I am still on call.. No any time duration.. Or any information is given to me.. What is going on my request.. I am asking again and again and not getting any reply..

It not tolerable to wait without knowing that is there any action is being taken or not on the request.. I have asked many times but she didn't replied..
The call is still going on.. And i am recording it.

Very poor service....

    I applied and got a new credit card in hdfc bank. After two days ₹900 debit as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl c) in my credit card account statement.
    I am not interested in that type of policy or coverage.
    How can i clear this type of debits. Also i request them not to do in future transaction. So please remove this unwanted description in my credit card account statement and make immediate refund as quick as possible.

      I am a govt. Employee my salary account exists in hdfc bank. At the time of opening account i submitted pan in the 2004. Although my bank blocked my account on 28th of feb. 2018 without proper warning. I knew on 28th march 2018 when i used my debit card. I run to bank branch aliganj lko and verified my pan and linked with account. But till my account is not open aur mai paise paise ko mohtaz hu. Pl. Open my account immediately to save my & my family life

        I applied for a single loan and not joint loan but inspire of me telling this my sanction letter has my dad's name mentioned on it which is not acceptable. Also, my name has been mentioned incorrectly inspite of all the documents provided to them. To top it all, now they are saying it cannot be changed and i will have to cancel the loan which means i am loosing on my processing fees.
        How can a bank be so careless and charge their customer for no fault of them. Instead, they should own it up and make the necessary corrections.
        How can a bank change someone's name and add a co applicant when it was not asked for?
        Can bank decide on their own and then charge the customer for their own fault and carelessness?
        Are achieving targets son important that you can afford loosing customers?

          credit card limit has reduced

          I am parveen kumar and holding a diners club international hdfc bank credit card the card was earlier limit aprrox 1.5 lac but suddenly i got the message from the above bank that my limit has reduce which is only 61000/ that news disappoint me because if check each and everything in my card so i have paid in time and even never delay of the payment so i would like to know what is the reason to reduce the credit...

          Due to some personal reasons i have resigned from my previous organization and was unemployed for 4 months so i was unable to pay the dues promptly.
          Despite of financial crisis i’ve paid some dues. Recently i have joined a new organization & now my financial status is somewhat stabilizing and i commit them to pay dues promptly without any dispute from may. Also trying to make some part payments by next month. But they are not ready to listen my problem and adamant in collecting their dues.
          A bank which can check a mans eligibility and provide credit card should also have considerations for such unintentional causes & should have courtesy on them. Not every debtors are defaulters. Only the situation are worse for some time. The collection executives are untrained & using abusive words, treating like a slave, mentally disturbing & they have a gut feeling that doing such things may help them to collect payment. If so i am sorry that strategy wont help you.
          They should maintain the same respect as they do while providing the card.
          Whatever be if humans doesn't respect humans then who else will...
          Learned a lot from hdfc. Wishing the close all the things related to hdfc.

            my hdfc gift card got expired

            Dear team,
            I would like to renew my gift card or please revert the money to the owner of the hdfc account.
            I went to hdfc bank nearby, they were telling they cant do anything and money is gone.
            There is no ethical for using money of a person if it is not used by the gifted person. If i didnt get the gifted money i request you to redeem the money back to the corresponding person. Or issue me a new hdfc gifted card.br...

            I am being harassed by HDFC Credit card agent, Credit cards taken by & Defaulted by others, That, Santosh from recovery agency Te:[protected], 62507501, 66914259, continuously harassing me and spoiling name my name too he is continuously calling to my Boss, He saying money is owed by me, It is difficult to facing Mentally torture, Without my knowledge Bank use my Address Name and my Personnel data????? How the without verification how Credit card can be issued???? and suddenly i am getting call from HDFC bank credit card recovery agent threatening to me we will come to your place for recovery Rudely and arrogantly trying to making me defaulter,
            also my boss given me notice financial misleading & obligations, Because of continuously calling to my boss,
            Please tell us if i lose the job who will be responsible for the same???
            Who will liable responsible for spoiling name for the same???

            I would like to inform you that i am already customer for HDFC credit i using it and paying on time also i had taken HOUSING LOAN in 2008 for 20 years but fully paid with in 5 years, as per HDFC record you can check my status,

            I would like to urge you that kindly do the needful, I am already suffering from High BP & Mentally torture,

              Hi,

              I have been Member of HDFC bank since last 4 years and I have always try to maintain my Good records with the Bank,

              But some time there arouse a situation where you are not able to pay your bills on time mainly because of crunch of Money. In this case all you need your bank is put trust on you,

              But In my experience from last couple of days all I observed and Experience the Pathetic Bank service I ever Came Across.

