W. R. T. File no.[protected], hdfc ltd kodambakkam, my disbursement cheque was ready on 27 march 2018.
I heard from hdfc ltd that cheque from march 27, 2018 will not be valid if the registration happens on month april 2018.

To confirm this i wrote a mail to hdfc people on 28 march 2018 and also spoke to anand raj and madhivanan and one insurance officer but i haven’t received any reply. Then i wrote a mail on 2nd of april and again spoke to madhivanan, no reply again.

On 4th of april i called madhivanan to know the status of the disbursement and then he says that if i didn’t sign disbursement the rate of interest will increase.

Then on 6th of april i went to bank to sign the disbursment there i came to know that the rate of interest is changed from a 8.4% to 8.6%.

Hdfc said loan rate got increased from 8.4 to 8.6 on 4th of april.

If the bank had replied to all my calls and mails i would have signed the disbursement on march itself or april 1st or 2nd.

Hdfc ltd is the complete responsible for my sufferings. There was no proper answer about this from hdfc ltd side.

Need answer for my sufferings.

    Payzapp sent many messages (Rs100 cashback will be credited for kyc completion)& forced me to complete kyc. So i completed kyc on 28feb18. Till now 100rs cashback was not credited. Also i did bigbasket transaction using promocode "bingo" on 28thfeb18. Till now no cashback credited for bigbasket transaction. I sent 5times mail to their customer care regarding both cashback. Also i tried to contact them by phone more than 100times. Not able to contact. The phone no is always busy. Now more than 40days over. Till now i didn't get 100rs cashback for kyc completion and also 250rs for bigbasket transaction.in the name of offer, payzapp is cheating their customers. Payzapp customer care is worlds worst customer service not attending customers complaint more than 40days. I feel shame to to be the customer of payzapp.

      Hi my name is poorvi porwal and my account number is [protected]
      I have applied to join my husband as a joint account holder in my hdfc bank account but it's 2 months now and my husband has not joined as a joint account holder. I have enquired within the branch sec 15 vasundhra ghaziabad so many times but they are not able to tell me the exact reason that why this not has been done yet.

      Please look into this matter and help me to get it done.

        Today i got money from my brother from payzaap and i have to send money to another people urgently, but it always asks to update kyc, but i didn't see any update option. I tried to call customer support they don't even respond to my call and i waited 15 min on line but they answer me yet. To update my upi it's took more than half day.

        I don't recommend this waste and fraud app to my friends and relative because of money was urgent to me but they don't care about the customers.

        If the people don't respond this complement i will raise a complaint on consumer court.

        Please help me.

          I was taking cash from hdfc bank atm with my hdfc debit card of about rs 1000. When the cash was about to dispense it got power cut and the atm did not have a power backup. I waited till the power comes, but the machine restarted from the beginning and said atm out of service currently. Due to that i couldn't go to office and did not have food for the whole day. The bank should have a power backup and that could have avoided all my inconvenience. I called call centre they said they have registered a complaint and i will get an sms on the same. But till now not received. I have now raised a complaint through net banking.

            I am unable to login to my fastag account. I have reset the password atleast 5-6 time and still unable to login. Even in toll it is getting notified as suspended not sure why. Also i am unable to recharge. Pls help. Tried calling the support service multiple time and always getting busy. Is there any other contact number to connect. This is frustrating and messages in website also are not clear.

            Tried recharge from app as well as laptop
            But the message I get after entering the amount is “ amount exceeds allowed limit”
            Tried entering even 1 ₹ still it exceeds maximum allowable limit to recharge
            Customer care is continuously busy
            Why is that number provided at all

              I went to hdfc bank star city mall branch in mayur vihar, there i asked the bank representative name soumya to update my aadhar card to my hdfc account but she clearly denied to update and said that she will not update. I again said to her that i am not getting subsidy of my gas as the gas dealer is saying that your adhar card is not updated into your account, so i went to bank to update my adhar card but soumya bank representative clearly denied and ready to close the bank account on the spot. What kind of customer service is this. I am very disappointed about the behaviour of soumya. Please do the necessary actions against her.

                    I recieved 2 messages from HDFC regarding UMRN number HDFC[protected] and UMRN number HDFC[protected] . I had applied for debit for ECS payment of the premium for 2 policies that i hold with LIC of India, but the amount registered is much higher than the actual premium for both policies. When i had filled the form they had asked me not to fill the amount as they had to add some nominal charges as tax. But the amount is more than Rs.2500 higher than the actual premium.

