I transferred the funds from an hdfc website through imps mode to vijaya bank account money was not transferred hence i called hdfc customer service to resolve the issue, the person i spoke to satish gupta was very direct and was not understanding what circumstances i was going through. My elder brother was in need of money desperately as i was the only source for him to get money. Customer service advisor kept my call on hold for more than 20 minutes by saying "i will transfer the call to my supervisor and will be back within 2 minutes" and later on he disconnected the call. Again i called hdfc customer service spoke with "rahul" he transferred the call to the supervisor by keeping my call on hold for more than 5 minutes instead of 2 minutes which he promised and then prashant (Floor supervisor) spoke with me by kept on repeating the same thing that we can't do anything "is this customer service??? They don't how to connect with the customer directly they all were running through with the process they did even gave me any empathy throughout the call and made me realize that i have made an error by using hdfc netbanking website. This was not my error it's hdfc bank websites issue so why should i pay the penalty and also my elder brother who is starving for food out of station didn't get the money"who's fault is this??? I need compensation for whatever i have gone through. The customer service skills of the advisors is simply is pathetic to say the least and prashant the floor supervisor just disconnected the call by giving 3 warning alarms stating that he can't hear me i need a callback with a proper resolution...

    Dear concern,

    Its been long time now i have used hdfc creadi card and since then i am paying the minimum amount. If i have used rs 10, i have paid them back approx. Rs 500 with interest. I am requesting them to convert my amount in emi but they are not doing so. May be they are getting profit in that but now i am fed up of paying again & again.

    We have taken note of your comments expressed with regard to emi facility and wish to clarify that, HDFC Bank offers several promotional offers such as Smart EMI, Insta Jumbo Loan, Balance transfer etc. to its card holder's from time to time basis certain parameters set by the Bank and is at its discretion. These offers are intimated to the customer's vide mailers, statement inserts, Bank's website, etc. and is followed as a standard procedure across all card account. We are unable to extend emi facility for your credit card at this point of time. However the offers in the card will be reviewed on a periodic basis depending on the usage and payment pattern.

      Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to SMILE FOUNDATION with value Rs. 500.00 and frequency MNTH is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

      I got a message like this and I have not approved any monthly payments. Need to resolve and cancel this right away. I don't even understand what the hell is this. Whatever it may be I want to cancel it now and no more payments from my account. I can't visit branch as I stay far, let me know the once resolved.

We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes. In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier. Please visit the following link for the address of our branches and ATMs https://goo.gl/Aje8P7 Addressing your concern we wish to clarify that a Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder in case he holds more than a single product with the Bank. By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank.             I paid ₹6600 for 3 fastags under the application number hfr030918 on 9th February, 2018. I haven't recieved my fastag till now which was promised in 7-8 working days. And i have called on the number a hundred times but it always is busy. I want my fastag or the money back as soon as possible. This is no kind of behaviour expected from such a big organisation

              There has been 3 fraud transactions of 10000, 10000 and 5000 made from my account on 5th April 2018 at 9:16.9:17 and 9:18 PM from Chitranjan Park New Delhi .
              I have already asked bank to black my card . The most suspicious thing is that, how a person is able to do transaction without my card, because my card was with me when this transaction has been done.

                I had applied for the credit card of hdfc bank. Iit had complited all verification formality. On 27 of March I got a mail to send them the latest itr with computation. I had also sent that. My cibil score is more than 760. I had never done any loan default. Not even a single emi. My credit card application ref no is [protected]E8 /BR. Now it is showing disapproved. Please let me know the reason.

                I tried to fill online application application form for HDFC credit card and since I am a Forest officer under Govt. of Sikkim, I wrote 'Govt. employee' in the space provided for 'occupation' but it was not taken. Then I wrote Govt. officer, public servant, forest officer, forester, salaried, but it did not work. Being frustrated I wrote journalist, farmer, businessman, priest, criminal, terrorist, pimp, gigolo but it did not work. What should I write? Alien? or Martian?

                  I have not received by Wallet ID for my fastag . Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself .

                  I have received my RFID from HDFC and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet ID and in HDFC portal it was mentioned that wallet ID will be received from the welcome emailer . Unfortunately, i haven't received the Welcome emailer as well.

                    I am biswaranjan jena bearing account no[protected]. Firat they said the card is free but that was not free credit card.
                    Now they deduct 17897 inr to my credit card for card security. Which is totally unknown to me.
                    According to hdfc this charge is mandatory.

                    So i lose 17897 inr with out a reason. This is sure i will stop this cheap bank account.

                      I am unable to recharge my fastag account. Everytime it says the "Amount exceeded the top up amount". I tried from 50 Rs toll 5000; it is the same result.
                      Almost for the past 3 hours i am trying the customer care number and it keeps telling that is busy. One of the worst ever service i experienced. They are cheating people.

                        Dear Sir,

                        On 14/03/2017 total due was 10, 909/- Minimum due was 3306.04
                        Same was cleared on 03/04/17
                        I have last used my Credit Card on 12/12/2016 in Agra
                        Then why 14/03/17 statement showing Purchase debit of 11, 512/- !! ???
                        Why 14/05/17 statement showing Purchase debit 1, 795.11/- !! ???
                        Tried calling HDFC customer care several times to short out the issue. No one responded. Top of that they have deducted money from my savings a/c ending with xxxx3108 and blocked all of my active a/c without any notification.
                        They have sent abstract figures in every moth bill which I even aware about.
                        So socked to see this all nuisance in my billing and the way it was handled - I had stop clearing the minimum due of 7, 603/- which I do not wanted to actually.
                        Requesting you to help me to surrender this card and close the chapter please...
                        However this is my request you to look into this entire mater and give me a justice or solution.

