I had a car loan from HDFC Bank mall road branch loan a/c no. 53259871 they installed a match point GPS device worth rs 15000 in my car. From day 1 the device is not working. I had talk with GPS company but they failed to solve the problem after that company and bank agreed to refund the amount but it is 3 month passed I haven't got any refund. Now even the contact person of bank Mr. Ashish kad not picking my phone

Mr. Ashish Kad Not providing me the details its been 15 days passed but no reply fro him. Today I am Keep Calling Him but he is not replying. This is enough if any related officer fails to solve my problem till coming Monday the i will file a harassment and cheating case against HDFC Bank worth Rs. 10 Lacs.

    regarding wrong information update in my cibil

    What is mean by EMI RTN Charges-February ? actually my loan has been closed on feb, 2018. I have paid all EMi and overdue amounts. My loan account is in closed now. Still amount has been withdrawn for this loan . i do not know why its happening here.

      Still now the status is shown as processor down and money hasnt been credited to beneficiary nor credited back to me.

      Whats the solution to it now??

        I have been working on closing a HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD account WITH HDFC BANK BARASAT BRANCH since 2017, separate closure requests were submitted and none were honored. As I had withdrawn the account balance based on the bank's suggestion, they however, did not close the account and I incurred charges for not maintaining balance within the account.

        As it was a salary account, my company deposited some funds in there and the negative balance was sufficed by the bank withdrawing all these charges. I am posted outside India due to a job relocation.

        I have raised complaints with the Ombudsman and Nodal officer, been to the back several times, however, no action has been taken so far.

        Recently, upon my arrival in India, I requested the bank to reverse the charges incurred due to non-maintenance of minimum balance. They delayed the reversal charges.
        Because of non-closure of my account, I have incurred Rs. 8, 706.34 plus ECS return charges of Rs. 1, 087.41.

        The bank officials refuse to acknowledge that closure forms were submitted, insist that closure could have been done online.
        EVEN I CLEARED CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT.

        I have been thoroughly harassed and incurred charges trying to retrieve the amount from them. Transportation charges to keep going back to the bank again and again, troubling my senior citizen parents to no end.

          Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 02 april 2018 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

                I swept my uco bank card in the hdfc chintalbasthi offsite atm whose no. Is p1dchd10 at 13:05 on 10/03/18 at hyderabad, telangana.
                The transaction was declined but rs-2000 have been deducted from my uco bank account. As an evidence i have the bank statement and transaction declined atm slip.
                Till now i am waiting for refund of that amount back, but did not received yet.
                So please do the needful for the refund of my money.

                    I am using credit card since 2 years still domt understand their late payment charges. The dont respond properly. 10:21am 2 april18 listen to that call the executive started shoiting on me when asked to transfer manager. She asked me the name of the manager whom to t ansfer and i told her repeatedly how would i come to know the managers name? She disconnected shoutimg on me. I want strict action to be taken against her. Even they made unnecessary payment of 1062on my debit card ending 0349 and refunded only 900rs.162 gst charges non refundable. Why should i pay 162 gst charges when it was not my fault? They arent refunding me. Zero customer service. D-grade bank. The executives talk to me as if i am their servant. I have the recording and if no action taken on her then i will send that recording to. Consumer court and refund my 162rs

                      There was a sale on Amazon from 21st to 24th feb. 2018. Where was a promotional scheme of HDFC Bank of 10% cash back on payment through Debit card. I have purchased a phone of ₹9999 through hdfc bank debit card. The deadline to credit the cash back amount was 31st march 2018. But till date not credited.

                        We had a disputed transaction in October 2017. We had proof of:

                        1. Cancellation Confirmation from Merchant
                        2. ARN Details from the Merchant.
                        3. Refund Confirmation from the HDFC Bank.

                        Since October, I have visited Bank many times, called customer care atleast 50 times, and sent hundreds of email and Bank is not ready to refund the money.
                        One guy from HDFC is replying who does not have any idea of the Banking system and every employee working there is a shameless creature.
                        I have requested them either to share a number of Credit Card Dept where we can call or give us a call but Bank is nothing but fraud.

                        I only need to get this sorted, money to be refunded and never do with business with these fraud - HDFC BANK

                        I am not sure how much you are sensitized since you just copied the same email what another clueless employee from your fraud bank has sent a week back and then came up with another stupid email.

                        You know, I can predict your future and tell what next email you will be sending since you all do not use your brain and just copy paste emails. Learn the basics of Customer Service, just don't be stupid and send same stupid emails what your manager is asking you to send. Every case is different. Such a shame to see that you have all the proofs, evidence and even then you frauds do not accept.

                        I can see you are replying to all other frauds/scams done by HDFC. Looks like Pramod has asked you to not to reply since he at first place was extremely irresponsible and shameless to drag the issue.
                        He neglected the issue and gave excuses, and once all documents were e-mailed to him he was incapable and coward to accept the Bank's fraud.

                        Looks like, all employees of HDFC have been given some training on how to fool customers. At least some of your frauds will be exposed in this forum to the public.

                          As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated .

PayZapp Customer care person not getting on the phone, kindly solve my problem.                               Today I got an email

                              As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 I should know why it got rejected without any reason.

                              Please let me know on next things and how these can be sorted out as this is some thing not fair.

                              I would like to draw your attention that I haven't took any credit card. I have one home loan and i am continuously paying my installments on time.In the initial period some installments are showing delayed due to improper data entry of bank as i always paid my installments on time with auto deduction .
                              I also checked my CIBIL Score today and it is 801.

                                  Dc iss fee charge has been done in my account for two times, without any intimation the charges has been debited from account. Kindly confirm without any intimation or any messages how could my amount will be deducted. The two times charges deducted from my account in a same month[6 mar, 28 mar 2018]. Give me a brief explanation or kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                    I m using hdfc credit card and first my due was 2479 which i paid through credit card... After that i used amount of 265+ 770+ 1680 = 2715 but my unbilled amount its showing me 3400 so just tell me where is this 700 extra for wht i m paying before month i have cleared all the dues if i m not getting deducted this amount i will not pay 2715 also now

                                      Cancellation of one assist membership
                                      I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank set a renewal of rs. 1799/- from my credit card number ending with 3071 without my concern on a date:18/05/2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. Please cancel my membership.
