DC ISS FEE charge has been done in my account for two times, without any intimation the charges has been debited from account. Kindly confirm without any intimation or any messages how could my amount will be deducted. The two times charges deducted from my account in a same date[protected]. ₹590 has been deducted from my HDFC account even after I had maintained my minimum balance amount. In details it's showing DC ISS FEE. There was no message from bank for respective transaction.
What is DC ISS FEEs, why its been deducted from my account.

    Hi, I am Roopashri S.I am a HDFC credit card holder.RS.1899 was debited from my credit card ending 7422 on March 2018 without my permission.I did not get any intimation through mail or phone.
    After viewing my account statement only I came to know that they have deducted money from my credit card.
    I tried calling customer care but they are not responding properly. They are trying to convince me.
    I am not interested in this plan please deactivate One assist plan for me.

      Hi,
      My salary account [protected] was blocked without any prior information for 5 days, when i call the customer care they tild kyc is not updated, but i was updated my adhar number on december 2017 customer care person alos able to see even though they me to visit the nereast branch in pallikaranai they said that my account was blocked from home branch due to legal issue, they asked mr to visit the ambattur branch but with out knowing any details how can i go, so i asked the contact number of ambattur branch but pallikaranai branch person told they don't have branch numbers what a shame on these bank guys they don't have there contact details i was fed up, than again i called my personal manager she is saying they don't know why they blocked again i asked her to escalate to higher officials, than she accepted and she make a conference to her manager she said give me 40 mints i will get the reason, finally she updated me from mumbai they asked to block my account, i told how can than block prieor information my family is struggling with my saving account and my home loan emi will also get bounce, so total messup is for me due to this bank fools creating mistake customers have to suffer,

        This is to inform that when i called to get the status of my credit card bill payment and to seek some help the customer care executive's misbehaviour and harsh verbiage towards me and disconnection of the call before the actual call completion. Please provide the proper behavioural training to the executives or else it would lead to losing the valuable customer base.

        This misbehaviour has been observed in the call that happened on 5th apr 2018 between 10:00 - 10:30 pm.

          This is swaprakash das from bhubaneswar. I did not get any call from your one assist executives to renew one assist membership but today i got a message from your bank that

          One assist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 6855. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly.

          Pls deactivate this membership and refund my money back.

          Why you people are forcefully activating this plan???

          Pls resolve this issue.

          The exact same thing has happened to me.. OneAssist has deducted membership money from my credit card without my consent. This is unacceptable.
          I have HDFC account from last 5 years and this is preferred account. but now this move to normal account. Kindly update on this.

              In jan 2018 two transaction happens on my hdfc bank through debit card and i didn't received any opt, i directly got message as amount got deducted.
              I file a complaint in hdfc and they told me to wait for 7 days, i called them after 10 days then they told me that process time is 3 month so i waited for that time, now when i called them they are saying that they sent me mail and which i didn't received and telling me that they have investigated the case and it is found that customer received otp and customer is responsible for this.
              This is our hard work money and we keep it in our account for upcoming emi, this is the security issue with hdfc and why should customer suffer from this.

                I am a client of hdfc bank and hold a account in hdfc bank nizampura branch vadodara. I got a call from hdfc bank for credit card and they forced me to buy credit card. When i bought credit card at that time bank employee told me that credit card is free for life time and there is no membership fees. But now bank has charged 590 rupees for membership fees and the bank employee is saying that fee is charged because you did not use your credit card in payzapp application. I requested many times to hdfc bank to waive off credit card membership fees but they didn't waive off and they charged 590 rupees as membership fees because of improper information given by
                their bank employee.

                    This is sandhya. My payzapp account mobile number is [protected].

                    On 17th of March I had transfered Rs 5000 to payzapp wallet with my credit card.

                    The amount was credited to my payZapp account, but when I was about to transfer the amount to bank it had asked to update the KYC details.

                    I had updated the KYC requested details on the same day, but still I could not able to transfer the amount from my wallet to bank.

                    I had sent a request mail twice to [protected]@payzapp but no response.

                    Tried reaching the customer care number but they are not responding...always the number is busy.

                      Complain regarding non deposit of the cash, There is a Madam whose name is Mrs Yogita Sharma and Branch Manager both deny for cash deposit 4 times in week i everyday go for cash deposit for company account but have to come back as they say always SERVER DOWN problem

                      Plz make me aware SERVER DOWN problem is a genuine concern in this special Branch or they are making fool to customers. Second side kalkaji other Banch always help and deposit...

                      I have been exhausted to go this Branch which is defaming HDFC NAME

                        I am resident of canada coming after 5years. I went to bank to withdraw my money but from last 8-9 days they are harassing me by not giving any suitable reply. I waited outside bank 5-6 hours daily because they kept on telling me that come after 1 hour or two hour. Since i live far away and had no conveyance in india so i prefer to stay outside bank. The case has some technicalities but they are not giving me any reply that how to resolve the issue. I have few days left to fly back and i want my money before going back.                           isaqmc deductions

                          Dear team,

                          I have an account with hdfc that has been in active use for a couple of years. Today i noticed that on a quarterly basis deductions have been made under the head "isaqmc". I read around and found that this is being done for having the mutual fund buying ability via net banking.

                          I do not recollect consenting to these quarterly deductions. Kindly stop deducting the same and reverse the charges made...

                          I have used your credit card in 2015, and swept of rs.15000/ thought i have called severl time to customer care and send a mail also to close the card. But from last two year they did not reply now they are asking me to pay aprox 45000 as an interest. Becouse of this my cibil score has fall down.                             I used to have an active hdfc savings account and my hdfc credit card was linked to it. I have stopped usong this account a long time ago and make my credit card payments from another bank. I have been charged a auto debit return fee and my ac is on negative balance now.                             I have applied for home loan in 2012. But due to some shortage of fund. I have refused to process my home loan application form. But instead of refusing my home loan application. Hdfc ltd has lodged cheque into my account for processing home loan. I have not noticed at that time. But in these days i have noticed my account was debited with amount rd 5618/- in favor of hdfc ltd. So, please refund my processing fee into my account with interest. As i have rejected my home application form and but still my cheque is debited from my account against processing fee. Please refund my processing fee as earliest.

                                  I applied for hdfc credit card. All necessary documents submitted. Residential and office verfication were done. I got confirmation call, otp verification, email verification were done. While tracking it is showing in process. Mine application :cc34579070. Kindly let me know how many days it will take for approval. What is next process. I applied on 27 mar'18. Thank you. Hdfc people responce is good.
