unnecessary amount deduction as part of loan overdue payment

An amount of rs 650 has been charged as part of loan overdue payment, which is an unexpected inconvenience imposed by bank.

I had maintained sufficient emi amount in my salary account to pay emi for 4th march 2018. But bank has deducted the amount one day later (I. E. On 5th march)
And charged approx one month interest (650 rs).

It is completely the bank's problem not deducting the amount on the committed...

hdfc bank unnecessary credit card charges

I pay my credit card bills regularly way before the due date, however this time i was busy in some engagements and couldnt pay the amount in time.
I had an some outstanding credit to be paid by 8nd feb.
I was charged a late of 400 rupees on this amount on 9th dec which is highly unjustifiable. I have paid the complete outstanding amount to avoid any further charges by the bank.

hdfc rfid fastag not received

I have applied and paid for hdfc fastag in the month of jan18 and i got the message alert with my customer id & wallet id on 08th jan18, but still, i have not received the rfid tag and i am not able to reach the customer care number which is always in busy status i am not sure to whom can i reach to get the tag.

deduction for non maintenance of monthly charges

Hdfc bank has deducted 1200 rupees on march march 15 stating ' you have been deducted 600 for non maintainance of minimum balance in jan and 600 for non maintainance of minimum balance in feb. This is so unfair to deduct money in march, without any prior intimation in jan and feb. Please do take a look and do something to resolve that issue. These type of issues are irritating me a lot these days....

I had taken policy no. (Hdfc life assured plus classic plan) – 19921968 in the name of manish dutt for the amount of rs. 50000/- (Payment made on date –[protected] through online payment receipt no. - [protected]).
And in the initial telephonic conversations with hdfc life employees they said that had to make single payment. And commitment was made to provide medical voucher, welcome kit with bond papers...

one assist mfee

Please refund my money which was deducted from my hdfc credit card with reason "one assist mfee" of rupees 2, 999.00 charged on 13/03.2018. This was charged without my knowledge and i did not enroll my credit card for this one assist plan. I have often received email from one assist for enrollment but i never enrolled it for. I need more justification on this. Refund the as soon as possible. This is really ridiculous....

not refund excess payment

I closed my hdfc personal loan on 27 feb 2018. Bank deduct 25660 excess amount as an emi on 5 march 2018 and refund only 17842 on 8 march remaining 8198 rates is charged against my hdfc car loan. Also again 8198 charges from my bank account as car loan emi now my excess amount of rent 8198 is not refunded by bank. Today is 16 of march and i am calling them again and again for refund but no response they are again asking for 7 working days...

holding my amount

Because of insufficient amount on emi due date they hold my account balance, first time i did this mistake i agree. After 2 days i paid that amount. Almost 9 days over still bank holding my amount. Yesterday i went to hospital n i had an mri scanning but i can't pay the hospital bill because i can't draw the amount... This is how hdfc bank treating customer. negative charges charging for every month

My wife have salary account opened by company... After 1 year she quiet the company... Immediately hdfc bank converted her salary account into personal without any intimation and now they started charging for not maintaing the minimum balance...
