Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is for your reference.

Like every month, I have made a VISA MONEY Transfer from mySATTE BANK OF INDIA savings account to my registered HDFC credit card on MAR 01, 2018. The transaction was successful as per the SBI website that day and my money debited. But, till now the money has not been credited to my HDFC credit card account. Because of this i am being charged late payment as well as interest charges by HSBC.

This issue has come to my notice ON 21st MARCH. I immediately tried to contact the SBI customer care for lodging a compliant but They told me that we have successfully tranfer your fund. After that I call in hdfc cutomer care to register complaint. they register my complaint. after that they revert me back that your payment is pendint at VMT. You have to contact with VMT(visa money transfer)

Hence, I would like to lodge a compliant in regard to this issue via an email.

Please consider this as a very HIGH priority issue and scrutiny the transaction.

    Hi hdfc team,

    On 21st of march 2018, i was booking a bus ticket from pune to jalna (Maharashtra) around 10pm, through redbus app. While doing the payment amount of rs 599 was deducted from my hdfc account, but the booking transaction was failed. Still that amount got deducted. I waited for 2 days but when i didn't get my money, i enquired the redbus team.in 2-3 days they confirmed they have not received the rs 599 in there wallet and asked me to contact the bank. I sent a mail to [protected]@hdfc.com along with the screen shot of the transaction and mail from redbus.

    Please help me to resolve the issue quickly.

    Hi HDFC,

    Please check the details correctly before saying that the amount is reverted. A amount of Rs 588 was reverted on 23rd March which is for ticket cancellation. After that I booked a ticket of amount Rs 599 which is failed and no amount is reverted yet. I have a mail of ticket cancellation refund status of 23rd March. I can send you as a proof if you need it.

      Hi team, i had an hdfc credit card ending with 4325. I have paid the outstanding amount. I have the transaction details of the payment and the payment also reflected in my savings account (Which is also hdfc) statement as well. I have closed the credit card long back after payment as well. But i have never received any closure details or noc for the credit card. Now my name appears in cibil as a defaulter. Please help to clear my name.

        I’ve recently applied for a Personal Loan in HDFC Bank with the terms, requesting for 10 Lakh rupees loan amount & with 2 years paying term, with one of the HDFC Loan representatives. After submitting everything properly, the loan was disbursed with 9.90 Lakh rupees amount and 3 years term (which I didn’t request for).

        Without even informing me, the loan was processed for 3 years term, not even asked for my permission to go with 3 years term, which is purely for the sake of representative’s personal achievements and to get more incentives by end of the month/year.

        Then, I’ve requested for cancellation of the loan, for which I’ve spent almost 4.30 hours in the bank with a loss of close to INR 11, 000/- in just one day.

        The amount was disbursed on 24th March 2018, which is Saturday and was credited on 26th March 2018 12:00 PM (which is Monday), with INR 9, 90, 687/- in my Salary account (which is a bank holiday). I’ve realized this immediately after getting the (disbursed) approval and started reaching the representatives through calls, after some time they’ve stopped answering my calls from Saturday evening (26th March). Then, I’ve contacted Customer Care & they’ve asked me to come next day morning which is Tuesday (27th March 2018).

        For just 1 day, after crediting the amount in my salary account, and to close the loan (which I didn’t ask for), the bank asked for a check amount of INR 10, 01, 506/-.

        I really don’t know whom to reach in this situation & silently paid my price without wasting much time (If I waste even a second more, I’ll have to pay interest for that also.), If this is the case with an educated person, I couldn’t imagine the case with an illiterate person.

        I’ve called the representative after submitting the closing application in Begumpet branch, asking for the agreement scanned copy & Disbursal brochure. There’s no response from them.

          Respected sir
          i bheem kumar mishra, belongs to cisf, mahipal pur new delhi. An agent named kundan kumar mobile number [protected], [protected] (which introduced him self that he is the agent of hdfc rajouri garden branch) was offered to provide/transferred my personal loan from sbi to hdfc with reducing rate(11.29%). Many agents are always moving around the our campus. After discussion with our friends and the agent, i agreed to transfer my personal loan from sbi to hdfc bank. The rate which offered to me was 11.29 percent and agent asked me that to provide some time to get the interest rate which he offered. I also agree and sign copy of blank agreement and all papers provided him but at last we found that he was taking time too much and due to the reason i had to paid the loan interest of previous bank and your bank also. Then i asked the agent to cancel my loan application. But he is not agree to return my original documents and requested for more time.
          I think the document may be misused for other purpose or he may be encash my blank sign cheque.
          So please return my origional paper i.E. Service certificate, cheque and sign copy of agreement.

