Hi,
My salary account [protected] was blocked without any prior information for 5 days, when i call the customer care they tild kyc is not updated, but i was updated my adhar number on december 2017 customer care person alos able to see even though they me to visit the nereast branch in pallikaranai they said that my account was blocked from home branch due to legal issue, they asked mr to visit the ambattur branch but with out knowing any details how can i go, so i asked the contact number of ambattur branch but pallikaranai branch person told they don't have branch numbers what a shame on these bank guys they don't have there contact details i was fed up, than again i called my personal manager she is saying they don't know why they blocked again i asked her to escalate to higher officials, than she accepted and she make a conference to her manager she said give me 40 mints i will get the reason, finally she updated me from mumbai they asked to block my account, i told how can than block prieor information my family is struggling with my saving account and my home loan emi will also get bounce, so total messup is for me due to this bank fools creating mistake customers have to suffer,
