I had booked 2 movie tickets from bookmyshow and used offer code of 25% cashback using a promo code at payzapp. I haven't received the cashback since 3 weeks. It's really embarrassing to write mails everyday to the payzapp team and bank but getting no reply. It's like they are abandoning the customers.