              This is reference to my credit card Payment. It was delayed by month and second due was about to come.

              A Lady from Collection department calls me and ask me to due the Payment . All Said To her is that currently I'm running short of money as soon as I get it I'll do the payment, Probably by next due.

              But all I could see that Lady was not at all interested in listening and she started yelling at me Saying things in Hindi which could be stated as... AApko Kisne kaha tha Paise Kharch Karne, Paise nahi the toh Credit card nahi use karneka ..Agli bar debit card use karo .. apko kuch lagta hai bank ka paise kha jaoge aap.. AAp paise nahi bharne wale ho aise humein lag raha hai..these were her words and that do in bad pitch like some uneducated person who doesn't know professionalism at all.

              I just want to ask the bank.

              1.Is this how you treat your costumer .?
              2.This kind of Person you hire who are not at all professional.

              I have Experienced the worst service till date by Bank. All I was Asking for some time so that I will make the Payment.

              I want a strict Action to be taken Against these Person and here manager they don't even clarify that their employee ID and says they are not allowed to disclose It.

              The Manager Name is : Debelena Ghosh from Pune Branch.

              If no action is taken I will take this to consumer forum and register Bank complain for misbehavior and mis-conduct.

              Bank received it's Payment But I lost my respect, Pride and Dignity. and Insult which I got these Employee is Un- payable.

              Note:- I have Been made more than 10 to 20 calls everyday by this person's

                  Hdfc bank given me wrong information about cash back. I wrote so many time to customer care but they don't solve my issue.
                  I attach here my conversation with hdfc.,

                  In the regards of my previous mail which were in respect of the cash back against the purchase through credit card at tanishq outlet i am hereby would like to draw your kind attention that as per term and conditions of offer which i availed i find myself eligible for asked cashback.in support of my claim i am attaching the copy of invoice of purchase and "terms and condition"of offer.
                  Kindly take this mail seriously as it is utter disappointing for me to follow up repeatedly for such small issue otherwise i would have to raise the issue on upper appealeate authority like consumer forum in next two days.

                    Dear customertcare service,

                    I've cleared my outstanding amount 34400 on 8-aug-2017, where one of my friend used that money so need to pay with all the charges.
                    Then later i never used my credit card. Yesterday i came knew that my cibil score slashed down because of this hdfc credit card. And the outstanding amount now is 5271.91 without usage and there is no intimation for this.
                    So i need to close this as soon as possible. Please negotiate the amount to pay.
                    And want the noc also.
                    Please help me in this regard.

                      Yesterday on 05.07.2018, 9 fraudulent transaction happened from my bank account ... Google Octro service showing message deducted total amount Rs.2850/- debited from my savings bank account without asking any otp verification message and call... today i reported to bank and they assure me to refund money within 1 month

                      on 4 November 2018, 29 transactions of INR 349 each(total amount 10500) has debited from my account without either generation of OTP or using my debit card pos on google octro inc.
                      What can I do further.

                          Hi team,

                          I recently changed my number on my account from india phone number to USA phone number. Now I am not receiving OTP. This is causing me so much trouble to do banking from overseas. Further, i tried to find out the customer care email id but am also unable to get one on the hdfc site.

                            I am not going to waste my time in explaining all the problems again.
                            The customer care number is busy 24*7.
                            We are always shown zero balance at every toll. But later the amount is deducted from the account, after we have already paid in cash. The amount is consistently being deducted even when we are not using the serives.
                            I am not gonna call a single more time, i will just file a very strong case against the company in the consumer court. We are hell annoyed and it's a pathetic company.

                                I have given all documents required to open nri account to me in hdfc branch kuriachira, thirussur, kerala in november 2017 during my last visit to kerala.
                                Till now, account is not opened for me. Almost 4 months are over. I don't know what difficulty they are facing in opening an nri account to me. I have given all required documents in branch (Photo, passport, visa etc). It is very good example of ignoring customers and testing their patience.

                                  Have applied for fastag on 19-mar-2018.
                                  The reference number is hfr039815.
                                  Also there was a commitment that it will be delivered in 7 working days.

                                  Now it has been 9 working days and yet to no avail.
                                  If there is a delay in delivering the id itself, then i am worried how their response would be for emergency roadside assistance.

                                  I should have gone for other service providers. My bad, i've chosen hdfc bank.

                                  Now i do not want it anymore due to this delay and cancel it.

                                  But the customer support toll free "[protected]" is full time busy for the past 2 days.

                                  Please do not go for hdfc fastag. They are pathetic.

                                    My request is that i want this policy to be cancelled which has sold me on fake commitment.
