again i called hdfc customer service spoke with "rahul" he transferred the call to the supervisor by keeping my call on hold for more than 5 minutes instead of 2 minutes which he promised and then prashant (Floor supervisor) spoke with me by kept on repeating the same thing that we can't do anything "is this customer service??? They don't how to connect with the customer directly they all were running through with the process they did even gave me any empathy throughout the call and made me realize that i have made an error by using hdfc netbanking website. This was not my error it's hdfc bank websites issue so why should i pay the penalty and also my elder brother who is starving for food out of station didn't get the money"who's fault is this??? I need compensation for whatever i have gone through. The customer service skills of the advisors is simply is pathetic to say the least and prashant the floor supervisor just disconnected the call by giving 3 warning alarms stating that he can't hear me i need a callback with a proper resolution...