            I got credit card from hdfc bank i have not activated card from mu side but bank is showing outstanding amount of rs 4900 has been pending. I request to bank for give me the credit card statement but they have not provide me. I dont know if i am not activate my credit card so why bank keep pressure to me that card have been used. Why they didn't provide the proof. Who give permission to bank deduct money without activation and without send otp for verification.

            The outstanding amount in credit card but till date there is no mail and not received amount in my credit card. today i check my cibil report and the outstanding amount have been showing. i requested to u please solve the issue on priority. pls remove my name from cibil due to this i am facing problems.

            I apply for the loan in your bank from 25 April still there is no response receive. let me know the reason why bank reject my loan application. if the bank have issue with credit card so i am not responsible for that. this was bank mistake not mine. due to your wrong information sent to credit Bureau i will facing problem to get loan from any bank. why i am facing these problem due to bank fault. i have also 1 car loan from your bank and i pay 15 EMI from last 15 months and there is no bounce and late. pls give suitable answer other wise i will file the case in court.

              Today morning i walk into hdfc bank branch near by my house the branch is located in kurla west opposite phoenix market city mall kurla. I had an issue with my net banking of my current account which i hold in that branch but they are there was this guy mr verma who completely missbehaved me and was really really rude arrogant bossy and was bragging himself as that branch manager. This is the second time he talked in a rude manner with me while not giving a customer the basic respect it deserves rather than talking in a very aggressively negative way.
              Please tell me one simple thing at hdfc being a nationalised bank in our country can't we operate our hdfc bank current account in any other hdfc's bank branch rather then its home branch only.
              It was on this topic apni that he completely miss behave and disrespected me in this branch which is located in kurla west opposite phoenix market city mall and their employees name is mr deepak verma.
              Its my sincere request that please pay required concern to mind grievance as i completely do not want this to happen again or to be repeated with me or with any other customer of this bank.

                Dear Sir,

                I am regular HDFC Credit card user since 2011. And I have paid the dues regularly. But recently i failed to pay the last due amount for which I have been receiving ample of phone calls using arrogant languages by your customer care executives whom I think are collected from the local source basically untrained. If you kindly go through my previous payment history regarding payments, till now I have paid 95% of my Dues.
                Being a regular customer I didnt expect such kind of Behaviour from HDFC Team.

                Also like to point out that the minimum dues which I failed to pay was Rs 440/- against which I have been levied Rs500/- for late fees. The officer which I spoke to last week said that No penalty would be levied on me.

                The major point which I would like to bring to your notice is that I have already updated my contact number last 3 years back but still in my Credit Card section its my old number is showing.

                Speaking on the contact number update your executive said that The credit card division is seperate entity from Core HDFC Banking division.
                I would like to point that if it is seperate division then how come your executive has access to my Personal Banking stating the number of amount balance in my Bank?

                If possible kindly avoid the late fee charges .

                Kindly revert on the same ASAP. Also would like to remind you to ask your credit card division to stop calling and using of arrogant languages.

                  I used a credit card of hdfc bank and i make timely payment of credit card before the due date so after this why my credit score got low ...And no late payment, no late fees...And extra charges on my payments...Due to this i faced many problems regarding taking loans or other credit card...So on serious note pls notify y this query and resolve it asap...

                    I have received the fastag through post but still have not received any wallet id number or welcome email from hdfc.

                    I have trying to payzapp team on to know the status of my kyc process

                        Hdfc credit card agent is fetching money by saying that the card is lifetime free and has rewards points on pay zapp app but the diners club card is not accepted at pay zapp and the card is on an amc of inr 1000 per year.
                        I feel cheated by the false information provided and have also activated smart pay to recharge the number which was not requested and authorized by me. The recharge has also not processed and they are asking to call to cellular provided for the same.
                        Really shameful.

