I have applied for home loan in 2012. But due to some shortage of fund. I have refused to process my home loan application form. But instead of refusing my home loan application. Hdfc ltd has lodged cheque into my account for processing home loan. I have not noticed at that time. But in these days i have noticed my account was debited with amount rd 5618/- in favor of hdfc ltd. So, please refund my processing fee into my account with interest. As i have rejected my home application form and but still my cheque is debited from my account against processing fee. Please refund my processing fee as earliest.

        I applied for hdfc credit card. All necessary documents submitted. Residential and office verfication were done. I got confirmation call, otp verification, email verification were done. While tracking it is showing in process. Mine application :cc34579070. Kindly let me know how many days it will take for approval. What is next process. I applied on 27 mar'18. Thank you. Hdfc people responce is good.

          I have used my hdfc atm card yesterday. I withdraw r.25000 my transaction was processing but timeout and i have not received any cash from atm. But the rs 25000 deducted from my account. Plz resolve the issue. As soon as poosible. My transaction seems to be declined. Please resolve the issue. I shall be very thankful to u. Please resolve my issue.

            Dear team
            Due to delay in flight i went to lounge after asking the customer desk. He replied that it was free of cost. Then only i went inside. I am holding both credit card and priority pass. I just had cool drink and snacks. I have used it because of free of cost. I can't pay this much of bill now. I am wrongly guided. No one have informed me even from hdfc executive even after transaction. Otherwise i may avoid atleast for next time in return journey. I never received information regarding this. And even i didn't watch any mails regarding this. Please waive off this. I can't pay this. I will put forward to consumer court otherwise. I really disappointed with this. Please do the needful.

              I have been using hdfc credit card for last few years and today certain amount has been deducted from my credit card wothout my permission and intimation by one assist from card no ending with 6484.
              As they have no right to deduct the amount with customer consent.
              Hence, i request you to deactivate scheme and refund my money back.

                I had pre-closed my Jumbo loan on credit in the month of March and there was an over payment hence I my balance on Jumbo loan credit card is Rs - 490 /-

                I had requested for refund of the same amount to my initial payment mode.

                Also, I had called the HDFC help-desk trice since March 19th and every time I had got the reference for my query. Below are the reference numbers;

                3rd Apr - [protected]

                I do not understand what is stopping you guys to make the refund??? why its still under pending status since March 19th?

                Is this the service expected out of HDFC?????

For which as per sale executive khushal pinjari ([protected]) when i apply for loan they promise me they will provide me loan within 10 days with total amount 21 lacs (99%) after applying loan with hdfc not getting any proper reply for loan status. Even loan executive also not giving proper answer. Its about 40 days but still not receiving loan amount from hdfc. They was deducted 11850/- rs as processing fees withing 12 days while applying for home loan. Half of the time he is on leave. By luck he would say it would take 2 more days... Its been more then 15 days that multiple 2 days have passed by.. My question here is very simple. Why did the sales executive commit of a certain loan amount when he knew that such amount cannot be offered? why is the bank deducting 3750 rupees of processing fees for such commitments given by the bank? please return my processing fees with interest. I suggest to all never go with hdfc for loan. They are giving wrong promising. Due to wrong promising i need to pay more to builder because i am depended on hdfc.

                    Hdfc bank credit cards had started providing 12 free Lounge accesses a year for regalia customers by collaborating with priority pass.

                    Sometime in April/May 2017, they silently changed the clause, and charged customers around Rs 1800 per visit for domestic lounges.

                    This amount is deducted automatically (without swiping the hdfc card or signing anywhere). I'm not sure how that's even legal.

                    The only place where this change is mentioned is at a corner in the PDF statement they mail to us. As a long time card user, I don't look at the every word in the statement, I just see the total amount and make the payment.

                    I'm sure there are enough legal loopholes for hdfc bank to be not liable to anything, but you're going to lose customers if this is the way you're going to operate.

                    I want others in this forum to be aware that hdfc is very capable of pulling off such kind of tricks, so please read the clauses very carefully and also keep in mind that they can change it anytime without properly clarifying it to you.

                          I had applied for fastag through hdfc on 14/3/2018. I got an sms from hdfc with customer id and wallet id on 16/3/2018. I got the fastag card two days later. But when i try to register my fastag online for first time, its keep on saying no records. I have tried this for last 2 weeks atlease

                          Trying to call customer service [[protected]] but no one picks the call.

                            Worst bank experience i ever had.
                            Approached this bank to open the salary account as the institute whr i work demands the salary acc at hdfc. But this bank is proving so uncooperative at giving the service. The branch is located at dhantoli, nagpur. The receptionist is rude,
                            The staff member for opening the accounts was very bad at hospitality. Visited this branch for 2 times. But no response till now. There is internal lack of coordination within the staff members. Feeling so pity that the branch not even keep the salary acc kits with them. U look big only on advertise screen bt in practicle u lack the quality service. A big o from my side.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I utilized my Kotak Bank debit/ATM card to withdraw INR 10, 000 cash from HDFC ATM (ATM ID: S1ACDI81 SQ 9359) in Vasant Kunj Sector B2 Market on 28/03/2018 around 21:57 hours. However, the ATM machine dispensed only INR 8500 4 notes of Rs 2000 & 1 note of Rs 500 denomination. The shortfall on the transaction was INR 1500. I raised a request with issuer bank (Kotak) on 28/03/2018 around 22:04 hours and was provided a service request confirmation (SR#1-[protected]). On the 7th day 04/04/2018 i received notification that the issue has been resolved where HDFC notified Kotak Bank that INR 10, 000 amount was dispensed! Considering this wrong doing, i raised another service request with Kotak bank and was assigned another new service request (SR#1-[protected]) with no mention on dispute reason. I was asked to wait for 17 days for resolution.

                              Having read many similar instances and response from Consumer Complaints forum (stating the issue has been sent to concerned bank), i am fearful that banks are getting an upper hand, getting away with unfair transactions and cheating people of their hard earned money!!! It would indeed be a win for the common man if the consumer compliant forum truly addressed the issue and took action in holding the banks accountable, irrespective of what the loss to consumer is!!

Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter to the issuing bank Kotak Bank branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The Issuing Bank will then raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.                                     Daily receiving calls regarding personal loan from hdfc bank from one year onwards. Already registered as do not call registry one month ago but still getting the calls from lian department. Too horrible and disturbing daily. Every time i'm lifting the call with interest because i thought it's may be some important call but after lifting call it's from hdfc which is irritating regularly.

                                      I have a salary account with hdfc bank from 2008 and the account number is [protected].

                                      Today i have deposited the amount rs. 130000 in hdfc bank. After the payment when i check the balance, it is less than the deposited amount. The bank has deducted rs. 1386 and the balance went to rs. 11614.

                                      Deduction amount is not displayed in account statement. I not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

                                      Hdfc looted my money in a smart way. Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account.

                                        I have been trying to contact the "customer care" department of hdfc for 2 straight days now!!!. They are constantly engaged. How is it possible that they don't have a single customer care executive to attend to a customer who has been calling non-stop for several hours!!

                                        Are you seriously that short-staffed!!!

                                        Horrible service!!

                                        All other banks have very prompt customer care services. Hdfc is just plain complacent. They'll constantly harass with multiple calls offering loans and credits cards (At times, several times in a day) but when the customer needs support, they are always busy!!!