                        On 5/04/2018, I found that my credit card has been debited for Rs. 7500/-.
                        where as I have not purchased any thing from itunes store. I reported it to your
                        office at Chadigarh. they blocked my credit card and issed new card to me . But my problem is not solved. I have not got refund of 7500/- so far.

                          My name is sudhakara bvand i hold a credit card from hdfc bank bearing no. 5459xxxxxxxx3418 and my registered mobile no is [protected]. I had my outstanding balance of rs.2753 which i have already paid and confirmed by your customer care.

                          However, as requested to cancel my credit card i have never got any replies and the customer care executive said "wait till 16th of this month and there will be one more statement generated, pay that amount and later we will see about the cancellation of credit card and now we can't estimate how much bill you may incur". I think this proves how much concern you have on your customers.

                          As i am fed up following up multiple times with you, i decided to write my issue on this forum. Let me know when the credit card can be cancelled and please send the no due certificate to my registered mail id.

                          You have proven to me that we should be ready to get harassed and simply pay the bills according to the bank's wish and this applies only to the common people.

                              I had applied for a fastag through hdfc which i received promptly but am unable to login to load cash as i have not received any welcome email from hdfc for me to create my login. I am overdue on my fastag which has now been blacklisted. I even went to a nearby hdfc branch in bangalore and they were clueless. The fastag customer support line is useless as i have been trying to call them for over 4 weeks now without the call getting through even once. Can someone at hdfc resolve this for me?

                              HDFC bank charge 1000 RS penalty charge on emi of RS 4800 although i deposited required emi balance in account same day..
                              HDFC is more intrested on charging fraud penalty than collecting emi..

                              Also no reminder before emi due date.
                              No relationship manager..No calling facilty at customer care..
                              Poor service..
                              I am using their credit for many years and last year they are given priority card with many benefits including lounge access. HDFC mentioned it was free and Used the lounge two occasion in JAN-18 and debited in april without much info. If it is chargeable hdfc must inform at the POS also for any debit they should inform by SMS. Its nt hpnd.
                              I have ordered Fastag from hdfc site on 18th March 2018, but its not yet delivered. I tried calling customer care number[protected] but it always says busy when tried repeatedly.

                              There is no other way to contact as email id is also not mentioned.

                                I got a joining letter on 7th april that my joining date will be 9tg april, approx 2 months ago i have given the interview for vrm position in mohali, mintoo mahajan taken my interview & i clearly told him that my brother is working in hdfc bank, with branch name & rank as well, despite of that he selected me for this job during this i was not aware of this that people who are in blood relationship cannot work in same bank, then i forwarded my docs to hr team, where in we have to mention our referee's details & on 19th number a question is asked in that, in your blood relationship somebody is working or not, i mentioned yes and my brothers name, still they going further, i completed my resignation on 5th april from previous company, on 9th i went to mohali office training started, trainer asked me to give the intro, in my intro i shared that my bro is working in hdfc as teller, then the trainer called hr team & then asked me to leave the premises. And trainer & interviewer are the same person i. E. Mintoo mahajan. Then i spoke to unit head, priyanka n i think the centr head swaroop ghatge even the regional hr manager bb singh,, nobody is pauing intervention to this now i am jobless, what the hell is this??? U people playing with my carrer, trust me i will sue you all people take you to court for making me jobless, now i don't want to work with this bank, i want compensation till the time i didn't get any job.

                                Hello I transfered 21583/- through IMPS to Indian overseas back account on 4th April. Its today 06th April but
                                Transaction status says: Host (CBS) Offline/Issuer Node Offline,

                                But amount yet not transfered back.

                                  I'm unable to recharge my hdfc fastag after using it for a couple of months. When i reach the recharge window it says amount exceeds top up limit.
                                  The toll free number is a joke. Every time like everyone complaining here is the same response. The number is not reachable... Any time of the day any time of the night any day of the week...
                                  Is there no other way to contact these folks..

                                  On mailing to hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in also not getting any response. We are unable to reach customer care via toll free as well as email. This is not fare for customer. Kindly resolve this issues.

                                  I am also receiving this error.

                                  as suggested, I sent an email to HDFC team.
                                  I faced the same problem and I got the solution,

                                  Write an email to ashish.[protected]@sahaj.co.in asking them to reactivate your account

                                  40K plus accounts are in freeze due to KYC not updated

                                  Please send your RC Copy, Aadhaar and PAN to that email address, issue will be resolved in 24 hours,

                                  Send all your fast tag account information on the email

                                    Cancellation of one assist membership
                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9809 without my concern on date:31/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund debited amount of rs.1399/-