                          Paid rs 200 and loaded rs 2000.

                          Cancelled vide docket no 10371 on 07 march, customer care confirmed refund of full amount rs 2200, however no refund received till date.

                          However receiving msg from hdfc after 10 days of cancellation that my fastag is active and i can start using. Horrible service, one toll number [protected] never available, busy or cannot dial.. Hdfc provides the worst to worst service on fastag and recommend no one should buy this product from hdfc.

                          Today on 27 march received call from noida from mr salman[protected] saying that hdfc fastag is active, i informed i cancelled before 20 days, he is not aware and no idea of the docket no issued by customer care.

                          Request indian consumer complaints forum to take appropriate action and get my refund amount rs 2200/.

                            My name is goutham. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 871 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 30 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln#.

                            I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                            I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care. They said policy amount of rs. 871 will be refunded but emi processing fee can only be refunded by"hdfc ergo".

                            So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 30 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

                              I am a very old nri customer. My customer id 385418. My account is with tillai nagar branch in trichi.

                              Pervisousely for my account there was a relationship manager, he was helping me. Now no one is there as rm which is really troubling me, more over the local branch people are not familier with nri rules and regulations.\
                              I had a very bad experience with my kyc updation they don't know how to fill the form, which is rejected 3 times.

                              I am even thinking of close the bank account and open with some other bank were i can get the personnel attenstion and service.

                              Kindly fix one rm in that branch otherwise i have to move to other bank.

                                Despite several requests made to oneassist company regarding refund of rs.1399.00 duly cancelling the membership but so far these people have not cancelled my one-assist membership, it shows that their intention is to loot the innocent people like me. But i won't keep quiet i will use electronic media and consumer forums to bring the fraudulent intentions of oneassist company. If my one assist membership is not cancelled by 28th of march 2018. I would be constrained to file a suite against the said one assist company for torturing and emotionally blackmailing me and pressurising me to "keep the membership or else face the consequences", this is the phrase quoted by one assist company representative on phone.

                                Hence, i request the concerned to act right now and see that my membership is cancelled immediately and the debited amount of rs.1399.00 is refunded into my credit card account ending 6878 and settle the long pending issue with you.

                                Note: the same email has been sent to hdfc bank, one assist company, consumer complaints forum and electronic media for taking necessary action in this regard.

                                Hope my request will be given due consideration.

                                I will be anxiously waiting for your reply.

                                Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1014/- from my credit card number . I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.3887.96/
                                I am not receiving OTP for any kind of transaction like payment, beneficiary add etc. Its been more than 2 weeks I am not able to do any transaction using my card. Please get it resolved asap

                                  No information on its processing and no call from bank, customer care number is also not accessible kindly refund my money or provide me with the product.

                                  Ordered fastag on 20 March from their website, no reply from them

                                    In regards to the trade details for few of my stock transactions for
                                    M&m
                                    Icici bank
                                    L&t i needed explanation for the price irregularities showing in my account. Out of almost 15 stocks, 3 seems to be irregular in pricing.

                                    The price in the hdfcsec order details and the my login account don't match at all. E. G. I bought 2 shares of l&t on19dec2014 for 1538 each. Now today it shows, 3 shares (2 longterm and 1 short term) with average value of 1036. How is it possible when i never bought any shares after that transaction and the share price never below 1300, therefore including the possibility of bonus share also the average price can never go below 1400 approx. This applies to m&m and icici shares aswell.

                                    I am writing on the mail id - chandra. [protected]@hdfcsec.com for an explanation but but got no response even after repeated follow ups. I can share the chain mail if required. They have just shared th kink to nse website without a single word of explanation. This is pathetic, they will always call and say we will get back to you but don't call or reply.

                                    I had requested the response from hdfcsec but its on deaf ear.

                                      I am existing hdfc acc user, i'm also have payzapp, before 10 days i have been add money from my credit card and it was successful, while i try to transfer it to my acc it was failed and asking for kyc, i have update it on the error date, after that i have tried many times,, but it showing kyc update under process, i have the same details as i am updated in my bank in my payzapp wallet, as of it i don't need to update any details of kyc, it should update automatically from my bank,
