Yesterday on 05.07.2018, 9 fraudulent transaction happened from my bank account ... Google Octro service showing message deducted total amount Rs.2850/- debited from my savings bank account without asking any otp verification message and call... today i reported to bank and they assure me to refund money within 1 month
Sir i am Pawan prasad email- prasad.[protected]@gmail.com,
on 4 November 2018, 29 transactions of INR 349 each(total amount 10500) has debited from my account without either generation of OTP or using my debit card pos on google octro inc.
What can I do further.

    DC ISS FEE charge has been done in my account for two times, without any intimation the charges has been debited from account. Kindly confirm without any intimation or any messages how could my amount will be deducted. The two times charges deducted from my account in a same date[protected].     I want my amount to be reverse. Also It would be better if action can be taken against such bank

      I recently changed my number on my account from india phone number to USA phone number. Now I am not receiving OTP. This is causing me so much trouble to do banking from overseas. Further, i tried to find out the customer care email id but am also unable to get one on the hdfc site.

        I am not going to waste my time in explaining all the problems again.
        The customer care number is busy 24*7.
        We are always shown zero balance at every toll. But later the amount is deducted from the account, after we have already paid in cash. The amount is consistently being deducted even when we are not using the serives.
        I am not gonna call a single more time, i will just file a very strong case against the company in the consumer court. We are hell annoyed and it's a pathetic company.

          The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. Incase if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us with the merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds on [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

            I have given all documents required to open nri account to me in hdfc branch kuriachira, thirussur, kerala in november 2017 during my last visit to kerala.
            Till now, account is not opened for me. Almost 4 months are over. I don't know what difficulty they are facing in opening an nri account to me. I have given all required documents in branch (Photo, passport, visa etc). It is very good example of ignoring customers and testing their patience.

              Have applied for fastag on 19-mar-2018.
              The reference number is hfr039815.
              Also there was a commitment that it will be delivered in 7 working days.

              Now it has been 9 working days and yet to no avail.
              If there is a delay in delivering the id itself, then i am worried how their response would be for emergency roadside assistance.

              I should have gone for other service providers. My bad, i've chosen hdfc bank.

              Now i do not want it anymore due to this delay and cancel it.

              But the customer support toll free "[protected]" is full time busy for the past 2 days.

              Please do not go for hdfc fastag. They are pathetic.

                My policy no 19959857 this policy sold me on fake commitment i had already marked complaint at your provided mail id with voice recording of your agents.

                My request is that i want this policy to be cancelled which has sold me on fake commitment.

                    Hdfc bank while offering the priority pass with regalia card clearly stated that use on international airport will be free up till complimentary visits and will be charged at domestic airports.

                    Now what does this mean? Any normal person will understand that use on intl airport within india is also free on pp.

                    In january they had send a message which stated: use of pp on any airport with in india will be charged at 27$.

                    This clearly means that they have made a change to the policy and are willing to communicate to the customers accordingly by using these specific comments about india airport.

                    Despite this they have charged me over rs. 6000 for 3 visits during december '17

                    How could they do so? I demand a reversal of these charges.

                        I reconfirmed with beneficiary and he is still waiting for the amount.
                        I am transferring the money to beneficiary account form last 3 years, so no chance of wrong account details.

                              I have Salary account in HDFC bank. But they opened demat account without my permission. This happened to most of the employees. I have already sent an email to close my demat account. But there is no response. Now I have RS 850 as Yearly charge.This is happened without my knowledge, So I can not pay for this.                                 I am a holder of hdfc bank visa business regalia credit card where i had received priority pass for complimentary access to lounges at airport terminals.

                                I have received the latest statement for my credit card on 16.02.18 (Attached herewith) in which i have been charged for using the priority pass for lounge visits at domestic airports in the months of september 2017 and october 2017.

                                Kindly note that it is unacceptable and hdfc should reverse the charges on the basis of the following points:

                                1. I was not aware of the changes of the terms and conditions of priority pass, as i did not receive any official communication regarding the same through sms or email.

                                2. I always carry both the cards i. E. Priority pass and hdfc regalia business credit card to the lounge reception. Had i been aware that priority pass is chargeable at domestic lounges, i could have used my hdfc bank regalia credit card instead.

                                3. I did not receive any alerts when my card was being charged. It is unethical on the part of hdfc to charge the credit card and not provide any communication for the same.

                                4. The credit card statements for 3 months following the priority pass usage, did not reflect these charges. As per the new terms and conditions the charges should reflect int he statement by 90 days from the date o[censored]sage.

                                5. Lastly, kindly note that we are having long standing relationship with hdfc bank. Our organisation m/s alliance commercial transport has current accounts, loan accounts, od accounts etc. With hdfc bank.in view of the same, we expect that you should immediately reverse these charges, so our trust in hdfc is maintained and we can continue to do business with your bank.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9875 without my concern on date:02/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    I want to close my saving account but branch manager and other staff not work on it he and she says to me after aproval i can do close your account after minimum
                                    2 or 3 months today passed 20 days allready of sign on account closer form

                                        Hi i have been really sick to write this email. A person called vishal [protected] from hdfc bank has been calling my family and collegue's for payment recovery.
                                        I fail to understand if these people are really there to just recover money by hook or crook or to collect good incentives they have all the rights to go to any extent to mentally pressurise a person and take him to the point of depression.
                                        I availed a credit card from hdfc bank.. The worst day of my life i would say..
                                        Situations changed and i went through a severe financial crunch lost job.. Father got paralytic attack... Living at a rented house... Being a sole earner of the household when i was unable to pay back.. I have been helpless to sometines not even able to earn bread for my family...
                                        And the worst part is they would not even listen to your side.. All these recovery agents are concerned is about how to screw a person's life so that they as a customer "care" executive can earn higher incentives on fulfilling their targets.
                                        Not all debters are cheaters... Not one knows what's going to happen with them in future.
                                        I please request you to save me and my family from this mental torture and threatings to pay off...
                                        I am literate person i know i availed a service and i need to pay back which i have done in the past dutifully but now when i am unable to do so as of now i get this behavior from the bank.
                                        I just want to request banks if this is the way you recover ur payments please clarify at the very first step to your customer that see mr. Xyz we are ready to give u a service but i[censored] fail to payback u will be made to realise u have made the biggest mistake o[censored]r life.
                                        And to the recovery agent... I also do a job to earn a living for my family but not at the cost of ruining people's peace... U don't really know what the person might be going through.. Atleast maintain the very basic of etiquettes while addressing a person.