                        It's been 7 Days I was calling not only above mentioned two numbers as well as got two collection department number[protected]/02, reception number[protected] Provided by bank tele caller, stating credit card Dept number ).No one picks-up or providing any proper information. Not getting any solutions what to do or what not. Only thing is happening that every month I am getting a bill generation every month which I can't open even.
                        Hell tired of this . Please help me and close this all . Is there any concern person that I can contact to short this out.

                        I never ever ever sugest any one to use this bank card ...

                            HDFC credit card application status is as IN PROCESS from so long,
                            Kindly update.As it has been as IN PROCESS from very even after the verifications are done.

                            I got the SMS long bank on 22/03/2018,

                            please help with the procedure, as none of them had get back with the status even after many attempts for trying on customer care numbers provided by the executives.

                              Hi I have an unresolved complaint I had initially complained on 01/04/18 My name is John Ganguly now I was adding RS.4000 from my Credit card to my paytm wallet it should transaction failed or unsuccessful however the amount was deducted from my credit limit now they all said they will credit it or resolve it but to my dismay there is no resolution I'm in urgent need of this money which I am legally entitled to I want this sorted I wish someone can kindly resolve this escalation as this is ridiculous both Paytm and HDFC none seem to assist they are behaving like scammers just taking money out without authorization

                                Hi,

                                I’m an existing customer of Fastag provided via HDFC bank. I used to travel every weekends.

                                My Fas tag balance is low and hence I have tried to recharge from the past few days but it doesn’t allow me to recharge.

                                Because of this I have to take Non fastag lanes on Tolls which disappoints the usage of this Tag.

                                Tried calling Customer care, and it is busy often. Hard to believe that such a reputed bank having such a lousy service on Fas Tag web application.

                                It always says the error "Amount exceed allowed Topup lmit " even I tried to recharge from 10 to 1000 INR.

                                History: Fas Tag balance was low and tried to recharge on it, But both HDFC webpage and application doesnt allow to recharge saying Amount exceeds allowed topup limit. Hence tried to contact customer care but no response. Logged a complaint on Consumer complaints and mailed to [email protected] ( took by surfing online). HDFC responded to that complaint has been registered. Sent an follow up email back to HDFC twice. HDFC responded to give a turn around time of 5 working days. Later in 4 working days, HDFC responded that it has been fixed. Retried back with recharge and issue got resolved. It will be good if HDFC ensure the same issue didnt exists in future transactions...                                   I has some issue with my account as my two hdfc accounts recently got merged and all my benificiaries and registered number needed to be updated. I asked help from the executive regarding that and instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem he became impatient and called me dumb and disconnected the call. Kindly do the needful to help me out with my issue.

                                    My name is harsh

                                    I had talk to miss khusboo thakar from hdfc regarding personal loan on 18.03.2018. And on 19.03.2018. They send hdfc executive mr. Ram to me for collecting the documents and applying for personal loan. Till 28.03.18. Morning they told me its in process. They told me that our sbi payment (4500/-) is pending due to which they are facing some problem. For sbi payment regarding i explained them why its pending. I had also informed them that i have spoke to sbi team about my payment they told me by mistake it has happened and they will send a mail to me till 10th april for closer of the same. On 28th evening i called mr. Kashap kapadiya loan department manager regarding the same. During this time i was coordinating with miss kushboo, miss krutika, mr. Ram but no one had given me a proper feed back. They were not even receiving my call. When mr kashap had took them on concall they told me that my hdfc payment is pending against my credit card so my loan is rejected. Which was not true i had given all the details of my payment of my credit card. And also send the phone call recording to miss kushboo thakar between me and hdfc credit card department phone banker executive in which he had clearly told that my payment is not pending. Then they started telling me new story that my last payment was delayed so they are worried whether they should give me loan or not. After taking so much of follow up they had send me a message on 3rd april from ([protected]) that my personal loan application is now accepted. Pls quote ref. No 56038862 for any status update - hdfc bank ltd. But when i called them on 5th april. Miss krutika from (Hdfc) loan department told me the same thing that my payment is pending against my creditcard. For which i had mailed her my credit card statement showing no payment is pending. I had also mailed this matter to mr. Shreejukumar (Hdfc) asst manager but there is no reply from their side. Today i. E 6th april i had send them a reminder on mail but not received any reply. And also called them but no one is receiving my phone. I had also requested them that if my loan is rejected please inform me so that i can apply from some other bank. I had my saving and salary account in hdfc from last 10 years and i am using hdfc credit card from last 8 years. And this is my first time applying for personal loan in 10 years and facing such problem. This is how hdfc give service to customer. Please look into this matter.

I am an existing hdfc customer and have uploaded all kyc documents and made the requisite payments. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to check for status as the customer care number is always busy.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have transferred 30, 000 through imps from hdfc (April 2nd 2018) and the amount gets deducted from my account and not credited to the beneficiary.
                                        The status of imps is showing as "processor down" and have reached out to phone banking team and my relationship manager twice and they said amount will be reverted to my account within 3 working days and not yet got any updates even in 5th working day.
                                        Request to check and do the needful at earliest.

                                        The said transaction has been successfully processed from our end and we have also received the settlement from the beneficiary bank. Hence we request you to check the same with the beneficiary bank as the funds may be lying at their end. If the beneficiary still claims the non-receipt of payment, kindly ask him to provide his bank statement along with account number mentioned on it for us to investigate further.
