When the card was new i use to get credit card statement at my residents but not before due date but the physical statement use to come but later on they stopped sending the statements
Because of which my cibil score is affected
If not the statement at least bank should give prior reminders on credit card bill via sms but this bank don't bother to provide any such service...

Merchant has provided written confirmation that it's invalid transaction.
