I am a client of hdfc bank and hold a account in hdfc bank nizampura branch vadodara. I got a call from hdfc bank for credit card and they forced me to buy credit card. When i bought credit card at that time bank employee told me that credit card is free for life time and there is no membership fees. But now bank has charged 590 rupees for membership fees and the bank employee is saying that fee is charged because you did not use your credit card in payzapp application. I requested many times to hdfc bank to waive off credit card membership fees but they didn't waive off and they charged 590 rupees as membership fees because of improper information given by
their bank employee.

      This is sandhya. My payzapp account mobile number is [protected].

      On 17th of March I had transfered Rs 5000 to payzapp wallet with my credit card.

      The amount was credited to my payZapp account, but when I was about to transfer the amount to bank it had asked to update the KYC details.

      I had updated the KYC requested details on the same day, but still I could not able to transfer the amount from my wallet to bank.

      I had sent a request mail twice to [protected]@payzapp but no response.

      Tried reaching the customer care number but they are not responding...always the number is busy.

      Please suggest

        Complain regarding non deposit of the cash, There is a Madam whose name is Mrs Yogita Sharma and Branch Manager both deny for cash deposit 4 times in week i everyday go for cash deposit for company account but have to come back as they say always SERVER DOWN problem

        Plz make me aware SERVER DOWN problem is a genuine concern in this special Branch or they are making fool to customers. Second side kalkaji other Banch always help and deposit...

        I have been exhausted to go this Branch which is defaming HDFC NAME

        plz take a strict action against these emplyee if they are fooling to customers

          I am resident of canada coming after 5years. I went to bank to withdraw my money but from last 8-9 days they are harassing me by not giving any suitable reply. I waited outside bank 5-6 hours daily because they kept on telling me that come after 1 hour or two hour. Since i live far away and had no conveyance in india so i prefer to stay outside bank. The case has some technicalities but they are not giving me any reply that how to resolve the issue. I have few days left to fly back and i want my money before going back. This is my hard earned money. How can they refuse to give me my money back? I need help else i had to take legal help to solve this.

            isaqmc deductions

            Dear team,

            I have an account with hdfc that has been in active use for a couple of years. Today i noticed that on a quarterly basis deductions have been made under the head "isaqmc". I read around and found that this is being done for having the mutual fund buying ability via net banking.

            I do not recollect consenting to these quarterly deductions. Kindly stop deducting the same and reverse the charges made...

            I have used your credit card in 2015, and swept of rs.15000/ thought i have called severl time to customer care and send a mail also to close the card. But from last two year they did not reply now they are asking me to pay aprox 45000 as an interest. Becouse of this my cibil score has fall down. I have all the conversation recond on mail if you want i can share with you please. I have send mail to customer care more the 15 time but did not get reply so request you to look into the matter and do the needful

              delink my hdfc credit card

              I used to have an active hdfc savings account and my hdfc credit card was linked to it. I have stopped usong this account a long time ago and make my credit card payments from another bank. I have been charged a auto debit return fee and my ac is on negative balance now. Inspite of giving written requests to the branch and calling customer care the delinking hasnt happened. Since jan 2018 the are charging the fee on my credit card. Nobody...

              I have applied for home loan in 2012. But due to some shortage of fund. I have refused to process my home loan application form. But instead of refusing my home loan application. Hdfc ltd has lodged cheque into my account for processing home loan. I have not noticed at that time. But in these days i have noticed my account was debited with amount rd 5618/- in favor of hdfc ltd. So, please refund my processing fee into my account with interest.                     I applied for hdfc credit card. All necessary documents submitted. Residential and office verfication were done. I got confirmation call, otp verification, email verification were done. While tracking it is showing in process. Mine application :cc34579070.                         Due to delay in flight i went to lounge after asking the customer desk. He replied that it was free of cost. Then only i went inside. I am holding both credit card and priority pass. I just had cool drink and snacks. I have used it because of free of cost. I can't pay this much of bill now. I am wrongly guided. No one have informed me even from hdfc executive even after transaction. Otherwise i may avoid atleast for next time in return journey. I never received information regarding this. And even i didn't watch any mails regarding this. Please waive off this. I can't pay this. I will put forward to consumer court otherwise. I really disappointed with this. Please do the needful.

                            I had pre-closed my Jumbo loan on credit in the month of March and there was an over payment hence I my balance on Jumbo loan credit card is Rs - 490 /-

                            I had requested for refund of the same amount to my initial payment mode.

                            Also, I had called the HDFC help-desk trice since March 19th and every time I had got the reference for my query. Below are the reference numbers;

                            I do not understand what is stopping you guys to make the refund??? why its still under pending status since March 19th?

For which as per sale executive khushal pinjari ([protected]) when i apply for loan they promise me they will provide me loan within 10 days with total amount 21 lacs (99%) after applying loan with hdfc not getting any proper reply for loan status. Even loan executive also not giving proper answer. Its about 40 days but still not receiving loan amount from hdfc. They was deducted 11850/- rs as processing fees withing 12 days while applying for home loan. Half of the time he is on leave. By luck he would say it would take 2 more days... Its been more then 15 days that multiple 2 days have passed by.. My question here is very simple. Why did the sales executive commit of a certain loan amount when he knew that such amount cannot be offered? why is the bank deducting 3750 rupees of processing fees for such commitments given by the bank? please return my processing fees with interest. I suggest to all never go with hdfc for loan. They are giving wrong promising. Due to wrong promising i need to pay more to builder because i am depended on hdfc.

                                Hdfc bank credit cards had started providing 12 free Lounge accesses a year for regalia customers by collaborating with priority pass.

                                Sometime in April/May 2017, they silently changed the clause, and charged customers around Rs 1800 per visit for domestic lounges.

                                This amount is deducted automatically (without swiping the hdfc card or signing anywhere). I'm not sure how that's even legal.

                                The only place where this change is mentioned is at a corner in the PDF statement they mail to us. As a long time card user, I don't look at the every word in the statement, I just see the total amount and make the payment.

                                I'm sure there are enough legal loopholes for hdfc bank to be not liable to anything, but you're going to lose customers if this is the way you're going to operate.

                                I want others in this forum to be aware that hdfc is very capable of pulling off such kind of tricks, so please read the clauses very carefully and also keep in mind that they can change it anytime without properly clarifying it to you.

                                    We have checked our records and found that the said transaction is timed out the transaction. Hence the beneficiary will receive funds within 2 working days. If the beneficiary denies receipt of funds, please share the beneficiary account statement on [protected]@hdfcbank.com or email confirmation from the beneficiary bank for further investigation.
